Ulemper: "Unfortunately because the flight was delayed 2 times I was going to going to miss my connect flight to London. So I canceled my trip. I would appreciate a refund as I don’t understand what all the delays were about"

Fordeler: "Provides the service you'd expect from an international carrier. Boarded on time, seat actually reclines, meals, baggage, seat assignments are included in the price. Staff treat you well and the price isn't bad."
Ulemper: "Virgin website is slow and not intuitive. Couldn't get seat assignment until i was at the gate. No explanation why. Boarding announcements delivered via ESP. Half of the passengers were still in the boarding area because no one heard announcements. Arrived 30 min early but had to wait on the tarmac for 45 min for a parking gate. Baggage delivery at JFK took forever."

Ulemper: "Economy passengers kept coming onto business class as our crew member was absent to often and didn’t police it"

Ulemper: "- Boarding kept getting delayed without any warning. - Duty free purchase was meant to be collected just before boarding the plane but mine was not there. This was not so much an issue but the man said he would have my bag sent to my seat and I was subsequently approached by a crew member who asked for my receipt. Which he was holding in his hand. I would have thought it would be quite easy to confirm the person without them having the receipt as the their name and seat number is on the receipt but he had to go back and check if it was okay. - Found it hard to sleep on the overnight flight due to uncomfortable seats. Would probably not be an issue in upper class. - No comment on entertainment as did not use it."

Fordeler: "Very short flight (43 minutes) No food, entertainment or beverage service. Staff did not check young children were strapped in prior to take off resulting in a two year old standing on dads lap throughout take off, flight and landing."

One thing that really surprised me, though, is how much I liked the eggs (on both flights) and what went with the eggs, like the spinach and potatoes and bacon on this flight and the potatoes and sausage (and was there something else?) on the next flight. Kudos for making something that has got to be cheap taste good. Thanks."
Ulemper: "Come to think of it, there was one thing that I didn't particularly like, and that was how the headphones only worked on one side only (there was only audio on one side). At first I thought that maybe I had just gotten bad headphones, but the my next flight was the same: the headphones also only played audio on one side."

Ulemper: "The following experience goes down in history as the worst ever because: we had a 3.5 year old child, and mom and dad seated directly in front of our row. The couple ignored the instructions to move seats forward during meals making it impossible to eat. They placed their luggage in the overhead compartment belonging to both rows, which wasn't a problem if they hadn't proceeded to open and close the compartment every 20 minutes. The 300 pd dad repeatedly stepped on my broken toe while reaching for his luggage, while rattling around and disturbing sleeping passengers. And, sadly the child repeatedly threw temper tantrums without any care or effort of intervention from the parents. In short, they terrorized the surrounding travellers. In contrast, my outbound flight, also had a family seated in the row directly in front. This family was the antithesis, considerate and respectful of their fellow passengers. Susan Laws"

Ulemper: "Flight left 50 minutes late because they'd lost the paperwork and had to get new copies.... not very professional! I can understand a delay due to weather or technical issues but losing paperwork shouldn't happen. The food portion was very small for an international flight."

Ulemper: "Turkish was phenomenal. FareScan could have definitely been better. After booking they called demanding another $145 for my seats. They said they couldn’t complete my reservation without it and needed an email confirmation from me to approve the new charge. Seeing I was short on time, I didn’t have a choice. Will never do business with them again."

Fordeler: "The flight was empty-ish in the back of the plane, & I was allowed to lie down across 4 seats. I liked that they allowed boarding from the back of the plane (along w/ front). I also liked that most of the food was vegetarian (& the crew pointed out what to avoid). I always forget to special order."

Ulemper: "Even though the same plane was used, the Cuban authorities asked passengers bound to Caracas to deboard the plane, pass to transit, to have us waiting an hour to re board. Boarding was a complete chaos. We were not handed headsets, so could not listen to inflight entertainment. Food was not good"

Ulemper: "People were made to wait outside in the cold airport bus for half an hour. The ground crew gave no explanation for the delay. After heavy protests, they let the waiting passengers back into the terminal. Supposedly the pilot was sick, but there was no communication at all from the airline about the cause of the delay or how long it would last."

