It was in Fells Point and close to Inner Harbor. The hotel has a quaint aura about it. The water was nearby. The Hotel was difficult to find for 1st timers there and the parking was very difficult. Most parking was taken up in the evening and hotel patrons had to park away and in areas that were not seemingly safe. Breakfast buffet was not replenished in a timely manner although servers were attentive to customers.
The room was very comfortable, filled with every thing a traveler would need. It is in a great location!! And the staff was so helpful.. loved it.

I have stayed a number of previous times, so I knew what to expect. New mele restaurant and Tapas restaurant seemed nice, although we did not eat there this visit. I like the old photographs that decorate the corridors and common areas. Hotel's location is excellent for Baltimore visits. No major complaints. a part of the carpet in our room had been shampooed prior to our arrival. It was still wet and the room therefore smelled musty. There was no coffee maker in the room, although there was a coffee set-up. I let the desk know that it had disappeared.
The beds were cool and the internet worked. Not worth the money. Made me miss motel 6. the room was 200$ and I got 2 double beds although I asked fro queen bed. The parking cost some 40$ a day! There is no swimming pool. It takes 15 minutes for the hot water in the shower to appear. When I switched the next night to a room with a king size bed I didn't get refrigerator, apparently there is a trade off... The restroom were uncomfortable too.
Baltimore had 30+ inches of snow the weekend that I spent at the Admiral Fell Inn, and the hotel was fully booked. The staff was fabulous ensuring that the guests had everything that was needed. In addition, the location of the Inn at Fells Point couldn't have been better - lots of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. When the airport re-opened and I was able to get a flight home, the Admiral Fell had cab drivers on call with experience driving in snow to get me to the airport. What could have been a really horrible weekend ended up being a lot of fun. I will definitely stay at the Admiral Fell Inn on future visits to Baltimore.

We arrived extremely early the day of our check in and decided to just see if they had any rooms available well before the normal 4pm check in time. They did! It made our day so much easier because we were able to check in and then go about the rest of your day like planned. We are a young couple so we definitely took advantage of how close we were to the Inner Harbor (about a 10 minute walk). We came back later in the day to freshen up and take a little nap, right as we laid down the smoke detector started beeping (battery was low), called the front desk and less than a minute later they had someone up there to fix it! Not one to believe in ghosts/spirits or paranormal activity, but We both woke up in the middle of the night to the sound of wimpering/crying which we read is apparently from the little girl who died there many many years ago. Although it could have just been someone outside, still freaked me out a little! Other than that our stay was perfect.

I liked that we could get place to place with no problems in our car. But it wasn't anything too special. I didn't like the rude valet people I didn't like the bed or the room I didn't like that they came in our room without asking did we want it to be cleaned. I would have rather stayed at The Ebassy Sweets in Baltimore I could have splurged and gave them that extra $100 and would have had a better nights rest. Also I didn't like that you could hear the street people yelling outside of room 1018. Over all I would not stay here again. THIS IS A ONE NIGHT AND KEEP IT MOVING TYPE OF HOTEL!
Attended a wedding held here at the hotel, that was great and held in the ballroom with cocktail hour on the mezzanine level, a beautiful setting indeed! Room was fine with a comfortable bed, location to the Inner harbor and Convention Center is excellent. Everything was fine.
Valet service for 30 a day was best option for parking and staff was prompt. The furniture was ripped. Down comforter was ripped. Bottom of toilet was dirty. Room was by an alley so was a nosey Monday morning with trash pick up. No need for a Wakeup call that's for sure. And could smell exhaust fumes in room that morning as well.

The architecture of the building was stately and held historical significance, while the interior had many, stylistic, and modernized updates. The foyer and main lobby were visually stunning. The parking attendants were helpful, and the overnight fee was only fifteen dollars, excellent for the city. The room was clean and comfortable. We went to our room to discover that it was not the King Deluxe room that I booked online. I was informed that the booking had not come through as a King Deluxe; I verified that I had been charged for the King Deluxe. The gentleman from the front desk apologized and offered to change the room ; I declined since my wife and son were already settled. He did give me a credit to the restaurant.
The historic hotel was lovingly restored. The original interior ornament and contemporary furnishings really lent to an upscale experience. The piano accompaniment in the lobby and bar area accented the enormity of the space, creating intimacy in its double-height room. The room itself was generous in size, and the bath had deep marble window sills and natural light, with a full size tub and free-standing sink. There was also a small coffee alcove. We were on a corner, and had 3 large windows. For a small room, the floor plan was very clever. Having a mini fridge was a welcome plus; and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shampoo and conditioner portions were generous, and the scent was lovely. The room was spotless, as was the hotel. Bartender was very slow. We werent acknowledged for over 10 minutes upon seating, and she was preoccupied with a non-customer male, to the extent that I had to get up from my seat and interrupt them when I needed my bill.
The valet guys were the best of the entire hotel. Was given attitude by the staff. Requests and complaints were ignored. Got double charged on my card. Would not stay again.
Had a very nice getaway to the Lord Baltimore a few weeks ago. The location is great - just blocks from the Inner Harbor. Very clean, modern look and even home to a nice bar in the downstairs. Shower curtains didn't hold back the water. We had a floor full of water after the first shower. Also, no hair dryers in the room.

