Ulemper: "They cancelled my flight. I never flew home. I missed my little Sister's graduation. :o("

Ulemper: "The connecting flight from Atlanta to NY was rescheduled for an hour and fifteen minutes later, boarding for the delayed flight started late, closed doors were another 20 minutes late, spend another hour or so waiting for confirmations, during which no AC is on because of a malfunction on the plane with the electricity unit. Due to rough air conditions, no in-flight service, or very limited one - and all of those are fine by me, and not the airlines' fault at all. But then, during all these unexpected conditions, I can't even use the in flight entertainment system as i use Bluetooth earphones, and to get earphones I have to buy them for 2$. To earn excellent service, inspite of all the delays, AC malfunction and unpleasantness all you had to do was give those 2$ earphones for free. I have another flight with SkyTeam coming up and I do hope it won't be as unpleasant as it is a much longer flight."

Fordeler: "Small plane. Very good service. Did not suffer through the crazy multi level boarding calls that some airlines have. No super secret airline clubs that board first. Flying into the Marine terminal is the best part of the trip."
Ulemper: "The wifi didn't seem to work at all on the plane."

Ulemper: "Delayed 2 hours. Pilot said we were about to take off, sat in plane for another hour before we even moved."

Fordeler: "Flight/seat, legroom uncomfortable. Idiot sitting next to me also had music loud and didn't turn it down when I asked. This was during taxing to take off. I was going to bring it to the attention of the crew after seatbelt sign was turned off, but once the flight was in the air, the noise of the plane/flight was so deafening that I could hear the music anymore, and neither would the crew if I had bought it to their attention."

Fordeler: "Getting to destination"
Ulemper: "Being delayed 3 hrs so not getting my baby to bed until 10pm"

Ulemper: "Flight did not leave on time. Weather conditions were not a factor."

Ulemper: "They lost my duffle bag, and when they found it, my bag was in a whole different state, and once I finally received my duffle bag my items were wet and damaged."

Fordeler: "Friendly crew,boarding is fast and easy."

Ulemper: "Everything is an added charge. No food option. No TVs. No friendliness. We were consistently inconvenienced as the flight attendant was seated next to us and interrupted us consistently with no apologies."

Fordeler: "The crew and everyone was very informative and helpful in keeping us informed about our delays."
Ulemper: "Our flight was delayed 3 hrs also, my baggage was damaged."

Fordeler: "My flights from Detroit to New York was great. The flight was on time arriving and departing. Since it was the holiday weekend, Delta did a great job!"

Fordeler: "Timing for connecting flights was very good, no missed connections, no long waiting times."
Ulemper: "On one of my flights I could not pick my seat.. .it was assign to me, at the gate."

Fordeler: "Because of our delayed flight, which made us miss our flight departure at our layover location, we were upgraded to Comfort+. I'm happy that it was recognized that we were going to be delayed 2 hours to our destination, and were given a more comfortable flight because of it."
Ulemper: "Delayed flight which caused us to miss layover flight. Delta was quick to fix the issue and upgraded our seating to Comfort+. Time lost for vacation was my only issue."

Fordeler: "Cockpit kept us informed regarding minor maintenance delay."
Ulemper: "Was charged twice for one beverage. Also a receipt was not offered so this makes me think the flight attendant knew about the mistake but didn't want to address the error."

Ulemper: "LGA DELAYS AS USUAL."

Fordeler: "Great staff! Friendly and kind."

Fordeler: "Arrived within 15 minutes of scheduled time"

Fordeler: "I really enjoy Delta and how they treat my service dog and I. Many other airlines are rude and uneducated, but Delta has always been on point."
Ulemper: "There was nothing I disliked."

Fordeler: "Airport staff was nice.. Boarding was good.. Flight attendants very friendly.. Smooth trip"
Ulemper: "Plane too small.. Nothing but one beverage given all flight"

Ulemper: "For some reason I could not pick a seat until I got to airport. Very stressful."

Fordeler: "Staff all was good."

Fordeler: "LaGuardia is terrible. We sat on the ground at the gate for 35 minutes after boarding because (according to captain) the ground control was not allowing plans to move. then there was a 30 minute delay for take off because of the traffic jam. If LaGuardia can't handle the traffic you should direct your clients elsewhere."

