Ulemper: "Entertainment system didn't work. Couldn't hear movie at all with headphones provided and screen very hard to use and just stopped several times. Even after crew reset it twice, still problems."
Ulemper: "Flight delayed due to technical issues, boarding crew said there was a hole in the plane and that it might be canceled. After a long delay we finally tookoff. Plane was very cramped and very little room for the legs. Food and entertainment were average and fine."
Fordeler: "My husband was on a business trip and his company booked him in business class. Economy was overbooked they cave me a free upgrade so I could sit with him!"

Ulemper: "I fly this route around 6 times a year and the planes get older and older. wish they would update the aircrafts on this route at some point"
Fordeler: "When you lose your phone in the business class seat and a technician goes to find it once you land in Zurich and the day that it has miraculously disappeared there isn’t much to like at all about Swiss Airlines. Swiss Airlines isn’t going to hear the end of this is they don’t agree to replace my son’s phone. My husband is a lawyer and we are prepared to bring this to the public."
Ulemper: "My son dropped his phone in business class seat and the ground staff technician claimed it wasn’t there. Theft at its best! Swiss Air better take responsibility for their shady staff and agree to replace my don’s Phone promptly or we will take this to the public eye and courts. I’m sure we could get a big class action suit."
Fordeler: "The stewardesses were absolutely amazing, asking/ offering beverages in between main meals t/ out the whole flight! They were just doing their job above and beyond! Wonderful crew especially the girls in the section 30’s on the side FGJK, THANK YOU SO MUCH! YOU WERE AMAZING!"
Ulemper: "Swiss Air allowed us to book a flight with 45 minutes to connect. First flight came in a few mixtures late, but then we had to wait our long turn to deplane, get on bus and wait for it to fill up with all slower passengers, drive to terminal, make it through passport control, take train to other terminal, and run 20 gates down where they were looking for us. We made it with 1 minute to spare from takeoff. They knew our bags were connecting and they made it. If they could've expedited our passage with a club car it would have been excellent."
Fordeler: "Swiss air Business is an excellent choice. I will fly this Airline again. It was extremely comfortable, service was excellent, and the flight crew made up our lost time in the air. We had a tight connection and they waited for us."
Ulemper: "Nothing"
Ulemper: "We were scheduled for a 55 minute layover in Zurich which was not nearly enough time. Our plane was 10 minutes late in landing but our next flight was delayed 5 minutes. We had to take a bus from the plane to the terminal, go through immigration with very long lines, take a tram to our departure terminal and then run to our gate which was at the end of a very long hallway. Luckily they held the plane but it was very stressful and exhausting getting to our plane."
Fordeler: "I treated myself to Swiss Business (for a second time) for this trip and it was terrific. From the comfortable seats, the fabulous dinner, the outstanding Swiss staff from the baggage check to the wonderful flight attendants, the flight to Zürich and the return trip to Boston was amazing! I cannot say enough good things about Swiss. I would love to be able to fly Swiss Business again when I travel to Zürich in September 2019."
Fordeler: "Crew"
Ulemper: "Too hot on plane, despite several requests to turn up air conditioning. Would be nice if pilot gave a few more updates as to why we sat on the tamac so long."
Fordeler: "The crew was superlative, and after I was stuck for an hour at passport control I found the captain waiting with my dog(in his crate) to make sure of his well being. He said he made sure he kept the climate control at 20c the whole time on the plane. You hear all these animal horror stories but this went above and beyond."
Fordeler: "Friendly crew. Food was good. Good take off and landing."
Ulemper: "Seats. They were extremely too small and tight. Made very hard to move or try to sleep during the long flight. I think they definitely need to be wider. Hard to sit side by side with others. Had to keep my arms in front of me or I would be pushing the other person. I know all airlines are pretty much the same...but it shouldn’t be."
Fordeler: "Not very much to like. No effort to enhance customer service, accommodate customer needs. I fly a lot of regional and international airlines, was truly underwhelmed."
Ulemper: "I landed at Zurich airport at 6am with an 11 hour wait and tried to get onto an earlier us bound flight. The ground crew were awful and rude!. The dint make any effort to smile, look at me in the face or ask how I was doing!. Instead she took one look at my ticket and said “ sorry you bought through an agent, I can’t help you”. When I tried to ask if in future it is advisable to book through Swiss airlines directly, the customer service agent looked at me and said “ that’s your problem”- then she turned to her friend and kept talking! Honestly! . The airport terminal E is grey, drab and boring. No TV and only 2 hour of WiFi. I was told I had to pay to use one of their lounges just to get a recliner chair to lay my head for 11 hours. I felt like I was in a holding cell- and the flight was delayed by an hour, had a gate change that they dint tell us till less than 1hour- boy was I glad to leave Zurich!. If that is Swiss hospitality, they have a long way to go. Save your money and use another airline. You will be much happier- trust me."
Fordeler: "The most difficult problem I have to deal with in airline transportation occurs when the fellow traveler in the seat in front of me decides to drop their seat back into my lap. The seats are so close together that when the seat in front of you is all the way back the following happens: 1. You can no longer view the monitor on the seat back. 2. You cannot eat or write from your tray top. 3. You have great difficulty getting out of your seat. 4. You have great difficulty keeping from severely injuring the occupant of that seat. The way to deal with this is to get out of your seat. Stand in front of the offending passenger and as politely as you can as him or her to refrain from dropping the seat back so far. But the airline should not put you in this situation."
Fordeler: "Unlike some airlines the cabin crew is professional in appearance and behavior- courteous and pleasant. My husband and I enjoy the fact that ski equipment is taken without additional charge. The direct flight to Zurich is very convenient."
Ulemper: "Having to pay for seat selection"
Ulemper: "We (parents) were business class, but our two kids in coach, yet Swiss doesn’t allow “guests” in the lounge. Hmmm. What a bunch of BS."
Ulemper: "Reviewing Business class Nothing memorable at all. An ok dinner after take off followed by a tiny salad 8h later before landing. Quite minimal for such a long flight. The entertainment system needs special mention for its awfulness. The system in Business class would be considered poor even in Econ - small screen, terrible picture quality and a painful, prehistoric interface."
Fordeler: "The staff was courteous and effective. The pilots made up time after waiting for a few connecting passengers."
Ulemper: "The food was edible but not up to the usual Swiss Air standard."

