KLM is never consistent with services. Sometimes you get lucky with great comfort and other times you are forced to squeeze in a box for a seat. The food is always subpar and they have become so unfriendly when you need help. But hey, they are always on time and they have good connections.
24 hour delay due to a crew member arriving 1.5 h late. People clapped for this? Obscene. Will never fly delta again. A simple error could have been resolved by holding connecting flights for 15 minutes. But no, not enough passengers to cross the 8-10 person threshold. Lost $800 due to this malfeasance. Never flying delta again.

Even then it took them two days to bring it to us, two precious days off our planned vacation (7 days) At the end of the shortened vacation, we got to the chek in, and told that since the ticket I had purchased form them two months earlier was too cheap ... and since the flight was Over booked, they would take me off the plane if all the passengers would arrive. It's unnecessary to describe what I felt until the plane took off. They apologize constantly, but do nothing practical. a bae company. no me nor my freinds/family will go with KLM"

SAS er i ferd med å bli håpløst utdatert for business reisende, dessverre. Man kaller det Plus og selger det inn som en business class, men det er jo bare tull... Reise fra CPH til Island var med Icelandair, full business og topp service, reise fra Reykjavik til Oslo, med SAS, var et svært gammelt fly, gamle og dårlige seter, fullt av mennesker som sild i tønne og dårlig mat. Mens flyet fra Oslo til Stavanger var nytt, alt var bedre men det burde vært motsatt; lengre distanser, bedre komfort, for fullt betalende passasjerer, men det tenker ikke SAS på. Jeg faser ut SAS fra nå av og vil fly mest mulig med andre selskap ut fra Stavanger, så det blir nok mer KLM fra nå av..

Needless to say, I would have missed the flight from Copenhagen. I realized the issue the day-of, spent hours on the phone trying to book a different flight through the customer services at FlyUs.com (stupid company!), and was finally rebooked by SAS on a different airline. When I called SAS directly, they immediately took care of the situation and handled it well, but I wasted an entire day dealing with FlyUs.com, waiting on confirmation for a flight that I was never going to receive. The whole experience was awful."

Ulemper: "It could have been the perfect trip, but I am not sure why SAS baggage handling is so mediocre. In both the flights from EWR to OSLO and back, every aspect of the trip was super, except for the wait for baggage. In Oslo, I estimate having waited at least a half an hour at the carousel before the bags started showing up, and the same in Newark. We had long cleared Immigration, which normally is not a speedy process, and yet still had to wait at least 20 minutes for the FIRST bag to appear on the carousel. Most annoying, particularly after a relatively long flight, and especially for transfer passengers who needed to recheck their bags to continue to other destinations."

It was frustrating to then have to wait at Oslo airport for another 4 hours before the new connecting flight."
Fordeler: "Flight was on time. Boarding was simple and easy. Staff were excellent in handling the boarding process and very prompt in getting people seated/luggage put in to overhead lockers, free tea and coffee was provided which assured that extra comfort, would definitely recommend."
Ulemper: "Tried to call sas , no phone answered after 730 in Copenhagen, forced to buy my own ticket to leave early am as their incompetent sas transfer desk couldn’t find me a flight in am yet I was able on kayak.com. They refused to pay for it."

We spent the entire time in a panic trying to figure out how else we could get to our destination in time for a wedding. When we finally talked to someone at the counter, he said this was just normal procedure to be able to shuffle seats. This is not normal. I have flown with many airlines, and I cannot imagine it is ever "normal" policy to tell people they have been downgraded to standby until just before the flight. So much anxiety. Also, the flight was delayed, and the crew had no communication about gates or any other information (within their OWN AIRLINE) for those with connecting flights."

An 8.5 hour flight without entertainment made the experience unpleasant."

A really excellent and comfortable experience. No wifi in my section of business class though - would have made it perfect.
Hyggelige og effektive ansatte. Derimot er flyene til og fra Oslo alltid forsinket og i vår tilfelle var det på 25 minutter. I tillegg, er kabinene på enkelte fly delvis utdaterte, smart å sjekke på forhold hva slags fly du skal fly med. Ellers er det er svært bra selskap som jeg anbefaler å bruke.

Ulemper: "Unorganized boarding process and minimal info or announcements regarding delay. Failure to respect SkyPriority status at boarding were disappointing. (Staff allowed it to be a bit pushy and chaotic and people were able to force their way in line, ahead of those who had been waiting in line.) Seats were okay but no recline and underseat storage was small. (Backpack wouldn't fit underseat and had to be stored in overhead.) Passengers crowding from back of plane upon arrival made it hard to deplane and felt rude."

