Made “ exhausted” comment about getting a lime wedge for a margarita & then went to rear of plane to chat with other flight attendents. Worse, we booked with kayak, but actually the delta/ Aeromexico flight was booked with vayama. When one flight changed departure time, we no longer had our great pre-selected seats & couldn’t check in online. We had to work it out with delta & then aero Mexico t. After 30 min on the phone we got the last 3 bavk row seats near the toilets & cackling, aging flight attendants. No reclining or real food made for a lousy 3 1/2 hr lunch flight. No apologies, smiles of sympathy. Just snacks tossed our way"

Ulemper: "Perfect day outside, not a busy day or time to fly. The email forbhe plane being late was was too last minute. A heads up sooner would have been nice. That way we’re not waiting at the airport."

Ulemper: "Even though there were sunchips available, they were not giving them out to everyone. Only the people that paid up in coach got the sun chips. The rest of us got these sad bag of pretzels and cheesey snacks. So sad. Why wouldn't Delta offer the same snacks to everyone? Seems like such a small additional cost compared to such an offensive action. The money you save is certainly lost in bad publicity."

She had given the woman ahead of me two seats in comfort plus. Did not offer that and was rude. There were at least a few empty seats in that area. As a courtesy to us having 1)been delayed in Costa Rica. And then 2) a long wait for the connecting flight in Atlanta it would have been reasonable to offer those seats. Which remained empty"

Ulemper: "The boarding agents lost control of the crowd form the get go. The first class cabin crew on our side of the plane was inattentive, though it appeared on the other half of the plane the crew was very attentive. This is one of the poorer first class seats in the industry. The "lie flat" seat is just that, a lie. It is pitched at an angle, though not as steep as some. Foot cubby is narrow and constrictive, bordering on claustrophobic."

Ulemper: "Services was pretty weird .. Perse or crew Leader was ok But the assistent Young one was Really bad.. aptitud and not friendly at all."

Fordeler: "Fairly nice flight. 7 hours AMS to JFK. They had ice cream cones for us mid flight and an after dinner cognac if you wished."
Ulemper: "Not a big fan of paying for a few extra inches of leg room in a better seat after paying for a ticket."

Ulemper: "he had no choice but to look at the closed door of his flight, and wait an additional 7 hours and they didn't even give him a voucher for food. I'm his mother, I'm currently visiting family in Scotland, so couldn't help him much. I'm pretty disgusting and disappointed by the whole experience."

Ulemper: "Amsterdam customs is the most disorganized I have ever seen. With the number of tourists entering the country you would think they would have done something about it. There were only 2 customs agents!! One for all passports and 1 for all passports. We were in the customs hall longer than we were in flight!"

Fordeler: "The pilot kept us informed periodically during our journey. I liked that we could choose our seating online. The entertainment was good."
Ulemper: "The plane was dirty, all seats did not have pillows and blankets. Seating was not very comfortable, particularly as there was a box attached to one of the legs of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to move my legs to an uncomfortable angle."

Fordeler: "It was so easy to board and I had no inconvenience. It took 4 minutes from when I said goodbye to my family till when I was at the front of the gate."

Ulemper: "One of the senior stewardesses we're very rude. Whether it's her personal opinion or KLM's policy, it's unreasonable to think that a 3 years old child could or should hold her pipi over 20 minutes, while they slowly and inefficiently trying to give out food. Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."

Fordeler: "The staff was fast and curteous."
Ulemper: "There is not anything to complain about besides the usual discomfort of travel."

Fordeler: "I fly delta this was run by KLM they weight all bags delta does not they don't take TSA preach Check. Delta does It was a free for all with check in and getting into plane"

Ulemper: "techical problems announced AFTER plane was fully boarded, took 1-1/2 hours with no refreshments offered except the water bottles at seat. However, captain did make periodic announcements as to progress of repairs."

