Fordeler: Nice seats. Only seats with a row of 2, which is what I wanted,
Ulemper: Lost a single baggage item, a car seat. Critical for us to leave the airport, and delayed us for over an hour upon arrival. Gave us a loaner car seat that barely fit our child.
Ulemper: Larger meals.
Fordeler: One crew member was very good but all were not very available or checking on people. I had a seat that I purchased and it was very hard to recline I only found out that it did if fact recline it the last hour to hour and a half of the trip! It was a difficult push back to get it to recline
Ulemper: If I knew how to recline my seat earlier. I did try several times
Fordeler: Overall KLM experience is good
Ulemper: Food quality was mediocre for a business class flight.
Ulemper: Bad service for wheel chair. No wheel chair at Doha Airport! Need to walk.
Fordeler: Crew was very active, attentive and bice, seats are wide and comfortable, food is tasty and delicious! Great experiencce!
Ulemper: If all people would remain upright, that is actually saves more space for legs then horizontal position ;)
Fordeler: Crew was very accommodating
Fordeler: 1. All flights were on time. 2. The aircrafts were clean and tidy. 3. The choice of entertainment was plentiful. 4. Possibility to connect to internet provided on outbound leg, not on inbound.
Ulemper: 1. The boarding process, in general, could be improved. 2. The "official" transit time was one hour, but passengers were made to wait while the business class disembarked, reducing actual transit time to 30 mins. Considering distance to departing gate, and security checks, this was stressful.
Ulemper: Quatar is the best

Ulemper: My flight was canceled and then the time changed 3 times before I finnally got my flight changed to a completely new flight and route. Was suppose to leave Thursday night at 10:40pm and now I’m leaving Saturday morning at 10:30am. Ruined my entire trip.

Ulemper: Airplane food and overpriced extra baggage.
Ulemper: Delayed for hours. Missed connecting flight. They rebooked for a flight half a day later. Horrible!
Fordeler: Just on time flight, good service from crew on board.
Ulemper: They do not offer liquor in an international flight. Long wait for baggage at SVO. Entertainment service has poor usability.
Fordeler: Both legs were not yet so I was able to spread out a little. Both flights were punctual, despite having to de-ice the plane before take off.
Ulemper: The announcements were spoken very quickly. Both Russian and English. It was hard to understand , especially with the English translation

Fordeler: No one gave me food. I pressed the button to request services, and had to wait for two hours until someone finally came and get me a drink (the flight was about 3 hours long). This was the worst flight experience that I ever had. Very bad.
Fordeler: I am tall and was very happy with the leg room in economy class. Food was tasty.

Fordeler: Air france crew at Mumbai Airport very rude and not supportive during checkin

Ulemper: Very little room in economy class. For a 6'1" person, it's impossible to get comfortable.

Fordeler: Friendly crew, new release films
Ulemper: Quicker boarding and better food
Fordeler: The quality of the seat, cleanliness of the aircraft (with the exception of the restrooms). Ground and lounge crew excellent and knowledgeable. Boarding was swift but confusing.
Ulemper: In cabin crew was substandard. Very slow in the food service, often times rude and lound when addressing passengers, and failed to clean the restrooms in flight, which left them in dire state and smelled. An unusually unpleasant set of attendants, and sadly not one of them made up for the lack of professionalism the others showed. No priority boarding, they proceeded with boarding the first half of passengers all at once so rather confusing.
Fordeler: The airplane clean ,Food good etc.
Fordeler: For a middle seat, it wasn’t bad
Ulemper: The seat I selected was changed. I selected 45C and was assigned 54 E Upon check-in. Why? An aisle seat vs middle seat when I paid full faire is unacceptable. Also it was not made clear that I would have had to pay to check luggage. $120??!!!! I always carry on and this could have been easily avoided by not bringing gifts. Again, $120?!!!!! On top of an $1100 flight? You have to be kidding me.
Fordeler: Great food, typically on time and very prompt. entertainment was good. It was an older plane so the actual screens and monitors or outdated.
Ulemper: There were several babies crying for at least 2/3 hours and of course it is not the fault of the crew or airline. But that definitely left a lot of people dissatisfied with an overnight flight in which we are hoping to rest before arriving in Copenhagen. Seats are getting smaller and smaller. Spaces are very tight but that seems to be the norm with all airlines

