Ulemper: "The seats could have been more comfortable. Lots of people were separated from their party because they refused to pay to book their seats. One man had two small children and his wife was seated in the rear section. Some common sense when organising seat allocation please!!"
Fordeler: "Flight in the morning was changed by 3 hours making it impossible for me to get to the flight (Oslo Torp). Ryanair allowed me onto another flight (Yay EU 261) from the other Oslo Airport (Gardermoen) with a seat booked at no added cost. Customer service rep was fast and made the process very simple!"

Ulemper: "My wife was not allowed to board the flight. because her passport expires in april, we was told by ryanair in a phone call that this would not be a problem,then when she tried to board she was refused. thanks ryanair you cost us a lot of money and caused a lot of stress. you just lost another customer. why not make it clear that a person needs 90 days on their passport if you are going to enforce these purile rules."
Fordeler: "Getting to my destination safely and getting the heck off their plane!"
Ulemper: "Trip was Athens - Rome. We had an issue trying to check in online in Greece; it told us to bring our passports to the agent at the airport. We arrived at the airport 2 1/2 hrs before boarding time. After waiting in line the agent told us the check in was closed and we had to pay 55 Euros each JUST TO GET OUR BOARDING PASS. It’s paper with a bar code on it! And we had an issue checking in online. You’re supposed to check in with RyanAir 2 hrs before the plane leaves and we were 4 mins late by the time we waited in line and got to the agent. Nope, still had to pay for paper. Not to mention we had paid extra for priority check in at book. Sure felt like just a cash machine for them. Charge for water too. Awful awful company. I will never fly with them again."

Ulemper: "They kept saying my suitcase didnot fit the overhead compartment. I saw so many people with the same size bag...that didnot pay. I flew from Rome to Greece, back to Rome and, Lisbon Back And forth. I will think twice next time...When I fly to Europe next year..Flying Ryanair."
Ulemper: "var tull med koffert på flyplassen,hadde betalt for koffert ,men måtte betale for den,en koffert kostet jo mer en turen.på flyet ,hadde dem ikke noe av noe drikke og servere.ikke nok med deg.da vi sto og ventet på kofferten på Torp.kom den ikke på det rullebandet fra Gdansk,men på det fra Krakow.så på denne turen var det mye feil.vurderer om jeg skal bruke Ryanair noe mer"

Fordeler: "Late departure from Dublin as expected But it was 30 min, anyways the flight made up time and only arrived 5 minutes late. The staff were very helpful also"
Ulemper: "The new slimline seats are very uncomfortable when seated for anything longer than an hour, the cushioning is very light and the angle of the seat is not as comfortable as the old ryanair seats. Also there was a long delay in Ciampino at the baggage belts considering the airport was empty - i know this is more a problem with the Airport but ryanair would surely have enough pull to get this sorted."
Ulemper: "The plane left very late and we landed 12.30 am"

Fordeler: "The flight was on time, checkin was easy and the flight got me from point A to B for a reasonable flight"
Ulemper: "Charging to keep your hand luggage with you seems a little unfair. As a musician I don’t want to check my instrument and as it’s small I don’t feel I should have to pay extra for that privilege."
Fordeler: "The flight was comfortable enough for a short haul flight. Hostesses were fine I didn't have the need to deal with them tbh not very happy looking"
Ulemper: "Delayed. This happens so it's fine. We get to the gate to then have to load our own non priority bags on the baggage carriage ourselves with people pushing others off the back side (accidentally). That was not well orgakised at all. I don't understand why we have to pay to sit together? Seat here available to have people sit together. It's a terrible money making tool especially if you have older children who are nervous flyers it means you have no choice but to pay which is unfair"
Ulemper: "They could have had some kind of entertainment but the price was cheap."
Fordeler: "Had a quiet flight."
Ulemper: "Staff neds to learn to smile."