Ulemper: "When we checked in for the return flight in CPH we learned that our return ticket was “light” ie it did not include luggage. we were not informed about this, we did not request a ‘light” return ticket, and...why would we when we checked luggage flying over? We’d like the usd100 refunded"

Ulemper: "In Copenhagen I left my iphone in the bin during security check. Half an hour later i heard my name on P.A. system. The message was muffled and never repeated. I ran in circles trying to retrieve my phone and I got very poor assistance. I had to be deboarded an boarded again and barely made my flight. I was misinformed several times and ran around the airport with my hand luggage like a chicken without a head. Why wasn’t it brought to my gate? They had my info."

Fordeler: "Guess what, we took off and arrived on time!"
Ulemper: "Attitude of staff, cleanliness of cabin, actual cod fish (not tilapia/suay) etc. For dinner. Good Swedish scotch too"

Ulemper: "the staff constantly refused to help when they could and provided wrong information that caused me to miss my flight. i will never book through kayak because of this experience."

Fordeler: "Everything about the flight was wonderful except baggage claim, in BOTH directions."
Ulemper: "It could have been the perfect trip, but I am not sure why SAS baggage handling is so mediocre. In both the flights from EWR to OSLO and back, every aspect of the trip was super, except for the wait for baggage. In Oslo, I estimate having waited at least a half an hour at the carousel before the bags started showing up, and the same in Newark. We had long cleared Immigration, which normally is not a speedy process, and yet still had to wait at least 20 minutes for the FIRST bag to appear on the carousel. Most annoying, particularly after a relatively long flight, and especially for transfer passengers who needed to recheck their bags to continue to other destinations."

Ulemper: "Was overlooked by the pursor a couple times - he probably had a lot on his plate. Also, the "snack" at the end of the trip was sorely lacking! Especially for a 7 hour flight. The bathrooms were gross & out of toilet paper. And it seemed like one was locked constantly...?"

Ulemper: "Leg room is tight. No free alcohol. Dinner was very good. Lunch snack was tasteless."

Fordeler: "Seats were very comfortable for economy. Crew was pleasant, attentive and efficient. Good seatback entertainment system."
Ulemper: "Once passengers do final passport check and enter secure gate area on this flight to the US, there’s no bathroom available. On the transatlantic flight, no complimentary glass of wine as on other airlines."

Fordeler: "Nice staff, comfortable."
Ulemper: "Not sure why they only have like 20 movies, most of which are not good. Delta has hundreds of movies to choose from. Old and new. When entertainment is included in the high price of these long haul trips, it helps to have a semi-decent selection."

Fordeler: "Good food and a good entertainment system that comes with plenty of options. I really like that SAS doesn’t go for your wallet for every bag like jus about EVERY AMERICAN CARRIER!"
Ulemper: "Leg room could be more generous but then again I’m 6’3” so it is what it is."

Fordeler: "Seat was much more comfortable than the first flight, flight attendants were more polite, food was ok, entertainment was adequate, overall not bad."

Ulemper: "Check in was unorganized--many of us had tickets with unassigned seats that weren't taken care of till right before the flight. A situation which every system listed us as on standby--even if that wasn't true."

Ulemper: "Didn't make connectingflight due to a bomb alert at airport. sAS didntgive any support with either food or hotel. Stuck in Copenhagen for a day and night."

Fordeler: "I am vegetarian with no egg fish or meat. I didn't get any choices"

Fordeler: "They were very accommodating to alternate diets. All staff were very friendly and helpful"

Fordeler: "The food was excellent and the flight was smooth."
Ulemper: "No entertainment. They didn't notify us that there was no wifi until 5 minutes before we boarded. Being older than the electronic age, I did not have movies or games on my phone. Had we had earlier notice, I would have had time to hit the book store. Since the flight was delayed an hour, they had plenty of time to notify us earlier than just before boarding. An 8.5 hour flight without entertainment made the experience unpleasant."

