Fordeler: Overall pretty good. Newer plane, business class is well configured.
Ulemper: Food was good, not great. Seats when flat are quite hard.

Fordeler: Once aboard the plane, all went well and I experienced excellent service from the cabin attendants.
Ulemper: The flight was delayed (again!) for some 40 minutes and I was worried that I would miss my connection flight in Atlanata. Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!
Ulemper: Turn the lights on early making it hard to sleep
Fordeler: They considered my reguest of vegiterian food.
Ulemper: I have no complaints.
Fordeler: Good comfortable seat with extra leg room. Pleasant crew.
Fordeler: Friendly staff, great service on board. Way better value and service compared to the tacky Irish competition flying the route. Delta all the way

Ulemper: Don't call it "food." the meals were terrible. Also stop creating so much single use plastic.

Ulemper: Flight was 20 minutes delayed
Fordeler: Zee was our flight attendant and she was absolutely wonderful. Personable, attentive, and she made sure each and every person on the plane was comfortable and happy, going so far as to move solo passengers to empty rows so they could have more space. I wish she could be on every flight I take.

Ulemper: Plane was a little dirty. Entertainment was also a little limited in terms of new releases.

Ulemper: The flight was delayed for an hour, but the transfer in Helsinki was easy, I made it to the connect flight just in time for boarding
Fordeler: The crew is excellent. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. Both on board and at the desk inside the airport. They listen to your needs and respond the best they can. Seats are comfortable enough for Economy. Good selection of movies to watch. The flight was on time and arrived even a little earlier than expected.
Ulemper: The food was filling, but not particularly tasty. For those seated toward the back, there was no choice. Although maybe there was no choice to begin with. Normally, on international flights, for the first (bigger) meal at least, you are given two choices, such as meat or vegetarian, beef or chicken. The food itself wasn't great. The salad was below average on both flight, from and to Chicago. So was the desert. Drinks are offered once with each meal in very small glasses. Although there is a bottle of water from the start.
Fordeler: The food was okay but thats the best thing I can say.
Ulemper: There was someone that pooped themselves, another that threw up, and the flight attendants were so rude. They kept spraying stuff in the air and even those of us sitting, so much in fact I had an asthma attack and had to use my inhaler. When I told the attendant, she said "theres nothing I can do," and kept spraying the air with this awful spray. The flight harmful to my health, exhausting, and uncomfortable. BEWARE OF THIS AIRLINE! I would have preferred not gone on my trip then fly this airline!

Fordeler: On our longer flight, we were thrilled- nice crew, delicious food, spacious, great pilot, and enjoyable entertainment experience. However, on our shorter flight from Brussels to telaviv, not only was the crew completely inattentive, but they were intentive to some very disturbing things including children who were pulling the hair of other customers and jumping up-and-down in the aisles of the airplane. There was no available entertainment whatsoever. In addition the food was extremely expensive and not particularly tasty. The plane was uncomfortable and smelled atrocious. These 2 vastly different experiences almost made me feel like I was taking 2 different airlines. Please keep consistency.
Ulemper: I didn't like the inconsistency of the 2 different planes that I was on. If you are going to have entertainment you should have some form of it on all of your airplanes. The idea that food that you need to buy is so expensive is absurd. I was really blown away by how badly the plane smelled. It was almost as if I was in a bathroom. And on top of that I really felt very unsafe with children jumping up-and-down kicking people pulling their hair etc. While it isn't the job of the flight attendants to be parents, they certainly need to be aware of safety concerns for the rest of the passengers.
Fordeler: Made up tons of time en route.
Ulemper: Usual 737 narrow-ish seat issues. Turbulence, but not a problem anyone could control.
Fordeler: At least it was a flight
Ulemper: Noisy, no complimentary snacks nor drinks, no legroom
Fordeler: Everything! I never knew Finnair was such a great airline.
Ulemper: Other than maybe the lengthy layover time, which probably can't be helped, nothing could have been better.
Ulemper: Arrival to destination with 7 hours delay.
Fordeler: Smooth flying

Fordeler: And i got it 2 days later. I had to buy a lot of items which were in my suitcase The returning of the suitcase was awfull. In tge end after many phone calls I received it On the 18/12 evening, 2 days after my landing
Fordeler: The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled.
Ulemper: This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu.

