Ulemper: "The plane waited 40 minutes for delayed connecting flights to arrive. It's great for some passengers because they don't miss the transatlantic flight, but it causes others to miss their connections on the other end. It added to very stressful deplaning."

Ulemper: "Because we missed our connection on our incoming flight, due to a delay leaving Newark by Swiss, Swiss cancelled our returning flights. So when we got to the airport on our return day, we were not booked on any flights. We were required to stay overnight and take a United flight home. Will avoid Swiss in the future."

Fordeler: "The airplane was cool and the time for arriving was correct as well as easy to check in. The pilot was good and they told us who won on the World Cup tournament I liked that. There was a younger crew memeber she was reaaally nice."
Ulemper: "I asked when i got my ticket for a window seat and he said he gave me one but he did not in the two flights I got. I requested the crew for a window seat if possible since I had been feelin nauseated, it did not help that the guy sitting next to me had a really bad breat and smelled bad. They offered me a sit in the middle of the plane, that did not work well because I was feeling sick, being in between a big guy and a bigger lady was not going to help at all. There was an older crew member and she seemed to be kinda discussed with the trash even though she was using gloves. Food was ok but not the best. To top it off I told them that the headphones connection wasn’t working and they only brought me a pair of new headphones. I tried mine and they didn’t worked, so the whole 8 hrs of flight I was watching movies with sound only from on side. They didn’t even bother, I guess cuz I am economy? Not sure I did see some free chairs in the lanes between economy and first class but they didn’t even suggested that so I decided to suck it up and sit on my assigned chair. The bathrooms where dirty and smelled reaaally bad from the beginning that really was disgusting to be honest. I can let go many things but not that. I had to help the passenger sitting next to me cuz he didn’t know how to do anything and didn’t speak English, he was an older man, with signs I was able to show him how an airplane works. I never complain about flights but this one was tooo many little things. Oh and what about an international flight where I have to pay for a second bag! Really? I did it on my way to Europe and I thought I payed both and then I had to do it again. Whatever money I thought I could save was a lie because I ended up paying a lot more adding the bags and additional transportation for home based on the airports. I am not satisfied at all with the flight experience"

Fordeler: "Swiss is famous for the punctuality, I actually love the airport too in Zurich, is super clean and modern, very efficient. Food on board was great in Economy as well!"
Ulemper: "the seats are not spacious enough. I barely had the seats in front on my basically on my laps.. a little bit too claustrophobic!"

Ulemper: "Rather than boarding economy passengers by row number, there is a free-for-all at the gate, and tedious blockage in the aisles as passengers wait for others to place carry-on luggage. More leg-room than United, but still a bit crowded for tall people. VERY BAD DESIGN of arm-rests, which do not go up all the way into the seat but instead jut out at an angle."

Ulemper: "Entertainment system wasn’t working in my row. Food was not great, not the standard I’m used to from Swiss. Took them forever to turn on air handling after boarding, plenty of time for All the people with colds and coughing fits to infect everybody else."
Fordeler: "Food is excellent... nice variety plus dessert. Everything was hot & delicious & used metal utensils which was much nicer than plastic."

Ulemper: "For 9 hr flight the space between the seats in economy class was way too small. Im 1.75cm (medium) and I felt squeesed and very unconfitable not like in Lufthansa airplane flying from Newark to Dussldorf. (Flight only 6:15min) In addition, when front passenger moved his seat back on me I had a lot of difficulties with getting in and out of my seaat."
Fordeler: "Seats were comfortable, air crew was friendly, helpful and patient. The food was actually really quite good. Entertainment kept my little ones occupied and seated."
Ulemper: "There were quite a lot of in-flight announcements by the flight crew - which disrupted the in-flight entertainment and irritated the little ones. The garbage dispenser in the bathroom seemed a bit small for the task."

Ulemper: "Was sent through two redeem security screenings. In Zürich. I doubt this was the airline's fault but it had been a very early morning and it was challenging to remain patient."