Fordeler: "Setene er behagelige, og selv i SAS Go er det mulig å legge setene lenger ned enn jeg er vant til hos en del andre flyselskaper i samme seteklasse."
Ulemper: "Det er ikke mulig å bestille spesialmåltid samtidig med billettene, man må ringe. Dette virker unødvendig tungvint, spesielt med tanke på at det var ekstra lang ventetid hos kundeservice i den aktuelle perioden. Heldigvis var det mulig å få hjelp via Facebook, men det er visst ikke vanlig."

The crew was very friendly and always smiling, the flight was quick and arrived early, the plane was very clean aND overall just great experience. Next flight I'll be looking to book with SAS. Ulemper: "The flight was delayed well over an hour. I was unable to check in the night before. I was finally able to check in online the afternoon of the flight, but no seats were left, so had a boarding pass with no seat assignment. Got to the gate and they sent me and about 25 other folks with no seat assignment to wait for a "colleague" who finally appeared after almost everyone else had boarded. I did get a seat, but I was one of the last to board. They ran out of salmon dinners, so the stewardess plopped a chicken dish in front of me--didn't eat since I am vegetarian. The stewardess did give me a free mini bottle of wine, which is normally free on Lufthansa. I am just not all that impressed with SAS. I will try to avoid them in the future."

Fordeler: "Good choice of movies."
Ulemper: "I was seated between two families with two babies on board so there was little room for me to rest since there was a lot of movement."

Fordeler: "The plane was neat, clean and well maintained. The food was very good. The crew was professional and friendly. Based on my experience this is a top-notch airline."

Fordeler: "SAS tilbyr forutsigbart god o tilstrekkelig service i alle avseende."
Ulemper: "Der var alt for litt mat å kjøpe ombord, tok slutt ... unødvendig irriterende på morgenfly."

Ulemper: "Spørsmål om mat og underholdning bør få et alternativ med "ikke relevant" eller lignende, siden det mat evt må kjøpes og siden underholdning ikke alltid er et tilbud."

Ulemper: "Mat og underholdning er enten valgfritt (kan kjøpes) eller ikke-eksisterende og spørsmålene bør derfor kunne besvarer med "ikke relevant" eller lignende"

Fordeler: "Crew was efficient; cabin was clean."
Ulemper: "Seating was tight and uncomfortable. Seat cushions felt thin, we could feel the seat frames, and there was too little space between the rows. Food was lame and over cooked."

Fordeler: "Hyggelig personale"
Ulemper: "Dårlig luft."

Fordeler: "Temperatures was good not very hot. Has a handicapped bathroom."
Ulemper: "Cabin light was only slightly dimmed during the 8 hrs flight. Then instead of gradually brighten the light. They just flip the switch to full blast. I think they are trying to sell you more duty free than letting their customers rest. Not ok!"

Fordeler: "The crew was friendly."
Ulemper: "The crew forgot to start serving the final meal until 40 minutes before we landed which resulted in them nearly throwing food at people so that they could quickly get through the plane and sit again before descent. I was not able to choose my seat and was seated in the back of the plane. Consequently this meant that every parent on the plane with two-year-olds decided that the best place to let them stretch their little legs was back by me. I work with small children so I understand that when they reach that age all they want to do is kick and punch, but I didn't want to end my vacation by having half a dozen two-year-olds punch my leg or try to crawl under my chair as they wandered nearby. I still have bruises."

Fordeler: "On time and smooth travel."
Ulemper: "No choice in dinner items."

Fordeler: "Crew was great and welcoming"
Ulemper: "Some features on screen did not work, also seat handle wasnt possible to lower"

Fordeler: "Lovely crew, very good entertainment system."

Ulemper: "Clean up the planes better"

Ulemper: "The transfer was a disaster. We had to go through the security check (even though the transfer was in the Schengen area) and almost missed our connecting flight."

Fordeler: "Was on time! Not croweded!"

