Ulemper: "1. Flight late from Berlin to Istanbul. 2. That's mean missing my next flight from Istanbul to Riyadh. 3. I add extra baggage in TKL Airport : my original bag is 23 kg I have until 32kg, The extra baggage was 20kg, So I pay 247 Euro each extra kg 19 Euro. 4. In Istanbul airport they said your next flight tomorrow at 20pm. 5. I have important meeting in morning and my jop in the evening. 6. They changed my teket from turkish airline to Saudi airline 4.00pm, That's mean no different. 7. I ask about my baggage in turkish airline deck they said don't worry every thing will be okay. 8. I ask for hotel they said you have to make visa cost 60 dollars and you know I have to pay taxi and Chang money... Pla Pla, Actually this is not respecting and very bad organization. 9. I didn't make visa and stay from that time until 3.pm in primum lungs. 10. I went to Saudi airline deck to take my boarding. 11. They said you have extra baggage, I explain them that I payed already to turkish airline. 12. They said you have to go back to turkish airline deck about this extra kg's. 13. I did going back to them they said we cannot do anything, leave one bag here and we send the other one later. Actually this stupid airline and this stupid employee's dealing with me like a stupid, all my time I walk every where in that stupid airport, they just gives me orders and I have to follow like it was my mistake. 14. I showed my alfursan membership to Saudi airline deck and they helped me. 15. When I arrived to Riyadh my baggage wasn't there, this is mean that this stupid turkish people that the have to work on barbcue and haircut, but airports jop needs professional people. That's was my first and last flight with them."

Ulemper: "My ticket was messed up completely (GYD-IST-VAR-IST). First leg did not book (close) it properly, I have lost 1 hour at trasfer desk in IST (they were solving my ticket issue for that long) and another hour in VAR on the way back (because the TK staff did not solve it right the first time). Lousy work of service desk! I was lucky to keep boarding passes as the proof, because nobody believed, that I duly arrived from Baku."

Ulemper: "My flight was cancelled twice within 24 hours before takeoff. All I got was an email saying it was cancelled and a number where no one could help me. I spent over $40 international calls just to reschedule my flight, only to have to take a $80 cab to the airport to have a human help me. Worst customer service and worst experience. I was trying to get home after a natural disaster struck my hometown and Turkish Airlines actually made that experience even worse. At no point did anyone even apologize for cancelling two of my flights without another option until a full week later. I had to pay to fly myself home from Boston because they were so unhelpful. Would never recommend Turkish Airlines to anyone I know whn traveling internationally."

Fordeler: "I love Turkish airlines, expecially when it's a connection flight to Istanbul. I am an American citizen living in USA and my wife and I travel to Egypt quite frequently. We have realized the big distinction in services when we travel from USA to Turkey VS Turkey to Egypt . The USA to Egypt staff was great, especially the ones at dulles airport."
Ulemper: "The only problem I had with that was the infant Bassinet, it was extremely uncomfortable for our baby"

Ulemper: "The issue of excess baggage. Would appreciate to buy on line before my flight so that I know how much to carry and also that I am covered before leaving home. Payment at the airport may be too costly as well as unreasonable. It's like a penalty for having excess luggage. This is the reason I prefer flying with EMIRATES because they afford me to but pay fir excess luggage before my departure. Planning ahead is key"

Fordeler: "Great service. Great food. Comfortable flight both ways"

Fordeler: "Very nice flight attendants, the movie selection is good. They also provide a nice pillow and blanket in coach."
Ulemper: "The plane was older, I had difficulty reclining my seat, the flight attendant had to help me, the seat across the aisle from me was broken. Several customers on the flight were crabby and difficult, I think all the crowding makes them like that. Just a fact of airline travel."

Fordeler: "The flight was good. The food tasted great. They had some good movies I haven't seen yet. The flight attendants were constantly up and down the isles either giving you something or taking away trash. The leg room was sufficient."
Ulemper: "The customer service on the phone and in person was completely unprofessional, rude and a bit uneducated. They yelled at me when I asked them "is there anything yall can do to fix this?". And then in person I watched them get out of their seats and yell at this older woman."

Ulemper: "When we arrived walking to the shuttle the crew had thrown our play pen n stroller out on the walkway. They didnt take it inside with our luggage.It was checked in with all the suitcases! So luckly my son recognized it as we were walking by. Very disapointed if he hadnt noticed it we would of been out of luck. No baby bed or stroller! Why dont they take it with the luggage OR at least let you know they dont transfer them for you! Not happy"

Fordeler: "Good was pretty good. Most crew members were friendly."
Ulemper: "We were over 2 hours delayed leaving and didn't really get much of an update form the captains about progress during the delay or how the delay impacted our estimated arrival time."

