Ulemper: "I don't like the fact that I can't choose my seat from earlier because I a big girl and I like to set in the emergency exist seats so I'm not crush up in the middle seat not comfortable and long flight like that lots of pain at the end of the flight"

Fordeler: "It was NOT Lufthansa. It turns out it was a United flight. Fortunately they now have individual screens with individual options of what to watch like on other airlines. They did have my special meals as I ordered them. I sat next to a wonderful young couple from Finland. That made the journey interesting and pleasant."
Ulemper: "I really thought I booked a flight with Lufthansa,which I far prefer than United. They do better with beverages, (Perrier, Pelegrino instead of club soda, better special meals, better model airplanes). I am going to have to figure out how to get a Vegan eal that is not spicy. When I order Hindu Vegetarian it is always too spicy. United also doesn't get it and still gives people cheese or something like potato salad obviously made with mayonaise, and some spread that is either butter or margarine on a sandwich."

Fordeler: "Boarding was fast. Crew was good. Comfort level was good."
Ulemper: "The requested meal was not delivered. However, the crew bring it from the extra they had with other classes."

Ulemper: "Very uncomfortable seats too close together. Boarding was late and plane was full. People had to out roller boards understand seats that were too close together. Seemed very unsafe. Stuffy and hot. Terrible turbulence."

Fordeler: "We enjoyed everything about our Lufthansa experience. Crew and flight attendants were very kind and attentive throughout the entire flight. On both of our international flights my wife and I had 4 seats to ourselves, which allowed us to stretch out much more comfortably. Flights were on time, landings smooth, online entertainment worked great, food was delicious, and the service outstanding."

Ulemper: "I was sitting at the tale end. Seat was extremely uncomfortable. I was trying to rest yet flight attendants and several passengers were talking loud. Crews kept forgetting passengers orders/requests. A lady sitting besides me pushed a call bottom 3 times to get noticed. Flight attendants were too busy chatting with passengers to help other passengers. I have never seen that type of services before."

Fordeler: "I loved that there were bathrooms downstairs so we didn't have to wait in the aisle. And there were enough bathrooms that the line moved quickly! They boarded families with young children first!"
Ulemper: "Could use better entertainment options. When the person in front of me reclined, there was very little room!"

Fordeler: "My departure from Munich was late but overall I am satisfied with my flying experience with Lufthansa, great job."
Ulemper: "The flight to Frankfurt from San Francisco (operated by United Airlines) was pretty bad. The outlets for charging phones and computers were out of service in my row, the wifi was inoperative for the entire flight, the entertainment system seized up every 10-15 seconds. The accessories were entirely neglected. It was rather pathetic in that regard, and the food was gross."

Fordeler: "Perfect flight..."

Fordeler: "The crew were excellent, seats were comfortable, and the entertainment system had enough options to pass the time."
Ulemper: "The food was less than desirable."

Ulemper: "At the luggage claim the flight crew collected their baggage first then the passengers. My last bag didn't appear for 40 minutes after the flight crew departed."

Fordeler: "Had a negative impression after previous flight a few years ago. However my opinion has changed. The new aircraft was very comfortable and liked the toilets being below deck."
Ulemper: "In flight announcements not loud enough and did not come over the headphones."

Ulemper: "Boarding at Frankfurt was a nightmare. All the economy class was pushing and shoving and cutting in front of other people. People were standing outside the line and putting their tickets on the entry system and the attendants were doing nothing to stop them or tell them to go to the end of the line. When left from Chicago to Frankfurt they seated you by rows and this was much more efficient. All flights should board by some system vs. just everyone trying to go at once."

Ulemper: "Food was not good. Too salty."

Fordeler: "Upgrade because of delay, escort to airplane, baggage service"

Ulemper: "Flight attendants were very attentive. Plentiful food and drinks with several choices. Pillow, blanket, headphones provided. Individual monitors with choice of movies television music games and more. USB port for charging. Smooth flight, on time. Bid for an upgrade option is nice."