Ulemper: "Had to pay $100 for my second bag. I did not pay for the extra bag on my way out. As a star alliance member and a united chase explorer card user I don’t think I should be paying for the extra bag. I booked the flight through United for the expressed reason that I have privileges when on united and feel if I book united these privileges should transfer. If not what’s the point of being a loyal customet"
Fordeler: "Staff, and service were good."
Ulemper: "We had to Run from our arrival gate to our departure gate, and take a train, and go through immigration and then a second documents check. It looked to me like Swiss Air knew we were running close as the flight rarely (if ever) leaves on time. It was stressful for us and for the 30+ others who were still in line in immigration when the flight time passed. It turned out to not be a problem but the published times are unrealistic. Seats were tight and comfort in cattle class is NON Existent sleep on an 8 hour flight was not even possible."
Fordeler: "EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME BEFORE THE PLANE EVEN TOOK OFF!! My flights somehow got real messed up and everything down to my luggage had to be input manually. I wasn't sure if it was going to make it with me to the final destination. But it did! The head rest blew me away just as i sat. I love to know I can fall asleep and not have neck problems. And everything from the movies to the service to the food was great! My first international yet BEST experience in economy class was all worth it!"
Fordeler: "Service was great, friendly and courteous crew, smooth take off and touch down, meal was the best I've had traveling. Very long tiring flight, good hospitality is always appreciated."
Ulemper: "There was a short delay on take off but we arrived on time. The only problem that I encountered half way into a long tiring flight, I lost the volume on the entertainment system. The stewardess tried to reset it but it didn't work. I was asked to change seats but it was too much of a hassle. Was a bit disappointed. Not there fault."
Fordeler: "Delay at airport was awful. Gate was not announced ahead of time. By the time it was everything ok the terminal was closed. Some people appeared to have couches while I did not. Gate was at the end of the empty terminal. Wifi pass expired and no artery was offered even though the flight was delayed. Passengers were made to leave the gate to recheck passports. My bags were searched twice and while I fully support security this was excessive"
Ulemper: "Provide vouchers in consistent manner. Provide wifi alternatives. Don't use an empty terminal. Offer more toilets and water fountains."
Fordeler: "Skop"
Ulemper: "Skopje airport personnel was very bad service ticket counter worst ever"
Fordeler: "They are the best airline flying to Boston."
Fordeler: "We received an upgrade to business class. The entire experience was excellent."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed in taking off, and our gate wasn't available when we landed so we had to wait again, ultimately adding approximately 1.5 hours to the trip."
Fordeler: "Nothing"
Ulemper: "Because there was no way for us to check in early or online and they did not send us an email directing us to do so, they put us on standby even though the flights were paid for months before. We couldn't sit together--they wouldn't even try, they let the computer do it randomly as we boarded. They put my son through ridiculous strip search security measures, and when my passport fell into to the steel bullet of a garbage can, they didn't help and my son and I figure out how to go through it to get my passport. They could not have been more unhelpful. Plus the food was terrible, and delays both in taking off and getting to the gate. I will NEVER fly Swiss Air again."
Fordeler: "See above. Zurich is a very easy airport and even though our layover was short we never felt rushed or stressed."
Fordeler: "Entertainment was great, planes was very clean, the food was excellent and the staff was friendly."