Fordeler: "I was assigned exit row so I had extra leg room. Flight attendants were very nice and helpful."

Fordeler: "The flight was great and it was 30 minutes early ! What airline actually arrives early anymore ?"

Fordeler: "Seats were comfortable and sizable!"
Ulemper: "I was seated next to an oversize woman which whom I had to share my seat with, literally speaking."

Fordeler: "Easy to maneuver and get seating assignments."
Ulemper: "People in New York not so friendly."

Fordeler: "The all male crew was very courteous"
Ulemper: "The fact that I çouldnt even watch a movie on my tablet."

Ulemper: "Crew very bad no food for musslem"

Fordeler: "The service was great, I appreciated the on flight snacks and coffee, there was actually enough space to be comfortable, the plane felt relatively new and updated, customer service over the phone was helpful (in trying to book a different flight), and I'm overall impressed with the flight."
Ulemper: "There was a three hour delay for my flight because of equipment issues and then the delayed Delta flight I got on standby for (as number two) was oversold. Felt like Delta was a little disorganized with this aspect."

Fordeler: "Absolutely nothing."
Ulemper: "Booked my flight 2 weeks in advance, purchased travel insurance in case of emergency. A family member, the person I shared custody of a child with died of liver cancer, and Delta and the insurance company refused to honor my request for refund or reschedule."

Fordeler: "None"
Ulemper: "Delta used a word "delayed" for canceling a flight. This is deceiving! Not to mention an out an hour delay and the reasons could have been easily prevented; maintenances."

Fordeler: "Both flights on time!"

Fordeler: "very poor communication to the passengers the crew left us in the dark"
Ulemper: "lack of communication to let us know about the delay did not give updates horrible experience missed an important meeting"

Fordeler: "Everything it was fast clean"

Ulemper: "No internet available (2020). For the my previous flight, a month ago, was the same problem."

Ulemper: "De trenger å ha bedre kontroll på at passasjerer overholder smittevernsregler og sikkerhetsregler."

Fordeler: "Overall a nice and good flight"
Ulemper: "Just a detail, my “head holder” (not too sure how it is called) would not hold in position. Also, staff was a bit slow to come after being called, I had to go and ask for water by myself at some point since no one was coming after 15minites of waiting..."

Fordeler: "Pumpkin soup instead of a heavy entree was welcome and tasty. Breakfast yogurt portion was generous, the granola less so. Accompaniments were good. Butter was not ice cold, thank goodness."
Ulemper: "Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili."

Fordeler: "Crew is excellent, polite and personal!"
Ulemper: "Plane is super old and outdated. Comfort seat is not, comfortable, very tight. TV screen is not good quality, with the old controls on a handset. No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good."

Fordeler: "The crew was great! The food was also much better than other airlines. And passing out whole bottles of water was much appreciated."

Ulemper: "A lot of delays, on both flights. We spent twice as much time waiting than flying."

Fordeler: "The earphones for out two seats only worked intermittently, but the Purser, Lee-Ann handled it professionally and pleasantly. That was the only disappointment in an otherwise pleasant flight"

Ulemper: "The website I booked on and the Delta phone line on the printed ticket said that I had baggage when it turns out that I did not according to the check in staff and they made me pay."

Ulemper: "I called for a crew member 5 times and waited 25 minutes for anyone to help me with just some water. I had to get up and go to the very back of the plane to ask for some water. The plane was hot and no air to be found. This was all after we had to get back off the plane before takeoff. It was terrib"

Ulemper: "Faultless handling of weather delay, causing missed connection and flight transfer. A well oiled machine, thank you."

Fordeler: "Gaps between seats are very narrow."
Ulemper: "when serving drinks, cabin crew limited to serve liquor only once and it was poor service."

Ulemper: "old screens and entertainment system leg room to small"

Fordeler: "Crew was excellent -kind nice and very attentive"
Ulemper: "Entertainment went out mid flight. Had to be reset off 30 mins but cam back up"

Fordeler: "Travel on Crostian Airlines did not pappen. KLM flight to Munich was cancelled and I was rescheduled on Air Setbia to Belgrade, the Split."
Ulemper: "That it didn’t happen."

