We received a confirmation email for two of the tickets but not for the other two so we assumed the other ones did not go through as we used two different credit cards."
Ulemper: "We purchased the last two again and when we showed up at the ticket counted they let us know that we bought 6 tickets!!!!!!!! We would like to be reimbursed for the two tickets we did not receive the confirmation emails for. How can we go about it?"

Ulemper: "The plane was an older model and very outdated. The flight attendants gave us a choice between chicken or vegetarian pasta. I chose chicken, but it was actually beef. The salad was literally iceberg lettuce and a slice of cucumber. Overall, the meal was one of the lowest quality I've ever had in am airline. The outdated onboard entertainment system was annoying to operate and it was impossible to even see the screen when the person ahead leaned back."
Fordeler: "We were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was! An added bonus was the chocolate they gave us. Crew was professional and courteous."

Ulemper: "Extremely rigid rules. My flight was the day of the blizzard in Boston, Tues, 3/13. Despite 5 calls to Swiss to reroute me out of Montreal, an airport I could actually get to, they would not relent. I finally just drove there and a really nice agent changed my flight since Logan was closed and all public transport was shut down. Even if my scheduled flight from boston wasn't canceled (I have no idea) they were incredibly unhelpful about the fact that I physically could not get to logan in time for my flight. (Mass DOT was asking everyone to stay off ALL roads). THEN on the way home, they would NOT let me fly back to Montreal where my car was!! WAY TOO RIGID RULES. Screw the customer!"
Ulemper: "Cabin temperature was a little hot"
Fordeler: "Throughout the long flight, the cabin crew was excellent. They were attentive and friendly. They avoided interrupting quiet time and rest time by keeping off the PA system (well done). The food was fantastic. We were lucky enough to get some business class tickets with points, and the food was amazing. Wine was excellent. This team was quite solicitous of my parent with reduced-mobility. And the bathrooms stayed clean throughout the flight. find this is often an areas where many airlines fall down. And it's too bad, because while I'm 100% sure it is no fun to clean a toilet while in flight, it is a really a big negative for the customers. Overall excellent attention to detail, with a cheerful and "can-do" crew that kept the plane "proper" throughout the flight and provided seamless service. Good stuff. Will fly again."

Im 1.75cm (medium) and I felt squeesed and very unconfitable not like in Lufthansa airplane flying from Newark to Dussldorf. (Flight only 6:15min) In addition, when front passenger moved his seat back on me I had a lot of difficulties with getting in and out of my seaat."
Fordeler: "Swiss has the most cheerful crews I've seen, and their enthusiasm is infectious which makes it easier to tolerate being cramped in a plane for hours. Also, I love that they give you a Swiss chocolate at the en of the flight."

I wish Swiss Air had told me ahead of time that the flight would hold until I (and at least two other people) got there, instead of of having us run like crazy in an effort to make the flight. Connection time was way too tight."

The movie selection was mostly geared toward men - a lot of Bond films. Not really sure what that was about. Our flight was delayed because of complications in Boston and our luggage did not make our connecting Swiss flight in Zurich."

There was a problem with my checked in bag, so i had to pay 22 pounds extra to fit it in a connection flight and now i have to send receipt to get the refund. On my way back, there was a delay, so"

Ulemper: "First, Lufthansa lost our baggage from Hamburg to Los Angeles. Then, the delivery company (Direct Courier Services) Lufthansa uses was completely inept and unprofessional - every single one of their employees is a complete moron. We didn't end up getting our baggage for two and half days so we were wearing the same clothes that we left Germany with. Then, after being told by Lufthansa customer service to submit receipts for clothes we had to buy, never got reimbursed or even the courtesy of a reply. After flying Lufthansa for over a decade, will never use this airline again. Epic fail."

Ulemper: "The seat - window by request, but it was in front of an emergency exit The seat - is jammed in - very tight - could not put it back to relax, and could not relax my left side by the window. My left shoulder and arm and left hip started hurting - couldn't sleep - took 2 days to get rid of the numbness in my arm. I asked to move, and it became obvious that there were many empty seats in the next section behind. I moved, and my comfort improved. Why was I given such a posture killer - especially on such a very long flight with seats to spare?"

Ulemper: "I had round trip flight with Aegean airline from Santorini to Athen and Athen to Santorini, Both flights had DELAYED FOR ONE HOUR!!! My gateleg table was broken on Athen to Santorini flight so I ate my lunch in a hard way!!!!! On the way back after one delayed finally we arrived at Athen airport and I had two more flight to caught. when I got my luggage do the next flight I realized literally my luggage was destroyed!!!!"
Fordeler: "I love flying Aegan - it is always comfortable and pleasant. Due to my own mistake I didn't order a kosher/vegetarian meal, which is why I rated the food "N/A". On flights this short there are no entertainment options which is fine I suppose :) overall, this is one of my favorite airlines to fly! Thanks!"

