People in front of us were rude and kept their seats back the entire flight, even after we nicely asked them to not have the seats back so far. Would prefer that seats did not move at all. I would never recline my seat in consideration for the person behind me. On an 11 hour flight, this is a big deal."

Ulemper: "Only reason I chose Lufthansa was that I was informed that 23kg of checked in luggage was included. It was NOT. I don't care whose fault it is. Lufthansa still says that this is included on their website. I demand reimbursement."

Ulemper: "The arm rests on either side of my seat where closed so I had limited mobility in my seat (by closed I mean they didn’t move and had no open space between where your arm sits and the top of the chair)"

Ulemper: "Boarding was chaotic, as clear instructions were not given about which group was boarding when and where to line up. Also Lufthansa did not do a good job managing carry-on bags, so that it took way too long to load people and many bags were left over once overhead bins were full. Seating area is cramped in economy."

Fordeler: "Service for economy class was what you would expect from other airlines in business class. Lufthansa has the best service of any airline I have ever flown with."

Ulemper: "This flight was the second leg on my trip from New York to Munich. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Fordeler: "I liked the food and courteous staff. Our flight was on time in order to connect to our next flight. They assisted us to our waiting wee Lchairs."

Ulemper: "Seats were too small. I noticed my neighbor was a fat big woman and she was occupying part of my seat and arm rests so I couldn't move because she was almost on top of me. It was a very unconfortable journey."

Ulemper: "Headsets were collected half hour before landing (minor issue). Except for the recommendations for this flight, movie highlights were well hidden in the entertainment system."

Ulemper: "Boarding mix up, which was completely Lufthansa's responsibility, delayed my flight to Istanbul for one hour which caused my missing my connection with another airline. This in turn cost me the original flight and a new ticket purchase of at an exorbent price."

Also, since it was Lufthansa, I was not able to download the entertainment system onto my portable device because I did not know I needed to."

Ulemper: "We couldn't check in for the next flight when we departed from Oslo. Disappointed we had to wait until arriving in Frankfurt. Something about not being partner airlines."

Fordeler: "On a flight from Oslo to Germany to Charlotte, we only had 55 minutes to connect in Germany. Lufthansa held our plane due to their error in some runway and docking issues and we, as well as 25 other were escorted to our connection by Lufthansa staff. Excellent customer service even though it was their fault. They just did the right thing and did it well."
Ulemper: "I would have expected that there be much more time for gate connections. If you have ever been in the Munich airport, it is very large and navigation takes time.."

Fordeler: "Our flight from Frankfort to Munich was late. Luftansa sent a representative to our flight to make sure we and others from our flight got on to the flight to Charlotte. How awesome! Plane needs more leg room."

Fordeler: "After so many domestic flights of being shuffled around and interacting with flight attendants that seem to not like their jobs much and passenger's are just an annoyance, flying abroad on Luftansa was quite a different experience! The flight attendants were polished, professional, and actually wanted to provide a service. Their interactions made me feel like I was cared about and that they wanted my unique needs to be met. This made a 10 hour flight an enjoyable experience which I certainly didn't anticipate."

Ulemper: "I wasn't even on this airline my booking reference said that I was. I had this airlines flight number I go to the gate to check in, and then for me I'm on Air Canada. This was a mass from the start I will never use this airline or Air Canada again they ruin my login and told me it's still usable we had a delayed for three hours on the plane. Never never again!"

Ulemper: "Comfort plus seats need some work. Very thin padding on a hard seat. The leg rest needs to come up higher so you don’t slide down while semi reclined. Nice compromise between business and coach though."

Ulemper: "TSA was sketchy and gave a FULL search, part down, etc. I kept asking and the excuse kept changing. Final excuse ridiculous! Flight attendant could have not treated my son as he way he did. I was unaware that the usb cord being inputted during taxiing As was my son. He was horrible to him!!"

Ulemper: "Why is boarding so prolonged? 1-Small children and elders cannot stand for 20/30 minutes 2-Why are various sections (particularly Economy), no longer boarded by rows. and from rear first...so people don’t clog aisles, step over others, injure or be injured by heavy overhead moves?"

