Ulemper: "The non-reclining seat right next to the bathroom door opening should not exist. I was miserable there; I swear everyone on the plane made sure to take a dump on this <2 hour flight. Also none of the windows on any of these small planes line up with the actual positions of seats and it sucks."

Fordeler: "The take off and landing were very smooth and the crew was nice."
Ulemper: "Crying baby aboard"

Ulemper: "My flight was delayed, which would have caused me to miss my connecting flight. The customer service person was not at all helpful, and told me there were no other flights available on any airline until the next day. However, I was able to go online and book another flight immediately...which means that she was either being disingenuous or actively undermining efforts to get me home in a timely fashion. Very disappointing and as a SkyMiles member would have thought there would be some level of common courtesy dealing with a non-weather related delay that drastically impacted my travel plans."

Ulemper: "The connecting flight from Atlanta to NY was rescheduled for an hour and fifteen minutes later, boarding for the delayed flight started late, closed doors were another 20 minutes late, spend another hour or so waiting for confirmations, during which no AC is on because of a malfunction on the plane with the electricity unit. Due to rough air conditions, no in-flight service, or very limited one - and all of those are fine by me, and not the airlines' fault at all. But then, during all these unexpected conditions, I can't even use the in flight entertainment system as i use Bluetooth earphones, and to get earphones I have to buy them for 2$. To earn excellent service, inspite of all the delays, AC malfunction and unpleasantness all you had to do was give those 2$ earphones for free. I have another flight with SkyTeam coming up and I do hope it won't be as unpleasant as it is a much longer flight."

Fordeler: "Gate crew in DEN provided free refreshments at the gate during a 2+ hour flight delay."
Ulemper: "The aircraft used for this flight comes from LGA as part of an out-and-back. Delays can be expected if there is an earlier departure delay in NYC. On 6/30, this aircraft was 2+ hours late while all other airlines (United, Southwest and Frontier) were all on-time."

Fordeler: "The crew did the best they could under the circumstances."
Ulemper: "The flight was scheduled for 7:45 pm. Due to the storm the day before, my flight out of Miami was cancelled and I was told that the flight out of W Palm Beach was my only option. I paid $150 for an Uber at 4 pm. At 6:37, I got an email with news of a two hour delay. I would’ve appreciated an earlier notice. But much worse was the boarding experience. As half the passengers had boarded, someone announced that we had to have everyone boarded and seated in 5 minutes, or else the crew would time out, and we’d have to stay in WPalm. This set off a frenzy, with seated passengers yelling at the people boarding to hurry!! I was told by the pilot while exiting in LGA, that we made it by 30 seconds! It could’ve been handled so much better!"

Fordeler: "The crew and pilot were absolutely amazing."
Ulemper: "This is my 3rd delta flight in a row that has been delayed. I understand these things happen, just extremely frustrating."

Fordeler: "Great trips notifications"

Fordeler: "Very nice flight and attentive staff. Enjoyed the view of NYC as we flew up the East River, then looped over Nassau County to approach LGA."
Ulemper: "The male flight attendant who handed out the complimentary drinks and snacks acted a bit strangely. I was very thirsty, and I asked him if I could keep the rest of the can of soda. He neither said yes nor no, but rather completely ignored what I said and just poured my drink and moved on. I was a mildly annoyed, but figured maybe it was policy and he was shy and didn't want to debate the matter. When he took care of the older couple behind us, however, things got really strange. He asked them whether they wanted pretzels or peanuts, but they misheard him and asked for a ginger ale. I happened to know that he did have ginger ale, since my wife had just gotten one, but rather than just pouring the old folks a drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" They misheard again and asked him whether he had a diet ginger ale. Again, rather than just pour them the drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" This went round and round a few more times -- like a poorly designed computer UI that refuses to accept anything except the correct input -- before the old couple finally figured out the disconnect and picked their snacks before their drinks. Very weird."

Fordeler: "Please call me. Why did you double charge me? I took my parents for a trip and you charge me 2 twice?? Call me 416 888 4387"

Fordeler: "We were traveling with a 4 month old lap infant, and the crew went out of their way to warm bottles and be friendly in general. The plane was clean and comfortable, and on this leg of our trip the entertainment system actually worked!"
Ulemper: "The only bad things were those that were totally out of Delta's control: weather delays and absolutely nasty and rude TSA agents who seemed to understand neither the concept of their Pre-Check system (no dedicated lines and no priority) nor the fun of traveling with an infant."

Fordeler: "Got lucky, and got an upgrade!"
Ulemper: "Good staff on the plane very sweet like. Actually arrived early. Thought we would get breakfast on the flight from Madison Wisconsin to New York City."

Fordeler: "Pleasant crew, newer plane, and very efficient travel time"
Ulemper: "The boarding process was extremely slow, "Comfort Plus" seats in the smaller regional jet were definitely not worth the upgrade."

Fordeler: "Pretty much nothing"
Ulemper: "Delta. They just hate their passengers"

Fordeler: "Efficient and on time."
Ulemper: "I booked tickets well in advance but wasnt allowed to select seats at time of booking nor at 24 hour check in. This adds undue stress having to wait for an assignement at the gate."

Ulemper: "Not enough water on the flight and we landed in a parking lot and shuttled back to the airport."

Fordeler: "The Delta cookies that were offered as a snack"
Ulemper: "I don't understand why there's always a lack of space when the flight is full. Were the aircrafts not designed to accommodate a full flight's worth of luggage? anf then when I went to go to my seat, the air stewardess told me to progress down the aisle so someone that they knew could pass through, causing a delay in me getting to my seat as well as losing my overhead luggage space as someone else passing utilized it instead. Now I am in my seat with both my carry on and personal item stowed below. So was I comfortable ? No. Was I upset and annoyed, on top of being tired? Yes. They need a better system."

