Ulemper: Online check in wouldn't let us add luggage. No entertainment. No choice of food. uncomfortable seats.
Fordeler: entertainment was good
Ulemper: the flight attendants were mostly absent. The flight attendants on the other side of the aisle were much more attentive and nice

Ulemper: Although it was a 4 hour layover, it took almost 3 hours before we saw where our gate was for the flight.

Ulemper: As we landed we had to wait on the plane for an hour and a half because another plane (Spirit) was in our “parking spot.” This made it very difficult for people and connecting flights.

Ulemper: The flight was long and inexpect s to be fed. They didn’t provide free food and beverages.
Fordeler: The plane was clean and seats were comfortable considering 2.5. hour flight; all crew members were nice and friendly; there was some food available for purchase but we didn't buy it since we ate at the airport before the flight. I would definitely fly again.
Ulemper: no TV or other entertainment options so make sure to bring your own device or a book.
Fordeler: Helpful crew. They reset the screen, came around with blankets, headphones and generally tried to make the space habitable.
Ulemper: When I am asked to book my seat, I am usually shown a map which has no reflection on the overall reality. The seat I select is normally allocated to me but if the plane is not full (unusual) I am told there are unavailable seats that would provide more choice.

Ulemper: I was assigned a seat on the last row of the plane--these not only don't recline, but it feels as though they push you forward. Also, the engine sound was so deafening with such intense vibration that I was unable to hear the flight attendant speaking to me from 2 feet away, much less anything overh

Fordeler: We landed 45 minutes ahead of schedule.

Fordeler: I do not know how to go about contesting his, but we bought 4 tickets to South Africa on Swiss air and Edelweiss via Zurich. We received a confirmation email for two of the tickets but not for the other two so we assumed the other ones did not go through as we used two different credit cards.
Ulemper: We purchased the last two again and when we showed up at the ticket counted they let us know that we bought 6 tickets!!!!!!!! We would like to be reimbursed for the two tickets we did not receive the confirmation emails for. How can we go about it?
Fordeler: A nice crew n my seat next to me was empty so I can sleep well...
Ulemper: Maybe give every passenger a bottle of water...
Fordeler: BA has really comfortable arrangements and seats.
Ulemper: Boarding at Gatwick was a bit slow and disorganized.
Fordeler: Check-in at BWI could not have been nice/more courteous. Great flight and crew!

Ulemper: Meal was not too hearty. Breakfast in Indian style was too spicy for me. May be I should request a special meal on check-in. And one more thing, Helsinki airport is cold for me. I spent e hours in down vest. Be warned.

Ulemper: There isn't enough space on plane to enjoy the flight, it was more of, you have to go from one location to another. If it was more than 2 hours, I would have hated it even more.
Fordeler: We traveled the same way back but with Air France instead, which was a joy. This aircraft was uncomfortable
Fordeler: The crew was really extremely courteous - and because it's off season, there was a lot of spare space.
Ulemper: The only less than perfect score was food, but the circumstances mitigate that less than stellar note. The warm meal and snack were better than your average over-sweet snack you get sometimes coming from Europe... We had a delay that may have impacted the food (if you keep warm food too long...)
Fordeler: Comfortable seats
Ulemper: Lack of information about the flight conditions; height and timing updates. Absence of screens, lack of technology. Not clear English announcements. Ignorance and arrogant attitude of hostess, I can tell because I'm veiled muslim. Change of gate with no notification or announcement. Not comfortable flight.
Fordeler: I really liked that the boarding process was seamless and easy to get the on the plane.
Ulemper: Not having to pay for water
Fordeler: I got a whole row to myself which was awesome.

Fordeler: Easy and fast boarding. Affordable prices
Ulemper: The crew could have been friendlier. The restrooms needs cleaning! And air freshener please !

Fordeler: Ease of Stuart airport. Security and boarding was very easy.
Ulemper: Small plane with limited amenities, but that was expected.
Ulemper: I was unable to make it to copenhagen due to missing my connection
Ulemper: I intensely disliked the 3 hour delay in Copenhagen!!! And that SAS offered the passengers in transit a meal voucher of only 50 danish Kronas, which was just enough to buy a tall Starbucks coffee drink but not enough to eat anything at the airport!
Fordeler: Major delay that caused me to miss a connecting flight. Food was also very mediocre (beef with chocolate sauce???) and many people in my flight were forced to check regulation carry ons for exorbitant fees. I would expect this kind of thing from a budget airline like Ryanair or something, but thought SAS could do better.
Ulemper: Landing was hard but that is always the case.
Fordeler: Great food, typically on time and very prompt. entertainment was good. It was an older plane so the actual screens and monitors or outdated.
Ulemper: There were several babies crying for at least 2/3 hours and of course it is not the fault of the crew or airline. But that definitely left a lot of people dissatisfied with an overnight flight in which we are hoping to rest before arriving in Copenhagen. Seats are getting smaller and smaller. Spaces are very tight but that seems to be the norm with all airlines