Ulemper: "My luggage was lost in Paris. Now I need to wait still."

Fordeler: "Food was good and again, staff were friendly and professional. Flight was on time and efficient dis-embark mentioned."

Ulemper: "1/ the transfer crew needed 50 mn to enter my son’s visa number in her computer and she almost let us miss our flight 2/ we were separated (party of 3, my son being 5 YEARS OLD) - how can they allow a boarding and expecting my 5 year old to do a 10 hours flight BY HIMSELF???? 3/ no kids menus, even if I had ordered it before 4/ food in general was very mediocre 5/ crew was unprofessional and they acted bored"

Ulemper: "Leaving late seemingly without reason from Paris - chaotic boarding line in Paris with difficult to hear PA. Seats were ok'ish but than again, it's a 45 minute flight. The sandwich was gross and I'm somewhat known as a person who eats everything!"

Ulemper: "Seat configuration as a first class ticket was awful. Same configuration as economy class but by leaving the middle seat empty constituted first class. I'm 6'-1" and missed the legroom...."

Fordeler: "There were 4 of us flying from Atlanta, there was a great amount of leg room, tvs were nice, remote control for the tv fit into the seat, the way the plane was laid out, the 4 of us sat in a middle row, which meant no window seat (which my sister was disappointed), dinner options were great, wine was complementary"
Ulemper: "My only problem was that there wasn't any air flow and until someone told them how hot they think it is, it was a very sweaty situation. I couldn't sleep because of how hot it was and I didn't think to tell the crew because I didn't know they would care."

Fordeler: "The crew was great! Was disappointed they gave us a A340 from air Belgium instead of the 787 Dreamliner we were supposed to get."

Whatever genius who designed the in-flight entertainment controls should be punched in the face. The on-screen buttons are so easily pushed by passengers making their way to and from the aisle that passenger assistance and reading lights always go off on their own throughout the aircraft."

Ulemper: "LOT was late on every flight. Did not miss any connections, but could not leave on-time if it was there only responsibility."

Ulemper: "Every time Lot plane delayed!!!"

Ulemper: "Flight left 1.5 hours late. No update announced from boarding crew as to the reason for delayed boarding or status updates. Received seat assignment at gate with no attempt to give me my preference for aisle seat."

Fordeler: "Amazing crew. Very professional and nice. Clean plane. Quality food. Great service."

Fordeler: "Crew was friendly and helpful and spoke English. They kept bringing hot food. They found us a bottle of water because we wanted more. In flight screens had a lot of good content."
Ulemper: "Flight was very long and you are encouraged to stay in your seat all the time. They only offered 1 brand of free beer ha."

Ulemper: ""beds" not as comfortable as British Air, Qantas or Air NZ, which are all we have to compare it to Grasp of English of crew not great. Choices of menu in Business limited, especially for those not eating pork or beef (again,not our experience on the above mentioned airlines) The requested vegetarian meal was the same for both dinner and breakfast, and consisted of the same plain cooked vegetables and fresh fruits only"

Fordeler: "Both flights I was on were somewhat empty, so I had an open seat next to me. Despite some delays taking off, the arrival was early. Good entertainment selection; personal TV screens and free headphones."
Ulemper: "Food options were limited and kind of gross, but no one expects fantastic food on airplanes."

Ulemper: "Boarding chaotic. Switched gates (m5 on boarding pass, actually m4. Shoud have announced or left a note."

Fordeler: "Large seats, decent fare - although inconsistent."
Ulemper: "Chairs are bare minimum and starting to fall apart. Crew is bad. Half amenities don’t work (eg no espresso machines, despite the fact they are installed). Almost no entertainment."

