Ulemper: "It was too hot in the cabin with no fans overhead. The last meal did not allow me to have a veggie option and there was no place for me to order it ahead of time."
Fordeler: "Nothing."
Ulemper: "I bought Turkish because I want to take 3 piece checked luggage. They charge 300 for 3rd piece luggage."
Fordeler: "Food was good enough."
Ulemper: "Flight delayed for 40 minutes and landed late for 40 minutes as well. No any entertaiment was on board, tv was out of order. Some drinks ran out, including lemonade, ayran and some juices. New Istanbul airport is not fully ready for passengers. In some toilets weren’t water and papers. Very long walking distance till passport control area, we walked about 20 minutes."
Fordeler: "Food service and choice of meals was good. Nice movie and Show selection."
Ulemper: "The aircraft was dirty the bathroom was not up kept. The boarding process was horrible considering I’ve flown with Turkish Airlines before. The seat was extremely uncomfortable and the passengers were kicking the chair behind me and in front of me the entire time:/ The plane got really cold towards the end of the flight! The crew seemed irritated and we’re talking in the back quite a bit when we needed assistance. I was disappointed with this flight to be honest !"
Ulemper: "Missed this flight due a layover and had to wait in the airport overnight."
Fordeler: "Service in person and on the phone - really appreciated the 800 line - was excellent. I found competent and confident and kind people at every interaction. All online and all other tech was spot on. The on-board experience was painless and full of nice touches."
Ulemper: "Nothing comes to mind."
Fordeler: "There was food and beverage service on this short flight"
Ulemper: "Confusing boarding arrangements. Had to go through security twice when simply changing planes, in transit, same airline. Late departure"
Fordeler: "The flight itself was ok."
Ulemper: "These comments probably reflect the Tbilisi ground service crew rather than the airline, but I cannot be certain. We left the departure gate 30 minutes later than scheduled, after arriving at 0445 am. then we loaded a bus full of people packed together, the bus went 50 meters and stopped. We then sat there, with no air conditioning, no information, for 45 additional minutes. It was extremely uncomfortable. Finally drove another 50 meters to the airplane, and waited some more before finally boarding. Once on board there was another delay of some 20 minutes before we could taxi. All of this meant we arrived quite late in Istanbul and missed all connections."
Fordeler: "Everything from boarding to disembarking was good."
Ulemper: "I had an impression that the seats on Turkish Airline were spaced further apart in economy class compared to other airlines based on several of our past trips. This time it was very tight. Dissapointed! Hope they bring the old spacing back."
Ulemper: "Flight got delayed by 8 hours. The food was horrible."
Fordeler: "Overall experience"
Ulemper: "Too hot inside the plane. The back of my t-shirt was wet from sweat."

Ulemper: "When boarding the flight from Turkey, to Mumbai , we had to climb up the ladder with our hand luggage.Being senior citizen and traveling in Busniss class was very hard for us."
Fordeler: "The seats were comfortable and the staff at the gate were nice."
Ulemper: "The crew for the first 9 hour flight was horrendous. They were quite unfriendly. I was in the dead middle of the plane, row 40, but we got our did last and there was no choice left. It was more like the crew forcing the food on us. The crew also was extremely bad about picking up after the meal. There were people walking around to throw away their food."
Ulemper: "small plane, noisy! did not like business class. BUt overall ok"

Fordeler: "The service, food, convenience of a direct flight to Istanbul"
Ulemper: "The entertainment system in my seat did not work (they offered to change my seat but I declined). Also the WiFi was spotty. However, I always enjoy flying with Turkish Airlines due to the excellent service and delicious food."
Ulemper: "collecting the food trays long after you finished eating is annoying. Tray keeps sliding at you."
Ulemper: "They are simply liars!!! No shame, no responsibility they gave information that flight was canceled I'm MIA, September 8, 2017when I called them three times. But after Hurricane Irma, when I call them and ask for refund money for not having flight! ..They just simply lie !... like passengers don't show up. .just don't pay money! !! In this devastating time, that hepince in Florida! ...It's so shallow, not fair and not professional action, ether NOT RIGHT! !!....."
Fordeler: "Great service. Great food. Comfortable flight both ways"
Fordeler: "Very uncomfortable seat. Very narrow walk way to lavatory."
Fordeler: "Nothing."
Ulemper: "The fact that I missed my connection flight in Thailand because of a two hour delay. I was never informed why there was so much of a delay and in turn I had to pay triple of what I payed before for my flight. Very disappointed. Won't be flying this airline again. Service was rude. They should be more responsible when it comes to timing. We were on the flight waiting for two hours!!!"
Fordeler: "The food and beverage selection, as well as the service in business class was excellent. Initially I dreaded the long layover of 8 hours. But I found the Turkish Airlines Business Lounge. It was so spectacular that I didn't want to leave it. I found a small movie theatre equipped with leather oversized recliners and slept. I was told that the 2 story lounge is 6000 square meters."
Ulemper: "The business class seating is old and not as comfortable as the newer herring bone configurations. Privacy could be improved."
Fordeler: "Service-crew, food, entertainment variety; good value and connection options"
Ulemper: "1. Seat did not seem to maintsin incline. NOT an issue out bound. 2. Consider it takes 11 + 2-3 ours to transit from European locations. 3. Flight delayed 50 min"
Fordeler: "All of it best flying experience to date"
Fordeler: "Although flight left a little late, it arrived ahead of schedule. Planes have been upgraded with better entertainment and are more comfortable."
Ulemper: "Online checkin was challenging since I had to find out my Istanbul address. Also, first 2-3 hours of flight were very rough & we didn't get any water (very important for long flights) until we had been on the plane for 3 hours."
Fordeler: "Crew was friendly and interactive. Entertainment was preety good."
Ulemper: "long waiting queues for checkin even if you checked in online."
Ulemper: "Hardly any leg space"
Fordeler: "The flight and crew were fine. The food and drinks are free, which I wish some US carriers would take note of and adopt."
Ulemper: "No heads-up that we couldn't take tablets / laptops on next flight to the USA."

Fordeler: "same as above, i love that i was able to check in online and choose my seat. I love the kit (toothbrush, socks) and the quality of the pouch - super love it! Pillow and blanket as well is still the same quality as before."
Fordeler: "The seats seemed further apart, thus more leg room for my long legs. I was lucky to have all 3 seats so I could lie down and get some much needed sleep. New seats seem flatter and more comfortable to lie upon if one is lucky. Crew very personable and helpful"
Ulemper: "I had FOUR TKA flights in my travels to and from Madagascar last month. Nearly EVERY seat I tried did NOT recline, nor could crew fix any! Most unpleasant to sit for 13 hrs. behind large man whose seat did reclione and mine could not. 2 yrs. ago I flew to Niger on TKA and I found the food better back then. Please keep the delicious Turkish food I fear a down grading for economical reasons. Don't do it."

Fordeler: "Flight attendant cared a lot about the older lady sitting next to me, was grateful when I helped her. Food was excellent, screen size and selection of viewing material was very good. We were on time and the little comfort bag was very good, lip balm!"
Ulemper: "Nothing that I didn't really like, the price was good and the service excellent."

Ulemper: "the entertaiment was very poor..there wasn't at all audio - music or whatever the landing was harsh the boarding was late"
Fordeler: "There were great entertainment options, which is really important for such a long haul flight."
Ulemper: "They had assigned the same seat to me and somebody else, and the other person was already sitting in the seat when I got there. The only other available seat was in business class, and although the flight attendant later admitted I should have been given that business class seat, the other person successfully argued to take it. Staff are good though not as friendly as most Asian airlines."
