Ulemper: The flight from Karachi to Turkey was two hours late and the flight from Turkey to Houston was again two hours late. The seat was super uncomfortable. The plane was very crowded. Turkish airways need to reduce their ticket prices because they provide poor services to their passengers.

Ulemper: The flight from Washington DC to Istanbul was very comfortable but the flight from Istanbul to Lahore was very uncomfortable. It was not worth the money. Turkish air line should use better And newer airplanes between Istanbul and Lahore

Ulemper: At Abu Dhabi airport my mother had to change her plane , where assistance for elderly and wheel chair was extremely limited . Also the food on the plane was not as good as the food service on most international flights.

Fordeler: The crew was very nice and attentive to the needs of all, but especially to the senior citizens and families with small children.

Fordeler: No one gave me food. I pressed the button to request services, and had to wait for two hours until someone finally came and get me a drink (the flight was about 3 hours long). This was the worst flight experience that I ever had. Very bad.

Ulemper: Just had a hard time finding flight attendants. Every time I went to the back of the plane, half a dozen of them were sitting around and chatting it up. Felt guilty for asking for water. Not the service that I expected from Qatar Airways. All 4 flights were a struggle to get proper service.
Ulemper: WC size (too small) and location. Other airlines such as Lufthansa (NYC - Munich) do way better job in this category ( I believe Lufthansa aircraft was either A330 or 340)

Ulemper: Our baby has broken leg with plaster cast and Cathay didn’t deliver our stroller to Hongkong so we had to carry him on the hands whole afternoon...this was unpleasant experience...also when we arrived from HongKong to Denpasar Bali we found that one of our suitcases was damaged broken :/

Ulemper: Auto check in wouldn’t recognise passport (YET AGAIN- and not only mine)! Was seated to rear of aircraft and coffee trolly didn’t get to me before ‘seatbelts fastened for landing’ announcement..
Fordeler: Crew very pleasant, professional and friendly.
Ulemper: Tired and dated cabin; seats extremely uncomfortable causing severe back pain. In flight entertainment very old fashioned with small low resolution screens.

Ulemper: Something did not go right with our booking so it took some work for the airline to get it figured out for us. Thankfully we had left plenty of time. But that was an unexpected stress.

Fordeler: The earphones for out two seats only worked intermittently, but the Purser, Lee-Ann handled it professionally and pleasantly. That was the only disappointment in an otherwise pleasant flight

Fordeler: One on the plane, the flight was fantastic! Great service and food. Comfortable for a long-haul flight. Very modern aircraft with nice entertainment system. Overall great experience.
Ulemper: Scheduling! We were 4 hours delayed after I had already had a flight cancelled that day. And this 4-hr delay caused me to miss my connection. Turkish did take good care of me in Istanbul, though it was a very slow process to get a hotel with them. Also, my bags missed the connection somehow.
Ulemper: Nothing could have been better. Turkish airline is the best and the VIP loung is heaven on earth !

Ulemper: More chose in meals. I flew to and from within a week. All I had were chicken, chicken and chicken for snack too.

Ulemper: The crew is the most arrogant and ill mannered from all the other international airlines I have flown with - so please be ready for a very unwelcome experience. I had also worded this out as a complain to them, but received a very lukewarm and uninterested reply.

Ulemper: Selection of movies/tv was pretty dire and the wifi was awful.
Fordeler: Main meal (Singapore noodles) was actually ok.
Ulemper: The cabin crew had a very difficult time dealing with the annoying passengers, who were mainly tourists returning from Abu Dhabi. They had a tough job, but it was all very negative and stressful.

Ulemper: Vegetarian food was terrible and of no quality. The inflight tamil and Hindi movies could have been better and newer.

Ulemper: the process in Dubai for boarding is strange, first they make you go into a smaller room where there aren't always enough chairs, then you have to wait there until your section is called. Why not just do it all at the same time?

Fordeler: In general, everything as expected, some crew members were even extra nice.
Ulemper: When checking in, they were quite slow and they didn't seem like they wanted to be helpful. Some crew members were not as helpful as when we were going to Brazil, and even the way they communicated the rules was not always very nice, but not rude either.
