Fordeler: My JetBlue connection was delayed over 6 hours and I missed this connection and had to rebook an alternative. Norwegian was helpful online chat and via phone with rebook options. Jet blue was terrible every step of the way

Ulemper: Horrible check in!!!! Came theee hours before my flight and they were so slow that we had to wait an hour for passengers that still didn’t pass security because they only had two people doing check in,. Also I had to bags to check in and I had to pay 200$ Per bag because I didn’t check in online!
Ulemper: They didn’t let anyone check in online. So there was a huge line of people all trying to check in at one time and caused a problem for other ticket desks in the area. If they just let you check in online like every other airline it would have been more seamless and saved everyone a lot of time.

Ulemper: Better way of boarding as priority boarding still involved a long wait and it was far from clear which line to stand in.

Ulemper: All snacks, drinks are for sale. Could at least offer a complimentary bottle of water.
Fordeler: The crew was amazing but delays upto 2 hrs

Ulemper: Delayed flight - 2 1/2 hrs. No advance info. Departure gate change after check in. No Info at original gate. Unfriendly staff. No apology. No explanation for delay. Food substandard, even for cheap airlines.
Fordeler: Planes are newish and comfortable. Decent amount of room in economy. Very good entertainment system with a not of great Nordic content (Swedish, Danish and Norwegian movies) Food was pretty good for an airplane. The service is excellent. I slept through the meal service, but they still made it a point to get me a meal when I woke up. Old fashioned tea and coffee service, with a steward going up and down the aisles with proper tea and coffee pots. Very professional, a high end feel to everything.
Fordeler: Plenty of seating room on this flight.
Ulemper: Little carry on baggage room. At least 50% of everyone's carry-on baggage could not fit on the aircraft.

Ulemper: make passengers from Nigeria to feel respected and important. Imagine no entertainment in the aircraft in addition to a very poor food.
Fordeler: The gate reps from CDG to MSP were professionals. The cabin crew on the Delta flight were exceptional! This was not my experience in Copenhagen with the Air France staff, they seemed to be self centered and rude.
Ulemper: Delta please make excellence a priority in all areas of customer service. Set high standards for staff so customers know that you appreciate them and are ready for business. The world is at the customer's fingertips, let their first choice be Delta. When their are bad days, customers will understand
Fordeler: Very little
Ulemper: Flight was very crowded. Flight crew kept bumping into my seat and never apologized
Ulemper: The food was mediocre. Flying La Compagnie in the past was a much better food experience.
Ulemper: Couldn’t check in online. Got to airport to be told I couldn’t fly because fully booked. Still here in Macedonia. The earliest they could fly me back is Tuesday. Absolutely disgusting , fuming !!!!

Ulemper: The staff took ages boarding us because they were obsessed with trying to scalp people for exceeding baggage limits. Nothing free aboard, no entertainment, the seats were uncomfortable too.

Ulemper: The borsing from terminal 1 is should be highlight The man in the check in and bording wad not nice at all. He didn't answer any question. They took our hand bag. We couldn't take it to the plan and no one explaon why.
Ulemper: 1. The check in was delayed and very chaotic. 2. The landing was horrible 3. The plane was not comfortable .
Fordeler: Seat space a bit tight . I should have upgraded to more leg room . Next time!
Fordeler: The flight arrived a few minutes early.
Ulemper: The plane was extremely old and in poor repair. The seats were extremely close together. The inflight entertainment system, wifi and passenger electric outlets were all non-functional. Even the wastebin in the lavatory was full and an extra bag was put on the floor.

Ulemper: flight was delayed, missed connecting flight. new flight they gave me was also delayed, almost missed connecting flight again
Ulemper: When I got to the check-in desk, I was told to get out of line and check in online. It wasn't a big deal, but it would have been good to know that it was necessary to do this so I didn't wait in line for a long time.

Ulemper: Charging 30 Euros to check in at the airport is lunacy.

Ulemper: Some of these planes need improved entertainment systems. Half did not work.
Fordeler: Always like flying Swiss business class. Great service, good food and a great lie flat bed

Ulemper: Baggage fees and unclear policy during booking with Kayak.
Ulemper: Hand luggage not allowed onboard due to being just a bit oversized -- just its wheels only. Never had this problem with the same luggage with other airlines, only with Austrian.
Ulemper: The crew dropped the bottle to the head of my son.
Ulemper: Menu was poor
Fordeler: Arrival to the terminal was a breeze, and security was fast and efficient. What more can a traveler ask for?
Ulemper: The executive lounge was a bit crowded. But if that is my only complaint, that’s not too bad. A well designed airport!

Ulemper: My husband and son both ordered a wheel chair because I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia and when I arrived in turkey they said there was no order for one. I walked through the airport at a snails PA e and since I arrived I have been very sick.

Ulemper: Seats in economy were extremely small, and incredibly close. Possibly the most uncomfortable I've been in economy. Food was a baby's portion, which was really surprising. Pakistan might not be a prime destination, but it does not deserve second rate service.

Ulemper: The crew were more interested in flirting with each other and seemed oblivious to much else. Once we landed loads of people got up, the aeroplane then started moving again and people were falling into each other - not a single member of cabin crew said anything or encouraged people to sit down

Ulemper: After having no issues with my carryon on my first Norwegian flight of the day, I was forced to pay 650 NoK to check my carryon as we were boarding my flight from Oslo to New York. This was just ridiculous because my bag fit in the overhead bins just fine and there we’re many empty overhead bins

Ulemper: The representative at check in almost charged us €100 for a checked bag we’d already paid for when we bought our tickets online. When I asked her “didn’t we already pay for this?” She checked her screen and just said “oh” and let us through.

Fordeler: Crew were good considering the difficult situation they found themselves in
Ulemper: Once everyone had boarded we were told we would be on the tarmac for 2 hours before we leave. While we sat there we were told they could not serve us anything while on the ground...even water! When we finally were airborne the crew were overwhelmed with customer orders and not all people got served
Fordeler: It was the first time I needed to use "Passenger Assistance" and it made my experience excellent. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Thank you.
Fordeler: entertainment in the back of the front seat with great choice of movies
Ulemper: I would have liked to have had the chance to purchase a better seat. When I asked about it at check-in the plane was full. So I was squeezed in the middle section which made it quite uncomfortable, especially if you have to get up more frequently as an older person, but your neighbor is asleep. A notification about the possibilities for seat purchases would have been great!

Fordeler: It was on one of their newer planes which meant that we had decent comfort and entertainment!
Ulemper: The seats were staggered between the middle and sides, so my family was eventually split across two rows. I hadn't expected that.
