Fordeler: The flight was SO OLD and uncomfortable which is absolutely ridiculous for a 16 hour flight. My screen did not work the entire time despite asking flight attendants to fix the issue. The flight attendant would not attend to me despite me pressing the button and twice skipped me while giving out meals. I had to call them back and ask for it. The bathrooms were SO dirty and yet no flight attendant took out the trash or cleaned it even though we are in the midst of a pandemic. We were also not given hygiene kits to keep ourselves safe. DO NOT FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE.

Fordeler: I had to pay two tickets for same flight from Islamabad to San Francisco and going from San Francisco to Islamabad it’s been cancel and I am fighting for my money back they don’t want to refund it

Fordeler: Business class on Emirates is always top-class. Very comfortable. Friendly crew. Easy boarding and disembarking. Good drinks. What's not to like?
Ulemper: Food was a less impressive menu due to COVID, more like what you'd get in economy class. But we can't blame the crew for not wanting to do close-up personal service like in the past, during a pandemic. We enjoyed another drink to make up for the lower quality food!

Fordeler: Crew was very uncouth and very foolish. The steward insisted that I sit in a row with another elderly pax, though rows after rows were vacant and social distancing could have been enhanced

Ulemper: For the passengers who have to go through for long hours layovers, airport must provide the access of lounge or hotel otherwise where the passengers will stay for 12 hours? The rule should be applicable for the passengers who upgrade to the Business class
Fordeler: The spirit despite the COVID19 scare. Serving on an India bound flight from the Gulf is never easy
Ulemper: We need to promote paper free boarding passes for whoever can afford. Atleast an endeavor.

Ulemper: Being in economy nothing the crew could do would make it better, however as I have said before Emirates miles rewards should be continue not be lost after a certain time.

Ulemper: Staff kept reaching past me to shut my window without asking me first. Very rude.

Fordeler: Some crew members are not helpful with simple requests, not even an update about the request from multiple employees. Used to consider Emirates the best in hospitality. Food was awful on some parts of the journey.