Ulemper: "The entertainment system in the main part of the plane was not working luckily I had a good book otherwise I would have been very upset."

Ulemper: "No space, bad video screens (especially important for a long flight with a 3 year old) with terrible image and sound quality, even with my good headphones."

Ulemper: "The seats reclined a little too far, or the screens didn't tilt enough. End result being when the passenger in front reclines, it's hard to view the screen at a comfortable angle. This wasn't a huge problem for me, but a taller passenger would be rendered unable to watch anything on the in-seat entertaniment system if the person in front of them was reclined."

Ulemper: "You have to pay for second piece of luggage flying from US to Asia. Most airlines allow two pieces for these destinations even for economy class."
Fordeler: "Nothing"
Ulemper: "Once again, I paid extra to select my seats and once again they did not honor that. I paid extra for an aisle and a window seat and we were put in that horrid middle seat area. The video/television screens in our row were broken the entire flight. The attendants kept telling us they would be fixed soon and they never were. There was one attendant who was nice and the rest were rude and unhelpful. We arrived in Boston 2 1/2 hours late. Terrible experience."
Ulemper: "The flight crew was horrible. The desk crew inept. A wheelchair was requested but not there on checkin. Pre boarding did not happen as was supposed to. Older person male at desk was rude, insulting and sarcastic. This did not happen on Boston end. The person was there with wheelchair at the Boston gate and assisted us. Not in Zurich. What about handicap travel? Swiss????"
Fordeler: "I loved the timing of my connecting flights. Just enough layover time."
Ulemper: "COMFORT: Extremely challenging and expensive to get emergency exit seats (more leg room). For someone who is 6'5" (195cm) traveling can be very challenging in an economy seat."
Ulemper: "The plane had a flea infestation that left both my wife and I with tiny bites on our legs - during the layover the flight attendants came through and sprayed the air vents in the overhead with an aerosol - I had never seen that done before but I suspect that Swiss knew the plane had microscopic flees that were biting passengers. We flew business class and expected much better from Swiss."
Fordeler: "The captain refused to turn on the AC until we were just about to leave. Many passengers were complaining. The crew refused to help or do anything. Then during the flight they kept the air flow down to a minimum so again it was boiling hot. DON'T FLY Swiss Air if you like normal temperatures!"
Fordeler: "As a frequent traveler, SWISS hadthe best airline food I've ever tasted. Very efficient in everyhing they do. Great service and the crew was very friendly. Unfortunately, I had a seat that was in between the two in front of it, so my TV was at an angle, but only a minor inconvenience"
Ulemper: "At the check-in gate there was pandemonium. It was not clear how to proceed. The lines were long and disorderly. Since I had passed through passport control, I didn't think I would need to go through again just before boarding. I was in line, ready to have my boarding pass scanned when I was told I needed to have my passport checked! I had to step out of line, go back and get my passport checked, then go back in line to board! I could not get an assigned seat until I got to Zurich. I needed an aisle seat (I had a bladder infection and would need to use the toilet often). It was left up to me to negotiate with my neighbor to switch seats--- the crew would not help at all. I was cramped in my seat. The man in front of me put his chair too far back; I was difficult to work on my laptop with so little room between me and the table. The snack was horrible---uncooked, tasteless calzone and ice cream."
Fordeler: "that the movie stayed on while people were filing out which made it less frantic and more chill. the lines at immigration were terrible"
Ulemper: "the calzone served just before landing was tricky because the inside was soupy and it was messy to eat"
Ulemper: "Through no fault of the airline, there was a strong thunderstorm that delayed our flight. Little information was provided about the situation. It was obvious that we could not fly in the storm, but we were not informed about the likely departure time. The reason I gave a poor ranking is that my suitcase/pack must have been left out in the downpour on the top of the pile so all of my clothes were extremely wet when I reached Boston. The bag itself was wet so it was not a case of something leaking in the bag. I have had to wash all of the clothes and iron them."
Fordeler: "Agbundance of newspapers and magazines and great variety of entertainment"
Ulemper: "Upon boarding it was possible to save a bit pof confusion by placing the sign that passport control is needed before boarding. Some were turned away from one line to get into another line."

