Ulemper: Boarding process was disorganized and no announcement was made about paper boarding passes and not accepting electronic ones. The seats were very cramped

Ulemper: In old section of Lisbon airport, and inadequate space to conduct orderly and efficient boarding Both deplaning and re boarding done via movable ramps and passage to and from exposed to weather (thankfully not raining).

Fordeler: Flight and the crew!

Ulemper: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Ulemper: Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience

Ulemper: Baggage checkin & flight boarding was slow & disorganized.

Ulemper: Flight got cancelled

Fordeler: The food served was really good (bacalhau), and the crew very friendly.

Ulemper: The boarding in Lisbon was a total disaster: no control of lines, unprepared staff, very confusing and slow. The airplane was very uncomfortable: very small seats, almost no reclining of chairs, very warm inside. Horrible flight!

Ulemper: The early morning fight was delayed, and I appreciated that TAP notified me ahead of time. However, TAP did not communicate that despite the 2 hour delay, we were required to be at the airport checkin as if the flight was never delayed - and agent dismissed us as late. Only begging got us on flight.

Ulemper: The comfort onboard (A320) is not good: not reclining chairs, no entertainment, and horrible snack.

Fordeler: The boarding procedure was much more organized than the previous flight.

Ulemper: They served fish on board, and the odor stuck around for awhile.

Fordeler: Boarding in Lisbon well organized but delayed at check in and on the tarmac - 40 mins. Food on this flight good. Crew fine both flights.

Ulemper: Both Tap flights delayed, little info'/explanation about this.Boarding in Copenhagen chaotic, problematic tickets holding up the queue with only one staff member. Food on board was so boring and unappetising.

Fordeler: Fairly new plane with clean/comfortable seats

Ulemper: Bus transportation to the plane was delayed. People were uncomfortable having to stand in the bus for so long. Then the flight was delayed for 15 minutes due to airport traffic. As the only business class passenger i would have expected to be offered a drink then or even a bottle of water at my seat

Fordeler: Nothing, I tried to cancel the reservation 3 days after I made it and couldn’t even get a percentage back. What a waste.

Ulemper: Let me cancel the flight for a percentage back so I didn’t have to waste the entire price of the flight for a ticket I couldn’t use.

Fordeler: Nice seat (I paid €48 euro for more legroom) and the food was decent and the movie selection good.

Ulemper: TAP's boarding procedure is a bit of a mess. We had to wait an extended period of time to board and no information was given. Also keep in mind you have to pay extra for luggage, which is a real deal-breaker when traveling for extended periods of time.

Fordeler: Crew was very good. Seats were spacious. Plenty of entertainment.

Ulemper: More frequent snacks.

Ulemper: Boarding process was in fact dangerous, with people corralled into small spaces without letting them out on the other end. We felt claustrophobic, crushed, and at one point people were even having to jump over the escalator to the bus loading area because there was too much crowding. Dangerous

Ulemper: I DIDNT LIKE THAT THE TICKET I BOUGHT DIDNT HAVE LUGAGE INCLUDED! I HAD TO PAY 100 EUROS FOR 1 LUGAGE. I COULD BELIEVE A LONG COURSE FLIGHT, A 10 HOURS FLIGHT AND NO LUGAGE! VERY ANOYING!

Ulemper: My family wasn't given a choice on the meal they were given which was hard because most of them don't eat fish (it was codfish). One of the flights was delayed 2 hrs & then didn't take off for 40 mins after the two hours because boarding wasn't started til 10 mins before it was scheduled to takeoff

Ulemper: Watch out for the extra fees and restrictions. We booked a flight knowing that we weren’t allowed a free carryon. We didn’t know the cost for one checked bag was $120!

Fordeler: The crew on the plane was very professional and helpful, even with other passengers that weren’t very courteous.

Ulemper: There was only one person checking people in, which was not enough to move things along. There was also confusion over whether bags had to be checked or not, with one person giving us tags but then no one looking at the tags prior to boarding. The whole check in process seemed poorly organized.