It was not efficient and I felt like a burden asking for help when there was nothing else I could do on my own."

Ulemper: "Flight was late. Boarding very slow. Entertainment was ok by today's standards. Each seat had a display, but movie selection was not great. For a French airline I was looking forward to breakfast -- maybe some nice pastries or at least a decent croissant with jam. None such. It was disappointing. Meals were not impressive either, but the complimentary wine was good."

No announcement and no care for passengers approaching departure time. And to top it all no announcement of any delays. Had to cheat my way through the priority line and run a sprint through security and beyond. Reached the gate to note that there was a delay of 5 minutes.... Grrrr"

Ulemper: "The bag did not arrive. It stayed in Paris even though my first flight was on time. Connecting at CDG was a negative experience. Not enough time and unfriendly staff at the security check."
Plutselig kun 15 minutter med internett! Jeg hadde koblet meg opp før avgang uten å være klar over denne vesentlige endringen, for at nettforbindelsen så ble kuttet mens den fortsatte å telle minutter, for så å få beskjed om at de 15 minuttene var brukt opp, nåe jeg en times tid senere prøvde å koble meg på igjen :(

Ulemper: "Renhold, søppel og mat i setene. Veldig varmt i flyet før avgang og ble sittende en stund før avgang."
Fordeler: "Pilot was good, Dreamliner comfy and the flight was smooth despite some bad weather. But the flight attendants on this airline are terrible. A flight attendant dropped something in a passenger's lap not once, but twice. Seemed annoyed when I asked the for things. Horrible you charge for water, also"
Fordeler: "I got lucky enough to catch a bulkhead seat, because the flight wasn't full. If not for that, the up charges and upsells for seats with no room would've been very uncomfortable."
Ulemper: "The lavatories we're all out of toilet paper and Kleenex for almost the whole flight. The attendants didn't pick up waste through the cabin until the very end of an 11 hour flight, and then only because we asked. The check in process was very slow. They sell everything! NORWEGIAN sucks"

Fordeler: "The outstanding overall impression, quality of the brand new 787, the crew the amount of entertainment , the noise level, the friendliness and professionalism of the crew , the washrooms , the gate access ( even though CDG and the personnel there is an absolute nightmare - screaming agents)"
Ulemper: "The food to order did run out fast ( sandwiches) if you could please consider Cary on a few more going forward. Thank you."
Fordeler: "Supert at den sure passasjeren i midten flyttet seg til kjente annet sted i flyet. Hun var sur fordi jeg hadde plass C som hun ville ha, jeg ba henne flytte seg til sin plass på en høflig måte. Det er en grunn til at jeg reserverer på forhånd."
Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."
Fordeler: "Comfortable seat with adequate legroom, cleanliness, good entertainment choices, affordable fares."
Ulemper: "Complementary water, coffee or tea"

Fordeler: "The flight was ok overall."
Ulemper: "Extra luggage fees!! We were charged for our carry on bags, when we shouldn’t have been. The airline has a bulletin that states that your small suitcase can be up to 10kg plus a handbag/backpack weighing no more than 5kg. Not happy with Norwegian Airlines.."
Fordeler: "Ganske god mat."
Ulemper: "Alt for varierende temperatur ombord. Det gikk fra iskaldt til kjempevarmt flere ganger. To runder iskaldt og to med kjempevarme. Det må vel kunne gjøres noe med?"
Ulemper: "Avgangen var avlåst slik at vi ikke hadde noe sted å sitte ned mens vi ventet på avgang"
Fordeler: "longest wait time, so many crowds, so much chaos"
Fordeler: "brand new plane, simple check in, good food, nice entertainment, comfy seats"
Ulemper: "Truly, I can't think of anything"
Ulemper: "They didn’t let anyone check in online. So there was a huge line of people all trying to check in at one time and caused a problem for other ticket desks in the area. If they just let you check in online like every other airline it would have been more seamless and saved everyone a lot of time."
Ulemper: "We waited 4 hours on the plane, before the 7 hour flight. They couldn’t de- ice us. This was after the first flight was cancelled."
Ulemper: "You must arrange for checked baggage and meals on the website at least a day before the flight, or pay $100 per bag at the airport and be left without food or water . Only saved by buying small snacks and water on board."
Ulemper: "Tiny, tiny seats. Charged 80 euro for a bag that was only 4 kilos over the weight limit. Did not tell me how much that charge would be and there was plenty of space in the overheads for that bag. This is a BUDGET airline and will charge you for anything. Never flying again."