Fordeler: "Need better quality tvs for such a long flight and better movies There were only 4 Bollywood movies and not the latest ones either"

Fordeler: "She was cheerful and genuine. I have dietary restrictions but was unable to preorder a meal. She went out of her way to find an available meal for me. I also saw her bring other passengers extra snacks and drinks."
Ulemper: "Cramped seating."

Fordeler: "The aircraft felt clean and quite spacious (decent legroom). Cabin crew was friendly and everything went as expected. Bonus points for the Beemster cheese sandwich (I was totally disappointed when they served the food, but more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cheese - I even bought some afterwards, from the Albert Heijn just outside the security area)."
Ulemper: "Very odd queue separation at boarding. Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

Fordeler: "I got some rest"
Ulemper: "unable to charge my phone or watch movies"

Fordeler: "Food was good and crew members were very nice"
Ulemper: "My check in luggage was in very bad condition when I receive it. My clothes were all wet and they got bab by each other’s colour. Many clothes are not in a condition to wear now. Those were expensive and I had a big loss because of that."

Ulemper: "Delayed!"

Fordeler: "Lovely staff, good food, great movies."

Fordeler: "Very friendly service!"

Fordeler: "Consistently high standards"
Ulemper: "Nothing"

Fordeler: "The cabin crew were pretty good. That's about all that was good."
Ulemper: "I paid almost $400 for upgraded seats. When I got to the airport-- no seats-- both ways!! i didn't even have regular seat assignments. I had to choose from the last few seats available. The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

Fordeler: "787 is a great airplane. The 3-3-3 seat configuration leaves enough seat width to be just comfortable in coach."

Fordeler: "The flight attendants could not do enough for you."
Ulemper: "Business class was pretty empty but again I was not allowed to change my seat selection online. Pathetic check-in."

Ulemper: "Without any explanation the plane I was due to go to Istanbul on at 11.30 was not available. I had to wait for a small plane coming from Edinburgh then wait for it to be emptied of passengers and cleaned. This meant we were over 2 hours late into Istanbul. No explanation or apology. I then missed my next flight in Istanbul and had to purchase another ticket. I cannot believe that air passengers are treated in this way!!! I will follow this up with KLM when I go home from my holiday."

Ulemper: "Service from airline host Poorly maintained plane Bad food Old entertainment"

Ulemper: "Old airplane with not really comfy seats. No outlets for charging devices. Very old entertainment screen."

Fordeler: "Cabin crew very pleasant"
Ulemper: "Lost our bags, little sympathy from staff"

Fordeler: "The sandwiches were simple yet just the right touch, on all four flights."

Fordeler: "Jet airways flight till mumbai"
Ulemper: "Poor legspace in Klm flight till Amsterdam"

Ulemper: "One of the senior stewardesses we're very rude. Whether it's her personal opinion or KLM's policy, it's unreasonable to think that a 3 years old child could or should hold her pipi over 20 minutes, while they slowly and inefficiently trying to give out food. Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."

Fordeler: "The staff were friendly and all smiles. Seats were comfortable and we had a quick, smooth flight from Edinburgh to Amsterdam. The breakfast supplied was an egg and mayonnaise sandwich plus a drink, which seemed about right and very Dutch in character."
Ulemper: "It was rainy and necessary to walk outside to access the plane; the staff should give their customers a heads-up so that jackets can be donned. Additionally, the check-in queue seemed rather sluggish."

Fordeler: "Flight was efficient enough and staff were friendly."
Ulemper: "It was delayed quite a bit and more on-time updates would have been appeciated."

Fordeler: "Loads of leg room"
Ulemper: "Loved everything"

Fordeler: "Flight attendants tried their best given what they had to work with."
Ulemper: "They can not retire these old Boeing 747's soon enough. Due to mechanical problems, our flight arrived at LAXfour and a half hours late and further problems with the cargo door caused an additional one hour delay of our take off."

Fordeler: "Short layover connecting from US flight and luggage transferred ok to destination. Food option not great but at least they didn't charge for it unlike some other airlines. No entertainment but to be expected on such a short flight."

Ulemper: "I didn't go on this flight, unable to leave Seoul (to Beijing) with China Southern."