Fordeler: "Kindness of the staff, quick check in, wonderful healthy food, my seat and overall experience."
Ulemper: "Limited controls on the entertainment."

Fordeler: "reasonable leg room comfortable seat"
Ulemper: "No choice of food and service was quite slow but meal was fine the breakfast was ghastly a continental option would be much better"

Ulemper: "Good airline teamed up with crappy American brings them down. Don't waste money!!"

Fordeler: "Environmentally mindful with some packaging"
Ulemper: "There were no menu options for vegetarians on either meal. Several screens were not working, despite multiple reboot attempts."

Fordeler: "Seat, new plane, service"
Ulemper: "Amenity Kit could be improved, food was very good but could add more appetizer choices."

Fordeler: "Pleasant and friendly crew. Attentive and professional service."
Ulemper: "Late inbound flight made our flight delayed. No info at gate, until a few minutes before boarding. Small, crammed seats. Very worn seatbelts gives a less than favorable impression."

Fordeler: "God og personlig service ombord. Her ble man tatt godt vare på."
Ulemper: "Forsinket avgang, enda alle passasjerer var ombord i tide og boarding var «completed» før avreise."

Ulemper: "Seats were not very comfortable, although there was enough leg room"

Fordeler: "Friendly crew. On time. Clean. Comfortable."
Ulemper: "All was fine."

Fordeler: "It was a pleasant enough trip. Friendly crew, surprisingly decent food for a flight, and some decent entertainment available, though admittedly my headphones broke within a couple of hours for some reason, but by then I was nearly asleep anyway."
Ulemper: "It wasn't very comfortable and I had basically no leg room, but then, I sat in economy, so I can't be too surprised by that. Otherwise it was a good flight."

Fordeler: "I like the crew, the new aircraft, the airport in Helsinki, the business lounge in the airport"
Ulemper: "There was nothing that I truly disliked. I thought the food was mediocre and the business seat rather lumpy"

Fordeler: "Airplane was nice."
Ulemper: "I paid $90 for economy comfort for my flight and did not get an economy comfort seat. I am very disappointed with Finnair in this. They will not refund my money at the airport and now I need to go through their home office for a refund. It was bad enough not having any extra leg room on a red eye when you are over 6 feet tall but now I have to jump through hoops to get my money back."

Fordeler: "I was very satisfied by the flights by Finnair - kind personnel, good food, on time flights."

Fordeler: "The general entertainment/informative systems ran perfectly smooth without hiccups! Cabin crews were all pleasant to everyone onboard and I didn't feel as tiring after my 10.5 hours flying time as compared with other airlines!"
Ulemper: "The pre-booked in-flight WIFI service can hardly say it's working as the connection speed was way too slow to perform any general tasks and that's ashamed as I paid premium charges for that and didn't expect that I couldn't use the service at last"

Fordeler: "Great service and hospitality. Smooth flight. Good 1st experience with Finnair :-)"

Ulemper: "We paid for economy comfort and signed up for the 2x2 seats. Instead we received the 2 seats in the middle of 4. we were more than upset, there is no way we would every request the 2 worst seats in that area and given my husband is 6'6' Did not make for a happy experience."

Fordeler: "Nicest plane I've been on. Boeing for life."

Fordeler: "Arrived ahead of time Crue"
Ulemper: "Sales on board"

Ulemper: "Food, no option asked just served from Helsinki to Miami. Entertainment system was not working and later had only limited options."

Ulemper: "Another upgrade charge, no extra leg room but a seat "near the front" (row 8). NO entertainment system. Only food service was on-board bistro, which sadly I slept through because I was exhausted from getting absolutely no sleep on their crummy transatlantic flight... There are no 'zeroes' to give, so can only give a 1 star poor rating on food, entertainment and comfort. Crew, again, tried in the face of a crummy airline."

Fordeler: "This was a very good and on time flight from London to Helsinki. The exit row had lots of legroom."

Fordeler: "..."