The terminal on my ticket was different than the gate number. We went through security and had to take a 15 min shuttle to a different terminal. Why not just go through security there? There were also no attendants at the gate to discuss seat assignments. My husband and I didn’t have seats together. Try on board crew was great, but the airport experience was lacking.

Fordeler: "The seats were very good. The crew was helpful and friendly."
Ulemper: "We had a connection in Detroit. The flight from Seattle to Detroit arrived about 30 minutes late, and we barely made the connection. Apparently Delta had not told the Detroit-Boston flight to wait a few minutes for us. We did make the connection, but we arrived at the gate with no seat assignment (we had been bumped the day before from our original flight because of a mechanical problem) as the plane was loading. Had we missed the flight, we would have had to spend the night in Detroit and go to Boston the next day. Delta should have told the gate agent that we were coming."

Ulemper: "It was ridiculously cold for 2 1/2 hours. When my seat mate asked for a blanket, the stewardess said she only had one more - then walked off. For drinks, they skipped several people. I had to catch her eye to ask for one and then ask her to get my kids a drink in front of me."
Fordeler: "The crew was super friendly and professional. Enjoyed the reworked safety message before take-off."
Ulemper: "The Comfort+ seat, while it had plenty of leg room in front, had a small width-box that many Americans (being larger than perhaps they should be) will find extremely uncomfortable at best, and unable to fit in at worst."
Fordeler: "Flight crew was very friendly and helpful. The drink package for comfort trip was fantastic and worth it."
Ulemper: "There was zero entertainment inflight and logging onto Wi-Fi was very difficult. I would rather have had free Wi-Fi and a screen to watch movies/games on rather than or in addition to the drinks."
Fordeler: "There were 12 delays. No help and I slept overnight in the airport. Worst experience I will never fly delta again"

Fordeler: "This was my daughter’s first solo travel home from college. She said the staff was helpful and kind. She loved that the flight was not over crowded. It was a smooth flight."
Ulemper: "Only negative thing she could say was her flight was delayed an hour. But that isn’t terrible considering all the holiday travelers."
Ulemper: "They upgraded only my husband and split him up with the rest of our family. We were delayed and once we landed we got stuck in an active taxi way just because of poor arrangements from airport staff"
Ulemper: "We thought we were flying AirFrance as our emails came from them and were surprised to learn after waiting in the AirFrance baggage drop queue for 30 mins that we were in the wrong place."
Fordeler: "Flight was on time. Boarding, flight, deboarding were all fine. Service was fine."
Ulemper: "The flight numbers that Kayak provides ate not unusable and do not match any flights with the airline. Terribly inconvenient. A call to WestJest referred me to contact Delta. The Delta rep was able to help me. The airlines provided good service. But I probably will avoid booking with Kayak again."

Ulemper: "Delta delayed us SEVEN times and I type this as we are rounding our 30th minute waiting to get off the plane at Logan."
Ulemper: "I was flying from CDG to LGD and my bag was lost, yet the baggage claim system showed it arrived...... Thankful I packed some essentials in my carry on. The bigger issue will be dealing with my medical insurance company to get medications replaced that were in the checked bag."

