Fordeler: Seat more comfortable than most economy seats with other airlines. Smiling, attentive cabin attendants. Good food. Easy to get to next flight. Seems a bit more spacious than other airlines.
Ulemper: Free Wifi.
Fordeler: Crew was great. Seats were uncomfortable. No air. It was extremely hot.

Ulemper: Seat cushion was very hard for 7 hour fight. Bring a pillow!

Ulemper: My fly connection did not appear in screens, confusing, stressing. Fly left more than one hour after schedule, no explanation, still arrived on time

Fordeler: The overall experience was great! I was extremely satisfied. I thought the crew was very kind and the extra touch of bringing ice cream to everyone as a treat was perfect for our family that had to restless little boys.
Ulemper: I did find it strange that the only brought the drink cart around once during the 9 & 1/2 hour flight. It was a cost savings approach more than anything. For the crew, I am sure it was also a time savings approach. When going to find another drink, it was clear supplies were also thinning out.
Fordeler: Crew was late, which caused me missed my connection flight, and layover for 10 hours at Heathrow Then on my delayed flight, I was seated on a worth sit. Thank you British Airway. Hope this my last flight with you. Kobi

Fordeler: Very enthusiastic and pleasant crew who worked hard to provide a meal and drinks to all Business Class passengers on this short 33-minute flight.
Ulemper: The most comfortable flight of all. Very pleased

Fordeler: Crew okay but they don't circulate much. They just stay in back.
Ulemper: Whole entertainment system NOT WORKING.
Fordeler: The crew was amazing! They were helpful and professional. Made the flight wonderful. Our stewardess, Brenda Joyce, has great energy. My daughters and I were taking a trip to honor my husband who recently passed and she was phenomenal at keeping our spirits up.
Ulemper: Better snacks.
Fordeler: On this short flight, the flight attendant was wonderful, accommodating special requests and being fully engaged with passengers. On time departure, early arrival, overall a nice quick flight to Duluth.
Ulemper: CRJ200 planes are always a bit cramped, and having to gate check anything bigger than a small purse is an inconvenience. Hopefully the fleet will change over to the Embrair planes soon. Beware 'Basic' flyers (cheap tickets): you are not eligible to take an earlier flight even if available.
Ulemper: Bring ear buds if you want to watch/listen to a movie. Delta changes for ear buds Everything else was fine
Fordeler: Friendly crew and ground crew worked VERY quickly and efficiently to deal with a broken plane and switch us all rather seamlessly to a replacement plane. Impressive.
Fordeler: The staff were nice, the flight was on time. The meal was good.
Ulemper: There was no pillow on board and the flight was overnight.
Fordeler: I was able to get good seats, front of the plane. 3rd row for all my flights. pretty decent leg room
Ulemper: flight was delayed, 2nd Austtian flight delayed in the same day

Ulemper: The 34 minute flight was delayed by almost 2 hours.
Ulemper: Its simple. Turns out i had to pay 360 dollars for my baggages which was hever specified in the time i was purchasing tickets cause they said im flying without and i can come back with. Who is flying without baggage intercontinental for 1 month? And 3 baggages didnt arrived. Thanks
Fordeler: Fairly easy boarding process and nice staff
Ulemper: Delayed about an hour once all boarded
Fordeler: The crew was very nice and friendly. I was not expecting walking down to the tarmac to board the plane. But flight was uneventful.
Ulemper: Checking in didn’t open until 2 hours before plane was scheduled to take off. Really? We got to airport early so we could eat dinner. You are depriving the airport of revenue. Not to mention we had to stand there for over an hour. And then just one agent showed up. Terrible service and planning.
Ulemper: Plane was changed to a different plane and caused lots of confusion. Boarding process was chaos, loaded all passengers in a room too small with many standing and getting too hot.
Ulemper: Boarding and boarding pass was horrible. 30 min before boarding, there was no one at the SAS area.
Fordeler: All crews are kind, friendly and excellent services, the handling of missed flight is good.
Ulemper: The plane is too old lots of things falling apart, toilet door, tv screen and its remote control ect ..
Fordeler: The crew was good
Ulemper: The entertainment on the plane should be upgraded and wifi should be provided

Ulemper: Baby sharing seat with parent was very crowded

Fordeler: We flew Business Class. The crew was professional and attentive. The food was definitely a nice cut above.
Ulemper: Nothing that I can offer. If I needed to make another trip anywhere ANZ flies, they would be my first choice every time.
Fordeler: Seats very comfortable; real feather pillow! Everything was on time.
Ulemper: Breakfast consisted only of sweet items -- I didn't touch it.
Ulemper: I never made it on the flight. It was over booked, they switched me over... I'm still at the airport, missing two days of my vacation. Flights have been delayed from SFO, causing me to miss so many of the connecting flights...
