Ulemper: "Bad customer support, unwillingness to correct an error in the first name appearing on one of the tickets. This forced us to cancel all 5 tickets and purchase tickets for a different airline at 4 times the cost."
Fordeler: "The crew at the airport was incompetant. The service was appalling. I had to wait for over 30 minutes for bag drop off . I was very dissapointed. Also boarding was quite late and pushy"

Fordeler: "Ble møtt av PGS representant ved ankomst Istanbul som ledet oss raskt frem til spesial og hurtig passkontroll. Fikk rimelig god hjelp til raskt å finne frem til security og neste flyvning."
Ulemper: "Har kortterminal for betaling men det er skjeldent at kortet aksepteres."
Ulemper: "Forsinkelse og stress for å rekke neste fly videre, hadde bare innenlandsmeny ombord og lite utvalg av mat og drikke. Har vansker med å ta kredittkort som betaling, skylder på internett."

Ulemper: "Flights are overcrowded, chairs won't recline, even a glass of water will cost you, transit via buses"

Fordeler: "I couldn't register in advance my second suitcase as their online system was not working. 10kg became 110.-CHF. All infos are in Turkish, it should be easier to change language from the main page. Water on board 2 and Coffee 3 euros. At the end, the price ended as expensive as a direct flight and good service from any airline."

Ulemper: "It is impossible to get an invoice. I have sent emails to all available addresses but I've get nothing till today."
Fordeler: "They canceled the flight 1 earlier than its time, and refused to refund. Instead asked the passengers to come tomorrow next time. What about the connections? All lost, or canceled other flights."
Fordeler: "Connecting flight to Stockholm was cancelled. Had to fly to Copenhagen and perchuse another flight with SAS When complaining to their staff the answer I received was that no other airline would even give me an option to fly to Copenhagen (where I was not headed by the way) in short - paid another 300$, got to Stockholm 3 hours late and will never fly them againb"
Ulemper: "I was delayed in London, and thus missed my subsequent flights to Ankara and to Erbil. Arriving in Istanbul, there was a massive crowd at the transit desk with two Pegasus agents. They spoke little English and did not attempt to create an orderly queue. Instead, they were helping random people. Given that persons on the delayed flight were losing potential time to catch other flights, it was extremely unprofessional and rude to go about managing the issue in this way. I was quite exasperated and was told to calm down by Pegasus officials. Ultimately, I was delayed for one DAY, and forced to flight out the next night at midnight. If Pegasus had been consistent in managing passengers from a delayed flight, I could potentially have gone on to my final destination without a 24 hour delay."
Fordeler: "The seats are not narrow."
Ulemper: "I am guessing this company does clean their aircraft only once in a while. In both of my flights between Istanbul and Amsterdam, the airplane was not cleaned off of the previous flight's trash. When I was seated in my first flight to Amsterdam, my tray had a lot of stains of food and drinks. Not a pleasant sight! In my flight back to Istanbul, I had to travel looking at a former passenger's waste, such as a used napkin tissue, stuck to the handle of the seat, and a chocolate package. I also have to say that the sinks of the bathrooms do not drain properly, so you, actually, cannot leave the place clean for the next person. All in all, this company definitely needs to work on the cleanliness of their aircraft. Thank you!"
Ulemper: "Poor everything is poor, they are very bad specially the crew when u check in they will let u pay even for the hand baggage extras kg even if u did shopping from the duty free they will let you pay for the weight. The worst crew ever."
Fordeler: "It's not the first time I fly Pegasus the flight is good and I know low cost don't offer free meals but on my booking it was written meals on both flights. So I don't know who to blame the website or the airline but I was too tired to ask them."
Fordeler: "Comfortable seats and very clean."
Fordeler: "It is fine. It gets you from point A to point B."
Ulemper: "It's almost outrageous that they don't give you water."

Ulemper: "Late departure and late arrival. Huge queues at Gatwick immigration. Too hot throughout the flight - the crew didn't bother adjusting the temperature it was left to the assemblers to complain No in flight entertainment whatsoever Had to pay for a coffee."
Ulemper: "It's the worst airline ever, delays (NO EXCUSES), non-comfortable seats, very bad customer experience..."
Fordeler: "Great team and great pilot everybody to the baggage people were excellent!"

Ulemper: "The smallest leg room I have ever experienced! Flight was 30 min late, with no explanation...but we had a long layover so didn't really care."