Ulemper: "On the flight to Zurich the passenger behind me gave me a difficult time about reclining my seat back but keep in mind he had his reclined. Coming back to Newark the gentleman behind my boyfriend made a comment how he didn't have room due to his seat being reclined. The passenger next to us was arguing with the passenger in front of her because she didn't want that person to recline their seat back. I have never experienced such rude people on a flight and I realize this is beyond your control. It made for a very uncomfortable and stressful flight. Maybe signs can be posted or a message when booking your flight that ALL passengers have a right to recline seats and if space is an issue for your comfort then upgrade to business class for more room."
Fordeler: "I cannot check in online for us flights so I need to get my seat at the check in. I am flying with swiss every month between Zürich and New York but a lot of Ines I get a shitty seat even if I am silver status As a frequent flyer I expect a priority handling which is not the case . No upgrade poaaibility due to wrong booking class (even if flights are very expensive) if this continues to go that way I will change airline alliance This is more a miles and more issue but it is really annoying me in a way that I really consider changin"
Fordeler: "Everything except the earphones was great"
Ulemper: "The earphones are bad and connector is 2 pins, so couldn't use mine."
Ulemper: "Unorganized and hectic at the gate; personnel were rude and unhelpful. I was asked numerous times to Leave and let them do their work" when I asked why I was on standby and what that meant."

Ulemper: "Airplane wasn't clean, we had hair on the headrest cover and asked one of the crew members for new headrest cover but was ignored."
Fordeler: "This direct flight from Zurich-Newark is pretty comfortable, especially if you get the two seats at the either sides of the plane (it's a 2x4x2 config in Coach). The food is really good, they are generous with drinks and the crew is really friendly and smiling! Would take this flight again without any reservations in future!"
Fordeler: "I was supposed to visit my father who was just put in a nursing home for a few days and the day of my flight I received an email from Swiss that they had rebooked me for the next day! So frustrating! The trip would have gotten so short that it wasn't worth it so I had to reschedule it 6 weeks out. It got my dad really upset! Thank god his health is stable at the moment."

Ulemper: "The boarding process at Zurich airport was a mess. There was no communication at the gate to tell passengers what to do or where to stand"
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed 4 hours. Asked 3 different personnel at Zurich airport at no one could help with wifi or how it could be accessed since both wifi scanning machine in Gate E area weren't working. It just seemed that they were incompetent or weren't willing to help. Crew on flight were very nice. Vegetarian food options better than chicken / meat options."

Fordeler: "This flight left on time and landed safely."
Ulemper: "Not worse than other international flights. Entertainment system better than Lufthansa or United. This plane used the 2 jack connection for headphones, which prevents one from using own/normal stereo jack headphones. The provided phones are terrible had to be cranked really loud because of the plane noise, it was almost impossible to understand dialogues in movies."
Fordeler: "Great service on the board service, plenty of drinks during flight, decent food on economy class, spotless clean plane."
Fordeler: "The staff were friendly and helpful, even more so as we traveled with two small kids. Very professional, high standards even for economy!"

Førts flyen blir 20 minutter forsinket . Etterpå når vi sitte i flyen og skule fly hadde mye bråk som vi visste har teknisk problem . Så etterpå vi måte og sitte i flyen og venter cirka 2 timer . Det var veldig dømt og sitte i en fly og vente 2 timer ?!! Og hele tida vi følger ikke trygg siden vi hørte om flyen har teknisk problem. Vi forventet bytte flyen ikke tar samme fly som har teknisk problem . Og siden vi hadde en langs tur PGA flyen hadde problem vi fått ikke noe ekstra service som matt ellers litt drikke . Det var veldig dumt . Derfor vi følte veldig dårlig og det var veldig dårlig service !!! Mvh Salar Abdipour Elham Soroori .

Ulemper: "•We boarded and consequently landed late, which caused my cousin to miss his connecting flight, coupled with the long customs process upon landing. There was no accommodation given to my cousin so I have to take him back home with me and then drive 2 hours tomorrow morning to bring him back for his new flight. •The charger ports for our seats were not working, which means we were 8 hours + without a phone. •One female flight attendant had a bad attitude and dropped pretzels in my lap after I turned to quickly ask my cousin a question regarding what drink he wanted. •The plane landing was one of the most reckless I’d ever witnessed."

Ulemper: "The disjointed announcements which kept disrupting the movie we were watching. It would be helpful to have one single announcement instead of breaking it up into several smaller units. We had a serious issue with a passenger in front of us who kept jamming his seat back into our knees. The flight staff did a great job of trying to resolve the issue. But the bottom line is that the seats are way too close together for such a long flight."
Fordeler: "The services provided by United were good, although we were delayed due to mechanical issues. However, we were kept informed and made comfortable."
Ulemper: "I did not know when I booked through Lufthansa that it was a United flight, so I could not check in online and I was not able to order my gluten-free meal. Also, since it was Lufthansa, I was not able to download the entertainment system onto my portable device because I did not know I needed to."
Fordeler: "Top notch in-flight entertainment. Chicken meal was not bad. Friendly crew"
Ulemper: "These flights in and out of Newark have the tightest leg room I've been on. I feel bad for tall passengers. The boarding gate from Düsseldorf was way too crowded."