Ulemper: "Terrible old plane, with tv that don't work and are from 50s. Food was really really bad"

Ulemper: "I used LOT Airlines for the very first time to travel to Riga, Latvia. The problems started at the LOT check in counter at O'Hare International terminal. I packed my weeks worth of belongings into a 21" carry on bag expressly so I wouldn't have lost baggage issues. The customer service person forced me to check my bag because it was 3 kilograms overweight even though it was the correct size for carry on. As you can probably guess the bag was lost in the transfer in Warsaw, Poland. After filing a lost baggage claim at Riga, Latvia airport I never heard a word of support, communication, or even an apology from customer service at LOT airlines. I called them several times and their tracking system could not locate the bag during the entire week I was in Latvia. Now I am home in the states and have received an email from LOT Airlines stating that my bag is now at the airport in Riga, Latvia and to contact them for shipping and reimbursement for any costs. LOT is a TERRIBLE AIRLINE! Atay Away!"

Fordeler: "The flight attendants seemed nice and courteous."
Ulemper: "They didn't start boarding until 5 minutes before take off and this was just onto the bus that would take us to the airplane. There was no communication why they were running so far behind. Once we landed in Warsaw, we sat on the plane for around 20 minutes waiting for them to bring the bus to pick us up and remove our luggage from underneath. I had a connecting flight I would have missed if it wasn't delayed. They also had the door open while waiting and the heat and humidity was pretty stifling with everyone already standing up waiting to disembark."

Fordeler: "Modern aircraft, food, extraordinary fligjt attendants"
Ulemper: "I wish that had wifi."

Fordeler: "I like that I flew on a relatively modern plane."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed for 2 hours."

Ulemper: "Flight was late by an hour"

Fordeler: "How quickly I get Lviv from Warsaw! Thank you"

Fordeler: "The actual flight was fine. The food was decent. The entertainment selection was good. The flight attendants were pleasant. We got plenty to eat and drink."
Ulemper: "We found out in Poland that my wife was missing an eTA number necessary for her to fly into Canada. With our previous flight delayed, the application did not process in time, and we missed our connecting flight. As a result, we were stuck in Poland for 24 hours, leading to lost sleep, added expense, and much frustration. Customer service in Poland was helpful but extremely slow. Many customers needed help and it took about an hour for each customer. We waited in line for hours. We were not charged for a new flight, but we did spend 10 exhausting hours in the airport before we had everything resolved and were able to leave and get a few hours of sleep."

Fordeler: "Nice flight crew, decent food available for purchase."
Ulemper: "I purchased my ticket through Kayak on priceline.com In the description of the fair it was specifically stated that I'm allowed 1 checked in bag. The airline did not send me the standard check in and flight information email, so when out of concer for my flight, I logged in a few hours before to find out that all the good seats were already taken. When I then proceeded to online check in, I was dumbfounded to find out that I do not have any luggage allowance. When I called their English language help line I was connected to a prerecorded message and then promptly connected to a Polish speaking person. Lucky for me I speak some Polish, but if you do not you would have a problem. The person then proceeded to inform me that the flight from Poland to London that I was taking is considered by the Polish airlines as a local flight and for that reason I'm not allotted a free checked in bag. I fly a lot all over the world and this is the first time something like this has ever happened to me. I will now permanently stay away from Lot. They shouldnot be considered a major airline, but a cheap flight air. This way when booking a flight you would know to not expect much from them."

Fordeler: "I like the food. Cabbage rolls on our wat back from Warsaw were unexpected. Such an excellent idea to serve Polish meals on the polish airline."

Fordeler: "The food was good for an airline. on business class dreamliner from Toronto to Warsaw the seat is comfortable, if a little short for a 6'5" person. In the sos called "buisness class" to Israel the seats are as crampped as any cattle class of a low cost. I wish those idiots that invented "euro club" would understand that it is a first class ripp-off and that if they are only flying two people per side using real comfortable seats makes faar more sense. In short - euro club is BS of teh worst class."
Ulemper: "The atitude of teh staff on teh flight was OK. Other than that very sour including teh check-in and teh businss club. Going through the border control in Warsaw took 45 minutes. Luckily the flight was delayed. In short, the attitude is strictly old fashion eastern block. On the dreamliner business classs the TV's did not work, but in any case they are way too far (about 6 feet) from the passanger for comfort. Very impractical."