My overall experience was okay but the parking was confusing. I would've liked for my parking to be free for staying with the hotel, especially because the rooms are pricy. I stayed at the Embassy in Philly and for $50 more I had a balcony, an extra bed and a larger living room area. I think this place is only valuable because of the location. I was able to walk to the lounge my boyfriend and I went to so that was great, was only seven minutes from our destination. There's not many late night food options though, we ended up driving to IHOP around 1 a.m. and it was a 20 minute drive.

Out room was recently updated and was excellent. The hotel staff was courteous, helpful and friendly. The pool, spa and fitness room were first class. We enjoyed the entire experience.
Water front rooms are excellent, the view of the harbor was fantastic, especially at night. The location was also ideal, right there in the harbor close to everything I wanted to see and do.
Everyone was very courteous and they upgraded my room without my asking. Parking a little pricey but that's the way it is anywhere downtown Baltimore. Valet feature is worth it.

I loved the facilities. Bathrooms are upscale. Very nice shower. The facilities and decor is tasteful and classy very calming and comfortable. The rooms are very spacious The carpet in the rooms need updating although there were 2 double beds there was plenty of room for Queen beds.

The location was convenient. The staff was rude. It took 3 hours to "find" my reservation, it was dusty, dirty, hairy, ac unit wouldn't work and extremely overpriced. At 8 in the morning a woman who worked there put her ear to our door waking us all up tapping and when I opened the door she said she was just checking to see if we were all there. Checkout was at noon.

Since the hotel was so big it was very impersonal so I guess that is what you get for a large hotel. The service was Omni the certainly not incredible.
On a business trip - checked in at 2pm and because check-in wasn't for a bit, front desk helped me out. "Upgraded" me to an amazing suitt overlooking Camden yards. It was a rainy cold night, and the orioles were not in town. I can appreciate upgrading someone when neither of the above were factors. The room (667) had great views and hangout areas, BUT NO BED!!! WAS RELEGATED TO A PULL OUT COUCH DESPITE PAYING TOP DOLLAR!!
I liked the closeness to downtown activities and the view from our window was amazing. Beautiful baseball stadium was an awesome site while exercising. We just got back from a long walk and sat down in the lobby and was confronted with a panhandler. I was having a hard time being confronted at every turn outside the hotel but to have someone begging for money inside the hotel was a bit unnerving also the parking is an extra $30 a night. It was very noisy both nights and no towels in the pool area Be sure you don't want to cancel because it is not refundable. We tried cancelling the second night but would have been charged anyway so we stayed.

The location was great, right next to Camden Yards to see the Orioles baseball game. Hotel reservation could not be found and they were not helpful. Our room was not cleaned until 3 pm and we needed towels. The indoor pool was cold, not heated and was so cloudy and dirty you could not see in it!!! Coffee shop/restaurant had long lines.
Couldn't even check in 1 hour early. Stayed here due to proximity to Camden Yards so we could park and not have to worry about our vehicle. When we arrived we were told they didn't have room to valet our car because of the game, which is the entire reason we picked this hotel. Whatever. We went to the 4pm baseball game and came back to check in. They gave us keys to a room occupied by another family. Went back to the front desk and was told they had no room for us because of a flood and they were waiting for a room to become available. Said we could go to the pool and then get dinner. While in the pool they told us the restaurant was closing early so we would have to order carryout. We ordered carryout at 9:30pm and didn't receive our food until 11:15pm because we were told to wait in the lobby by the front desk staff and apparently our food was taken somewhere else. My 3 kids aged 5 to 10 were miserable waiting until after 11pm to eat. Finally got into our room around midnight. Complained the next day to the manager and was told we wouldn't have to pay for our stay. It's been over a week and we are still waiting for the credit to our account. Called the accounting department, left message and never heard back from them. When we were there it was very apparent many people were having numerous problems with the hotel including 15 minute waits for the elevator. It was also apparent management is not willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done. They appeared more likely to be found hiding in a back room somewhere.
Stayed there as we had come in town for an Orioles game. The hotel is across the street from Camden Yards and the gym has an awesome view of the park. Overall nice facilities and upscale feel. It's also a block from the Light Rail station so getting there from BWI is very inexpensive ($1.70) although parking was $35.00 a night of you drove. Some normal amenities were missing, no breakfast although a Coffee Bean is in the lobby. Charged a fee to use things like the conference room and the business center has the computers set up so the sun is at your back and difficult to read the screen.
We traveled here for a one night trip to attend an Oriole's game. The ball park is immediately next to the ball park and you can actually see the park from most of the rooms. It's also abuts the convention center in addition to having its own meeting space. Would be an excellent place for a conference or to stay for an event at the convention center. The coffee bean and tea leaf was excellent and the room was clean enough and pretty comfortable. Really wanted to use the pool with our baby but it was incredibly cold. That was a big bummer. Also didn't know it was pet friendly and we had a dog that was pretty unhappy near us.