Fordeler: "The staff in Santorini were wonderful and we are very grateful they fixed whatever had gone wrong with our booking."
Ulemper: "We arrived at the airport for our initial flight (to Athens) and were informed that "the system" had cancelled our flights from Athens to Dubrovnik, so the very nice woman in Santorini re-booked us. We arrived to Athens and had to exit security and then re-enter security because of the gate we were to fly out of. Then, the flight was delayed by almost 2 hours, and we only received 3 announcements each saying there would be "information" at a later time."

The plan was so small that i cant get inside and i'm 1.90 m so i need to put my legs out and all the time the girls staff kick my legs and wake me up Before i get inside the plan they took my trol (small sutcate) becuse "it's to much big" (this is the regular size!!!! and when i told the girls they told me that we dont dissc lus about it!!!! Al the flight their wasnt ballans and it was terrible i felt so bad and when all the people get a paper to feel and i was sleep so no one told me that i need to do this Terrible flight of my life!!!!"

Ulemper: "This flight was delayed by an awful 8 hours. We were stuck at the airport through the entire morning and missed half our day in Santorini. There was very poor communication between the airline and us so we were utterly frustrated at the experience."

Fordeler: "Left a bit late but made up the time. The on board service was courteous and friendly and perfectly timed for this short flight."
Ulemper: "The boarding gets extremely hectic. When we were getting on our flight they kept us in a hot bus for 15 minutes before letting us out to board the plane. It's also very difficult to get someone from customer services to help - they seem to pass the buck to someone else always and you're left running in circles."

Some of the people in AEGEAN airlines were extremely rude and had no empathy for us, it was an awful day!!! because we had no sleep cause we where there at 2 am in the morning cause the flight was at 5:15 and we did that because we wanted to be for the whole day in santorini so you can imagine how frustrating and upset we were, they just gave us a snak for 6.50 Euro and 10 hours later We literalaly had to figth for our Food, We will apriciate if youu can do something about it or get us a refound, we where 3 people: ana Marrufo, Estefani Escoffie and pamela Ramayo"

I know that it could get chilly at the board and do take warm clothes with me just in case, but this was way too cold. Neither blanket nor my stuff helped. Another thing - I was sitting in the raw 50, and at the 49th raw crew ran out of chicken with only pasta left. ))) This happens, I get it. I've had it actually happened to me before on British Airways flights too couple of times. So it's not too big of a deal. I just wish that pasta tasted better)))"

Fordeler: "The employee at the checkin counter in Oslo set everything up for us regarding our wheelchair and walker. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She arranged for a pick up in Helsinki with the airport's crew. They helped us unload the plane and then had a personal accessible bus to take us from where we landed (outside of terminal) to the gate of our next departure. The crew were all extremely professional and efficient."
Ulemper: "The leg room is never enough on the long flights. The flight from Chicago to Helsinki at 10:00pm was not nearly as good as the flights from Oslo to Helsinki to Chicago. The crew was not as pleasant, the lights were not turned off until after 1:00 am and then turned on hours before the light "breakfast" was served."

Also was a delay because they're waiting for a some passenger from a connecting flight . Seats haven't enough leg room for person 5"8 but crew and food was amazing."
Fordeler: "Despite leaving 5 hours late we arrived only 3.5 hours late so cheers to the pilot."
Ulemper: "Flight from dublin was delayed about an hour. Flight from Helsinki to Chicago was delayed almost 5 hours and all they gave us were 8 euro in vouchers which isn't even enough to eat at the airport. Communication on delays was poor and staff was not helpful."

Fordeler: "The flight to and from Los Angeles was operated by British Airways and was on one of their Airbus fleet. Boarding was completed efficiently and with ease. I sat on the upper deck and was very comfortable in comparison to other major airlines previously used for this particular flight. The plane was very clean and the crew were outstanding. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble for crew, and they were ready with beverages, including tea and coffee, and snacks throughout the flight. In flight entertainment was good. All in all very pleasant flight to and from the U K."
Fordeler: "The economy seating was relatively comfortable and spacious, compared to some other airlines, and we boarded and departed on time. Boarding was quick, if chaotic."
Ulemper: "They gave us ipads to watch movies, which were old and didn't work well, but were difficult to hold if you also got a tray or a drink. They didn't give you much water and it was hard to get service. The airplane itself looked pretty old and a little run-down."

Fordeler: "I was very pleased with the overall experience on the flight from London to Charlotte. The flight itself was very pleasant, the crew very accommodating, & the food, snacks & beverages very good. The entertainment provided was certainly suitable for my tastes & kept me occupied for the majority of the trip. There was also blackout time provided for sleeping. The seats were a little cramped, but overall I rate my experience as very good."