Ulemper: "My connecting flight to Rome wasn't listed on any monitors, and four people couldn't find Terminal A on the map. Fortunately I found some fellow Americans who also couldn't find Terminal A , lower numbered gates, from our current Z gate. We went to the right, following most disembarked passengers and signs for some A gates....a mess! In the end, we had to go all the way back, past our original gate to a Customs area where they just stamped our passports and onward to our gates. It seemed like the signs only helped if you were going in the correct direction to begin with. Even my German friend said how bad that airport is for directions!"

Fordeler: "Nice crew and comfortable plane"
Ulemper: "The vegetarian meal was the worst we have had on an airplane. The main course was just rice with some kind of red sauce and the rest of the meal was just poor quality vegetables and fruit. the breakfast served everyone was poor too."

Fordeler: "Service was good. In flight selection of movies, music, tv etc was good. Flight camera was cool"
Ulemper: "My economy seat was right in front of the emergency exit which had a plastic or metal blockage behind my seat. I could not fully recline which made the trip a little more uncomfortable, especially since the traveler in front of my reclined all the way."

Fordeler: "We were given a free meal (sandwich) on this short duration flight. I thought that was a nice touch."
Ulemper: "The boarding process wasn't very smooth."

Fordeler: "Food and entertainment is comfortable."
Ulemper: "It was a long flight. Hard to sit through. Needed more space for legs."

Fordeler: "The Crew was great. Friendly and attentive."
Ulemper: "Very small seat. Had a big person next to me and was quite uncomfortable"

Fordeler: "The quality of the seat, cleanliness of the aircraft (with the exception of the restrooms). Ground and lounge crew excellent and knowledgeable. Boarding was swift but confusing."
Ulemper: "In cabin crew was substandard. Very slow in the food service, often times rude and lound when addressing passengers, and failed to clean the restrooms in flight, which left them in dire state and smelled. An unusually unpleasant set of attendants, and sadly not one of them made up for the lack of professionalism the others showed. No priority boarding, they proceeded with boarding the first half of passengers all at once so rather confusing."

Ulemper: "Flight to Stockholm was cancelled. SAS Provided no informaton on the steps for re-scheduling my flight. I had to call the SAS headquarters in Stockholm before receiving any guidance on what to do next. All service attendants ditched the ticketing desk leaving one poor employee to answer questions for over 70 disgruntled passengers. Very very very poor communication. Luckily I was finally able to book a flight using another airline after waiting on hold for 20 minutes with the regional customer service provider."

Fordeler: "Great selection of movies."
Ulemper: "Sitting on runway for take off for some 40 minutes."

Fordeler: "flight arrived on time"
Ulemper: "The food was poor, ventilation system in the cabin terrible. Smell from bathrooms during the whole flight, both ways. SAS lost our luggage and nobody seams to care about it. They know that there is a problem with luggage transfer on connecting flight, but don't bother to do anything about it. Customer service representative is not able to provide any information, doesn't even understand English well. Nobody answers the phone... At this point, we're still waiting for our bags"

Ulemper: "No choice in main course. Only one option Long time since wine or beer is not offered free on a “major” airline. The entertainment was interrupted a couple of times with adds. Seats are tight and space more in line with a discount airline."

Ulemper: "No food or even water"

Ulemper: "Handling of delay: - Massive delays and time wasted with individual case handling at the transfer centre in CPH when a more efficient group/bulk handling of passengers on the same flight with similar cases would make more sense. Handling of baggage during the delay. Un-necessary additional delays with baggage handling due to poor management."

Ulemper: "Internet page for buying excess baggage was difficult to understand."

Fordeler: "No comment since very short flight."
Ulemper: "My husband was unable to check in on line. SAS when contacted by phone which was difficult to do because it is hard to locate their number had no explanation other than maybe due to security. We missed a tour due to the time spent (unsuccessfully) trying to solve this problem."

Ulemper: "I would like more checked baggage allowance."

Fordeler: "Pleasant crew"
Ulemper: "Boarding was shambolic and the 737 is not as nice as the new A320 in terms of comfort or amenity. Boarding was all over the place - and the gate agents clearly need extra people around for a full flight. One person for 170 ppl didn't feel right."

Fordeler: "Power in the seats!"
Ulemper: "That plane was so hot!"

Fordeler: "There was absolutely nothing I liked."
Ulemper: "We didn't have a flight. Our flight was canceled at the airport. We were told 10-15 minutes after our boarding time that there would be a delay, but we should check back in 45 minutes. So, we never made it to Stockholm to take that flight back home."

