So when we got to the airport on our return day, we were not booked on any flights. We were required to stay overnight and take a United flight home. Will avoid Swiss in the future."

They still never provided me with an email though and information allowing me to have my daughter checked in. they only provided me with her reference number."

Ulemper: "Only reason I chose Lufthansa was that I was informed that 23kg of checked in luggage was included. It was NOT. I don't care whose fault it is. Lufthansa still says that this is included on their website. I demand reimbursement."

Fordeler: "On a flight from Oslo to Germany to Charlotte, we only had 55 minutes to connect in Germany. Lufthansa held our plane due to their error in some runway and docking issues and we, as well as 25 other were escorted to our connection by Lufthansa staff. Excellent customer service even though it was their fault. They just did the right thing and did it well."
Ulemper: "I would have expected that there be much more time for gate connections. If you have ever been in the Munich airport, it is very large and navigation takes time.."

Adult meals had chocolate included, which children's meal did not have. Seriously?! The snack provided was all inclusive for adults and children and was way too spicy for my 6-year-old."
Fordeler: "Our flight from Frankfort to Munich was late. Luftansa sent a representative to our flight to make sure we and others from our flight got on to the flight to Charlotte. How awesome! Plane needs more leg room."
Fordeler: "After so many domestic flights of being shuffled around and interacting with flight attendants that seem to not like their jobs much and passenger's are just an annoyance, flying abroad on Luftansa was quite a different experience! The flight attendants were polished, professional, and actually wanted to provide a service. Their interactions made me feel like I was cared about and that they wanted my unique needs to be met. This made a 10 hour flight an enjoyable experience which I certainly didn't anticipate."

It was really cramped even in the business class - If you bring your own headphones, make sure they're noise cancelling since it's noisy on the plane - And if you bring your own headphones, you need those old 2 pin style connectors as well. The ones that Ethiad give you are super low quality. - Screen resolution on those screens is really bad, you can view every pixel on the screen and brightness doesn't go all the way up either."

We were first to baggage drop at Ahmedabad and believed the staff at the check in counter would assist in getting our seats together as I have been shifted from my checked in seat on a previous flight. However he was unfriendly and unaccomodating which made it a very unpleasant journey."

Ulemper: "Premium Economy barely worth it and not as advertised - no amenity kit, in flight service identical to Coach (except for upgraded meal), seat super uncomfortable with an awkward footrest and a non working headrest."

Ulemper: "All baggage lost. Wasn't put on the plane because they didn't have enough containers. Ground crew at London was courteous. Luggage had to be sent on to the US the next day. No free bags on this flight so all of the luggage lost had been paid for piece by piece. No free drink service; even a soda had to be paid for. No food, of course. Originating 10hr flight from Los Angeles to London was also uncomfortable, with small, packed coach seats, no air nozzles and poor headset connectors. I was very happy to get back on American Airlines for my return to Los Angeles. Wouldn't use BA again."

Ulemper: "British Airways boarding is very chaotic. Not unorganized at all. They don’t seem to care about economy passengers!"

Ulemper: "Flight was okay. Did not get my bag after landing at Mumbai airport. Have to wait 24 hours to get it. Very inconvenient."

Ulemper: "11 hours wait time!!!! No lounge entrance No food!"

Ulemper: "No USB port on the plane"
Ulemper: "not even water was offered- i left the flight really dehydrated, and with a terrible migraine because there was a young baby behind me who was crying the entire time. The flight was mostly empty yet no one suggested moving the baby and parents (to the back) or the passengers around the baby to seats that were more quiet."
Fordeler: "The staff was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. They made sure we had timely service for all aspects of the trip."
Ulemper: "We were involuntarily downgraded from Business to economy for our 9 hour flight from London to Mumbai. Outside our party of 3 there was also another party of 3 in the same boat as us. It seems like British Airways is too aggressive with overbooking the higher end sections of the flight, which seem much less likely to have people 'no-show' (either because it's for work or because they've spent so much for the tickets)."

Fordeler: "A few of us were held up on the tram. The doors were shut And they held the plane and accommodated us. For that I give 10 stars. I will always try to book British Air first"
Fordeler: "There should be free food in the plane. It's a stupid concept. You can increase the prize of the ticket but food and drinks on plane should be free!"
Ulemper: "The same"
Fordeler: "I really liked how neat & professional the crew were dressed. The plane was new & the seats were comfortable."
Ulemper: "I didn't like that beverages (like water, juice, coffee) weren't complimentary. All the flights I've been on in the U.S. offer those for free, along with a small snack."
Ulemper: "My wife didn't able to travel. She is on h4 visa and when we tried to checkin at airport staff said she can't travel because she doesn't have valod visa in her passport for us. I tried to explain to staff that her h4 visa is her us visa but didn't accept. I have no problem with uk policy but atleast britiah airways should let is know when we booked ticket that you need visa on your passport. I will never ever travel through british airways."
Fordeler: "The 787s are super spacious!! Economy class never felt so good."
Fordeler: "Food good."
Ulemper: "Delayed takeoff due to customer replanting and hunt for their luggage. Noisy children throughout flight. Unable to nap due to noise."
Fordeler: "The crew was great & the food was great too. Service was excellent, very friendly. Managed to get a window seat. It was perfect, a little cozy nook of my own. The 787 had only 7 seats in a row, the configuration was better, more comfortable."
Ulemper: "Nothing to dislike, all good."
Fordeler: "it was very good I enjoyed the trip from midland to London and oslo And back through the same route it was very good . Thank you/"
Ulemper: "what I don't like is when the captain Announce that we should put off our cell phone and other devices some people still live theirs on that is not good at all please take note"

Ulemper: "leg space was inadequate, air conditioning was not adjustable, choice of indian movies was not very good."

Fordeler: "Checkin was effortless. Seats were comfortable and there was plenty of overhead storage so nothing under the seat but my feet. I didn't use the online entertainment as I had my kindle with me but my daughter said hers was good with a lot of choices. Food a bit too spicy for me but everyone else seemed to love it and I'm very picky and plain with what I eat. Loved the foot rests on the seats. Can;t complain. I'd use them again."

Ulemper: "Boarding process was confusing because it started so early 50+ minutes prior, but our boarding passes said otherwise, 30 minutes prior."

Ulemper: "Seat Spacing Boarding and check-in was unnecessarily long"
Ulemper: "My luggage then didn't make it to Ibiza in time because it got stuck in London due to my short layover. If BA can't figure out how to get the luggage transferred within that short of a period, they should not offer flights that close to each other. Secondly, I left a really nice down pillow and bag on my flight from London to Ibiza and I checked the lost in found at the Ibiza airport"
Fordeler: "My screen worked and there was a good selection of movies. I also had a window seat which was great. Any seat except the middle, is always great."
Ulemper: "No vegetarian options."
Fordeler: "Offfered to boarded early as I was traveling with my Son"
Fordeler: "British airways made sure they gave no attention to African flights"
Ulemper: "The transit location"
Fordeler: "The flight crew were friendly and in good humor."
Ulemper: "In que for boarding so long, couldn't get food or drink - hungry family!! Our flight from Rome to London in Premium Economy was disappointing. Not even the smallest snack or drink of water for free. No food available for purchase, only potato crisps. No ice for warm bottle of water purchased....come on!"
Fordeler: "Crew very friendly. I wish I would have written down her name."
Ulemper: "Boarding process was disorganized. Several flights boarding at same time hard to hear. No visible issues related IT issue."
Ulemper: "Went to the wrong place and then had to have wheelchair service to get me to the gate on time! Which he did for which I am most grateful! Am not familiar with European customs for travel!"
