Fordeler: "The approach into Venice airport was to the NE so the flight path gave a perfect areal tour of venice out the right side of the plane."
Fordeler: "Upon arrival in ZRH, there was a separate small bus for the business class passengers. It was nice to not have to wait for all passengers to deplane before being transported to the terminal."
Fordeler: "Crew ignored my existence just because I sat on the window seat, plus I'm an asian, so I'm not sure which of the reason makes her to ignore me for serving my food. Luckily the guy passenger that sit beside me helped me to inform and made sure that she served the food to me."

Seats were packed together very tightly. Given the lack of space, better to fix seats to only recline a little."
Fordeler: "We were told by terminal staff in Istanbul that the fkught was on Turkish Airlines.We waited in line at the first ticket counter and then we were sent to a second ticket counter where we waited in line again. We were sent to a 3rd counter where the Supervisor was chatting with a lady for 20 minutes. When we reached the counter we were told it was too late to board and we had missed our flight even though there were still 35 minutes to flight time. Turkish Airlines staff would not help us any further and we had to go purchase another ticket."

Ulemper: "People were made to wait outside in the cold airport bus for half an hour. The ground crew gave no explanation for the delay. After heavy protests, they let the waiting passengers back into the terminal. Supposedly the pilot was sick, but there was no communication at all from the airline about the cause of the delay or how long it would last."

Air Canada had to put me on completely new flights there and back. I think this has taught me to go directly through an airline. Justfly was not helpful. Neither was Turkish airlines."

Ulemper: "1. Flight late from Berlin to Istanbul. 2. That's mean missing my next flight from Istanbul to Riyadh. 3. I add extra baggage in TKL Airport : my original bag is 23 kg I have until 32kg, The extra baggage was 20kg, So I pay 247 Euro each extra kg 19 Euro. 4. In Istanbul airport they said your next flight tomorrow at 20pm. 5. I have important meeting in morning and my jop in the evening. 6. They changed my teket from turkish airline to Saudi airline 4.00pm, That's mean no different. 7. I ask about my baggage in turkish airline deck they said don't worry every thing will be okay. 8. I ask for hotel they said you have to make visa cost 60 dollars and you know I have to pay taxi and Chang money... Pla Pla, Actually this is not respecting and very bad organization. 9. I didn't make visa and stay from that time until 3.pm in primum lungs. 10. I went to Saudi airline deck to take my boarding. 11. They said you have extra baggage, I explain them that I payed already to turkish airline. 12. They said you have to go back to turkish airline deck about this extra kg's. 13. I did going back to them they said we cannot do anything, leave one bag here and we send the other one later. Actually this stupid airline and this stupid employee's dealing with me like a stupid, all my time I walk every where in that stupid airport, they just gives me orders and I have to follow like it was my mistake. 14. I showed my alfursan membership to Saudi airline deck and they helped me. 15. When I arrived to Riyadh my baggage wasn't there, this is mean that this stupid turkish people that the have to work on barbcue and haircut, but airports jop needs professional people. That's was my first and last flight with them."

Fordeler: "there was only single screen entertainment every four rows or so. Nothing interesting."
Ulemper: "There was no USB ports to keep a phone charged. There was no power outlets between seats to keep a phone charged."

Ulemper: "they don't do well in their transit point they should employ more people who speaks English to direct passengers in the airport. English is international language so they should train some people to direct passengers who comes there everyday"

She was the mother of s flight attendant as well, and was constantly brought amenities from the first class cabin. Really not appropriate for the rest of us in premium economy"

Ulemper: "My luggage did not arrive on the flight from Frankfort to Athens. The Lost Luggage staff was very helpful, but the process took a long, long time. Then when my luggage arrived the next morning, no one was staffing the Gold kiosk, so it took another hour and a half to get my luggage. (We had received an email saying that the luggage would be available at 7:30; no one was there to provide it to us)"

Fordeler: "The engagement of the crew. The coffee and cake. The attendant offered to help me with my bag to the door of the aircraft. The same attendant remembered to give me coffee later and provided the stir stick just as I was able ask for one. I felt cared for."
Ulemper: "They ran out of the protein meal selections.e.g. Chicken I think. Pasta with sauce and one small cube of cheese with a little salad does not qualify as a balanced mealThe attendant tried to make up for it by giving me more cheese blocks."
Fordeler: "The crew was really good. The food was much better than my cross the Atlantic flight. There wasn’t any entertainment so I am not sure how to rate it."
Ulemper: "Frankfurt airport is not very good. Why does a passenger who has cleared security in the US have to do it again in Frankfurt? It is an unnecessary requirement that causes some passengers to miss their connecting flight. I will give them a pass on clearing immigration But going thru security....no."
Fordeler: "Loved the service both flying to and from Europe. Enjoyed the free inflight entertainment, blanket and pillow, and meals/snacks we were given."
Ulemper: "Again the ease of getting boarding passes for all travelers."
Ulemper: "My flight got canceled. It is awful, extended my travel Time significantly."

