Fordeler: Place was clean; crew was nice and attentive

Ulemper: Seats are small and uncomfortable for long haul flights

Fordeler: nothing really. There were so many rude staff members at this airline. I saw people get yelled at by staff members. They were just trying to get information on the late flights and missed connections. It happened repeatedly. this company has the worst customer service I have seen probably ever.

Ulemper: They need to care about their customers and care for their customers better. They have a lot to be ashamed of.

Fordeler: Very helpful crew. Quick boarding process.

Ulemper: Not much leg room, or space in seats.

Fordeler: Good food, service, and entertainment

Ulemper: The seats are not very cushioned

Ulemper: I may be wrong but these days, the staff curtsy and overall well coming approach is lacking! Just a smile and a few cheerful words can transform passengers’ mood greatly!! This becomes particularly important when one is traveling for > 9 hours back to back flights!! One can extra charge for it!!

Fordeler: The seats were much more comfortable then my last flight. The entertainment system was also updated from the 1980’s remote and cord ones on my flight from DC to Paris.

Ulemper: There was no food between the two meals on an 8 hour flight. I had a flight attendant rudely tell me that there is nothing to offer until the next meal. No one reached out to me about the horrible flight and comments I made from the last flight.

Ulemper: Air France’s apathy towards its customers is shocking. Traveling with three children , our flight was delayed by 3hrs resulting us arriving in Paris after 1AM. With the airport shuttle(CDVAL) to our airport hotel closed, they offered no assistance despite of my request. Simply asked us to take a taxi (when all taxi stands are abandoned at 2AM). Beware if traveling with family.

Ulemper: J’ai eu à payer un bagage supplémentaire sur internet à 160 euros. Mon compte a été débité et à l’aéroport de Dakar les agents au comptoir me disent qu’ils ne retrouvaient pas le payement du troisième bagage. J’ai été obligé de repayer le bagage comptant à 190€

Ulemper: 2 hours delays from LAX to CDG then additional two hours delay from CDG to CAI, this is disappointing

Fordeler: Nothing

Ulemper: They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing.

Ulemper: In-flight system had some problems and seats seemed a bit uncomfortable

Ulemper: Boarding was a disaster as my companion was selected for random search which held us up as there was no urgency to process us. Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.The food was also mediocre.

Ulemper: Airline food could always be better. It wasn’t bad though.

Ulemper: Food was horrible

Fordeler: There was nothing really special or to write home about on this particular Lufthansa flight: it got us there safely and ahead of schedule, albeit, uncomfortably (seats were extremely thin and uncomfortable) and the pitch/distance between seat rows was extremely short & cramped..

Ulemper: Seats could have been more comfortable; they were extremely thin and uncomfortable--and airline could give more legroom/pitch between seats.

Ulemper: Internet speed is weak.