Fordeler: "Crew was courteous, I asked for a blanket and a banana (I saw some being passed to delta select (?) passengers), and got both, no one snapped at me like on an earlier flight.5"
Ulemper: "The flight was 3.5 hrs late. (Had it been on time, I would have missed it entirely though because Atlanta airport passport control was complete chaos, I heard the airport wa closed earlier for weather related reasons). Enough said."
Fordeler: "Great friendly crew. Great entertainment with movies on a short narrow body flight!"
Ulemper: "Boarding and disembarking was again slow. Must be a cultural thing as each flight in the US seems to be like this as people take ages to get their bags organised on arrival. Chaotic boarding is compounded by the back of the plane boarding last.... everywhere else in the world loads everyone together or does the back of the plane first and it's much quicker!"
Fordeler: "Even though we were in the very back row, we did not experience a foul smell from the restrooms. This was a very nice relief. It is bad enough that the seats don't recline and there is no window in the very back row but prior experience with the added nausea of foul restroom order has been a serious insult to injury. In this case there was really minimal odor. Also since we are traveling as a family we are very happy that we were seated together. We have experienced the past that sometimes our seats will be fragmented and that creates major challenges when you are traveling with young children. However on this particular flight the ride was rough during both takeoff and landing, a lot of side to side shimmy. Also the cabin pressure varied quite a bit during landing causing all the kids to complain about some discomfort in their ears."
Fordeler: "From the gate agent to the in-flight crew and pilot, totally impressed and pleased with their attention to detail and care of the passengers."
Ulemper: "Nothing to asd"
Fordeler: "About 10-15 yrs ago I stopped transatlantic flights on Delta. It was a scruffy airline with uninterested cabin crew & not to talk of food etc. What a change! Neat clean A330, friendly crew & food + beverages to brag (you pay outrageous prices on 'leaner-meaner' airlines if at all available). Loved the whole experience. Flying is not only getting from A to B & Delta has realized it. Looking forward to my next Delta flight!"

Ulemper: "When plane landed early and waiting on another plane to move so we could get off plane over yhirty minutes waiting"

Ulemper: "Very tight space- could not reach floor when person in front of me moved seat into recline position. Could not get out of seat to go to bathroom when my seat mates were sleeping. Tough to load- tight spaces."

Ulemper: "The boarding process was too long, there was a lot of people. It was kinda a mess. The sit assignment for people who didn't have sit assign was slow."
Ulemper: "The plane was delayed by more than 3 hours due to "weather problems" earlier in the day. Delta did not permit re-booking to flights that left JFK for Boston earlier, even tho there seats available, instead insisting that we had to wait for our assigned flight. Small snacks (regular Coke, no Diet) did not really compensate well."

Would definitely trust Delta pilots again. Also with this being a connecting flight, it was nice that the group of five I was in was given an entire row to ourselves."
Fordeler: "Boarding was smooth and fast. The crew was helpful with a wheelchair passenger, and get everybody else on board soon after. We depart the gate a couple of minutes early, and arrived almost half an hour early."
Ulemper: "The first class seat were not much more spacious than the comfort+ ones. Choice of snacks were limited as it was a short regional flight. No overhead or seat back entertainment, but you can stream from the media server through in flight wifi."
Fordeler: "Lots of seat space even in economy, I felt very comfortable and not cramped on my flight. Food was decent and flight attendants were very attentive. My flight was kind of an outlier experience as someone on my flight fell very ill and needed immediate medical attention. The KLM employees on board did a very good job of taking care of the situation and making sure everyone else on board still had a calm flight experience."

Airplane food is always bad...who cares. But being trapped in uncomfortable seats with no room to shift your position for a six plus hour flight is inhumane! My son is 6'2" and his knees were literally against the back of the chair in front of him, luckily my daughter was in that seat so she didn't recline it on his knees. My back was killing me in the first hour (I'm only 5'2") my 13 year old daughter complained that her back was killing her by the end of the flight. I've never flown Lufthansa before and will never again!"

No communication until I initiated call following day despite submitting lost baggage form. Seats are too close together - when reclined in front I could not use my laptop as not enough space to open my screen. Was able to move to a different seat to ok."

The person in the seat next to mine had an INOPERABLE ENTERTAINMENT SCREEN FOR THE ENTIRE FLIGHT. The crew was constantly racing back & forth up and down the aisles bashing into chairs, people, what ever... because the aisles were SO TINY."

Ulemper: "For the first time in decades (hundreds of flights), I've had to find the paper bag and until the very end I thought I might end up needing it. My companion did use hers, and mine (also a first in many decades). Part of the bumpiness could have been due to a weather system but the plane's movement was jerky when taxiing in Boston. BOS-MUC used to be one of my favorite routes back when it was served by the A360. The new A350 is nothing special except for the entertainment system. Ironically the large screen seemed overwhelming due to the dismal distance to the seat in front."