Ulemper: "Have to take the bus from aircraft to terminal."
Fordeler: "The flights are good value and relatively comfortable."
Ulemper: "Due to mass cancellations we had days worrying if we were able to go on holiday our holiday or get the return flight home. They got the planes at the wrong gates so our flights were delayed for and hour, a passenger being sick very close to us was not moved away into a quieter area of the plane. Our luggage was damaged when we picked it up."
Fordeler: "Nothing about this trip went well."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed, without any warning we were in line to board for over an hour before we were informed of the delay. Then after finally boarding, a passenger got into a verbal altercation with one of the crew members which was very unprofessional. During the flight there was terrible turbulence which cannot always be controlled however passengers were standing in the aisles and not instructed to return to their seats. Lastly the landing was the worst I have ever experienced and I travel fairly frequently. Overall nothing went well and I think you need to reevaluate your standards of professionalism."
Fordeler: "She was the most miserable and unfriendly person I have ever met! Why has she chosen a customer facing role?????"
Ulemper: "Air stewards, all very chatty amongst themselves but no time for their customers!!"
Fordeler: "On time"
Ulemper: "Awful service. Very uncomfortable seats. 0 air conditioner, I was wearing the entire flight. I asked for ice and they said not without the purchase of a drink. Water cost money. Never Ever ever recommending Ryanair."
Fordeler: "Flight was comfortable, from a flying point of view."
Ulemper: "The "preboarding method". Waiting standing up for an hour. Comfort on board is quite "Spartan", meaning not enough room for anything, no amenities for free, etc, etc..."
Fordeler: "Nothing to brag about really"
Ulemper: "The plane was 30 mins late setting off. Food as an extra was terrible. And the seats are narrow and uncomfortable."
Fordeler: "Crew were competent and happy, not overworked, dour or dim."
Ulemper: "Big queues to board, followed by bus transfer to plane => first ones to stand in line at the last ones off the bus to board the plane. My fault really, but why encourage people to stand in a queue for 30 mins at all?"
Ulemper: "Was informed by an EXTREMELY rude employee when I came to check in that having my boarding pass printed would cost me 55 euros. I was perfectly willing to pay- I had not fully read all correspondence from Ryanair that warned me of this fact (my fault). My problem was with the extremely rude service. If I'm paying 55 euros for the service of printing a piece of paper, I expect it to be rendered with a little less active eye rolling. I also understand the need to discourage people from checking in at the counter to keep fares low, but this fee is not discouraging people- 10-20 euros would do that- 55 euros is clearly aimed to take advantage of people who do not frequently fly ryanair, or use mobile phone boarding passes (such as Americans with no service abroad). I'd suggest warning customers of this fact when they submit their original payment, where they are certain to see it. I often don't read correspondence suggesting I check in online because my phone is not capable of doing this and it's not a requirement of most airlines. If you truly want to avoid people checking in at the counter (and are not trying to just gauge people)- ensuring that people are informed of this fact by putting a notification where they are guarateed to see it (such as when they submit payment) would be more effective than a 55 euro fee."
Fordeler: "The steward was friendly."
Ulemper: "Low fare is an illusion. They forced customers to check in carryons that would have been qualified as carryon by other airlines. Any checked in bag cost $35 and there is absolutely no free check in bags. We ended up check in 3 bags for two of us. Service is super slow. In addition, if you are traveling to London, the airport they use is STN which is at least 1 and half hours from the City. There is no Uber available from that airport. Tax cost is $120+. As you can see, no matter how cheap the ticket might seem, it ends up to be very costly, no matter you are talking about money and time. Flight attendant was friendly but the Rome CIA airport service was horrible (that's where they fly out from). You first have to stay in a long slow line to get the check in bag invoice, take it to a payment counter where 3 out of 4 service people were on there phone texting while there is another long and slow line of travelers are waiting to make payment. We almost missed our flight despite the fact we got there 3 hours earlier."
Ulemper: "Made me pay $125 for not checking in 24 hours in advance. I'm sorry my hotel didn't have WI-FI so I couldn't log in."
Ulemper: "Rude customer service"
Ulemper: "Comfort: No reclining seats. No seat pocket. the back of the headrest is an eye-sore and it is in-your-face for the entire flight. They have their advertisements there and there' no way to avoid seeing their ads. Boarding: I had priority boarding, but I could see chaos taking place . More importantly, there was a lady with serious mobility issues (she was old, limping and walking slowly) and nobody from the crew even spoke to her or offered to help as she was getting on or off the plane. I had to tell someone from the crew to get a wheelchair for her after she exited the plane. Upselling: disappointed. They even sell you scratch gamble games, they charge for water during the flight. Ticketing: they charge to print your boarding pass at the airport. I usually get a printed boarding pass at the airport, but stuck to just using my phone. Can not believe this experience. What kind of a airline is this?"

Ulemper: "Seats don't recline"
Ulemper: "The plane seemed incredibly old, like nothing I've seen before. They wanted to charge us 50 pounds to check in our luggage at the airport. I never received an email about needing to check in to the flight online. Luckily we arrived early enough to the airport for the customer service desk to let us know we only had 20 minutes to check in on our mobile devices. The landing of the plane was also the worst I have ever experienced. Everything was so unorganized and uncomfortable about this flight and airline. NEVER traveling with Ryanair and will recommend to all friends and family to avoid Ryanair."
Fordeler: "We had no problems with our flight"
Ulemper: "Ryanair requires printed boarding pass. Given that the free online check in is available just a day before departure, getting boarding pass became a headache. Half day of my holiday was spent for looking for the printing Center and staying in the line. Not surprisingly many people were also in line for printing of boarding passes. At first the price seems cheap but when you add up all extras charged the ticket is no longer attractive. Probably I will not fly with them again."
Fordeler: "I liked the price."
Ulemper: "I understand no meal on a 3 hour flight. However no water was offered. Also don't understand the check in fee. Had to go to desk anyway for visa check."
Fordeler: "Nothing I can think of."
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed by 3 hours. This affect our hotel and taxi arrangements severely. Also the baggage collection was extremey slow and painful with a wait of 1-2 hours."
Fordeler: "Cheap as chips flight, lovely crew, captain speaking appreciated (had flown Vueling a couple of weeks before and they had none of this except the cheapish flight). Stansted airport nice. Time of day of flight S on offer good for me."
Ulemper: "Add-on costs...though still added to a little less than alternative."
Fordeler: "The efficiency of boarding"
Ulemper: "Very small leg space and no entertainment at all."
Fordeler: "The service was quick and easy, the plane seats were not too squished together, and they were accommodating to everything people requested of them."