Fordeler: "Awesome cabin crew, amazing food, more leg room than European and American carriers. Amazing price. What else can you ask for in economy?"

Fordeler: "the onboard entertainment system is poor: you don't have your personal screen, and the only programmes available are the saftey video and airline's ads. The flight was delayed for 20 minutes at the start however it arrived on time. So that was not really an issue."
Ulemper: "The crew are professioanl and the service is OK although you need to ask for your tea/coffee. The food isn't amazing but it meets my expectation about the short flight cuisine."

Ulemper: "They cancelled my returning flight WITHOUT me knowing and expecting me to pay for the penalty fee for misisng the first flight even tho I DID not cancel the returning flight which obviously I was gonna take. The staff was RUDE and INSENSITIVE. Qatar was better in overall customer service. Worst customer service from Turkish airline."

Ulemper: "Long overnight flight in Economy Class, little legroom. As I am larger than average and find it hard to sleep on flights, the cramped conditions were extremely uncomfortable"

Ulemper: "The worst airline I have ever flown with, worst disruption management. No care for customers."

Ulemper: "They made us wait for 2 hours out in the open on a winter night. They wouldn't let us in the terminal. It was outrageous. Everyone was extremely rude."

Ulemper: "Boarding was simply chaotic where staff isn’t managing the queue well separating business and economy. At arrival baggage priority meant nothing. Half the non priority bags arrived way before a massive batch of priority bags arrived. Defeats the purpose of giving your guest fast track immigration !"

Ulemper: "The leg room was a bit limited on long flight."

Ulemper: "Well if my future father in law was on the flight it would have been wonderful, but he passed away July 7th, and I did get refunded, and we are mourning his loss and keep getting notifications about the flight and emails which makes it very difficult mentally. So it would be nice if Delta would get their process of refunds especially when it's a death to maybe not get notified. I was the one that purchased the tickets for him in April."

Ulemper: "It was actually quite good, Delta is by far the airline to use compared with the other airlines."

Ulemper: "just an old plane. still had ashtrays in it. but overall ok because arrived safely and professionalism of staff was quite commendable"

Ulemper: "After a delay of about an hour on a very full flight the gate agent asked for volunteers to check their rollaboard suitcases. The gate agents then allowed those who checked their rollaboards to board before Zone 1,which was fine. However, a bunch of people without gate check stickers on the rollaboards were also allowed to board before Zone 1, which was aggravating. There was a long delay on the tarmac, during which we had to pull back to the gate or to a maintenance area before we finally took off. When we arrived in Vegas there was no gate for us to pull into, which led to another long delay of an already long and delayed flight."

Fordeler: "The stewards did an awesome job leaving me a chocolate snack and an chicken wrap while I was sleeping!! Definitely a pleasant surprise to wake up to"

Ulemper: "Perfect day outside, not a busy day or time to fly. The email forbhe plane being late was was too last minute. A heads up sooner would have been nice. That way we’re not waiting at the airport."

Ulemper: "Even though there were sunchips available, they were not giving them out to everyone. Only the people that paid up in coach got the sun chips. The rest of us got these sad bag of pretzels and cheesey snacks. So sad. Why wouldn't Delta offer the same snacks to everyone? Seems like such a small additional cost compared to such an offensive action. The money you save is certainly lost in bad publicity."

Ulemper: "We had to get seats at boarding because of the flight delay. She offered us two seats in the back. I knew they don't pushback so I said no. She had given the woman ahead of me two seats in comfort plus. Did not offer that and was rude. There were at least a few empty seats in that area. As a courtesy to us having 1)been delayed in Costa Rica. And then 2) a long wait for the connecting flight in Atlanta it would have been reasonable to offer those seats. Which remained empty"

Fordeler: "The crew was very accommodating and helpful and the new entertainment systems with the free movies are awesome. Because of the heat in the cabin we received additional beverage service and follow up waters"
Ulemper: "The air above my seat wasn't working for the duration of the flight and there were problems with the air throughout the cabin so it was uncomfortably warm for the whole flight."

