Ulemper: "Only reason I chose Lufthansa was that I was informed that 23kg of checked in luggage was included. It was NOT. I don't care whose fault it is. Lufthansa still says that this is included on their website. I demand reimbursement."
Fordeler: "The crew was great! I was much more comfortable this trans-Atlantic flight coming home than when I flew over beginning my trip. The hot towels are always a special treat and the wide selection of free beverages. Thank you Lufthansa!"
Ulemper: "It was not noted that I had a gluten allergy even though I had requested special meals online. I had to ask the flight attendants during the first meal to bring me that option. After that, all was great! My personal entertainment screen was not working properly for about an hour in to my flight."

I was pleased to find my luggage in Athens as Lufthansa was the only airline that in the past twice had misplaced my luggage and had to wait for one day to get them. 3. The flight arrived at the scheduled time and going through the airport , security to my connection was especially easy. 4. The sandwiches also at the airport were tasty."
Ulemper: "1, It isn't really a 100% complaint because I'm also responsible. As I was waiting for the dinner to be served it took more time and I felt asleep watching a bad movie, so I missed dinner when I finally woke up. This is the reason I have no opinion about the food. My sole complaint is about the general practice in all airlines that they serve first the slim minority that does not eat meat. Democracy means that the majority should be served first. Unless the airlines consider the vegetarians as some kind of sick people! 2. The crew didn't offered us enough liquids during the flight and the excuse that they didn't wish to disturb our sleep is too lame."

Fordeler: "On a flight from Oslo to Germany to Charlotte, we only had 55 minutes to connect in Germany. Lufthansa held our plane due to their error in some runway and docking issues and we, as well as 25 other were escorted to our connection by Lufthansa staff. Excellent customer service even though it was their fault. They just did the right thing and did it well."
Ulemper: "I would have expected that there be much more time for gate connections. If you have ever been in the Munich airport, it is very large and navigation takes time.."
Fordeler: "Our flight from Frankfort to Munich was late. Luftansa sent a representative to our flight to make sure we and others from our flight got on to the flight to Charlotte. How awesome! Plane needs more leg room."
Fordeler: "The crew was fantastic. The plane was clean/as to be expected. Overall, the flight was comfortable (again, as to be expected)."
Ulemper: "Boarding was slow and unorganized. "Dinner" meal could have been served earlier and it could have been more filling (we were so hungry!) There could have been more opportunities to get water. They ran out of water bottles."

Fordeler: "After so many domestic flights of being shuffled around and interacting with flight attendants that seem to not like their jobs much and passenger's are just an annoyance, flying abroad on Luftansa was quite a different experience! The flight attendants were polished, professional, and actually wanted to provide a service. Their interactions made me feel like I was cared about and that they wanted my unique needs to be met. This made a 10 hour flight an enjoyable experience which I certainly didn't anticipate."

She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Ulemper: "KLM lost my luggage during the layover. My luggage didn't arrive even after the next flight to Prague. Customer service wouldn't give me any idea what flight my luggage would arrive on, nor would they tell me what time my luggage might be delivered to me."
Fordeler: "Decent meal (warm Pasta all'arrabbiata), nice little muffin for dessert and standard drinks (coffee & tea were a bonus, as they didn't serve any on a similar flight, from Barcelona to Amsterdam), friendly cabin crew."
Ulemper: "Poor timing - no reason for a 40 minute delay at take off (plane was fully boarded in time) Old aircraft, shabby, dirty and cramped seats. Coming from my connecting flight from Barcelona, I could clearly tell the different in the quality (and cleanliness) of the aircrafts."
Fordeler: "He missed it due to having a 32 minute layover, which he ran all the way to board."
Ulemper: "he had no choice but to look at the closed door of his flight, and wait an additional 7 hours and they didn't even give him a voucher for food. I'm his mother, I'm currently visiting family in Scotland, so couldn't help him much. I'm pretty disgusting and disappointed by the whole experience."
Fordeler: "On both of my flights to New York City, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the flight attendants were to the passengers. On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

Hyggelige og effektive ansatte. Derimot er flyene til og fra Oslo alltid forsinket og i vår tilfelle var det på 25 minutter. I tillegg, er kabinene på enkelte fly delvis utdaterte, smart å sjekke på forhold hva slags fly du skal fly med. Ellers er det er svært bra selskap som jeg anbefaler å bruke.

Ulemper: "When I purchased my flight ticket , I purchased with a checked bag (23 kg /50 #) how ever ( who will fly to Ukraine with a 10kg suitcase) I booked for a KLM flight , they used (partener airlines ) when I arrived to LA I flew with Delta , they checked my Suitcase at no cost all the way to my final destinations , that was expected ! When I was going to return , they made me payed 120 dollars ( in Kiev , Ukraine (UIA) , I was very disappointed and I really will love an explanation about all this !"

Ulemper: "I did not like that i was in the bulkhead and there was not sufficient overhead storage for us. The bin was only big enough for 1 backpack. 2 of the 3 of us in that row had to go 2 rows back to store our luggage. This is very inconvenient when deboarding because I have to wait for many others to pass before I get a chance to walk towards the back of the plane to get my luggage."
Ulemper: "It is very difficult to get around CDG airport with a disabled person. There is no shuttle. By the time we got to check in, we were ten minutes late. They would not check us in, and we paid over $700 to change tickets to the next flight. When I complained, I was told to stop being rude or I would get no ticket at all. My mother is 94 years old and we did the best we could given the circumstance."
Ulemper: "We paid for Business Class from JFK to TLV. The flight to Tel Aviv was in a small plane with 3 across seats that hardly reclined. We are most unhappy and will complain to American Express Platinum Card."
Fordeler: "The crew was super friendly and always gave the feeling that they want the customers to feel comfortable and enjoy the flight. One of the crew members even offered me to move to an emergency exit seat (without me asking to move) because I am tall. Amazing!"