Considering I took six flights in this month, I will let it slide that they ran out of New movies. Worst part was food. Obviously, there is no quality consideration when they decide menu. Check Emirates or other similar fare bracket airlines to understand the gravity of Lufthansa food problem. If one reason I had to choose to drop Lufthansa from my future consideration then that would be worst food and drinks. I would strongly recommend that they should assign people who need additional time to board at the back of the plane. It will help them to go back of the plane faster and avoid gridlock in the middle. Another advantage is it will help other passengers leave plane faster at the end of the ride. Boarding process will be come significantly faster by filling the plane from back to front by loading passanger with children and who needs time at the first loading area at the back of the plane. Fordeler: "I ordered gluten free meals on both of my longer flights and the crew seemed to have difficulty distributing them to the appropriate seats. My flight from Boston-Munich was fine but on my return trip from Frankfurt-Boston, I didn't receive a gluten free meal and the passenger behind me was given my gluten free snack."
Fordeler: "Our flight from Frankfort to Munich was late. Luftansa sent a representative to our flight to make sure we and others from our flight got on to the flight to Charlotte. How awesome! Plane needs more leg room."
Ulemper: "Lufthansa cancelled my flight at midnight before Thanksgiving and left me with no option to get home for the Holiday."
Fordeler: "I like to fly LH on the BOS to FRA route as they are the only carrier to fly this route nonstop. Usually the service is quite good. The crew is attentive, offers water or juice repeatedly, gives you a warm moist handcloth before the mealservice to clean your hands. Check-in in FRa can be tedious becaiuse of long lines."
Ulemper: "LH experienced several strikes in the last two years or so. Once I had to stay an extra day, this time I had to cut a family visit a day short. While they handled the rebooking in both cases quite efficiently, not everyone might have the flexibility to change days so easily. It is also disappointing when one has to give up on a planned activity to make it back home on time. Movie selection could be updated and I miss having an actual newspaper or magazine to read on the long flight. Will have to pack my own oin the future."
Fordeler: "The food was terrible. Your seat space is exceptionally small. I am small but others of greater stature cannot really fit and then they encroach into my space. Makes for an uncomfortably long journey. Your attendants were most attentive."

Sadly the Anticipation was greater than the rewards."
Ulemper: "It is always so much easier to come up with the issues - wish I had more to add on the previous section. ENTERTAINMENT. Headphones provided required a two-prong jack option. There was only room for one prong - so only one ear had sound. The sound perhaps due to this limitation was poor and I couldn't hear the track. Consequently I choose one film with subtitles - which was helpful. The cabin comfort overall was on the chilly side and required the use of the blanket for the whole trip. Meals - the dinner meal served was a nice selection. However, the dessert was still cold - affected flavor. I think a nice bar of chocolate would have been equally welcome as dessert option. There was a small Ritter - which was nice. Lunch or pre arrival snack - really a poor excuse for what was served as pizza. Very doughy and little filling. The tomato was ok but the other selection served - was not a good choice. Not sure what it was. Also had anticipated a warm cloth before landing as a refresher. The seating is incredibly narrow. While most planes are forced into less space, this ride was particularly uncomfortable. I know that there are different model planes each with its own space limitations, advantages or disadvantages, but - frankly, I had expected better from Lufthansa. Finally, by chance having flown to Europe by Swiss Air - I reluctantly have to say that their comfort level, meals and refreshing cloth made it a more comfortable flight."
Fordeler: "Lufthansa is one of few airlines in Europe with pure class and excellent service. Even in economy!"
Fordeler: "The cabin crew were well trained, hospitable and efficient. The young lady assigned to our section of the aircraft worked endlessly to address the needs of passengers, and remained extremely pleasant and often humorous, throughout the passage."
Ulemper: "The boarding process unnecessarily was long and hot. We stood in the jet ramp line for nearly 15 minutes before entering the aircraft. There was no ventilation and the air was tepid. The seats were smaller in Economy Class than on competitor carriers. The lavs were unattended to during the 7 hour flight and, consequently, were filthy during the last hour or two. The food was mediocre, at best, but at least the cocktails were not an upcharge. Enough alcohol can make just about any food palatable."