Good location, friendly staff, everything was kept clean, room was clean, and beds and pillows were quite comfortable. Parking in the garage is 29$ a night/car which is no discount off regular garage price. It doesn't need to be free but it's way too expensive.
This "Days Inn" is in very good condition. The lobby is beautiful, The night staff are kind and accommodating, And the room is well equipped. I do not feel like I was properly informed of the $26 parking fee. Had I known this i would have stayed somewhere else. Also there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways in a non smoking section.
Person that checked us in was the best . Location and price was very good . Also food and bar were tops. Room was so hot , turned the Ac on and would only run for about 3 mins every 30 mins . Also fool by unit was wet and bathroom floor had water all over it had to put towels down . Room number 230 . Next morning coffee bar, lady working was sick coughing and not washing hands manager toll her to close after my order. Small things make big deals .

Days Inn is crossing the street from the Convention Center. It has lots of food places nearby. Also, Cardem Yards is 3-5 minutes away (walking distance). Location is perfect for a walk. Furthermore, Light trail from the Airport to Cardem Yards is just $1.70 per person, or so. The tub didn't drain. However, staff were addressing the issue the day we left. Apparently the situation was happening in the whole floor. Dispite that, the place is great value for the money.

Convenience was the main thing. The restaurant had an adequate buffet. Much cheaper than most buffets in the Inner Harbor. The staff was friendly, helpful and engaging. The rooms were clean and roomy. The cost was very good. I booked these rooms on Booking.com and they cost me $112.00 per night per room. There was nothing else comparable in the Inner Harbor close to that price. I stayed three night and the parking cost me $84.00 for that time period. I thought that was exorbitant. Everything was fine.

Liked that all the employees I came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. Except for the guard in Saturday morning when we arrived. Was not very friendly. Watched me park get out of my car walk to the hotel door then said I could not park where I parked. I had parked where if said guest parking for 15 minutes. I did not park where there was a sign specifically reserved for a certain person. I told her I was not I that spot. I said there was nothing posted but she said had to move anyway. My question is why would she watch me park get out come to the door then tell me to move. Other than that I was very satisfied. Room a little small. But not an issue.
The hotel is a fun place to stay. The staff treats you like you're part of their family. The staff wear their own clothes, and the casual atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. We didn't know that we had a microwave and refrigerator, or a hot breakfast buffet until we got there. It was a nice surprise, and we took advantage of all three. We will definitely stay at the Brookshire during our next trip to Baltimore.Special thanks to Yolanda at the front desk!

I was very pleased with the location of this hotel it is just a short two block walk to the harbor. The room was comfortable and the kitchenette was nice to have available although I did not use it. It is definitely decorated in a trendy style which was a nice change from your typical hotel. The other people staying there were mosly young couples. The hot breakfast that was included with our stay was great! It was a nice selection of items. There was very little I didn't like but I did not like that there was no iron available in our room. There was also no towel bar on which to hang our towels. I would have preferred that the bathroom be a bit cleaner (the tub was stained and there was dust in the corners).

The location was perfect walking distance to the beautiful inner harbor. The view was great only because we were on an upper floor....our friends stayed on floor 2 and had a horrendous view of an old dedicated balcony. The accommodations were nice and staff was friendly. Our floor in front of the fridge in our room was always wet. The bathroom was pretty outdated and the fan in the bathroom had no purpose what so ever it was there for decoration and to make noise. Was upset that our room wasn't ready yet we got there at about 3 and did an early check in and said what time we would get there to ensure there would be no wait and we had to wait until 5oclock.
I was attending a conference for most of the trip, and my partner also joined to check out local sites. It was a decent location within walking distance to a number of good restaurants and museums. The room was somewhat small and the floor appeared to not have been vacuumed in a while (as noted by the dozens of small beads that were from a bracelet of a former inhabitant). I find the sliding bathroom door to be somewhat unusual since it didn't allow for privacy in the slightest. Lastly, we had to go to the front desk once a day to get the room key cards re-magnetized, so that we could enter the elevator to the room and our room.