Best airline food I’ve had in a long time. The chocolate dessert was incredible. And a coffee to go with it. Made a three hour flight very pleasant."

The economy got their bags before 1st and business."

In a French company I expect much more. The entertainment system on the airbus a380 was like an enchant IT system from the past. Very poor reaction time. Very messy and not people oriented at all. Especially after KLM's And Delta experience."

Ulemper: "Being allocated when we booked seats apart to make us pay £11 to sit together. All we can take from this is that it was another money grabbing exercise by Ryanair as there were plenty of empty seats available when we boarded!"

Fordeler: "flight was delayed by 2 hours. then the said 1 hour delay. the all of a sudden last call almost without notice and flight left 30 minutes late. moreover, they changed the gate almost last minute. some almost missed the flight"
Ulemper: "var tull med koffert på flyplassen,hadde betalt for koffert ,men måtte betale for den,en koffert kostet jo mer en turen.på flyet ,hadde dem ikke noe av noe drikke og servere.ikke nok med deg.da vi sto og ventet på kofferten på Torp.kom den ikke på det rullebandet fra Gdansk,men på det fra Krakow.så på denne turen var det mye feil.vurderer om jeg skal bruke Ryanair noe mer"

Ulemper: "Jeg har ikke fått til å bestille koffert til tilbake turen.? Min datter som også skal reise fikk det heller ikke til? Er det noe man bestiller når mann sjekker inn for hjemreise?"
Ulemper: "The flight was significantly delayed because of a woman having a panic attack. Other people should not have to wait because one person is afraid of flying."

Ulemper: "Flight a bit late without much explanation. Constant raucous announcements on board but couldn’t understand any of them. Probably trying to sell us stuff"
Ulemper: "Only one line for those needing to check in at the counter (non-EU) The person who looked to be in charge said we had enough time to wait thru the line. We didn’t. Come very very very early for Ryan Air. We gave up and took the train."

Fordeler: "Quick and easy boarding as Priority boarding paid for and much improved aircraft since last time I flew with them."
Ulemper: "Not a great choice of food for a 3hr plus flight but plenty of alcohol! :("

Ulemper: "The attitude in the airport from the boarding to the airplane. They treated us like Catteles ."
Fordeler: "To really enjoy flying budget carriers, it’s imperative to purchase upgrades like more seat room and premier boarding. It’s so worth it!"
Ulemper: "It was snowy and windy when we boarded, a jetway would have been better."
Ulemper: "Both our flights to and from Malta were delayed by 3 hours"
Ulemper: "Delayed flight then held in pens for ages then held on the plane too."

Ulemper: "My husband was very disappointed with the coffee and the chocolate and cranberry cake. Prices very steep too.."
Ulemper: "Seats WERE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND TINY"

Ulemper: "Not all food was available and toilet flushing was not working"
Fordeler: "Shorter flight back, quiet flight and very good luggage policies."
Ulemper: "Our gate number was shown 10 minutes before the gate was supposed to close at 19.05. We were kept standing until 19.35 (when the flight was scheduled to depart) and then the door was opened, just for us to sit on the staircase waiting to be admitted into the plane for another 20 minutes. I understand delays and unforeseen events, but no rep had the courtesy of telling us why we had been kept waiting this way, on the contrary we were told to move further down the stairs so we can make more room, resulting in being crammed one next to each other. Eventually at around 8 pm we were finally allowed to get on the plane. Not a cool experience, especially when Luton is 2hrs away from London so the passengers had already spent at least 3-4 hours on the road to get to the airport."
Fordeler: "Plane and flight were fine once we got aboard and underway."
Ulemper: "Flight was over an hour late and that was very inconvenient since people were waiting for me. Boarding was disorganized and practically a riot. Airport at Catania changed departure gate 3 times, causing great confusion."
Fordeler: "New plane. Fast easy boarding with priority pass"
Ulemper: "No back of seat storage for stuff. Food and drink expemsive No entertainment"
Ulemper: "They left the luggage behind.... LoL"
Fordeler: "Typical Ryanair flight. You know what you are getting"
Ulemper: "Delayed. Chaotic boarding"
Fordeler: "Very badly handled delay .Letting people line up at the gate even though they knew the aircraft was still at least 40 minutes from arrival .No announcements letting anyone know what's going on .Then letting us board only to be stuck in a stair well with door locked for 10 minutes and then on the tarmac for 15 minutes while the aircraft was being prepared ,It also staring raining .this is not how to run a airline .Perhaps training is needed from the likes of AirAsia"

Ulemper: "Flight was late, charged 15 € to print the boarding pass, it felt like we waited in line after line. It's Ryanair, so we expected the rotten experience, but had the flight been on time, the timing would have been good and the base price was reasonable."
Fordeler: "Besides bad weather conditions we landed perfectly"
Fordeler: "Flight went to plan, no problems boarding and on time."

Fordeler: "For the price of this ticket the service was really good there are improvements but for the price of the ticket I can't complain at anything"