Fordeler: "The flight from Frankfurt to Newark, NJ was good. Flight crew was courteous and movies made the time go quickly. Food and drinks were also plentiful. I have no complaints other than having to pay extra for seat assignments."

Fordeler: "After so many domestic flights of being shuffled around and interacting with flight attendants that seem to not like their jobs much and passenger's are just an annoyance, flying abroad on Luftansa was quite a different experience! The flight attendants were polished, professional, and actually wanted to provide a service. Their interactions made me feel like I was cared about and that they wanted my unique needs to be met. This made a 10 hour flight an enjoyable experience which I certainly didn't anticipate."

Måtte betale for alt ombord selv etter å ha sittet i flyet nesten 2 timer. Meget dårlig service både av bakkepersonalet og ombord."

Fordeler: "The flight attendants were very nice and tried to accomodate everyone. The food was pretty good for airline food. The snacks and beverages were plentiful. The tea they serve is delicious! Good movies, online games etc."
Ulemper: "I did not like the very tight seating with basically no leg room. Very uncomfortable. Unless you can afford 1st class or the pod type loungers. There is no room in the economy section."

Ulemper: "Premium Economy barely worth it and not as advertised - no amenity kit, in flight service identical to Coach (except for upgraded meal), seat super uncomfortable with an awkward footrest and a non working headrest."

Fordeler: "Heathrow terminal 5 is modern, clean and efficient. The BA 787 Dreamliner is the best and the crew were professional all throughout the journey."
Ulemper: "I would avoid flying into Newark internationally if I have the option next time. Besides from the obvious that the airport is outdated, it is totally understaffed. There were about a staff of four directing international travelers at Passport Control and they were impolite which created a stressful and unwelcoming experience. The second issue I experienced was at baggage claim. Due to some issue I didn’t personally experienced, non-US passport holders experienced major delays entering the country. This resulted in hundreds of luggage that were left unclaimed from a previous flight still on the carousel. There was only two airport staff at this area so people from the BA flight had to take these the bags off the carousel inorder to make space for our flights bags to fit. It’s was totally chaotic and easily avoidable if there were more airport staff managing this area. This international airport is a national embarrassment, and if you’re a foreign traveler, I would highly discourage you from flying into Newark."

Ulemper: "Luggage took forever to be delivered in Newark--one of the longest waits I've ever experienced."
Fordeler: "I liked the plane layout, 2/3/2 across. The stewards were fine given what they have to deal with. I made it back without incident."
Ulemper: "Seating and service on planes has become so awful that I worry about my safety as an older person. If something happens on a flight like this, where there is no room, stressed stewards and disgruntled passengers, what would happen? If you are tall, there is no room for your legs. Seat my not go back."
Fordeler: "The seats in "business class" are adequate but other airlines are nicer and newer. The food was good though."
Ulemper: "The way the seats were set up was really weird. I actually was flying backwards."

Fordeler: "There should be free food in the plane. It's a stupid concept. You can increase the prize of the ticket but food and drinks on plane should be free!"

Ulemper: "We won't go through Dublin again. The walk from the arrival gate to the maze of bureaucracy ahead was way too long. The airline should have not have that tight a connection knowing all the screening that must be done to board the next flight. We were held up at every entry point, not told what to expect and thus had to prepare for screening on the fly, while hoping our plane would wait for us, which it did and the many people who boarded after us. Entertainment system was slow and non-responsive and my husband's had to be reset to even start to work. One bag left behind, but delivered promptly within days of arrival"

Ulemper: "Customer service was terrible. The flight was overbooked and everyone was treating me as if it were MY fault the plane was oversold and I didn't have a seat. No apologies, no sympathy. It was as if they were doing me a favor by trying to get me on the flight. I had to wait it 4 long lines to get it taken care of and the people working the floor of the check-in area kept directing me to the wrong places. Purchasing a plane ticket on your airline for a specific should be enough to guarantee a seat on a plane. It's absurd that I spent 900 for a ticket and that doesn't guarantee me that I'll be on the flight."
Fordeler: "The crew was fantastic and professional, accommodating and very attentive. The seats were comfortable and the flight itself was smooth."
Ulemper: "The food was not particularly good, I imagine a better class of ticket would improve the food experience. Then again, one does not fly for the food!"

