Ulemper: "I paid 3 tickets for my kids from Prishtine to Budapest online through Kayak and when they went to check in they didn’t accept the tickets!!! They made them to buy new tickets because they didn’t accept those that I bought online.!! When I asked why they it happen they lady From call center turned the phone off."

Fordeler: "Is a case of what didn’t I like. When you fly low budget just expect surprises. The small prints are terrible clauses and you will never know when they will get you. Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."
Ulemper: "WIZZ Air need to be sensible. I travelled from London to Warsaw without any problem and they made a problem on my way back.!"

Fordeler: "Hats off for the pilots! They did a great job to land the plane during the night on a very-very thick fog. Actually, we were the first plane to land safely in CLJ airport in three consecutive days apart all the other diverted landings to other airports."

Fordeler: "Overall experience was good. Boarding was fine and onboard crew was nice and helpful."
Ulemper: "Seats do not recline and there is not a lot of legroom, especially if you are over 180 cm."

Fordeler: "One of the very rare on-time, efficient and smooth flights with Wizzair. Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. Boarding was quick and the flight actually arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled."
Ulemper: "As usual, the cabin crew is adequately polite, but not overly friendly, the food & beverage range is mediocre and overpriced at best and the entertainment is virtually non-existent."

Fordeler: "Extra legroom seats are a godsend (but that's applicable to any airline, not just Wizzair, although they do seem to have a few more of these than other airlines - low cost or not). Also, despite a 35 min. initial delay, we eventually landed only 15 min. later than the scheduled time."
Ulemper: "The boarding process at Gatwick was disastrous. There were only 2 agents, none of which spoke proper English. Also, one of them was busy checking each individual carry-on bag with unnecessary extra scrutiny, only to provide customers to the second agent, which was taking the payments for extra bags."

Ulemper: "Never announced for non-priority boarding, so many people were late to flight, causing delays. Much less than minimum leg room required for any normal human. Sat bolt upright with front seat digging into knees for 3 hours. Far from the cheapest ticket, but totally no frills, no food, no entertainment, limited baggage. Wizz Air mobile app barely works when required (for boarding passes, etc) Not enough room in overheads for all the carry on they allowed, had to sit with bag and jacket on my lap for flight, as no room under seat either."

Ulemper: "I had priority and my partner who did not was on plane first! My suitcase was miles away from me (what caused delays on getting out) because next to my seat was not empty slots! After the bus took us to plane crew did not allowed us to use rare entrance (I was seat 37!)! That was chaos!"

Fordeler: "Flight arrived"
Ulemper: "Flight left vaguely late, air stewardess disappeared into the cockpit for 50 minutes. Hmm, I wonder what she was doing in the cockpit. Whatever she was doing she wasn’t helping the cart so I only got my food 20 mins before landing approach. Air pressure was weird too, nice American lady next to me had problems with her ears more than usual."

Fordeler: "I called flight network and was put on hold for about five minutes, simply to get an answer to the question of the baggage allowance - I didn’t see it anywhere when booking the wiz air ticket. They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"
Ulemper: "That I wa given false information that cost me a huge amount of money, And that the booking page does not make it easy to add baggage information."

Fordeler: "Everything went to plan and we were very happy"

Fordeler: "Clean aircraft with good on board staff. Flight departed on time and arrived early. Overall they are good value for a low cost carrier."
Ulemper: "Wizz are a bit disorganised at bag check in, disorganised with overhead storage. Don't like the random seat assignment used if you don't want to pay the high price for assigned seats."

Fordeler: "On time, cabin crew, ease of boarding and amount of bags I could take with Priority Boarding"
Ulemper: "My seat hadn't been cleaned prooerly before I got there and if I hadn't done it myself, I would have someone else's chocolate all over the seat of my trousers. Also, the bathroom floors were really gross, to the point I had to roll uo the legs of my trousers so they didn't get wet when I needed to use the toilet."

Fordeler: "The air hosts and hostesses were very polite and courteous."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed by an hour which meant we missed a connecting bus journey. The space in the seat is very limited and cramped, I was very uncomfortable in the chair with my knees pushed into the back of the seat in front. I am 6ft 1in which is tall but not that tall. Anyone taller might not be able to get into the seat at all. There was a problem with the website so we couldn't check in online and we had tried to change our flight a few days earlier but the website again didn't work, we tried to call a call centre whose number was on there, didn't work."

Fordeler: "Everything was ok"

Ulemper: "Unconfortable sears. The seats cannot be moved back. The table is too high. I have traveled a lot but never seen tables at this height (above the chest). No entertainment, no wifi, and no food, but that's ok. After all, it's a low cost floght although many other low cost companies have wifi and entertaonments via mobile devices."

Ulemper: "With WizzAir no more in my life it’s even worse than Easyget or Raynair even if you have a cabin suitcase you still have to check in you can’t take it on a plain anymore. Really disappointing and they are not that cheap as they think. £90 one way from Kiev to Luton it’s a bit too much"

Ulemper: "Lost luggage. 3 days since and still no luggage.And they don't have a customer service phone number that I can call. Very dissapointed. I guess that's what you should expect from a low cost flight company. I will never book a flight with them again."

Ulemper: "Not even a roll for a 5 hour flight! They ran out and then wanted to charge £3.50 for a coffee when they ran out of food to even buy! Staff were not friendly at all."