SAS er i ferd med å bli håpløst utdatert for business reisende, dessverre. Man kaller det Plus og selger det inn som en business class, men det er jo bare tull... Reise fra CPH til Island var med Icelandair, full business og topp service, reise fra Reykjavik til Oslo, med SAS, var et svært gammelt fly, gamle og dårlige seter, fullt av mennesker som sild i tønne og dårlig mat. Mens flyet fra Oslo til Stavanger var nytt, alt var bedre men det burde vært motsatt; lengre distanser, bedre komfort, for fullt betalende passasjerer, men det tenker ikke SAS på. Jeg faser ut SAS fra nå av og vil fly mest mulig med andre selskap ut fra Stavanger, så det blir nok mer KLM fra nå av..

Very good entertainment system with a not of great Nordic content (Swedish, Danish and Norwegian movies) Food was pretty good for an airplane. The service is excellent. I slept through the meal service, but they still made it a point to get me a meal when I woke up. Old fashioned tea and coffee service, with a steward going up and down the aisles with proper tea and coffee pots. Very professional, a high end feel to everything."

Ulemper: "My flight was cancelled and no one notified me! Instead, FlyUs.com placed me on a different SAS flight that had a 15 minute layover in Copenhagen. Needless to say, I would have missed the flight from Copenhagen. I realized the issue the day-of, spent hours on the phone trying to book a different flight through the customer services at FlyUs.com (stupid company!), and was finally rebooked by SAS on a different airline. When I called SAS directly, they immediately took care of the situation and handled it well, but I wasted an entire day dealing with FlyUs.com, waiting on confirmation for a flight that I was never going to receive. The whole experience was awful."

Ulemper: "It could have been the perfect trip, but I am not sure why SAS baggage handling is so mediocre. In both the flights from EWR to OSLO and back, every aspect of the trip was super, except for the wait for baggage. In Oslo, I estimate having waited at least a half an hour at the carousel before the bags started showing up, and the same in Newark. We had long cleared Immigration, which normally is not a speedy process, and yet still had to wait at least 20 minutes for the FIRST bag to appear on the carousel. Most annoying, particularly after a relatively long flight, and especially for transfer passengers who needed to recheck their bags to continue to other destinations."
Ulemper: "Was overlooked by the pursor a couple times - he probably had a lot on his plate. Also, the "snack" at the end of the trip was sorely lacking! Especially for a 7 hour flight. The bathrooms were gross & out of toilet paper. And it seemed like one was locked constantly...?"