It was a great hotel with an interesting history. It was in a good location within easy walking distance to waterfront destinations, the convention center and the subway is across/down the street too. The bathroom and hotel room was really spacious. We would stay there again. Really the only thing my husband and I didn't like was that the shower doesn't have a door only a partial glass wall, but it was no big deal.
I liked the location. I had booked a deluxe king room and prepaid. When I arrived I was told that there were no more deluxe king rooms available and the only room available had two beds and bunk beds. Confused I showed the gentleman behind the desk my conformation with room type and he told me that there was no guarantee on room type. He was rude and said thats all they had and if I didn't want it I could stay somewhere else. When I got into the room, there was an entire wall with a dog mural staring at me. The room wasn't clean, carpet dirty, hair in sink, then I walked into the bedroom and it is the strangest decor I have ever seen. Hip doesn't mean nothing matches and the most unattractive color palate ever! The furniture was visibly beat up, scratched and marks all over. The wall had multiple black marks all over and the toilet was running. I put my things down and headed to the front desk before leaving for dinner to advise them of the running toilet. Upon my return 2 hours later, as I opened the door to my room and the toilet was still running and I went to call the desk. My room was facing the the windows of other hotel rooms and I found myself rushing to close the curtains because a man across the way was watching me and being "self serving" - not the hotels fault, I know, but very creepy none the less. I wet down to the desk to ask about my toilet and the new gentleman at the desk said he had no record of my earlier complaint and there was no one from engineering to be able to fix it. I asked for another room and he said there weren't any, so I went upstairs and promptly checked out at 12:30 am, off to find another hotel. I asked not to be charged, but since I had prepaid, he said there was nothing he could do.

The hotel gives from the outside the impression as if it had not been mantained properly. The reception was clean and ok.The room had a rug with a big stain and the beds had had better times but were clean. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked fine. The sense of not clean and breakfast.

Was only about 7 miles from the Inner Harbor. The breakfast was excellant. We where disappointed that there was no resturant for dinner in the hotel. The only thing I can say negative is coming from the Inner Harbor to the hotel we had to drive through some area that were not the most desirable,we started to doubt our choice. The area did get better towards the hotel which was promising. The hotel is in more of an industrial area and the outside appaerance of the hotel throws you off. But when you walk into the lobby you know you made a good

Very pleasant staff. Very accomodating as well. This is not their fault, unless they failed to communicate to you, but there is no "buffet breakfast" even available at this hotel. They do not have a buffet breakfast. And hotels really need to stop touting "continental breakfast" as any kind of perk. A few danishes and coffee do not make for anything special.

All employees were very helpful. They freely provided helpful information pertaining to how to get to places and great info as to where to dine within a short walk. Unfortunately we had an issue with our room reservation and this did not sit well with us since we were traveling with our young son. We made a reservation that included a king bed. When we checked in they informed us that they "over-booked and did not have any rooms available with king beds. We informed them that we made the reservation that way because we needed the room for our son. Didn't matter. They did compensate us by giving us free/complementary breakfast and snacks but that didn't change our feelings or put us in a room with a king bed. We were given a room with two double beds and we made it work but it was not as convenient. We will seriously take this into consideration if and or when we use this site or make another reservation.

Location Served purpose to watch a ball game at Camden Yards Upon arrival was told not to unload bags..had to park in parking garage (hidden $20 more dollars) and walk bags in a long distance. Check in staff not friendly at all. In house bar staff below average attitudes.
Very pleasant staff, very spacious room, the room was extraordinarily clean. I'm glad I stayed there I'm told the facility will be upgraded which will be nice. Still, it is very nice for the money I paid to stay there. It was nice having a continental breakfast. The lady coordinating the continental breakfast is very cheerful and pleasant. Good value. Staff was awesome They told me water was going to be turned off from 9:00 til 1:00 which was okay cause woke up in the morning to go to the aquarium came back around 6:00 and still no water. When the water did come on had no hot water.

