Funky features and a great games room. Loads to do with a family.
Loved the modern, nautical decor and fun seating areas and games! All in all an incredible experience! Our overall experience was wonderful. There were a couple of minor details that could use checking. The shower drain was slow and the bathroom sink counter was beginning to show signs of rust. Might check into a sealer as we know it's only 4 months old and could tell that the staff was making an effort to keep everything really nice.
Stay here for the location. Right across the street from Pier 39, and walking distance to Ghiradelli Square, shops, and reataurants. $50 + taxes to park per night. The fire pits were not working during our stay, and they were not apologetic for that. That was one of the main reasons why we decided to stay at this hotel.
Rooms are nice but very basic. No mirror other than bathroom and no microwave. Definitely not worth $300+ a night.
Nice location. Having to pay 50 dollars for one night of parking. Absolutely ridiculous. Also, no fridge or microwave. Sleep number bed wasn't working. For $250 a night I definitely expected more.
Such a hip fun hotel
The location (and that's it) The hotel was under major construction which we were not aware of in the slightest prior to booking the room. The room lacked more than a single mirror and there was no door on the closet (this wasn't a huge issue, but in a way it served as the icing on the cake for what was a pretty horrible hotel experience). I'm a Club Carlson member, and after that experience I am in no hurry to book a room at another affiliated hotel.
The Game room made our stay extra fun for our whole family. The beds were firm but very comfortable. Love your fresh decor.
Location is perfect, rooms are clean and well kept. Staff is very friendly. Great place to stay, unique property with special amenities not typically found in hotels.
Nice Clean and modern Could hear guests above us all night walking around. But the biggest downer was that while they advertise poking is available they don't tell you it's $49 a day
Wonderful bed and pillows 1. Under construction. ...need I say more. 2. A new remodeled room had no bathroom counter space w/ a pedestal sink. Only mirror in bathroom.
Room was small but nice. Too expensive & staff loud.
Friendly staff. Nice amenities. Some construction noise at early hours
What a disaster this place was. Facilities look nothing like the photographs. The entire operation was ran out of the basement what a complete disappointment
Clean rooms, nice staff, excellent location. Horrible view. Parking is outrageous.
Staff was fantastic, curtious and always had a smile on their face. Safe, pleasant hotel, within walking distance, two blocks to be exact, from Fisherman's Wharf. Restaurant/Bar closed at 10. It would be nice if at least the bar was kept open until regular adult establishment hours.
Morning coffee, afternoon wine, dine credit elevator slow
The hotel overall was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby was beautiful. Restaurant was delicious. Our room wasn't cleaned very well. There was hair on the walls in the bathroom. A dog biscuit on the floor and the carpets were dingy and needed a deep cleaning. While it was a nice hotel it was very expensive for the accommodations you received.
THat was close to good places no breakfast
Room had very tasteful decor, bed was comfortable, staff friendly and helpful and location perfect for the first three days of a travel vacation.
Great location. The staff was friendly and the dog stayed for free. 55$ parking, the room was kind of old but they are remodeling currently
Loved the location, everything was within walking distance Valet was a little high priced, worth it considering the location
Close to the Harbor missing internet conex.
the position of the hotel, very convienent no
The location directly adjacent to Fisherman's Wharf is excellent. It is convenient to transportation. Within 2 blocks, there are restaurants of varying levels, a grocery store, workout facility and shopping (either souveniers or really high end artwork). My room was on the second floor front and was very bad for street noise. The bed was quite firm, but not in a comfortable way. For TV addicts, there is a limited range of channels. Only tiny safe deposit boxes at the front desk. Day staff very friendly. Night staff more indifferent. Maintenance appears OK. Told them my shower was not draining properly on the first night. It wal fixed when I tried again and stayed that way.
Great location and it was clean. I didn't need anything more. The clock in the room was nearly 1/2 hour slow, so I nearly missed my bus the next morning.
It was very close to the main sights of San Fransisco which made getting around easy. No
#1 reason for booking this motel was free parking. For the price comfortable beds and location was an added plus. no air conditioning....It was raining for two days and the room was still hot at night. (in late October)...Summers would not be comfortable. The lady on the desk was not friendly at all.
Great location, with service oriented staff, great room comfort and size. Great price. Already recommended. The room has no air conditioner, thus the noise from trucks and electric cars early in the mornings is sometimes uncomfortable, specially when you are very tired. Should tried to work on this limitation.
Access to all local amenities

Hotel position Don't have any kind of breakfast, even if it was included in our booking.
