Fordeler: "I loved that the airline offered several meals, snack options and drinks. The attendants were amazing and would highly recommend Singapore airlines to anyone flying internationally"
Ulemper: "The limited arm room/personal space. Not much leg room in economy for a 10 hour flight. Would be nice if airlines would decrease the number of seats and give a little more room so people aren’t hitting each other in the head with their arms"

Ulemper: "Nothing Singapore Airline is Super Lufthansa food lousy , late leaving Kuala Lumpur, missed our connection assigned to a later flight, running to catch rescheduled time and changed gate."

Ulemper: "Depends which plane you get some i found the seats were wider and sitting up the front. Overall a good experience as it was my first time traveling with them."

Ulemper: "food choices are not bad. TV screens are super bad. Resoulition is almost from 90's era first flat screens! One stewardess had friends in business. a couple sitting one after another in window seats. She spent most of her time chatting with them, taking photos while we were trying to sleep."

Ulemper: "Ran out of options for dinner and could not eat the macaroni cheese they had on offer, so got 2 small packets of nuts instead...international flight running out of food options? Pretty slack. A part of the interior wall fell off onto my foot upon take off and I had to hold it in place for a while until a hostess came....doesn’t give you the best feeling when the plane starts breaking on take off. One of the male stewards was appalling towards a young mum I sat next too...too the extent of giving her dirty looks because she spilled a bit of water on the seat and then told her she had to pack everything away she was using, including the baby wipes! I stepped in and told him how this was not ok and all other staff members were helpful and he was making this Mum upset. He should not be working for such a people friendly reputable airline! Maybe Jetstar instead! Was appalled at the entire flight to be honest!"

Fordeler: "Good seats with great screens. Usb, headphone jack that works with regular headphones, and a regular power outlet! Tray tables upgraded overall and have a mirror behind a slide. Even the seatback pockets are better with multiple pockets including one that fits most mobile phones. The windows turn tinted blue instead of drawing shades down—what?!"

Fordeler: "Staff were very attentive and checked in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Food was great and ammenities kept spotless."
Fordeler: "We loved the service, quality of food, entertainment, and cleanliness of Singapore Airlines flight!"
Ulemper: "Economy is still tightly packed with limited leg room considering the distance traveled."
Fordeler: "In general it was all very good - I flew Premium Economy but I didn’t see much difference at all between that and Economy. There was a bit more leg room but that was about it, Having said that Singapore Airlines overall is pretty good - toilets kept nice and clean and everyone well taken care of."

Ulemper: "The business class seats were smaller than I thought and not so comfortable as the 777. The seats are hard and ungiving and when you sleep on them you really feel it. Plus the flatbed lay out meant you were basically lying in a question mark position, not so goof for tall people like my husband. The food was good but uninteresting and I think for an overnight flight there should be more smaller,lighter, non spicy options offered rather that full dinners."
Fordeler: "Friendly efficient staff. plane 777 business class seat comfortable, and flat bed, once you figured out how to operate it was also comfortable. Food was good but not excellent compared to previous flights."
Ulemper: "Singapore Airlines business class lounge in Melbourne was less than impressive and the food was atrocious. Lounge in Singapore was large but still overcrowded. Amenities much better and the food was plentiful and interesting."

Fordeler: "Seats in economy were larger than United. Food was good for airplane food, even found a last minute vegetarian meal not ordered ahead. Appreciated a gratis glass of wine. Found a clean pillow and blanket in every seat upon boarding."
Ulemper: "My screen had to be reset twice as it froze up. The attendants kept taking my water cups despite them not being empty. Boarding was less than organized, could have been more efficient. We made up time, arriving a few minutes early even after departing late."

Fordeler: "The ability to pre-order food helped bud to intolerance of good types. Crew were helpful in getting us off the place first because they knew were were short on time for our connection."
Ulemper: "Delayed flight meant a stressful flight wondering if we would make our connection. Also the quality of the pilot on the intercom was poor - mumbled and unclear information."

Ulemper: "Boarding at Singapore airport was shocking, as we had to wait 6 hours for our flight. Rating low to the crew mainly because of the ground staff as they were not very communicative to begin with about the explanation for our delay. Only when the passengers got a bit more vocal about wanting explanations, they started giving us a bit more information. All estimated times given for boarding the flight were incorrect by a big margin! Seemed more like they were giving shorter wait time for boarding just to please the passengers, where as they were well aware of how long the wait would be."
Fordeler: "Service was spot on and food was good. Very comfortable flight overall."
Fordeler: "I love traveling on Singapore airlines. They have excellent service and always on time. Their entertainment system is very good. I won't say excellent as I've seem Emirates and they still have along way to go to catch up."
Ulemper: "They did not give us the landing cards and we had to fill them in at the airport. Many were like us and I am surprised. Also for business class passengers they don't get into a priority lane as you see in Emirates and other airlines. while Singapore airline is very good, they still lack in the details."

Ulemper: "Boarding at Florence is always chaotic but this isn't within the control of KLM or their crew."
Fordeler: "Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!"
Ulemper: "Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM"

Mainly because other passengers obviously don't read instructions re: weight/contents of cabin bags etc. Would be helpful if there was additional staff to deal with them away from check in desk. This would mean that others did not have to queue for 25 minutes because the check in girls also had to deal with them"
Ulemper: "I’ve traveled a lot internationally and this was the WORST flight I’ve ever had to endure. I felt like I was being tortured and didn’t sleep at all and so slept when getting into Amsterdam rather than being able to explore the city. I was out $200 for the Airbnb (could’ve stayed in the airport cheaper) and $200 for a dinner cruise I slept through. NEVER AGAIN"

Ulemper: "Paid $70 for seat with more leg room and was the exit role to main entrance. No overhead space for carry on: broken food tray holder. People stepping on my feet. And gather in your space waiting for bathrooms. Window seat had no room for feet because of closed door"