Ulemper: "Baggage fees"

Fordeler: "On time departure, and slightly early arrival. Everything ran smoothly. And seat spacing is quite generous!"
Ulemper: "It took a while to complete boarding, mostly because of carry-on luggage, but it did not delay departure."

Fordeler: "The flight experience was smooth!"
Ulemper: "A little snafu at the gate with everyone's carry on luggage could have been avoided with better communication."

Ulemper: "The extra customs in Belgrade when the flights are already late is random and ridiculous. The staff makes some people take off shoes but not others, they opened my cartoon accusing me of having a liquid when I had an empty glass container that he’d already been checked at two other checkpoints."

Fordeler: "Comfortable, on time, smooth boarding"

Fordeler: "Evriting"

Fordeler: "Super comfortable the seats and staff"
Ulemper: "Nothing it was great."

Fordeler: "Nothing, pretty much"
Ulemper: "I was told my hand luggage needed to go to the cargo, despite it being small enough to be with me. The food was a water bottle and chips. There was more than an hour late to boarding time. The crew were not informative about what was going on. The plane made worrying noises when taking off."

Fordeler: "The crew on board was helpful, but they can hardly make up for company’s atrocious policies."
Ulemper: "They made me pay $70 for my carry on luggage - the very same one that I didn’t have to check in on my way to Zurich. The company has obscure luggage policies that could easily qualify as hidden charges. I will do everything I can to avoid flying with Air Serbia in the future."

Fordeler: "WeII, I didn't die."
Ulemper: "Everything. They gave us a 10mx10m prison ceII with no windows and no AC to wait in. EVERYONE had to smushed into this room, as each gate area has its own security. Boarding the pIane was pathetic, with us standing in a bus for 20 mins and no expIanation. The back of the seats were faIIing apart."

Ulemper: "Check in was slow but not crowded and they lost my and other 20 passengers’ suitcases! No information was given about why and we still don’t have any information. AirSerbia does not respond do emails or calls."

Fordeler: "Food was fantastic. Crew was attentive and polite."

Fordeler: "Ehhhhh I was cool with certain things but nothing to like . The people who work there were nice though."
Ulemper: "The selection of movies . Very poor . What entertainment?"

Fordeler: "Crew was great. Seat was as expected. Could use a seat pad as they get worn out after a few years and I have to sit on my blanket so my legs don't fall asleep"
Ulemper: "More movies and TV shows please!"

Ulemper: "Boarding area was small for more different flights and there was not possibility to buy water or coffee or any snacks. The only one toilet seat was very dirty, smelly. During a heavy rain the baggage was not covered on the carts and baggage was wet completely."

Ulemper: "The worst airline ever. CUSTOEMR SERVICE IS AN UNKNOWN WORD TO THEM. I WILL NEVER FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE AGAIN AND YOU SHOULD REMOVE THEM FROM YORU PROPOSALS."

Fordeler: "Fast service, kindness."
Ulemper: "They should finally get rid of these old ATR-72 and replace them with some newer aircraft."

Ulemper: "Snacks on the plane, comfort"

Fordeler: "Crew is fantastik,Dana is the best"
Ulemper: "Food"

Fordeler: "The air Serbia staff were top class"

Fordeler: "Pleasant staff, wonderful food, very pleasant flight"
Ulemper: "Nothing, everything was very good"

Fordeler: "Efficient boarding, friendly crew. Seats comfortable enough for an hour, but no longer."
Ulemper: "I have never been on a flight where there were so many screaming infants, and so loudly. Air Serbia, like the other airlines, apparently can find nobody smart and creative enough to solve that problem."

Fordeler: "Air Serbia did the best they could to keep passengers comfortable and send all of us to hotel during the day w food and comfortable accommodation"

Ulemper: "Old outdated planes. Very little in flight entertainment- tiny selection of movies and tv shows. No ability to charge mobile devices."