Ulemper: make passengers from Nigeria to feel respected and important. Imagine no entertainment in the aircraft in addition to a very poor food.
Fordeler: Crew was friendly and attentive but hard to understand
Ulemper: Airport experience was inefficient. Long unattractive walk, boarding was tedious: the automatic check-in was not helpful and required so many more staff. Random security check was redundant and chaotic.
Fordeler: Crew was friendly and boarding was fast and easy.
Ulemper: My luggage did not arrive with me.
Ulemper: Bags didn't get loaded, plane delayed. Poor customer service.
Ulemper: The flight was late arriving, so consequently we had to pay a taxi to hotel, as shuttle had finished for the night. Air Canada staff let people know 10 mins prior to boarding that we needed the app to view movies in-flight. Most people couldn't download quick enough, & airport Wifi was not optimal
Fordeler: I don’t usually complain, but this was probably my least comfortable flight. Not much that I liked about the flight.
Ulemper: Compensation or at least an apology for tv screen and air conditioning not working. The flight was hot and boring.
Fordeler: Good movies
Ulemper: Flight took 3 hours longer than expected and they lost the baggage of me and 50+ other travellers
Fordeler: excellent crew, well manner, well dresses smart feel... they seem to know my needs before I did .. loved it
Ulemper: wider wash rooms onboard .. wider seats .. wider seat bealts also plane from FRA - BOM could use service maintinace ... it seemed like an older aircraft

Fordeler: Nothing really of note. The plane was pretty basic and unexxceptional, but that was expected for the price.
Fordeler: One crew member was very good but all were not very available or checking on people. I had a seat that I purchased and it was very hard to recline I only found out that it did if fact recline it the last hour to hour and a half of the trip! It was a difficult push back to get it to recline
Ulemper: If I knew how to recline my seat earlier. I did try several times
Fordeler: Like the overall KLM experience
Ulemper: Food could have had better quality and the stewardess served it all at once versus in the various courses.
Fordeler: Crew were friendly and helpful. Moved me up front in the plane so I could make my connection.
Ulemper: Not having to walk outside in Edinbur4gh to board the flight.
Fordeler: Crew were great, food, entertainment, seat and everything else was great as well.
Fordeler: The crew was nice and helpful (our flight was 2h late so they put us on the one before in business class for us not to miss our connection)
Ulemper: A lot of delays, on both flights. We spent twice as much time waiting than flying.
Fordeler: Yummy snack! Funny crew member who acknowledged seats in landing position are uncomfortable. Sing songy welcoming voices :)

Ulemper: I am 6' 1" tall and weigh 220, so not out of the ordinary and I felt like I was stuffed into a sardine can.
Fordeler: Delta did a great job getting our checked bags from an overseas arrival to this flight. Boarding smooth.
Ulemper: Seats are cramped in coach. Fact of life for all carriers.
Ulemper: I fly regular this was an excellent flight

Ulemper: Chose the option with Swiss because it showed that a checked bag was included. Got to the airport and was told to pay up for each checked bag. Great start to the trip.
Fordeler: The crew was great.
Ulemper: There was no entertainment on board. I was in the last row, and my seat would not recline, which made the flight less than comfortable.
Ulemper: A little more clean seats
Fordeler: The flight itself was smooth and the crew kept passengers well informed. Beyond that, not much to report it serviced as a mode of transportation but not an experience.
Ulemper: The seats were super cramped, hardly any leg room or elbow room which made it quite difficult to get comfortable for any length of time. The food was unpleasant. The flight attendants seemed very green.
Ulemper: I am handicap, I travel with a scooter. We let them know months in advance and still they did not plan or assist. My scooter was not brought up in Brussels or DC, I refused to leave the plane in DC until they finally brought it to plane. They sat me in row 38...I can only walk a few feet so the airline failed in every aspect...epuc fail. I will never fly Brussels airlines again.
Fordeler: The actual boarding functioned ok and despite a late departure we got to Brussels ok. They also announced our boarding gates which helped.
Ulemper: The check in was shockingly bad. I had pre-checked in, but that did not help. I got put in a line for people who had not checked in. It was not possible to ask to be in the right line. Most of the people behind me were moved to another line while we waited for 30 minutes. When I mentioned the ground crew, who had long conversations with the people checking in, he said it was not their fault at all. It was not impressive.
Ulemper: Nothing is for free not even a coffee.
Ulemper: Choice of food was very limited as they were missing the food in catalog.
Fordeler: Very pleased with KLM - efficiency all round and especially the baggage handling at Schipol swhere I had 20 minutes to transfer and my baggage came back with me to the UK which is no mean feat given the hustle and bustle of such a large airport
Ulemper: No downsides at all
Ulemper: If only there was a way to be able to lie down and sleep - you would be pioneers in aviation

Ulemper: Inflight was better than I expected. But needs upgrading air crafts.