Ulemper: Transfer in Frankfurt was impossible on time. Had to rebook later flight
Fordeler: On time, best connection for me, earning miles on my program. I booked based on time and cost, didn't even pay attention to what airline.
Ulemper: No food, plane felt pretty old and not so clean. Smaller seats than the other flights I had with Lufthansa. Otherwise, it was fine. I had a pretty bad earache on that particular flight, so I liked it less than I might have otherwise. Something didn't feel right, pressure wrong or something.
Ulemper: It was pretty cold on the plane, Entertainment , was not current on the movies selection.
Ulemper: This is the second time I've been doing follow-up flights It's a nightmare you're not professional at all. It's my last flight with you You need to be ashamed you're not just wearing a card to sell I'm going to sue you You give a short follow-up flight. It is impossible to get the flight. You do not update the distance from gate D to gate F I got stuck in the field until the next day without the suitcase and all the people I had arranged with them in Shanghei I could not meet You should be ashamed

Ulemper: 3.5 hour flight and no entertainment system. The jet felt old and used.

Ulemper: You should reconsider your alcohol policy for comfort class traveler,and offer a variety of drinks except beer and basic wine. Moreover ,its not "reasonable" to serve wine in cartoon cups. You should improve your WIFI service,when it is offer.
Fordeler: Flight is over. Dreading return
Ulemper: Vulgar rude cabin attendants. Careless ground crew baggage arrived broken dirty and scratched Bus to plane stuck behind a plane in the snow. Not safe and led to over an hour delay. Cheap airline.
Fordeler: We got to Amsterdam on time
Ulemper: 1. Paying for the seats we chose...that will never happen again...I'll fly another airline first. 2. The food was terrible. I have flown KLM for years, this was not what I expected. 3. The plane was very dirty

Ulemper: Passengers should be notified of the process of changing airplanes at Vienna. What a nightmare. We were scheduled for 50 minutes between flights. Not really enough. If we were aware of what was required it may have helped, however the distance we had to walk was rather extreme.

Ulemper: On the transatlantic flight the crew was unattractive and somewhat rude. They skipped our entire row serving morning refreshments and then complained and tried to shame us all for calling them back. Food quality was on par with Alegent Airlines. We even got charged for one piece of checked luggage 46lb on a international flight. That was a first!!!
Fordeler: I will recommend to my friends and families.

Ulemper: Meal was not too hearty. Breakfast in Indian style was too spicy for me. May be I should request a special meal on check-in. And one more thing, Helsinki airport is cold for me. I spent e hours in down vest. Be warned.
Ulemper: The transfer was too complicated, long distance to walk, security check line, not enough time for transfer, had to run to catch the next flight
Ulemper: Good airline teamed up with crappy American brings them down. Don't waste money!!
Fordeler: Simple morning flight. Not at all full. Left on time, arrived early. Plane was new. Crew was happy. What more does one need? They were beta testing a new WiFi service. Free, but not yet ready for prime time.
Fordeler: Smooth and faster than expected trip. I felt free to get up and walk around on this long flight. Food was good. I sat in seat with extra leg room for the first time and it was worth it
Fordeler: Cabin Crews was extremely good and hospital. Transfer point staff buggy / wheal Chair was good and second to none.
Ulemper: Transfer point needs upgrade.

Ulemper: As we landed we had to wait on the plane for an hour and a half because another plane (Spirit) was in our “parking spot.” This made it very difficult for people and connecting flights.

Ulemper: Only ham sandwiches on offer! I'm not demanding and would have been happy with cheese.
Fordeler: The flight AMS to MEX was smooth, very helpful personnel on board, we enjoyed a bit more space and the seat seemed a bit more comfortable.
Ulemper: Besides the seat relative comfort, it did not recline much at all, i wondered what the extra money (at least $5 or $600) got us. The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy.