Fordeler: "I'm not sure but it seemed as though the isle was wider than before or other airlines. It looks as nice not having the beverage cart hit my elbow when it went down the isle."

Ulemper: "The boarding agents lost control of the crowd form the get go. The first class cabin crew on our side of the plane was inattentive, though it appeared on the other half of the plane the crew was very attentive. This is one of the poorer first class seats in the industry. The "lie flat" seat is just that, a lie. It is pitched at an angle, though not as steep as some. Foot cubby is narrow and constrictive, bordering on claustrophobic."

Fordeler: "Great crew and service. Drink were served all the time. Everyone was extra nice"

Ulemper: "Small cramped and uncomfortable plane."

Ulemper: "On landing it felt like we crashed into the runway. I think it would have been helpful to have the pilot tell us what happened."

Fordeler: "Delta is focused on customer service, especially in the business class. Great airline. Love the crew attitude."

Fordeler: "Staff was very courteous. Food was pretty ok and drinks were available during whole flight. Lufthansa is a good airline"

Fordeler: "Could not get skybridge to operate so that we could disembark. United airlines."

Fordeler: "Upgraded from premium to Business class. Very good service and a good night slep."

Ulemper: "Just the air conditions was too cold I asked the attendant if can warm my place a little, but she told me the other passenger are warm, she doesn't take care about me, NOT COOL!!"

Fordeler: "Quick loading and departure."
Ulemper: "The gate changing 3 times."

Ulemper: "Crew was not friendly or very helpful, nothing stood out. As this was the first leg of my international flight, it would have been much better I had proper food, rather than a bag of 6 pretzels, especially since I had to be at the airport three hours earlier, and I had a six hour layover in Newark."

Fordeler: "It was on time :)"
Ulemper: "I booked wheelchair at Oslo airport, but my father did not get it at Frankfurt."

Fordeler: "Economy seats are not comfortable. The seat cushions are worn out and do not provide good support for long flights."

Ulemper: "We couldn't check in for the next flight when we departed from Oslo. Disappointed we had to wait until arriving in Frankfurt. Something about not being partner airlines."

Ulemper: "The whole trip was a nightmare. I go out of my way to NOT fly United, In this case Lufthansa somehow just sold the ticket and United was flying it and as usual it was horrendous. We had to be re-routed via 3 separate flights jus to make our international connection thanks to our initial flight being moved up 2 hours EARLY. They closed the door in our faces. That added 8 hours of travel time to our trip which I had booked to minimize travel time as I was traveling with pets. United is the WORST."

Fordeler: "The crew were very friendly. The plane was very clean. The service was excellent, and my husband and I were impressed by the food quality. They even hand out wet wipes for you before serving food, so you can feel clean! I felt like the seats were pretty normal in terms of size and space in economy class, but obviously, it would have been nice to have a tiny bit more space. Good entertainment options."

Ulemper: "Way too little legroom. I expected better from Lufthansa. The United flight (767-400) I took back from Germany had at least 1.5 inches more legroom and was far more comfortable as a result. I had a good impression of Lufthansa before, but will avoid the airline now."

Fordeler: "Entertainment is great, although I did not use it much this flight"
Ulemper: "Seats were uncomfortable, tighter than I remember last time I flew Luft."

Fordeler: "All around wonderful trip and experience starting with the flight. The pilots and crews courtesy was fabulous. I arrived ahead of schedule by more than an hour. Thank you Lufthansa! I will be flying with you again soon."
Ulemper: "I had no dislikes... just a grand time..."

Fordeler: "Traveled with my dog. They had empty row so United moved us there so dog can be comfortable under the middle seat. Staff was very nice and offered water and ice for the dog."