Fordeler: "We received a voucher for food during our 4+ Hour delay before boarding on air serbia to Belgrade. Once we arrived in Belgrade, we stayed in the business suite before our flight and was provided with food and couches to relax on before our next flight. Also, on our connecting flight to athens, Aegean airlines was very professional and really wish I would have used their service instead of air serbia."
Ulemper: "Air serbia did not tell us why there was a 4+ hour delay to belgrade. Once we arrived in Belgrade, we had to wait 9+ hours for our connecting flight to athens when we were only supposed to have 2 hrs layover. Once we boarded the plane to athens, the workers at the airport had no clue were our luggage was and a lot of things were miscommunicated between them. They were very unprofessional and some of them were very rude. They had plenty of time to move our luggage to the next airplane, but too careless to do that. So now we have to wait a couple of days to get the rest of our luggages. We also missed our train ride in greece because of air serbia and had to pay for another train ticket and did not receive a refund"

Ulemper: "Couldn't log in online because site wouldn't accept any of my credit cards. Got up early to check in at the airport, discovered I was logged in... After all that, the airline changed my seat without warning, moving me from the window seat I selected (and paid for) to a middle seat. Where did they get the idea I would think that was OK? Then the flight was delayed, almost missed my connection. Boarding and exiting the aircraft were zoos. Eminently unrepeatable."

Fordeler: "Seating was excellent good leg room for a tall person like myself. Service on flight wad great. Boarding and checkin were a bit of a mess but were quickly resolved"

Ulemper: "They were very unpolite. They completely ignored multiple requests. I was ignored and not even asked get a drink (I just needed some water). They said they offer the food and drinks to others because they paid. Money wasn’t an issues. Besides I wasn’t even offered a drink neither asked for money. I found it really rude."

Fordeler: "Comfortable aircraft"

Ulemper: "Same moves for months.no new choices Small sandwich for lunch, not near Seet in front of me broken an d. In my nees"

Fordeler: "Departed and arrived on time despite boarding chaos."
Ulemper: "What was that stuff they served us to eat?"

Fordeler: "A short connection"

Ulemper: "We were told to go to a desk for boarding car which we walked for some time to get too and were then told to go to the gate and they would give us a boarding card then. Much walking for no reason. They need to communicate with each other and customers more."

Ulemper: "The fact that I tried for nearly a week to CANCEL the flight. Yet was given no help, after sending email after email, making sure that I covered whatever was possible on my side. And of course, no response. Ended up forced to simply not attend the flight. Thanks a lot for a GREAT customer support, AirSerbia... (being cynical here, just making sure I do what I can so you get this)"

Fordeler: "Air Serbia is way better than old JAT Airways (or at least better than JAT Airways after 1992). They are improving and it seems that they will be a solid regional company, as well as a good Etihad partner."
Ulemper: "I don`t know why they still didn`t decomission old ATR-72 turboprops. They might use them on some flights, but I believe that they should buy or lease some mid-range jets even for short-haul flights. Austrian Airways uses jets for BEG-VIE service."

Ulemper: "We boarded our flight from gate C7, which as is common in Eastern Europe, a bus gate. To enter the gate, we were completely rescreened, although we had been screened to go from Bucharest to Belgrade. We waited on the bus for 15 minutes. Only a few seats on the bus so it is a standup experience. Finally the bus started driving to the parked planes, but turned away and drove to a where you would exit the bus after arriving. They told everyone to go upstairs where they explained that there was a "technical problem" on then plane and it would be delayed an hour. They sent everyone to gate A4a, where everyone was prescreened again. We waited in a hot gate for an hour, then boarded the bus and to make a long story short, we arrived in Zagreb 1 and a quarter hours late."

Fordeler: "On time."
Ulemper: "Small and uncomfortable prop plane. Boarded from rear only."

Fordeler: "Very responsive and real meal for short flight!"

Fordeler: "The seat, flexibility were great..and food are tasty and delicious"
Ulemper: "The crew was not friendly for the flight to Belgrade"

Ulemper: "I had a kid sitting on the seat behind me and kept kicking my seat. :("

Fordeler: "Elena"

Fordeler: "On my two two hour flights, they fed us a lot, we're very attentive and very nice."

Ulemper: "The cabin temperature was too warm and we had to keep asking for water to stay hydrated. Not enough drinks were offered. It was a long, uncomfortable flight."

Fordeler: "Huge legs space for economy class, great service!!!"
