beliggenheten, personale og unik atmosfere likte alt
Jeg var veldig glad for trådløs internet men ønsket at nettverket kunne være kryptert med kode du fikk med hotellet, liker ikke og bruke usikret nettverk med tanke på nettbank osv
The location, the staff and the room - all were amazing! Very close to the metro, great food and sights. Would definitely consider staying here again during our next visit! No possibility of early check in. But we could store our luggage with them since we arrived early.
Beautiful room and facilities. Nice balcony on the Annex overlooking a great restaurant. Nice private courtyard accesses rooms in Annex (which is cheaper than main hotel). Very near the walled ancient city center. Rooms are right along a narrow street with traffic noise most of the night.
Location great. Close to everything. Rooms very small, no air condition - only table fan. Clean, comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. Did no try breakfast, it's only continental at 9.0 euro. Great place across the street for breakfast. Value for the money - very good but you give up some convenience. No place for second suitcase - had to push out chair. Wi-fi works most time. F not - attendant fixed a couple of times.
The location is undeniably excellent. Les Marais is a guaranteed good time My room was very dingy for $100. The only thing that looked clean was the bathroom. The bedroom was shabby, and dark. The hotel staff literally was very uninformed. I asked very simple questions such as, how to get to the airport, and how to get to Versailles and they couldn't tell me. They also failed to let me know about metro construction taking place. They were overall not helpful, and did not interact kindly with me (with the exception of 1 woman.) I wouldn't stay here again
the staff was very kind. Alwais helping wtih any request.
The reception staff were excellent with information to tourist places of interest incl. Disneyland & Cruise tickets & return airport shuttle to CDG airport.
There was a cute little balcony in my room which was nice to be able to see out onto the busy street below. I enjoyed the location very much, very convenient! Lots of shops, etc. in a bustling neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was really disappointed by this hotel. The major issue was the cleanliness - it was pretty dirty, the carpet was very stained - I felt grossed out by the room. This is in part because it's an old building, etc - however, even so, it should have been cleaner. You could tell only the basic areas were cleaned by the housekeeping staff. The sheets were clean, the bedspread could use replacing. The room was cute, sufficient to suit the needs of a traveler who is not picky & doesn't care about cleanliness.
The hotel was very central and very clean, the staff were very helpful. We also stayed elsewhere in Paris and the Hotel Rivoli was by far better value for money.
If you need hot water for coffee, ask the reseption.
Hotel was well situated for metro and Le Marais area where lots of restaurants and shops which are open on Sundays; good location to stay in Paris for a weekend city break Situated on a busy road so can hear traffic
Lokation The room was poor ...for this prise
The location is good for exploring the Marais. Also easy access to other locations and near a metro station and bus stops. The room was very small and quite stuffy. Also blind in bathroom was inadequate - it only reached halfway down the window!
The breakfast was excellent and value for money and it was quite central for the places we had to visit. the room furniture was too big for the size of the room and the bathroom looked a bit shabby for a 3 star hotel.
staff, rooms, location
Staff at desk, and staff in general, were extremely helpful and pleasant. They had good suggestions, made restaurant reservations, called for cabs, and in general made our stay extremely pleasant. Patrick went out of his way to help us in a particularly stressful time we had at one point. Thank you, Patrick. There was absolutely nothing we did not like about the hotel. We had only one hiccup and that was we thought breakfast would be available and it was not; but after inquiring, it was brought to our room.
Perfect location in the heart of the Marais, lovely and cozy hotel, very helpful staff.
The location was perfect to explore the Marais - history, culture and architecture alongside great bars, cafes and boutiques. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the room was genuinely charming. It certainly lived up to the recommendations from friends who've used it for years.
It was quaint and charming, yet had a first class bathrooms. Loved the whole old world feel of the place. Great Location. Rooms do not have air conditioning, but it was very cool while we were there and fans were provided for the rooms.
location, cleanliness, courtesy poor lighting in room; minor details of breakfast service: lack of skim milk, fresh fruit only on one day of our stay
Fantastic location, lovely ambience, friendly staff and great value for money.
Location and convenience to all of Paris. It was a simple hotel that met my needs and the staff was very helpful.
I liked the hotel for its old world charm and its central yet quiet location in Le Marais district of Paris with good communicatons on foot and by nearby public transport incl. Metro. The old building has been crammed with most of the modern conveniences and facilities of the present day hotel. The staff is multilingual and always helpful, friendly and there is a personal touch in their approach. The cleaning is done in a discreet yet efficient manner. Not really, but because of the small size of the building for its current purpose there is a certain shortage space. At the same time this could be experienced as part of its charm.
The location is good There was a damp smell in my room (room 28). The internet did not work with the code I was given.
Excellent location, nice staff and quirky, but charming rooms. (plus a big bathroom) I would definitely stay there again. The trip was for business.
Great location, clean and comfortable, very cosy and intimate. The River Seine is 100 metres away, major sites are within walking distance and there are lots of good restaurants close by. The RER to Chatelet les Halles is convenient from Paris CDG and direct. The lift is quite small.
Breakfast and location Room a bit dark because of window looking out towards small atrium