Ulemper: "All they wanted was money. It was a scam. What is 8kg for a canyon? They would have charged me $75 for 5 kg! The only reason they didn't is because their system was down. They tried my credit cards and when that didn't work, they asked for cash. I never carry more than $5. There was no order in the airport and it was absolute mayhem. I went from line to line. I will never use this airline aha in! TWO hours to get my boarding pass? Anthony Gallo"
Ulemper: "I was stopped at both airports for not having my ticket in the system although I checked-in in advance and paid extra for seating; it was very stressful and uncomfortable"
Fordeler: "I am glad that the Pegasus team changed my flight to Bishkek (after I missed the flight to Almaty because of Pegasus delays from Lviv) but I wish Pegasus had given me the difference in price of flights back on my card."
Ulemper: "The first leg of my trip (Lviv to Istanbul) was delayed without warning. It made me miss my flight to Almaty and the next flight wasn't for two days. None of the Pegasus crew (on the flight from Lviv) seemed to care that I had a flight very soon after landing, even though I was a female passenger alone. They wouldn't call the gate or look up if my flight to Almaty was delayed once we arrived."
Ulemper: "the air conditioner didnt work in the plane and they took very high rate for extra bag of 180 Euro!"
Fordeler: "30 minutes late leaving Denzili, but otherwise fine. Denzili airport and easy airport to navigate."
Fordeler: "Nothing in particular"
Ulemper: "Payment options suck! Did not know ahead of time that nothing is offered free of charge!"
Ulemper: "The landing was so unstable I was scared to death. The flight was over 1 hour late. The staff's English was not understandable at all even for a native speaker."
Fordeler: "They got me to my destination... eventually"
Ulemper: "Oh, boy. First, this flight was super late and they wouldn't admit it. I went to the gate at boarding time, and the staff rudely pushed me away, saying I misunderstood the gate number. I double checked, and no, that was indeed the right gate. This lasted until the airport announced the final boarding call for my flight, and people started lining up.Then the staff had to admit that this was the right gate and the plane was just late. We didn't start boarding until way after the announced time (which they didn't bother to update on the screen until it passed. Extraordinarily disorganized. Second, the flight crew was loud and kept the lights turned way up on an overnight flight. Everyone around me was trying to sleep, and they were woken up by the crew yelling "DO YOU WANT COFFEE?" 5 rows away. Even when they finally dimmed the lights 3 hours into the flight, they kept the Tv's on, so the flashing advertisements prevented me from sleeping restfully. Third, you have to pay for coffee and tea. Who does this? They also begin their flight with loud, obnoxious music that jolts everyone awake (see above for this being an overnight flight). Overall, only choose this airline if you're okay with being kept forcibly awake and you don't mind the flight being late. Oh, and you have 2 euros to pay for simple tea."
Fordeler: "It was a fast flight, flights have a low bar for comfort and food. The seats were fine and I slept through the flight so I cannot comment on the food but everything was clean and the staff was polite. The style of the aircraft is what shocked me. It seemed modern and almost like they hired an interior design person for style not function."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed. But hey, that happens with flights"
Ulemper: "Check in took 1.5h, that is why me and my wife werent seating next to each other, and also we almost missed our flight."
Ulemper: "Not even refreshments or a glass of water, almost all flights were delayed, no entertainment, lousy experience..."
Ulemper: "We wait 1.5 hour....no good air conditional....no water and no juice"
Fordeler: "The crew rushed us to the next Pegasus flight (Istanbul to Beirut) so that we made it on time."
Ulemper: "The flight departed nearly an hour late after idling on the tarmac. All food is for purchase. There is no in-flight entertainment."
Ulemper: "The flight was canceled only after checking in and going through immigration. I am stuck in limbo due to visa expired and can not go back into Dubai. Had to remain inside departure terminal by gate for 18 hours. Ended up rebooking flight with another airline and delaying my arrival into Turkey by two days."
Fordeler: "I was lucky enough to have the seat next to me free, so I was comfortable during the flight itself"
Ulemper: "The ground service was really bad and even insulting. I was a little overweight and the girl at the counter was very rude, and eventually made me through away snacks I was keeping for the flight. Also, the weight limit is ridiculous if you're travelling for more than a weekend (I went on a 3 weeks trip with camping). On the flight itself there's nothing provided, even when I asked for water they charged me for it (no option for just a glass of water)."
Ulemper: "Ticket agent was short with us and was bothered hat she had to check us in and questioned our flight. We had a cursing drunk guy in the boarding line for 20 minutes with no staff anywhere to help the passengers he was harassing. we left the airport late and heard horror stories from many other passengers about the lack of customer service."
