Ulemper: "noisy plane. seems like Delta does not maintain their planes very well. flight was delayed, which made it stressful to catch connecting flight at LGA. when we were all on the plane, the pilot states that he apologizes for the wait, since we were waiting a while for take off. he said there was something wrong with the fuel system that had to get fixed but it is ok now. wow, that wasn't the right thing to say. as soon as he said that, the passengers started talking among themselves saying,,,,,,,,,,,,well, i hope it is ok now, because if it is not, we may not get to our destination! he should have rephrased that and simply said that;;;;; sorry for the delay, we were simply going through some maintenance on the plane to make sure everything is all-right, which it is, and we look forward to getting you to your destination in a few minutes! keep it simple without getting into all the details! geeeeeeeeeeeesssssssssssccccccccccchhhhhhhhh!!!!! :("

We ended up storing our bags under the sits in-front. The way it was done it was rude and with no consideration for our comfort."

Ulemper: "Not my typical Delta experience: -Boarding for special needs was a joke. A literal ‘run-on-sentence’. No more did I get up and they went to the next group. I was almost knocked over in the rush. -The onboard staff was nice enough. However, between the two of them, one of them had a thick accent. Maybe that one shouldn’t be the one making all on board announcements… and please fix the horrendous crackles too!!! -It seemed our pilot was in training… during our short flight a series of right and left turns were made, no effort to avoid turbulence, and the landing was surprisingly hard. It felt as if my spine took a quick jab to my brain as a result! What’s up?"

Ulemper: "There was no tv screen, so if you don’t have a smart phone or tablet you can’t access to the entertainment. Also you should warn passengers to download the Gogo entertainment app because it’s very slow to do it in the flight"

Ulemper: "Plane was diverted back to Toronto from LaGuardia airport as we were told due to "weather", landed late at night and were told that due to not being able to control weather WestJet could not assist with accommodations, leaving everyone stranded and scrambling to find a room in alreday booked up hotels. When speaking on phone with agent, I was told it wasn't due to weather but incident at LaGuardia where plane went off runway. I paid $130.00 for 5 hours in a hotel, due to pilot error, not weather. La Guardia opened it's other runway immediately after and other airports in NewYork were running fine. Completely unacceptable and extremely bad customer service as CSR simply told us "sorry we can't help". Will never book with West Jet again."

Ulemper: "I told you my daughter's birthdate, you know her age, don't require me to call you and wait on hold for 30+ minutes for her to not be seated by herself."

Ulemper: "No good food options just peanuts and drinks"

Fordeler: "Seats were very comfortable. Plane interior was in new condition, including electronic window shade tinting."
Ulemper: "Staff was not particularly warm or attentive. Was never offered more to drink, and after asking for more wine was ignored."

Ulemper: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Ulemper: "when serving drinks, cabin crew limited to serve liquor only once and it was poor service."

Fordeler: "NOTHING"
Ulemper: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Fordeler: "Flying with KLM is a pleasure"

Fordeler: "The flight to Gdansk took off and arrived on-time and the staff were professional."
Ulemper: "The flight to Amsterdam from Gdansk was late and I had to RUN to the connecting gate. 50 minutes is NOT ENOUGH time to go through passport control."

Fordeler: "Arrived early!"
Ulemper: "Boarding seemed disorganized."

Fordeler: "Travel on Crostian Airlines did not pappen. KLM flight to Munich was cancelled and I was rescheduled on Air Setbia to Belgrade, the Split."
Ulemper: "That it didn’t happen."

Fordeler: "We were fed a nice pasta meal and offered drinks twice. They also gave a muffin for desert. The flight attendants were very nice and attentive with cheerful smiles. I wish every airline had service this good!"

Ulemper: "The seat was not comfortable compared to my prior leg of the journey. Unfortunately the bathrooms were not clean, I understand that it's not the sole responsibility of the crew and passengers need to be mindful too."

Ulemper: "una valija se perdió. Eso desató el descontrol que tiene KLM para seguir el equipaje. No hay como hacer tracking. No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen."

Fordeler: "Staff both at the airport and in the plane were professional and welcoming. Depsite short distance sandwich and drink were offered."
Ulemper: "Nothing to be honest . All positive."

Fordeler: "The sandwiches were simple yet just the right touch, on all four flights."

Fordeler: "Flight crew was pleasant and attentive. Seats were comfortable for economy as well. We were allowed to check in extra baggage for free at check in which really helped since we would be catching a connecting flight in Amsterdam"

Fordeler: "Boarding/unboarding"
Ulemper: "Didn't allow my carry on. Said too big. Same bag was on earlier connecting flight on much smaller plane. Also on flight on Southwest week prior. But larger intercontinental flight wouldn't allow it."

Fordeler: "great choice of entertainment content, friendly crew"

Fordeler: "Staff superb. They even surprised us with an exit row and a gift for my partners birthday! Amazing. Samantha and Dennis also took time to come and personally wish him a happy birthday. A lovely touch. This airline runs like clockwork. They are just great. The sandwich and stoop waffle are nice too."
Ulemper: "There is a bus to the plane, so that takes a bit of extra time but they are very well organized."

Fordeler: "Everytime she passed she was hitting me or I had to hold my drink so that she wouldn't knock it off"

Fordeler: "Alt gikk greit så totalt sett fornøyd, dro før tiden og landet før så da fikk vi bedre tid i Amsterdam før neste avgang. Hyggelig besetning."
Ulemper: "Helt grei mat men ikke noe mer enn det."

Ulemper: "hadde sete 3C rett bak economy plus der satt det bare 2-3 mennesker men jeg fikk ikke lov å bruke toallette fremme på tross av at der var serveringsvogn som blokkerte midtgangen, helt uforståelig!"

Ulemper: "Because of slow boarding process flight was delayed by 15 minutes. I had short connection in Amsterdam."