Ulemper: "Again because I was not allow to choose a better sit or buy an upgrade it was so fustrated!!"
Fordeler: "I worked for BA for 20 years. I was glad to book them. Ba Turned out to be AA Sat scrunched up between to big people. while in the back there were. 2 people sleeping across 4 seats. outrageous"
Ulemper: "No seats were allocated when i checked in for return flight. Flight overbooked. No time to change currency or stop for a tea as I had to wait and see if i was going to get a seat I was 3 and 1/2 hours before the flight."
Ulemper: "upon existing the airline, we were instructed to go to a certain gate, which ended up being the wrong gate and by the time we discovered that we were at the wrong place, we missed the flight! British Airways was unhelpful, not compassionate and completely oblivious to their own mistake! I had to purchase a new flight home and was stuck in the airport for over 6 hours! not to mention that they told us the air craft was smaller than the originally scheduled craft so they made us check everything including our carry ons. Thankfully I didn't need any of my medication. This was absolutely the WORST flight home!"

Ulemper: "The metal boxes below the seats mean that the little space allowed to a person is now all the more clipped. My backpack wouldn't even fit under the seat. My knees are already pressed up against the chair in front of me, now there's nowhere for me to stuff my feet even."
Fordeler: "The variety of in-flight entertainment options. The headrests. The staff was particularly helpful and courteous."
Ulemper: "Went to the wrong place and then had to have wheelchair service to get me to the gate on time! Which he did for which I am most grateful! Am not familiar with European customs for travel!"
Fordeler: "Food) wine, entertainment, spacious, comfy seats (coach). Despite being in tbe middle seat I slept well."
Ulemper: "Flight attendants are obsessive about rules- they will wake you to put on your seatbelt or bring up your seat 40+ minutes before landing. But very polite."
Fordeler: "There was nothing to like except for the customer service skills of the cabin supervisor who profusely apologised for BA."
Ulemper: "At the airport, we were told that we did not have seats together as te flight was oversold. Strange as we had a six year old traveling with us. After much discussion, they gave two seats in the economy plus for me and the child but down graded child's mom to economy. We were told that someone from BA will contact us but it has been 10 days and no call or email. BA doesn't care and is just like all other airlines."
Fordeler: "Entertainment on iPad."

Fordeler: "Loved the new BA airplanes. Great staff and customer service"
Ulemper: "I would not use Kayak again. Went though some noname ticketed named webjets. Called multiple times and could not get anyone who spoke proper english. Due to the fact that you did not buy the ticket direct BA customer service could not assist us"
Fordeler: "Nothing stood out good or bad. Average plane. Average service."

Ulemper: "1. BA said I couldn't get a seat before 24 hrs before. Then when I tried to get a seat assignment I was told (by email) to contact Aer Lingus. Aer Lingus said that I should have called before 24 hrs before, and that seats were now in control of the gate (this still 22 hrs before flight time). Total lack of coordination. 2. At check-in I was first told that my bag was too big for carry-on, although BA had accepted it. I shrunk it down. Then I was told it weighed too much at 15 kg. When I asked why BA accepted the weight I was told BA's weight limit was different. 3. Net net, if BA is "arranging" the flight through a code-share it should have responsibility for insuring I am treated like a BA customer. Aer Lingus' customer treatment leads much to be desired."

Ulemper: "Website didn't work for online checkin. Flight only half full but somehow I was assigned to the coldest seat on the plane with an exit door obstructing legroom. Toilets were out of order and only one was available for most of an eight-hour flight. Airline charged for drinks. Food (chicken stew in a brown gravy?) was repellant. Entertainment choices dated and uninteresting. Luggage lost, with one agent available to slowly help more than 30 people. Luggage missing for over 24 hours. No response from airline. Enough."
Ulemper: "My flight was changed from Newark to JFK Which cost me more. I called AA to credit me and they Did not"
Fordeler: "Food and entertainment were good."