Fordeler: "Flight was on time. Boarding was simple and easy. Staff were excellent in handling the boarding process and very prompt in getting people seated/luggage put in to overhead lockers, free tea and coffee was provided which assured that extra comfort, would definitely recommend."
Ulemper: "This has nothing directly with SAS, but since I experienced it during my flight there, they are responsible of it. I was waiting for the flight at the OSLO airport waiting for the flight to LONDON. I had ample time to work on my computer. In the big room by the gate there was only one spot where I found three electrical sockets hanging from a pillar or post. To my dismay none worked. My plug would fall off from each. To document, I took the pictures of the useless sockets... I complained to the lady at the boarding desk (she left before the SAS staff moved in), she did not even care... This experience frustrated me and turned an otherwise pleasant trip into a bitter one. Please install some working sockets in your waiting room! Fordeler: "Efficient processing of passengers onto aircraft."
Fordeler: "On schedule,great crew"
Fordeler: "I'm surprised this is called a budget airline (or am I mistaken?!). Anyway, everything was great. The entertainment options were limited compared to Turkish, Emirates, Lufthansa or Qatar, but enough for a 7 hour flight and then some. Also, I liked that there was a bottle of water on each seat for people to hydrate. Very important, and I haven't seen any other airline do it."
Ulemper: "Nothing stands out really. I'm likely going to fly them again."
Ulemper: "I was really disappointed at finding out at luggage check-in that I had to pay extra (£60.00) for my one regular-size suitcase. On the return flight I was told that this amount would be - as it turned out in my case - less than half, if I called SAS a day before departure. Why did I have to pay for the checked luggage at all?"
Fordeler: "This was a direct Copenhagen to Boston flight run by SAS for Privatair. It was a small aircraft with only 70 total seats. That being said, the seats were comfortable, the service was wonderful, and the flight was smooth."
Ulemper: "Inflight entertainment consisted of an iPad with very limited options. Only one non-alcoholic drink included with dinner, and purchase price of wine was the highest I have ever seen on a flight."
Fordeler: "It was100 % flawless and I recommend the SAS airline to all. The airline staff is great and the food is good."
Ulemper: "As previously stated, I think the airline should do a better job in answering phone calls. If they do answer the phone (1-800-221-2350), they either put you on hold for a whole day or, if you leave your phone no. and name to have them call you back, they never do . I am not the only person who has this experience. It is too bad because if this continues, the airline will loose business and I would hate to see that. However, I still will use KAYAK"
Fordeler: "I have no complaints. Will recommend SAS to all my friend. Thank you."
Ulemper: "I do not like the way they conduct their business from the office never returning phone calls as we are trying to get our questions answered. Would also be nice if the airline would use JFK instead of Liberty in Newark. Thank you."
Ulemper: "flight was delay for 30 mins. then another 30 mins because there are 15 passenger that miss their flight due to delay or there is not enough flight to transport them to Longyearbyen the next day. We are force to wait a total of more then a hour to board them and stuck on plane. And ofcuase when we landed. My SAS go luggage is last to come out because the late arrival passengers luggage all come out ahead. It is a most terrible experience I ever had with a SAS flight. Might as well consider flying norwegian airline!"
Fordeler: "All good with SAS. Not good with me. I forgot to ask for a window seat."
Ulemper: "I makes down for food and entertainment but food could be bought and provided entertainment is not necessary for short flights with such good views of beautiful Norway."
Fordeler: "Nothing"
Ulemper: "Tried THREE hours to get a phone picked up to cancel my flight the day before this scheduled flight. My friends booked with Expedia the exact itinerary and were able to reach a human and we're told that SAS always reimburses for cancellations. I finally emailed vayamas/kayak to cancel and 5 days later received a reply that there was no cancellation refund. Apparently Kayak provides a no communication/no refund policy. My travel companion had the opposite experience with Expedia."
Fordeler: "Setene er behagelige, og selv i SAS Go er det mulig å legge setene lenger ned enn jeg er vant til hos en del andre flyselskaper i samme seteklasse."
Ulemper: "Det er ikke mulig å bestille spesialmåltid samtidig med billettene, man må ringe. Dette virker unødvendig tungvint, spesielt med tanke på at det var ekstra lang ventetid hos kundeservice i den aktuelle perioden. Heldigvis var det mulig å få hjelp via Facebook, men det er visst ikke vanlig."
Fordeler: "This was one of the best airlines we've flown. Great food, plenty of room, friendly stewardesses and good service overall. We will definitely try to book with SAS again."
Ulemper: "Nothing. There was nothing to not like. In fact they fed us too much!"
Fordeler: "Nothing to be honest"
Ulemper: "Checkin was a disaster, girl was not aware of anything she was doing and after over ten minutes of explainatiin she still put me and my bags on a wrong flight. Lady at the boarding gate tried to help and finally managed to send me and my bag in the same flight. Even bigger disappointment was that I booked a business class seat and paid three times more money then a normal economy ticket, there wasn't any business class seat and all seats were occupied in the front rows. Staff was generally rude and not willing to help."
Ulemper: "Forsinkelse Lite utvalg av mat"
Ulemper: "Planes are getting old. Seats are not the most comfortable."
Fordeler: "SAS tilbyr forutsigbart god o tilstrekkelig service i alle avseende."
Ulemper: "Der var alt for litt mat å kjøpe ombord, tok slutt ... unødvendig irriterende på morgenfly."
Fordeler: "Flight attendant was friendly, tea or coffee offer."
Ulemper: "How much really does it cost to offer a juice when the people are travelling at 7 am?"
Ulemper: "I understood I could check one bag. Nope. Checking one bag cost me $67. So much for saving money."
Fordeler: "The cleanliness"
Ulemper: "I Had checked several times to make sure I had 2 bags included ( standard for US-EU flights) and every time. At the airport I had to pay an extra charge for my second bag which made the flight very expensive and just ruined the whole experience for me"
Fordeler: "Checked in easily with the line moving quickly. Boarding was efficient for a full flight. Left on time and arrived early. Luggage beat me to the carousel. Please give Air Canada lessons!"
Fordeler: "New airbus with good entertainment screenset clean"
Ulemper: "Delays on boarding (on departing as well as returning home) Damaged luggage"
Fordeler: "The flight wasn't late and didn't crash."
Ulemper: "I paid for a business class ticket and was jammed in like a sardine no different than economy, then told "you get a lunch for free". Hundreds of dollars more for a $5.00 lunch is NOT why I booked business class!"
Ulemper: "Same as above"