The hotel itself and our room was clean and nicely decorated. Our room smelled clean and inviting and it was also quite spacious with a great view even though we paid for one of the more inexpensive rooms. The only negative part of our experience with this hotel was that the air conditioner in our room wasn't working properly. It got really hot over night during our stay and we couldn't get the a/c to turn on, not even the simple fan would work. We paid about 150.00 for this nice room and would have expected something as simple and necessary as the air cooling system to be functioning. We slept through the night with no covers and feeling uncomfortably hot.
After reading some of the reviews about the AC and readiness of the rooms, I called ahead and made sure everything was working because this was my 1 year anniversary. When we arrived, everything was in place, they gave us a high corner bedroom, and Matt gifted us a complimentary bottle of Champagne! It was a very pleasant surprise for us and really helped make a great evening. The pool was closed and it was a great day for it. They night staff wasn't really prepared for addressing common needs such as getting amenities.

The location was great. I was able to see the Inner Harbor from my room window. It was walking distance to the National Aquarium, and many great restaurants and local sights. Parking is a little high, but the hotel validates so you can come and go as you please and don't have to worry about paying each time.
Staff was comforting and helped you find your way by making you feel very welcomed. Almost like staying with family. There was no stress of traveling. The location was perfect for our itinerary That we had to leave

Great Gym, great location, walking distance to everything. Easy to find free parking two or three blocks further into Little Italy. Front desk staff seemed a little pre-occupied with other things. They were nice and answered our questions but quick to get back to folding and stuffing letters, and whatnot. Also odd that the front desk was split between two hotels. No big complaint though.
The location of the hotel was the best part of the stay - within walking distance to the Inner Harbor, Fell's Point, and a reasonable distance to the ballpark - especially if you'd like to skip the drive/parking fees. The room was equipped with a Keurig, selection of K-cups and cream/sugar for those needing a quick caffeine fix. There's also a Starbucks located directly under the hotel. As expected with a hotel in a city, the room was on the small side. It was just big enough for a King bed and bathroom, with a very narrow hallway. The pillows were ridiculously small - barely bigger than a toss pillow which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.
While staying at this hotel I had a bag of items stolen from my room, the staff was ridiculously rude every time I asked for anything and we were never given clean towels or new shampoo and conditioner during our stay. I was horrified with this hotel!

The cleaning staff was incredibly nice and friendly and willing to help. Beds were comfortable. The staff - they were rude, unfriendly and lacked any customer service skills. They lost 1 of my 2 room reservations. The only parking option is Valet and it costs $38.40 to park for ONE night. We waited 20 min for the valet guy to come park our car.
Location in Mount Vernon and proximity to transportation so we did not need to rent a car. Beautiful historic features. Staff were courteous and helpful.

the hotel does not allow smoking but doesnt have any signs to let guest know an on my firs night i was scammed out of 250.00$ because a hotel staff entered my room while i had my do not disturb sign on,
The room was spacious, the view was nice, the location was great. I would recommend it to anyone that is going to downtown Baltimore, and it seemed to especially cater to families. We had to change our reservation from 3 nights to 2 nights which the staff did without charge. The carpet was very dirty near the sink, the closet door could not be closed once opened, the fitted sheets came off the mattress every night (so that by morning I was sleeping on a bare mattress) and one of the elements on the stove top was not connected to the stove.

The comfort and convenience were perfect for our needs. Having a living area and small kitchen allowed us to visit with family in a private space.
The front desk staff worked to put us next to our children and grandchildren which we very much appreciated. They were efficient and warm: they gave an excellent first impression. The breakfast staff was also very helpful and generous. No valet parking. I realize that is likely not what this hotel offers, but my wife and I are older and it would have been nice to have had that service

I liked having complimentary breakfast and dinnner, access to the pool and gym and the ability to cook in my room and open the windows. It was difficult for people phoning in to get through. Once my husband tried 4 times and kept being cut off. Also, the burner on the stove didn't work

I had to attend a conference in Baltimore and I knew that I would end up spending most of my time at the conference venue or being out with the conference attendees. So, I wanted a reasonably priced hotel in walking distance from the place where the conference venue (Inner Harbor). I chose this hotel because it looked decent on the internet and was about 60% the price of the conference hotel (and this included free internet). I was not disappointed. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised from the room, both from its cleanliness and its furniture: it looked very nice. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was nothing special but still I could start the day without having to search for something to eat at 7:00. Overall, value for money

As others have described, surrounding neighborhood not the best. But very clean, comfortable room. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Shuttle service was a nice feature, as well as complimentary breakfast in the morning. Overall, good value for the price point.

Hotel was so close to the Inner Harbor one could walk there. Loved the look of the lobby, so grand and gorgeous. The parking was very limited but we did find space across the street in the street.