Ulemper: "We would have appreciated water being served between the meals; it was a very long time with nothing.The cold meal was just ok. We paid extra for our seats and were very disappointed at being stuck in the middle where it is difficult to move or get up. It would have been nice to be able to actually"
Fordeler: "I loved how the entertainment was complimentary and there was a wide selection of movies, TV shows and music. I’m used to having one or maybe two movies to choose from but TAP has an entire movie library on the back of each seat. I watched 3 new releases on my 7.5 hour flight. The food was also tasty and I technically had two meals. Great job, TAP!"
Ulemper: "The only thing that could be improved is the boarding process in the Lisbon airport. The boarding time for the flight was one hour before takeoff and the gate area was too small to hold the total number of people taking the flight. We also didn’t board until 30 min before the flight so passengers were waiting in one big crowd because it was impossible to find a seat or to even form clear lines for boarding."

Fordeler: "In flight meal was one of the best I have ever had."
Ulemper: "Could not choose when to start a movie. If you wanted to watch one, you had to turn it on from the beginning or you would start in the middle. Plane could have been cooler as well."
Fordeler: "I was on a 7 hour flight and the TAP airline service was very good. I had requested a vegan meal and they were able to accommodate me with no problem. Also they had a great selection of movies."
Ulemper: "I didn’t like that all the soap dispensers in both bathrooms were empty the whole flight. But good thing for the wet naps they offered and antibacterial I had in my purse."
Ulemper: "Though the weather was fine - no excuse - the 7 hours delay! the fact that instead of landing in Newark (my original reservation), we landed in JFK! VERY INCONVENIENT AND AN EXTRA EXPENSE! The fact that in Lisbon airport I had to wait more than one hour to reach the help desk and then plead to receive a voucher for refreshment (left Madeira on an early flight, no breakfast on that flight, the flight to NY delayed till 5 PM!). I chose TAP because it was the most direct way to reach Madeira - but the delays on both flights were more than unfortunate - it was simply poor service."

Ulemper: "Had to pay extra for my only bag! Didn’t know it wasn’t in the coat of the ticket"
Ulemper: "flight was delayed. ended up missing our flight from newark home."
Ulemper: "The flight attendants didn't come around with anything to drink, except with meals. All international flights I have been on offer multiple drinks through the flight. They charged $80 for a suitcase. This was not a discounted ticket."