Fordeler: "The food and beverage selection, as well as the service in business class was excellent. Initially I dreaded the long layover of 8 hours. But I found the Turkish Airlines Business Lounge. It was so spectacular that I didn't want to leave it. I found a small movie theatre equipped with leather oversized recliners and slept. I was told that the 2 story lounge is 6000 square meters."
Ulemper: "The business class seating is old and not as comfortable as the newer herring bone configurations. Privacy could be improved."

Fordeler: "Ozan was a perfect attendant. Always asked us how we were and helped us when we needed anything."

Fordeler: "The tv because I got to watch a couple of movies"
Ulemper: "The crew did not know what they were doing. My grandmother needed a wheel chair and the lady who took her did not allow any of us to stay with her , mind you my grandmother can't speak English. The lady also told us that she didn't need the passport or her boarding pass ??? Because of that my grandmother almost got lost , we had to wait for her for an eternity. She got very scared and very upset for what you guys did . She is an old lady and it was one of her worst experiences of her life"

Ulemper: "Cramped economy seating, but usual for these days."

Ulemper: "Connecting to the next flight. Is very poor. They need to improve more on the tune difference"

Fordeler: "Food and beverages, both choices and generosity of portions and quality, excellent. Entertainment made long trip very endurable."
Ulemper: "Rediculous chaotic check in at JFK. Standing in line an hour for a 40 minute delayed departure with virtually no communication from staff. As I had connection to make, was very unnerving."

Fordeler: "same as above, i love that i was able to check in online and choose my seat. I love the kit (toothbrush, socks) and the quality of the pouch - super love it! Pillow and blanket as well is still the same quality as before."

Fordeler: "Everything was great. I didn't give food 5 stars though, because compared to my previous experience, quality is less than usual. I always fly on Turkish airlines and I like it overall. Security at Istanbul airport is great. Better than anywhere else."

Fordeler: "Missed my flight because the airport changed gates and didn't announce it. Was told I could pay a penalty o in excess of $450 to be placed on another flight, meanwhile same flights from Istanbul to Amsterdam were going for $213. I will avoid Turkish Airlines at all costs. Customer service is terrible. The most unprofessional, rude, ignorant, and disrespectful staff represent Turkish Airlines at IST. Furthermore, an email complaint has been ignored."

Fordeler: "I got a little bit sick on plane and the crew was super helpful and supportive."
Ulemper: "Tbilisi-Barcelona flight was okay but 5 days earlier I took the same flight from Barcelona to Tbilisi where they changed my flight time and nobody let me know!! I didn't receive any information about it and so I had to spend 6 hours at the Barcelona airport!"

Fordeler: "I liked the friendly staff and regular drink, hot wash cloth, and food."
Ulemper: "Bringing a hot wash cloth around just before landing after flying all night would be refreshing. I think it would give people the next best thing to a hot shower. I should have picked an isle seat. I was on a 10 plus hour flight and felt trapped and my isle guy had his headphones in or slept all but one small break in that 11 hours. I felt abit claustrophobic."

Ulemper: "I'm very upset with the airline ... I filed a claim money back through the policy ... I do not presented to outbound flight because I had lost my passport ... However, buy another ticket of plane in the same airline and when I wanted to take my return ticket was told it was canceled and I had to buy another ticket plane ... very bad."

Ulemper: "As our first flight got delayed, me and 28 other pallengers flying to israel told the airline agents that we would miss our connection flightfrom turkey to israel. The supervisor assured us that we have nothing to worry about, as the second plane would wait as we are many passengers.however when we landed in turkey the connection flight had already left without us. When trying to speak to turkish airline representatives about getting a new flight, they were super UNhelpful, we waited in very long lines and were required so go to a few different parts of the airport to get a new ticket, a process that was not friendly at all and very frustrating. After about 2 hours of waiting on lines, i got a flight that required me to wait 7 hours in the airport and measley voucher for a very small fast food meal. When i asked to be admitted to the lounge (as i waited 7 hours in the airport due to the airlines mistake), they did not agree to grant me access. When i asked to at least get the wifi code from the lounge so i can tell my familly that i am stuck on turkey, this was also rejected. While waiting in the airport, i spoke to many other people on other flights who had been stuck in the airport under very simillar circumstances, some even worse than mine. I also have many friends who have experiences simillar experiences with turkish airlines. If you are looking for a reliable flight, that will get you to your destination on time and will help you out when a problem occurs, Turkish airlines is deffinetelly NOT the flight for you. I personally will never fly with them again after the way i was treated."

Fordeler: "There were great entertainment options, which is really important for such a long haul flight."
Ulemper: "They had assigned the same seat to me and somebody else, and the other person was already sitting in the seat when I got there. The only other available seat was in business class, and although the flight attendant later admitted I should have been given that business class seat, the other person successfully argued to take it. Staff are good though not as friendly as most Asian airlines."