Fordeler: "i was able to use their app to download my boarding pass so didn't need to look for somewhere to print my boarding pass while abroad, boarding went well, flight was good and crew was good, seat was comfortable, so overall i was pleased with everything. Thank you for a good experience."

Ulemper: "The staff took ages boarding us because they were obsessed with trying to scalp people for exceeding baggage limits. Nothing free aboard, no entertainment, the seats were uncomfortable too."

Ulemper: "I didn't check in, in advance as when logging on to the airline I needed a code. I didn't have the code as I was searching emails for the booking agent and airline when it was (as I later discovered) sent by another name. This resulted in £30 to check in going out and 40 euros back. Desk staff were unhelpful bordering on rude (the cabin staff were fine in that respect. I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."

Ulemper: "Little space. Legroom & hand baggage (which had to go in hold). Family of four were not seated together. Cabin pressure change made child ill (my phone has a pressure sensor and I could see the change in pressure trigger a desire to vomit). It should be transitioned more slowly."

Ulemper: "As a disabled man who had booked assistance both legs of the journey, no ramp on the return flight so I had to walk down the Aircraft steps in agony. Not good enough Ryanair. What if I were unable to walk?????????????"

Ulemper: "Ryanair website did not work properly for check in and I was charge 110euro extra upon arrival at Athens airport - myself and my fiancé are very disappointed. We arrived at the airport 2 hours before our flight and we were told we could not complete our check in process as it was only available online. The flight had delayed 1 hour and we still payed 110 euro. The crew had very rude attitude. This was the first time flying with Ryanair and it was a complete disaster. I believe it is unacceptable to pay for something that it was not my mistake and I except to receive a response from you soon."

Ulemper: "Awful experience with Latvian staff during boarding. Luggage passed weight and size inspection from Milan to Riga. It has also passed inspection in Riga, but was checked again during boarding. Staff did not want to work with us and penalized my kid by charging him 53 Euro luggage fee. Disappointed that some staff members have suaded us to never fly Ryanair again"

Ulemper: "var tull med koffert på flyplassen,hadde betalt for koffert ,men måtte betale for den,en koffert kostet jo mer en turen.på flyet ,hadde dem ikke noe av noe drikke og servere.ikke nok med deg.da vi sto og ventet på kofferten på Torp.kom den ikke på det rullebandet fra Gdansk,men på det fra Krakow.så på denne turen var det mye feil.vurderer om jeg skal bruke Ryanair noe mer"

Ulemper: "Boarding: They didn't take my hand luggage from Luton/London to Murcia, but wanted to put it in the hold from Murcia to Luton/London. Boarding-They didn't separate the different passengers, priority vs cattle. Inconsistent process. Paninnie-pretty lame, more bread than cheese and meat."

Ulemper: "The airline app did not enable us to download our boarding passes as non-EU citizens and the check-in desk refused to issue paper boarding passes. We had to wait to the last minute at the gate for the agent to write up a boarding pass by hand. Ridiculous."

Ulemper: "My original flight was cancelled due to high winds and I was rebooked on this flight, having to spend an extra night on the island and thus missing my on going flight to Vienna the next day."

Fordeler: "No issues, accept a silly unnecessary incident at the security point-but that issue is disconnected from the airline."
Ulemper: "Everything was fine. I will find flight here again."

Ulemper: "Having to pay for drinks. Even water. Other carriers you get food and drinks free. Ryanair might say it's cost saving but readjust can do it. And £3 for a bottle of water is ridiculous."

Fordeler: "We got there in time, cabin baggage was accepted but the lady at the customs opened up my bag to check it and just threw the things back inside, I had to open my bag again and put them back where they were."
Ulemper: "I purchased the tickets at a good price but when I had to check in, I had to pay extra for early check in and another 7€ for a seat! Considering I bought two tickets for myself and my boyfriend, I ended up paying 40€ more just for check in and seats. This was a rip off. Then the boarding took much more than expected, we waited for 50 minutes standing up in a queue after the gate was announced, we boarded the plane late. The seats are super small and uncomfortable."

Fordeler: "This was our first Ryann air experience and we are very satisfied with the service. The airplane leaved at time and arrived ten minutes earlier. The ratio between what you paid and what you get is much better than the one from American airlines."

Fordeler: "I only had an hour to grab my luggage and my next boarding pass. I made it to my flight with over ten minutes to spare."

Ulemper: "I was charged 62 eu for my carry on. It was about 1in to tall."

Ulemper: "The staff was very rude and the airline lost my bag even though it had to bright name tags on it. They minimal effort to find and now I'm abroad with nothing, thanks Ryanair!"

Fordeler: "Cheap as chips flight, lovely crew, captain speaking appreciated (had flown Vueling a couple of weeks before and they had none of this except the cheapish flight). Stansted airport nice. Time of day of flight S on offer good for me."

Fordeler: "Very cheap prices. Everything is extra. Seating is cramped, but for a short flight it's doable. Lots of destinations and at various times."

Fordeler: "Ryanair offers flights to good travel and business locations at the right time of day.The system is designed for efficiency and to meet deadlines. On this flight to London area, flight was half hour late arriving at Dublin but only 7 minutes late by gate time in Dublin."

Ulemper: "Have to make sure you check in two hours prior to flight or they will hit you with a 46 dollar charge. also charges you 42 dollars for a checked bag as well. so beware of extra charges!"