Fordeler: "I’ve been very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the aircraft and the disregard of the aircraft overall. It was quite old, fair enough, but there where some missing pieces here and there that didn’t make me feel safe. The flight overall was good, British Airways crew are always very competent and professional, which is the reason why I mainly fly with BA. But this is the first time I had some concerns on the lack of safety checks especially because I travelled with my 2 years old son."

Ulemper: "One of the worst experience I’ve had, if not the worst. Lack of communication between flight attendants at gate was the main reason for missing our flight, after 2 delays from the previous flight. When we got to the gate they closed it at that moment, earlier than it should have. A Mr. Fenney, person in charge at the gate, didn’t help much. Just went through the motion and as slow as possible trying to help us. It seemed he just wanted to pretend he was helping us. Worse was his attitude when telling is the gate has already closed, didn’t do anything to help us, nothing at all. We had to literally get information out of him. We then went to customer service were the same thing happened, a lack of care that we missed our flight due to things out of our control. Even to the point where the agent told us “be sure to be there on time this time”, like if it was our fault we missed it (we told her the details of our situation). Till this point they don’t seem to care. They left about 15 people, that i know of, hanging. If they had better comunication between gates and waited a miserably 5 more minutes (although they closed the gate earlier then they should have) everyone would have made it. Throughout the whole process we noticed that american airlines employees did not care that many on that first flight had connection flights. They were just going through the motion, slowly while all of us were a bit desperate knowing that the layover time was going to be very close."

An attendant eventually asked her to put her seat upright. Once dinner was over, back to a recline position, far too closer to the seat behind."

Ulemper: "I did not like the very tight seating with basically no leg room. Very uncomfortable. Unless you can afford 1st class or the pod type loungers. There is no room in the economy section."

All food and drink on this 4 hour flight from London to Santorini must be paid for!! No peanuts. No cup of soda/pop. Maybe a small plastic cup of water. Bring your own iPod or tablet. No seatback entertainment! On Airbus with very limited overhead hand baggage capacity. Roundtrip cost of this 4 hour flight CDN$800 per person booked 3 months in advance, not much less than transatlantic flight of almost twice the time from Toronto to London on Air Canada Boeing 787 with loads of overhead luggage capacity, free first checked bag, 8 inch screen seat back entertainment system, charging ports, one major meal with wine / beer, unlimited pop, plus snack. A real shocker to get Ryanair amenities on this British Airways flight which was no bargain."

Ulemper: "My onboard entertainment system's headphone didnt work. I Was told there is nothing they can do about it, which is fair enough, but i dont think it was fair on me. People kept bumping into my shoulder but i guess there isn't much that can be done about it."
Fordeler: "Last minute flight (booked 4 hours before departure), one way, economy, for €99 from Amsterdam to Edinburgh via Gatwick. Long layover at Gatwick (around 3 hours), but I had much work to do anyway, so time went faster than I realised. Not sure if this was the case at Schiphol, but at Gatwick had priority security queue as a BA customer."
Fordeler: "Fast boarding despite the flight was delayed and the crew did all what they could to do a fast process"
Ulemper: "They didn't tell you about the delays! We have to find out through different sources"
Fordeler: "Seats were comfortable, excellent reading material, easy boarding & deplaning, option to purchase tasty & healthy snacks."
Ulemper: "No complimentary beverages!! I was offered a plastic glass of tap water. Paying for alcoholic beverages appropriate, but providing basic beverage service seems an act of graciousness for choosing to fly this airline."

Fordeler: "There should be free food in the plane. It's a stupid concept. You can increase the prize of the ticket but food and drinks on plane should be free!"

Ulemper: "I found it surprisingly coincidental that both my wife's and my checked bags did not make the flight to Santorini. Of course, given how the process in dealing with Kayak and this booking, it did not surprise me. Any calls or customer service related questions were handled as though we were 2nd class citizens. I've never been treated like this traveling, but always the attitude came from "oh, you booked this through a discount site" and then I was handled accordingly. I booked it through Kayak for ease as I planned a 7-city, 21 day trip around the Adriatic. Now we'll do our honeymoon without a wardrobe change, filing claims for the contents of our bags, as no one can tell us what happened, or where the bags are, and we're about to depart for our next city. Never, NEVER book a trip from a 3rd party. The seats next to the toilets that don't recline, attitude from airlines, now my first lost bag in 10 years (I fly 3 times a month, too)."

Ulemper: "Arrived in Greece for daughter's wedding. They lost all 14 family members luggage for 4 days!! Received our luggage 6PM the night before wedding, which caused terrible distress for the Bride especially and all 14 family members. Imagine being in Greece for 4 days with nothing but the clothes you traveled in. Horrible!! Will never buy a BA ticket again."
Ulemper: "Went to the wrong place and then had to have wheelchair service to get me to the gate on time! Which he did for which I am most grateful! Am not familiar with European customs for travel!"
