Ulemper: "Make a rule that people cannot put their seats back. People in front of us were rude and kept their seats back the entire flight, even after we nicely asked them to not have the seats back so far. Would prefer that seats did not move at all. I would never recline my seat in consideration for the person behind me. On an 11 hour flight, this is a big deal."
Ulemper: "Only reason I chose Lufthansa was that I was informed that 23kg of checked in luggage was included. It was NOT. I don't care whose fault it is. Lufthansa still says that this is included on their website. I demand reimbursement."
Ulemper: "Well,my whole trip was an adventure! I booked it online but in reality, it wasn't what was advertised. There was a problem with my checked in bag, so i had to pay 22 pounds extra to fit it in a connection flight and now i have to send receipt to get the refund. On my way back, there was a delay, so"
Ulemper: "The arm rests on either side of my seat where closed so I had limited mobility in my seat (by closed I mean they didn’t move and had no open space between where your arm sits and the top of the chair)"
Fordeler: "Crew very good"
Ulemper: "Could not check in online or get seat reservations in advance (other flights for journey allowed us to choose seats when we booked flights). This meant we were sitting separately and groundstaff suggested we were on standby, which we definitely weren't! Very irritating and unnecessary."

Ulemper: "Missed my flight by 2 minutes and couldn’t find any representatives to help me determine my options. Was left to figure it out in my own."

Fordeler: "Once again the crew was great and helped me find a place to stow my carry on since I was in the emergency row. The snack was also very tasty."

Ulemper: "The rows were so close together it was hard to get in and out of your row. If the seat in front of you reclined, the t.v. was 9 inches in front of your face."

Ulemper: "There were 7 families each with multiple young children who screamed and misbehaved the whole trip. After complaining, the staff did nothing. Bad trip!"

Ulemper: "Delay due to technical problem with the aircraft, however better that than any consequences of that. Food is rudimentary, and there is no vegetarian version of the sandwich any more."
Ulemper: "Food quality on Detroit - Frankfurt could have been better. About Frankfurt airport: the security check (between gates - for going to gate for connecting flight) was in-efficient. A single agent working while multiple other agents idle nearby. Processing speed was slower than other European & US international airports."

Ulemper: "* The gate was with bus, and not a direct terminal connection * There were no drawing sets for kids * The food was either overheated or somehow impacted - didn't look proper"
Fordeler: "Upgraded from premium to Business class. Very good service and a good night slep."

Ulemper: "No entertainment, Two hour delay......almost missed our connecting flight."

Ulemper: "The gate changing 3 times."
Fordeler: "Service for economy class was what you would expect from other airlines in business class. Lufthansa has the best service of any airline I have ever flown with."

Ulemper: "The person behind me complaining when I put my seat back. I had to do the whole trip from ny to Egypt up straight. Both flights the people kept pushing on my seat and told me to put my seat up. I didn't want problems so I did."
Fordeler: "I liked the food and courteous staff. Our flight was on time in order to connect to our next flight. They assisted us to our waiting wee Lchairs."
Ulemper: "Everything was ok. Nothing I did not like on that flight"

Fordeler: "This is the first time I actually enjoyed a meal on a flight. It was ravioli in tomato sauce, just perfect! Superfriendly cabin crew"

Ulemper: "I booked wheelchair at Oslo airport, but my father did not get it at Frankfurt."
Fordeler: "Boarding was organized, flight was not profoundly oversold."
Ulemper: "Food was not appetizing."
Ulemper: "We couldn't check in for the next flight when we departed from Oslo. Disappointed we had to wait until arriving in Frankfurt. Something about not being partner airlines."
Fordeler: "On a flight from Oslo to Germany to Charlotte, we only had 55 minutes to connect in Germany. Lufthansa held our plane due to their error in some runway and docking issues and we, as well as 25 other were escorted to our connection by Lufthansa staff. Excellent customer service even though it was their fault. They just did the right thing and did it well."
Ulemper: "I would have expected that there be much more time for gate connections. If you have ever been in the Munich airport, it is very large and navigation takes time.."
Fordeler: "Our flight from Frankfort to Munich was late. Luftansa sent a representative to our flight to make sure we and others from our flight got on to the flight to Charlotte. How awesome! Plane needs more leg room."
Fordeler: "Chairs were uncomfortable, mainly due to the front passenger was always in reclined mode, and the passenger behind me wouldn't let me recline... He would literally push my chair up, but that's probably because his chair can not recline!"
Ulemper: "We needed to place special request on vegetarian meal, couldn't do it at booking or at checkin, was told to let crew know, they said it's too late. They brought us an "unclaimed" vegetarian meal, but it wasn't, it was Asian halal meal with lamb! After I let crew member know wmy husband was served meat instead, she denied it and said "its not possible" as the wrapper says "vegetarian". I informed her it actually said "Asian halal", she the proceeded to say, well, "i am sorry if it's wrong, but I gave you vegetarian". That said crew member collected my husband's plates while I was in the bathroom and came back later with a "vegan" plate that they now have available."
Fordeler: "After so many domestic flights of being shuffled around and interacting with flight attendants that seem to not like their jobs much and passenger's are just an annoyance, flying abroad on Luftansa was quite a different experience! The flight attendants were polished, professional, and actually wanted to provide a service. Their interactions made me feel like I was cared about and that they wanted my unique needs to be met. This made a 10 hour flight an enjoyable experience which I certainly didn't anticipate."
Ulemper: "My wifes luggage was lost, no followup at all from Lufthansa (main) or in Seville which was our destination. We had to call to find out any information. Once the bag was found and delivered to Seville, Lufthansa personnel again did not tell us nor would they deliver the bag to our hotel as the driver had already left. We then had to wait another day to have the bag delivered to Granada. Terrible customer service, the bag was missing for four days causing us to spend time shopping for clothes rather than experiencing the city."
Fordeler: "Twenty minutes early on arrival"
Ulemper: "Not necessarily a problem for others but very back of plane left no room to recline."
Fordeler: "Initially things were smooth. Boarding was on time."
Ulemper: "But then they deboarded the plane and everything went south fast. They didn't tell us what was happening or where to go or what to do. Instead we were directed to different service centers. We were told conflicting things. Sometimes they told us to exit the airport through passport control, but without any information on what to do next. They reopened the terminal but then redirected us to a service center. That center was overloaded and we ended up waiting in line for service/information for the entire day. Once I was near the service center they dissipated the line. They told us there was another service center in a different part of the airport and that this one we have waited for was closing. We went there and it was also closed instead they had beds without blankets or pillows limit the halls. Alia we were in line for hours before they offered any water or food. Food was really late. Information was the problem here. We were not told what we should do except to check with the service center. Eventually a few of us tried to get through passport control and check the service center out front. This worked much better. I was able to get a hotel and a standby ticket. That flight went much better but getting that far was a mess."
Fordeler: "Smooth and safe"
Ulemper: "Landed or parked in the maintenance section of the field; therefore we had to take a shuttle bus to a building where we board lite rail to our terminals. It was a distance away; I didn't like that at all. Expecially since we arrived late due to bad weather at Dallas metro."
Fordeler: "very little"
Ulemper: "lousy food. poor movie selection. uncomfortable seats."