Ulemper: "I have traveled to and from Portugal in TAP for many years and never ever did I have to pay for a checked bag till this year. It is totally a robbery to be charging people for 1 checked bag of only 50lbs. not only is it ridiculous but robbery. You charge a lot of money for the flights as it is and to go and charge people to check a bag on an international flight is insane. It is to bad I have to fly back with you because I will not be flying with you ever again after this I will take my money elsewhere. Also you need to let people know that they are being charged for luggage when the are booking their flight because when I booked my flight nowhere did it say I had to pay for my luggage. It already was rediculous that we are only aloud 1 50lb bag checked and now you want people to pay for it too? Pretty soon you minus well have people just get on a plane naked!!"
Fordeler: "Left on time, arrived early. Food and snacks were good. Very attentive crew."
Ulemper: "Can't think of anything."
Fordeler: "I like the flight per se and the crew attention"
Ulemper: "The boarding process. It was slow, disorganized, didn't take off on time and some people were rude including the searching process that I enter voluntarily because nobody directed me. I when you schedule a flight you should try to take off on time because it can be disruptive for everyone. And when you sell discount tickets at least say you are going to charge 45 dollars for the bag... i wouldn't purchase any discount offer"
Fordeler: "Employees are very nice."
Fordeler: "since it was an older plane maybe it had more leg room"
Ulemper: "poor quality video and sound for watching movies on long flight attendants were brusque and ignored most passengers(except the ones with special meals) we were on connecting flight with little time in between to grab water or snack - so we sat on this flight for over two hours before we got any refreshments. Some passengers got refills before we got one. Poor execution. we had to check two bags on connecting flight (which we didn't have to do before) and it cost us time and money. Also they lost the two bags - got several days after we got back from trip huge line at immigration - we waited almost two hours will not travel on TAP again"
Fordeler: "Flight attendants were reponsive. Plane was comfortable enough. Good entertainment options."
Ulemper: "Plane was a little warm. Would have liked more information in English."
Ulemper: "Wouldn't let people approach the desk to ask questions before boarding. Crew very un pleasant and forceful throughout the trip. Would not look forward to flying with TAP again."
Fordeler: "Not much"
Ulemper: "Long flight uncomfortable seats"
Fordeler: "So accommodating!! Top of the line!"
Fordeler: "The food in Economy was way better than usual U.S. airline food. Ground staff in Newark were helpful in retrieving a book I left on the plane. Captain had the seat belt sign off early and turned it back on late in descent which allowed people to visit the restrooms. Video entertainment was good."
Ulemper: "Captain should have made more P.A. announcements during the coast in over Cape Cod to point out areas of interest"
Fordeler: "Staff was friendly and somewhat helpful, they were able to offer some compensation and hotel."
Ulemper: "I was placed on standby for my flight and ultimately did not get a seat. It took two hours to get a new flight sorted out and it didn't leave for 2 days. A massively inconvenient experience as I had a conference to attend and missed two days."
Fordeler: "The seats were comfortable and already stocked with a pillow and blanket for all. we each had a personal screen stocked with movies, music, games and flight info. at no additional cost and that was great for passing the time during a long flight from Lisbon to NY. The crew was the best part, so pleasant and helpful and professional. We were instructed to close the shades and were allowed to sleep and woken up for the custom form and the great meal which had the option of soda or wine, etc. at no additional cost. The quality of the food was impressive and the salad even came with a packet of real Portuguese olive oil and vinegar. When appropriate we all had to open the shades and drinks were served again and later a small snack of a sandwich and a juice were given all in perfect timing."
Fordeler: "Nothing."
Ulemper: "Filthy dirty airport, club and plane. No power in the seats to boot. Clown show. Never again see above."
Fordeler: "The seats were very comfortable and there was a n extensive selection of great movies to choose from."
Ulemper: "There were 2 screaming children in the row next to me. The parents did not handle themselves well. On the brightside, the crew did everything they could to help better the situation."
Ulemper: "I found it very frustrating that we were told at the ticket counter the boarding would begin at 11:15am for a 12:45pm flight time. I arrived at the airport over two hrs in advance and then had to run a significant distance through the airport and sweat and be unnecessarily anxious waiting on the customs line only to arrive at the gate at 11:20am, to have my bags checked for a second time and then be unable to get any food or coffee before a flight that did not begin boarding for another 40 minutes. I did and still do not see the need for that additional luggage/security check and then being held at the gate for almost an extra hour for seemingly no reason at all."
Fordeler: "Flight staff was great, service was top notch. food was surprisingly good, red wine included in your ticket. movie choice was good. coach seat was as manageable for a long flight. you pretty much know what your getting yourself into flying coach overseas. this was a pretty good seat."
Ulemper: "We flew thru about an hour straight of moderate turbulence but i'm guessing that was unavoidable. Checkin was a bit weird, they had a gate change and never announced it. Fortunately, i checked the board. about 6 of us had been at the other gate for a long while."
Ulemper: "We experienced a 6 hour delay in Lisbon because there was no fuel available - terrible planning causing us to spend hours on the runway."
Fordeler: "Great flight! Unexpectedly good amount of food and good entertainment. On time. Seats were comfortable w good room."
Ulemper: "Boarding was pretty disorganized and crowded and seemed like it took even longer than it normally takes. we were lined up for a while before boarding initiated."

Ulemper: "No air from above. Just an all around bad flight with so many problems."
Fordeler: "Efficient boarding. Very friendly crew. Coach seating comfortable and roomy."
Ulemper: "Nothing"
Ulemper: "It wasn't at all the airline's fault, but this flight saw random searches at the gate of carry-on luggage + patdowns of selected passengers. I understand fully the imperatives for security, However it would be nice if there were some way to signal passengers that they might want to get to the gate early...... Fortunately I'd experienced it before (same flight out of Lisbon) and knew there was a good chance of a repeat...."
Fordeler: "Generally good and professional."
Ulemper: "One washroom was permanent;y dirty because the FLUSH mechanism wasn't performing well. Another washroom was permanently locked - causing higher traffic in the remaining washrooms."
Ulemper: "this was a very last minute flight to return home. It was cancelled within hours. I am very disappointed."
Ulemper: "Seats were uncomfortable"
Fordeler: "Out of the 100+ flights I've been on in my life. TAP Portugal has been the worst and least professional."
Ulemper: "My first flight from Madrid to Portugal was cancelled (at midnight) so I had to sleep in the terminal because the bus they provided to the hotel couldn't take all of us. Then my flight to New Jersey was delayed several hours making me miss my next flight to Denver (home) and I had to spend a 2nd night in the terminal. I never received and hotel/food/taxi vouchers. I will do everything to avoid flying with TAP Portugal ever again."
Fordeler: "Nice flight, clean planes, decent amount of beverages/food provided, good TVs"
Fordeler: "USB ports to charge your phone, watched almost a whole season of HIMYM:) good dinner."