Fordeler: "The staff was courteous,friendly and helpful. The Plane was on time. The crew took time to tell us what we would be seeing as we flew, it was a beautiful morning for the flight until we experienced overcast skies in Austria- Germany. The staff did their job well with minimal comfort disruption."
Ulemper: "I would take this flight again. The only thing I would change is unloading procedure of walking down stairs on the outside of the terminal, then loaded on a stand up bus for a rather long ride to the terminal. It reminded me of London. But, I guess it is something you have to deal with."

Ulemper: "Delay and no information or explanation and help from Lufthansa."
Fordeler: "NEVER AGAIN"
Fordeler: "A male flight attendance made me feel uncomfortable. I sat in empty sit with number 3 instead of 4 and he asked me to check my number on my boarding pass. WIth an extremely directive and dictating tone in his voice he told me YOU SHOULD GO AND SIT to what your ticket says. It is VERY important to be sited, although the seats are available you should be sited where your boarding pass directs you to be."
Ulemper: "I realized that some people of their crew are extremely insane! I have never had an issue like this, with DELTA or AIR FRANCE, or KLM, or NORWEGIAN, or SAS If it was only one persona that I had to deal with, which it was on my flight from NY to Munich I would say , it was coincidence . One person is not a statistical point and accuse the whole Company. But this was repeated on my second flight from Munich to Athens. Then I said, this is not coincidence, it is a pattern that is repeated and not professional . NEVER AGAIN WITH LUFTHANSA is my decision and my recommendation."
Fordeler: "Such great personnel in the air - can't say enough how much I appreciated them."
Ulemper: "The airline as a whole, however, encourages you to book with them under the reasonable assumption that connecting flights with Lufthansa will be achievable. Now that I've seen Frankfurt, There was no way they could actually expect any of us to make our connecting flights. And they offer no compensation. When I did get another flight, it was terribly delayed. Talking in line with regular European travelers, they said they expect it. Also met several fliers at the service desk attempting to connect via entirely different routes, all having the same experience."
Ulemper: "Wheelchair assistance did not arrive at gate."
Ulemper: "Limited choice of types of meal - no vegetarian option."
Fordeler: "W we’re a few minutes late and they waited for us. We truly appreciate their cooperation. 5 strat services."
Ulemper: "They don’t have order while boarding No space for the carry on- they didn’t ask to check them for free."
Ulemper: "All flights in Frankfurt boarded via jet bridge. Flight to Greece boarded via a bus. Freezing weather in Frankfurt. Are Germans prejudiced to Greek passengers?"
Fordeler: "Upgraded from premium to Business class. Very good service and a good night slep."
Fordeler: "The crew was more helpful than the transatlantic flight."
Ulemper: "My seat. It was right behind the first class and as the crew rushed to serve them, they threw the separating curtain at my face as I was sitting on the corridor. It was so frequent I couldn't sleep and the passanger did the same."
Ulemper: "Missed my connection due to airline delay and was put on a flight 12 hours later"
Fordeler: "On all my flights everything was on time and ready to go. Crew was super helpful and friendly. Ready great service and constant visual of crew for us if we needed them. Was not expecting to be fed sooo much on my flights which was awesome! Seats were comfortable, pillow and blanket were a nice accommodation as well! The entertainment was awesome - made 8 hours quickly disappear! Will definitely fly with Lufthansa again when I go overseas!"

Ulemper: "Boarding was like a "free-for-all", the gate agents exerted NO control at all. The departure was delayed about 15 minutes (no big thing" but then we sat in our seats for an additional 45-50 minutes for a total of more than an hour!. This after an 11+ hour first leg."
Fordeler: "The crew is excellent but the seats are not comfortable enough. There should be a way to balance money and comfort,not just placing people in seats they do not fit into"

Ulemper: "Using the same airline and terminal, they caused us to miss our connection by not having a jetway to a gate. In the time it took to deplane and bus to the terminal, they caused us to miss the connection. This in spite of the plane being still at the gate when we arrived."

LastMinute.Com is hands down the WORST travel website in the history of travel websites, as the above was not disclosed at any time. NEVER again will I even entertain booking via them."

Ulemper: "The flight attendants were slow and unprofessional. It took 3 hours to get dinner. Other airlines manage to feed passengers in Economy within an hour on the similar flight. But the worst part was that my luggage went missing. After it was found nobody let me know so it was just sitting there for three days before I could get a hold of someone. And then after multiple calls they finally said it would take another 5 days to be delivered 200 miles. So I ended up having to go get it myself. Not as much as an apology from them. Aeroflot is absolute garbage. Stay away from them."

Cabin crew were in such hurry that they missed our row couple times. They served water only 4 times for 10 hours flight and refused to give a whole bottle for some bogus security concern."