Fordeler: "The staff were thoughtful and kind. They checked on us and offered snacks and water very regularly. My favorite, though, was that the captain took the time to alert us to the sights out the window. We had closed the shades at the request of the attendants and would have missed the beauty of Greenland had he not alerted us to peak out. I appreciate that!"

Fordeler: "Blueberry juice. Ok flight."
Ulemper: "Seating pretty tight... as usual these days. Onboard entertainment system had no music option."

Ulemper: "Problem with baggage"

Ulemper: "30 min between flying"

Fordeler: "The crew was great. The plane was either fairly new or recently refurbished. The new thinner padding on the seats was not a problem at all. For an inexpensive flight they gave a good value."
Ulemper: "The food was decent but not special."

Fordeler: "Food was good for airplane food."
Ulemper: "Plane only had screens for the movie in the center aisle and only every five rows or so."

Fordeler: "comfortable seats, efficient service both getting on and off the plane,very current movies. Overall a very good experience"

Ulemper: "I wanted to go home early..... They wanted to charge me 400 dollars to change my booking"

Fordeler: "Very pleasant crew!"

Fordeler: "Staff as always is polite"
Ulemper: "The man sitting next to me required two seats. The arm rested had to be lifted to my seat to accommodate him. I complained but the flight was full and my seat could not be changed. I was told that British Air policy was not to require extraordinary over weight people to buy two seats. No, instead the person next to that overweight person has to suffer. A very stupid and unfair policy. As a result I will never book Finnair or British Air again if I can avoid it."

Fordeler: "Individual seat video screens / media selection for such a long flight. Food also good, with good beer / wine selection"
Ulemper: "Bag never was placed on this flight, for whatever reason. BA had almost 4 hours to ensure its inclusion--but without success. It was delivered within 48 hours to my home, though, with all contents in tact."

Fordeler: "Good airplane, big and clean. Very punctual ."
Ulemper: "Not food just a very small drink"

Ulemper: "Crew members were almost non-existent. Saw them beginning and end of flight only and this was not even red eye flight. Food quality was very poor for premium seating. Many on board had to approach flight crew in back of cabin to get something to drink throughout he 10 hour flight."

Fordeler: "American Airlines flight didn't even have tvs, chairs were old and outdated. Not worth the price. Now days there are some standards that are expected"

Fordeler: "The meeting I was attending in NY got postponed so I lost the full 1/2 return ticket. Nothing I could do, all at once all kinds of small text appear in big and over 400 $ was lost. This is the last time I book with Kayak. Better pay a bit more directly with the airline but do not have a deal like the Kayak deal. So please remove from all your sites. Thank you VV"

Fordeler: "The fact that this is the only daytime flight from Boston to Europe."
Ulemper: "Food was very ordinary, and drink choices may have been theoretically available but the crew did not offer the choices."

Fordeler: "Polite and helpful crew and great entertainment systems."

Ulemper: "When I arrived to board my flight I was highly unsatisfied with the excessive charges I received for my luggage that was overweight (only by 7 pounds). I was not only charged an additional $100 for my second checked bag, but I was also charged $200 for the extra weight. As a college student traveling abroad for 6 months, I did not expect to be bombarded with these fees at the beginning of my journey. Due to this experience, I would like to have been notified ahead of time of the expected charges as it made me uneasy before a long flight."

Ulemper: "Hi -- the flight was fine. A bit of turbulence and rocky but it was raining so it's understandable. The crew was nice, professional. The plan was actually delayed 1.5 hours. They sent a text message at 7:15 apparently but my phone was not on so I understand not receiving it. I also left for the airport around 7:15. I also received an email from Kayak at 7 am that said there was no delay so I didn't check to see if there would be any others. I never received an email from Kayak about the delay. I would just suggest making sure all the alerts I get are correct. I also receieved an email to check in 72 hours before the flight but it wouldn't let me on Finnair.com Maybe I was supposed to go to Open Skies. Thanks! Melodie"