Fordeler: I had to pay 75 USD for 3.6 KG extra. Very annal
Ulemper: Food was OK, could have been better.
Fordeler: Air hostesses was rude in flight from India. I have notice lots of passengers couldn’t speak English and they probably thinks everyone is like that.
Ulemper: Tell Air Hostess to be polite if any one asking for something it’s part of their job

Fordeler: The seat is not comfortable. although the plane was an A380, but the configuration is not as comfortable ASIANA.
Ulemper: The boarding process is so poorly organized : very very long lines, just a couple of gates for security. The worst I have ever seen is at the Frankfurt airport. It is so bad that I swear I would never fly Lufthansa again. Talking about German efficiency ... nil .
Ulemper: This was a smooth as clockwork journey, the transit was easy and we were kept well informed about changes in the gate number

Ulemper: The flight from Washington DC to Istanbul was very comfortable but the flight from Istanbul to Lahore was very uncomfortable. It was not worth the money. Turkish air line should use better And newer airplanes between Istanbul and Lahore
Fordeler: The food was amazing and the crew was great from Chicago to Instanbul.
Ulemper: Boarding seemed a bit unorganized and the crew from Instanbul to Zurich spoke very little English.
Ulemper: Satisfied service friendly staff overall satisfied.

Fordeler: I have bought air ticket a few months in advance. I have paid a lot after changing the flight schedule.
Ulemper: I will not buy the air ticket from cheap ticket any more.

Ulemper: Boarding was just ok, but departure delayed by half hour. Seats were really poor. Zero comfort.. felt like sitting on a cramped park bench. Entertainment system is ancient. Can't see and can't listen properly. Didn't expect this type of horrible aircraft from Singapore Airlines!
Fordeler: This was the most fabulous crew I have ever flown with on ANY flight in so many years of my travels! It was un-imaginable as to what they did, they left no stone unturned to make sure we were comfortable, fed us with awesome food every now and then. Were looked after like babies! Thank you SQ!
Ulemper: The A380 was probably SQ's oldest one, which that was a newer plane.

Ulemper: The screen for my seat was not working correctly so could not do anything except wait for flight to finish

Fordeler: the new seating in Business Class is very comfortable and so similar, although slightly less spacious, than First on some carriers. Crew is top class. Doha is a great airport too. I prefer it to Dubai.
Fordeler: Seat where comfortable and thank needed more leg space

Ulemper: Everything thing is fine
Ulemper: The seats don't even recline, so I could not lie back to rest. The entertainment system was very bad, didn't provide earphones and could barely see the screen. I would not choose to fly this airline again.
Fordeler: The plane was new, the plane was clean, and all the airline hostesses were not 65 years old. Oh and everyone complaining about the visa requirements for China. Bend over a take one for the team like a man just Go to a travel agent in any in China Town. $100 US will get you a bias good for 10 years and it only take a week. Otherwise fly Delta for $1200.
Ulemper: Limited selection of English language movies but hey it was a China airline so no bit surprise there.
Fordeler: 787 Dreamliner layout is efficient, generous legroom and recline is better than American carriers. Crew works as team, fast and courteous. Very helpful and professional, Water offered frequently, trash pick up kept cabin neat, bathrooms always clean. Passenger announcements are clear and crisp is English and Chinese.
Ulemper: Really, no complaints. More entertainment choices would be appreciated however is not my priority.
Ulemper: We meet different problem in this flight. First, the boarding start late and we arrive late more than one hour. They could organize the entrance with range of number. The food was ok, but the beverage is poor, just half glass of wine or juice. no more. one small bottle should be normal fro lunch or dinner.
Fordeler: The flight was fine
Ulemper: stuck in the plane with no AC for 2h serve twice the same chicken hot hot hot plane arrived in the middle of the night travelling with a baby
Ulemper: There was a disruption with the audio system.
Ulemper: The delay was too much

Ulemper: reduce on the spices in the food or provide different options.
Fordeler: I liked they’re fury free in flight shopping, very nice affordable pieces of jewelry and perfumes
Ulemper: They weighed my carryon! I haven’t seen any other airline do that before. I flew with them 3 times this year, 13 hour each flight and the entertainment was not the best. They didn’t have enough current movies or tv shows. The food was bland. Coffee cups were plastic and it burnt my finger.