Ulemper: "to get with the bus on the airfield and walking up the stairs on the plane. People getting on the plane from the front and the back door and between the small walking ile you need to pass passengers , crazy - sounds like not organized"

Fordeler: "Staff were all very professional and courteous. Flight on time."

Ulemper: "Comfort is horrible if your not in comfort rows with extra room. The food is ok but the staff were so consistent and offered food and drinks. The airline should allow pass gets with kid/kids to get on plane earlier not with reg bording passengers. It's horrible how rude people are and impatient!! This would hwlp"

Ulemper: "Pilot did not yet to avoid turbulences, which were pretty bad. They also lost my luggage which arrived after three days."

Fordeler: "Everything was very nice. Flight was on time. The staff was nice. Food was good. Seats could have more space. But overall was great."

Ulemper: "My seat was terrible ( middle all the way in the back and the people next to me occupied both my armrests so i had almost no room to stretch so couldn't relax or sleep at all)) and the food was gross i got food poisoning from the last snack ( turkey sandwich ) and they didn't have any ginger ale."

Fordeler: "Flight took off a couple of hours late due to problems in Frankfurt airport but everyone worked to help us with connecting flights."

Fordeler: "Significantly more room, width and leg room, with footrests, business class wide arm rests, courtesy kit (socks, mask, toothbrush)... Great entertainment system and large screen. Beats the heck out of united and american!"

Fordeler: "Everyone was very helpful"
Ulemper: "First flight was canceled. We were rerouted through to Philadelphia to London to Frankfurt and on to Salzburg. Luggage lost in London still waiting on that."

Ulemper: "Excellent"

Ulemper: "The seats werent very comfortable and there was a BIG language barrier with the crew."

Ulemper: "I booked the flight through Kayak - that in turn went through Airfare,com. I thought the flight was with Lufthansa - but it turned out to be with United for the return trip...trouble was no one told United until I checked in at the desk. I could not even check in on line. I spent a lot of time before hand - trying to get it sorted, In the end they said just show up and it will all be ok! Not a good experience."

Fordeler: "That we had a selection of movies to watch."
Ulemper: "Got stuck in the last row in the middle of the plane. They ran out of turkey for dinner and got stuck with awful pasta. They should leave that to Italian chefs to make. I am glad I packed some snacks so that I could have something to eat besides the roll, dessert and small salad. The seats didn't recline fully like the seats in front of us so we were really cramped. They also skipped my husband when they came around with the drinks... we had to hit the call button. I will book my next trip with another airline."

Ulemper: "Lufthansa canceled without warning and offered zero options. They even turned off their phones to the entire public. Will never fly Lufthansa again. Ever."

Fordeler: "THE WOMAN AT THE BAGGAGE TRANSFER DESK WHO FOUND MY PHONE AND WAITED FOR ME AT MY GATE FOR 30 MINUTES TO RETURN MY PHONE. SHE WAS THE BEST!! The inflight entertainment. The pilot making up time for the one hour delay in takeoff for fog."
Ulemper: "The plane is old and in need of replacement or total interior redo. The walk to the gate from the terminal is forever and once you are arrive there isn't anything to do but wait. The crew was OK but nothing more than doing the basics. While steerage is not expected to be comfortable a redo or new plane would make it better."

Fordeler: "Variety of Movies"
Ulemper: "parallel boarding of business and economy class, poor entertainment system quality. Functionality limited and even after 2 times rebooting no big improvement."

Fordeler: "Due to business I travel allot so I deal with allot of airlines. This is by far the best airlines I have used. Excellent crew and airport staff. I don’t think words can express how satisfied I am with this airlines and airport. The nicest people and great service. Clean and modern aircraft. Going to try flying only with KLM from now on."

Ulemper: "Staff: from check in to landing, they could at least smile. Baggage claim was a nightmare, 6 Schengen flights in the same belt."

Fordeler: "The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew."
Ulemper: "Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed"

Fordeler: "Good amount of space on the plane, lots of movies to watch, good food and drink."

Ulemper: "I was seated next to the restroom, which is not a pleasant experience for an international flight."