Fordeler: "This airline will never be my choice of airline if I ever felt the fly the country I will pick another airline for no matter what caused it would be just so I would never have to fly on this airline ever in my life or my family or friends or anybody else I don't ever ask me I am very disappointed at this airline and the people in the customer service I'll just airline is it a money hungry airline money comes first people come last"

Fordeler: "Ability to choose my seat when I checked in online, ability to get a free hotel stay for my overnight layover"
Ulemper: "Food was so-so; the specific flight attendant's service could have been better; the multiple security checkpoints; checking passports before the gate was completely unorganized; the flight was slightly delayed (reason unknown) - didn't help that we had to be bussed to another gate to reach our actual airplane"

Fordeler: "Good sized seats and new aircraft, AUD airport is very pleasant and customer friendly. The vegetarian snack sandwiches are very delicious. I wish if they could offer them in every meal and to toddler passengers."
Ulemper: "I buzzed the light for service 3 times and not once did the attendant come and check on my needs. Our attendant was not customer friendly- infact I don’t recall her smiling once throughout the 13 hour journey. Overheard her being stern and rude with other passengers. I specifically asked the crew to deliver my stroller in AUD for transit since we were flying the next day and they didn’t fulfill our request. Luckily AUD airport has strollers so we used one and took it to our hotel. The fact that Etihad doesn’t provide hotel accommodation for 14 hour transits is beyond ridiculous. Really disappointed in this lack of arrangement for long haul flights."

Ulemper: "No free internet service. Only one meal. Late departure, disorganized boarding. Uncomfortable seats. Limited choices of new movies. For a business class ticket, one would expect more! Especially since other regional carriers are providing two meals, free internet & more comfortable seats!"

Ulemper: "No entertainment but only slightly over 1:30 so it wasnt that bad. Someone stole my cell phone and Vapor between Manila and Kuwait after my hand carry bag was checked in."

(a preference for my first trip of the day though ;)) Everything was very good, except for the screen: on both planes I used this day, it didn't work but it was exceptional in experience. When I requested the customer service person he was very rude and with very bad attitude even the person was behind me he said the same thing. The food was very bad taste during the flight,coffee and tea had a very bad taste. Orange juice taste very bad too. No personal kit was given during the flight. Over all very bad experience. Please coney my comments to Etihad Airways."

Ulemper: "Boarding was a chaos at the Abu Dhabi airport, they were just calling out for the Business Class and passengers who are disabled and those who are travelling with children to board first when everybody came to line up. Nobody from the ground staff even asked them to give way for those who are boarding first or announced what zone are they boarding next. Also, i used the mobile app to check in, i am definitely sure i chose an isle seat (you can see it on the seat map during online check in) but i was surprised to see that i got a window seat."

Ulemper: "The seats on the 777-333 model in economy class are the WORST I have ever experienced. Extensive neck and back paid from cramped and poorly designed seats. You are going to start losing passengers, including this one who will switch airlines. A glass of wine was so cheap and acidic I found myself running to the bathroom within 15 minutes. The food was horrible. Goodbye Etihad--I can do better."

Ulemper: "Terribly old planes. Bad or non existent cabin service. Food not acceptable. Plastic noodle bowls with hot water. !?? Really!!"

The stewards were trying to finish picking up the snack & clean up so there was less than an hour left I decided not to bother them further."
Ulemper: "As far as the snack that was served,it was a dry roll with little bit of cheese in it . My daughter & I both did not take an other bite and put the rest of it back in the bag!"

Ulemper: "The Air Hostess was fairly rude to one particular passenger. Given that that passenger was fairly aggressive in asking for children kits, and the Air Hostess was doing her best to inform her that she has to give them all to the children first. Unfortunately it was very condescending the way she talked to the said lady. I felt that it could have been handle better. The guy next to me, his On Flight entertainment wasn't working. i felt bad for him."

Ulemper: "Our flight was more than an hour late causing my father and I to miss our connecting flight. They had tickets ready for us when we got off our first flight. With very little explanation we now had to wait 5 hours for the next flight which ruined all our plans for our arrival destination. On the next flight my father and I were no longer sitting together and the plane ran out of food. I was disappointed."

Ulemper: "Waiting on the tarmac for more than 2 hours for flight to take off. Missing the connecting flight to New Delhi from Abu Dhabi. Stranded in the Abu Dhabi terminal for more than 24 hours to get back to New Delhi. The airline did not provide a room to stay & forced to stay in the terminal for 24 hours. Never ever travel via Etihad."

Fordeler: "I got sick, and I felt faint and and nauseous. When I told a member of the crew, he took me back to the galley and let me lie with oxygen until I felt better. The rest of the crew continued to check on me the rest of the flight."

Ulemper: "They make too much fussy about the ledge weight even it was few Lbs. over. they select the worse sits in the plane for my family. Very last row of sits. the worse site in the plane. even though we were the first in the line during the checking. This was the first time was with Etihad."