Fordeler: "I liked how generous they were with food and drinks"
Ulemper: "Free WiFi could have made the flight a lot better"

Fordeler: "Seats were very comfortable. Plane interior was in new condition, including electronic window shade tinting."
Ulemper: "Staff was not particularly warm or attentive. Was never offered more to drink, and after asking for more wine was ignored."

Fordeler: "The socks offered in business were comfortable and nice looking. The red wine was good."

Fordeler: "The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew."
Ulemper: "Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed"

Fordeler: "Planes were on time and connections made."
Ulemper: "One bag delayed as not put on flight and food could be better."

Ulemper: "Seats in economy section are very close together . There is not enough room for knees...especially for such a long trip."

Fordeler: "Good amount of space on the plane, lots of movies to watch, good food and drink."

Fordeler: "Customer care was super supportive"

Fordeler: "the crew was wonderful, we got a nice Wrap and water, wine or coffee for free, not all airlines serve it anymore, we were on time and I got whatsapp message with updates of the flight"

Ulemper: "Boarding was delayed and prolonged My Baggage was not transferred and was not available when I arrived in Dulles."

Fordeler: "The crew was attentive and the seat at economy comfort was comfortable at the “ok” level. It needs much mor3 to be super comfortable. The plug for the headphones was a mess! It was NOT possible to watch a movie and hear the sound too! I gave up! Not a great offering for the extra dollars..."
Ulemper: "So many things! Starting with the way assistance in the airport is offered to travellers with mobility issues! This is an important issue that needs to be revisited and changes for better service to be made!"

Ulemper: "I bought tickets thrue you for me two months ago Iit went well but on the last few days I also bought ticked for my brother and his wife and it was a disaster night mare for them bound for Montpellier too to attend a wedding the damn suitcase didn’t get to final destination it was at Orlando but got"

Fordeler: "The crew!!"

Ulemper: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Fordeler: "NOTHING"
Ulemper: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Ulemper: "Flight was delayed 3 hours"

Fordeler: "Easy flight; loved the crew and their friendly customer service. Great food, kept everyone hydrated and fed."
Ulemper: "The movie options, as well as music and TV options were limited. There were no electrical outlets."

Ulemper: "KLM lost my luggage during the layover. My luggage didn't arrive even after the next flight to Prague. Customer service wouldn't give me any idea what flight my luggage would arrive on, nor would they tell me what time my luggage might be delivered to me."

Fordeler: "The entertainment options were good."

Fordeler: "The cabin crew was so kind, efficient, and attentive. All meals and snacks were delicious."

Fordeler: "Everything excellent. Comfortable seats in business."

Ulemper: "The movie selection did not seem extremely varied."

Fordeler: "Good services!"

Ulemper: "Boarding was very confusing. There was an area where they were checking people's bags or something near the gate and you didn't know if you needed to stop at it or continue. They didn't collect garbage before landing. Not only did we have to take our bags off the plane, we had to carry our garbage (drink cups/food served) to the front of the plane to throw out."

Fordeler: "The crew were hardworking, responsive, conscientious and friendly"
Ulemper: "Really poor entertainment choices esp compared to my inbound AirFrance flight. Boarding was pretty disorganized and late."

Fordeler: "I got some rest"
Ulemper: "unable to charge my phone or watch movies"

Ulemper: "The Guy who had an accident when boarding causing a delay. Also I didn’t like the wait fir checking as passengers with children went before business class and should be after."

Fordeler: "Staff both at the airport and in the plane were professional and welcoming. Depsite short distance sandwich and drink were offered."
Ulemper: "Nothing to be honest . All positive."

Fordeler: "The sandwiches were simple yet just the right touch, on all four flights."

Ulemper: "OLD plane without comfort or entertainment"

Fordeler: "Airline staff good and professional"
Ulemper: "Nothing one can do, for a 6.2" guy, the metal bar that forms the shape for the pouch for magazines and such digs into knees, ESP if person in front adjusts seat back. Fold out table barely accommodates laptop."

Ulemper: "Not only was there free food but they tried to sell you a bunch of stuff. Not a moments piece."

Fordeler: "Staff superb. They even surprised us with an exit row and a gift for my partners birthday! Amazing. Samantha and Dennis also took time to come and personally wish him a happy birthday. A lovely touch. This airline runs like clockwork. They are just great. The sandwich and stoop waffle are nice too."
Ulemper: "There is a bus to the plane, so that takes a bit of extra time but they are very well organized."

Fordeler: "Speed, crew, and reliablity."
Ulemper: "Food wasn't good, no entertainment or accessory plug ins, and seats were worn out! Not comfortable at all. Great leg room though."

Fordeler: "Flight attendants tried their best given what they had to work with."
Ulemper: "They can not retire these old Boeing 747's soon enough. Due to mechanical problems, our flight arrived at LAXfour and a half hours late and further problems with the cargo door caused an additional one hour delay of our take off."

Fordeler: "Alt gikk greit så totalt sett fornøyd, dro før tiden og landet før så da fikk vi bedre tid i Amsterdam før neste avgang. Hyggelig besetning."

Ulemper: "hadde sete 3C rett bak economy plus der satt det bare 2-3 mennesker men jeg fikk ikke lov å bruke toallette fremme på tross av at der var serveringsvogn som blokkerte midtgangen, helt uforståelig!"