Fordeler: "Checkin 1a at Schiphol had long lines, and no seperate counters for just bag drop. My family and I had to wait for 50 mins, to do a bag drop which in,y lasted 1 min! Flight was delayed, without proper announcements."
Ulemper: "Seat pitch could've been more. At least let us know via Whatsapp that the plane is delayed, or at which belt the bags would come out. This basic info was lacking."

Fordeler: "Good for both."
Ulemper: "Bigger seats."

Ulemper: "Really was unsure of why I had to purchase a ticket as I was able to pick my own on the way to Billund"

Fordeler: "Like the overall KLM experience"
Ulemper: "Food could have had better quality and the stewardess served it all at once versus in the various courses."

Ulemper: "Need more leg room!!! Larger meals needed."

Ulemper: "Uncomfortable seat but it’s only a 1 hour flight so not a big deal."

Ulemper: "Too much light in the cabin because of too many screens on. Should have a separate part of the cabin with screens off allowing one to sleep more easily."

Ulemper: "I ordered Wheel chair for my parents but one of them didn't get it at all. When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

Fordeler: "The flight AMS to MEX was smooth, very helpful personnel on board, we enjoyed a bit more space and the seat seemed a bit more comfortable."
Ulemper: "Besides the seat relative comfort, it did not recline much at all, i wondered what the extra money (at least $5 or $600) got us. The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

Ulemper: "Flight canceled, poor communication from the airline to the passengers. Møre than 5 hrs delay"

Ulemper: "The flight to Amsterdam from Gdansk was late and I had to RUN to the connecting gate. 50 minutes is NOT ENOUGH time to go through passport control."

Ulemper: "Nothing good to say about this flight. The plane was old with no entertainment. The sits where very compact and not comfortable at all. The food was a sweet bread and water. The flight attendants were rushing and will take a while if you needed anything. I felt like I was taking a bus with graffiti all over the place."

Ulemper: "The cabin crew was racist! She asked me to move from a seat because she wanted another guy ( obviously from her country ) to take it! Rude and racist."

Fordeler: "He missed it due to having a 32 minute layover, which he ran all the way to board."
Ulemper: "he had no choice but to look at the closed door of his flight, and wait an additional 7 hours and they didn't even give him a voucher for food. I'm his mother, I'm currently visiting family in Scotland, so couldn't help him much. I'm pretty disgusting and disappointed by the whole experience."

Fordeler: "expedited check in with nice staff. Security staff were pleasant, and the entire check in process for everything was easy"
Ulemper: "there was no lounge close to our departure gate"

Ulemper: "Unaccompanied minor flying to Lisbon overnight. Bag was lost. No real effort to assist. Bags of unaccompanied minor should be treated with priority."

Fordeler: "Premium economy service was good."
Ulemper: "Inexplicably, our preassigned seats were changed at checkin and we were put in bulkhead. This particular Boeing aircraft is pretty poorly designed. Especially the bulkhead in premium economy."

Fordeler: "Boarding was quick, Flight on time....just a regular service and plane"
Ulemper: "Terminal 3 Manchester is not worth staying longer then necessary, loud music, crowded....old"

Fordeler: "Friendly staff, good service and on time departure/arrival."

Fordeler: "Due to lightening bolt strike our pre-Y2K era plane got switched out with a newer plane with modern media delivery at the seats."
Ulemper: "This caused a two hour delay in boarding and another 30 minutes on the JFK T4 tarmac. Same crappy headphones so it wasn’t the"

Fordeler: "The last two times we connected in Amsterdam to Humberside our luggage was delayed. This time it wasn’t. The simple things give the greatest satisfaction"

Fordeler: "Flight was delayed for three hours and was a very stressful flight"
Ulemper: "Flight was not on time and got to destination very very late pier management of aircrafts"

Fordeler: "Flight crew was pleasant and attentive. Seats were comfortable for economy as well. We were allowed to check in extra baggage for free at check in which really helped since we would be catching a connecting flight in Amsterdam"