Ulemper: "gate change at the last minute across whole airport, and I am in a wheelchair so it was very challenging. people at airport not accommodating, kind or friendly"

Fordeler: "Great takeoff and landing.Care ethics of the stuff was excellent. The quality of the food was very good and it was served with care."

Fordeler: "Highly efficient, no problems at all."
Ulemper: "I wouldn't mind a complimentary wine with dinner - other good airlines like to offer me a white wine with my chicken but here you have to pay for it.... Other than that I was happy with my travel!"

Ulemper: "I order through Kayak, which took me to priceline...Got my ticket and thought everything was fine...Until I got to the airport, apparently I got a SAS lite ticket and they charged me to check 3 bags 210 Euros...Unreal. I think its pricelines fault because they did not even offer bagage as an option..."

Ulemper: "They take blankets away too soon so u freeze. Three hour delay and they only give u a voucher to buy a cup of coffee"

Fordeler: "Setene er behagelige, og selv i SAS Go er det mulig å legge setene lenger ned enn jeg er vant til hos en del andre flyselskaper i samme seteklasse."
Ulemper: "Det er ikke mulig å bestille spesialmåltid samtidig med billettene, man må ringe. Dette virker unødvendig tungvint, spesielt med tanke på at det var ekstra lang ventetid hos kundeservice i den aktuelle perioden. Heldigvis var det mulig å få hjelp via Facebook, men det er visst ikke vanlig."

Ulemper: "I was unable to check in over the mobile app nor online. Had to do everything at the ticket desk in both the US and overseas. Made me feel as though I didn't have a reservation in the system."

Fordeler: "Friendly service, good movies. Easy flight, arrived early."
Ulemper: "Being served two versions of a ham and cheese wrap in a row. Variety would have been nice."

Fordeler: "The entertainment system was very good. The crew were all efficient and courteous, with the exception of one crew member who was rather curt."
Ulemper: "Our plane arrived at IAD late due to a minor mechanical that was repaired at its previous destination. Consequently, we departed IAD almost two hours late, causing us to miss our connection in Copenhagen. Norwegian Air had a flight leaving shortly from Copenhagen to Rome, but the transfer agent told us SAS "does not re-book with Norwegian." Instead we were assigned to two more flights, one to Brussels, and another from Brussels to Rome. We arrived in Rome around 17:00 rather than 10:35 as scheduled, losing a full day of sight-seeing."

Fordeler: "Nothing to be honest"
Ulemper: "Checkin was a disaster, girl was not aware of anything she was doing and after over ten minutes of explainatiin she still put me and my bags on a wrong flight. Lady at the boarding gate tried to help and finally managed to send me and my bag in the same flight. Even bigger disappointment was that I booked a business class seat and paid three times more money then a normal economy ticket, there wasn't any business class seat and all seats were occupied in the front rows. Staff was generally rude and not willing to help."

Fordeler: "Everything was very good. I enjoyed the flight very much. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The cleanliness was good."

Ulemper: "Forsinkelse Lite utvalg av mat"

Fordeler: "The staff and pilot kept us informed of what was happening with our delay. The flight attendants were very nice."

Ulemper: "I was really cramped in my seat and was unimpressed with the food."

Fordeler: "Courteous staff, great food, CLEAN airplane, spacious seats. Zero complaints and WAY better than any domestic airlines (United, Delta, American) based on personal experience!"

Ulemper: "Boarding... the first 20 or so rows were called then "All remaining passengers..." causing considerable pushing, etc. MUST board by sections, etc..."

Ulemper: "Had to pay 70 euro to check 1 bag at the airport!"

Fordeler: "It was a pleasant flight with friendly service. Boarding was smooth and efficient."
Ulemper: "Food choices and limited entertainment. I know that SAS need to remain competitive, but strict limits in drinks seems a bit cheap."

Ulemper: "Staff was not properly trained in flight protocols."

Ulemper: "No one from the flight crew gave us the border card. We waited in the border line only to be told once we reached the front that we needed to leave the line to fill one out. No guest on the Oslo to Edinburgh flight was given one."