Fordeler: "We paid for an upgrade for our return trip after being uncomfortable in economy. Enjoyed the comforts, made the 8 hour flight relaxing."
Ulemper: "Other than for food service the crew ignored us. The foot rest was to short for my 5’10” frame."
Fordeler: "Nice big comfi plane"

Ulemper: "Både tur og retur var forsinket med 30 og 60 minutter. Lite info som vanlig. Mistet transport videre som vanlig. Godt nyttår"
Fordeler: "The best part was learning that we'll never fly with them again."
Ulemper: "The flight attendants were dismissive. The food service was only offered half way into the flight for extra (not mentioned food wasn't included). They even charged for basics like water. There was no entertainment even though the tickets were supposed to include it...but at least they weren't 2 hours late on the way home causing us to miss the next flight."
Ulemper: "I was denied the vegan meal that I purchased for this flight. Two of the crew members treated me like they believed that I was lying and trying to scam a free meal. His list was inaccurate, but we were in the air and I had no wifi to download my receipt and prove it to him. Two of the crew members tried yolo derby me a glass of water (eventually I got at least that). Then they said they would provide a vegan meal, however what they gave me was vegetarian instead and I am allergic to dairy and grapes/wine so I could not eat it. I was very disappointed to see that Norwegian crew members are not well trained on this distinction. Further, all other beverages and meals were denied to me. I sat through a transatlantic flight with only the food and drink that I happened to bring on board myself. At no point did the crew members apologize or acknowledge that it was their mistake. This will be the first and last trip on Norwegian airlines for myself and my friends/ colleagues."

Ulemper: "They will give you a small cup of water for free if you ask for it but they don't let you know that."

Ulemper: "I had a long flight from LAX-Los to Barcelona and it was very uncomfortable, crew needs to be trained to service passengers. Your airplane was dirty, trash between seats. My husband had bug bites on his feet. I ordered a sandwich from online monitor and received a very different sandwich, when I asked flight attendant he said, the picture its just an illusion. Very unprofessional and misleading information to passengers."

Fordeler: "I picked my seat out nd this time Norwegian kept layout of plane with what I paid for (they rarely do and often change place configuration without compensating for the change)"
Ulemper: "No a/c in airport terminal or plane. People were sweaty and it was disgusting. No announcements at all while waiting in airport to board plane which was delayed over an hour. Instead the staff was literally grabbing customers and pushing them into lines....I wasn't touched but I was watching and it was amazing that they could get away with what they did. Never handed out customs cards which led to excessive delays in customs. The Customs agents were actually bad mouthing the airline for their poor service."
Fordeler: "Kanon bra flyvert.. veldig underholdene"
Fordeler: "I liked the Inflight Entertainment System, the 787 aircraft. The cabin crew were pleasant. I particularly liked the price. Only gave food 1 star because I didn't want to pay $45 for meal service. Really should be able to mark it NA."
Ulemper: "Departed over 90 minutes late. Captain said it was due to late inbound flight although aircraft was at gate at scheduled departure time. We started boarding almost on time and then sat in airplane about 90 minutes."
Fordeler: "Nice clean, new plane"
Ulemper: "Be prepared to bring out your credit card for a crappy cup of coffee, and again for water, toilet paper, and anything else you might need. Then it took a full 50 minutes to get checked luggage at destination (Barcelona). Staff was rude and simply did not care. After paying for seat assignment and checked bag, it is not a bargain airline. This was first and last time on Norwegian."
Fordeler: "God plass, gode seter og hyggelig service."
Ulemper: "Middag var kun 1 av tre alternativer igjen når de kom til nest bakerste seteraden. Dette er litt for dårlig med tanke på premium bilettprisen. De løste det ved å hente mat fra lowfare cabinen og det etter at de hadde servert alle på premium."
Ulemper: "We missed the flight due to last minute cancellation of our originating flight from Rochester NY to Newark with United. The cost of changing our flight through Kayak for the next day was over $750 and the travel insurance I purchased through Kayak may not cover this event. I may never use Kayak again. Here we see the high cost of low price deals."
Fordeler: "The guy at the check in counter in Rome was very nice."
Ulemper: "My flight was just shy of 13 hours. We paid an extra $45. Each for a meal. We were only offered water twice. I would rather pay more for my ticket and have the airline include the necessary human needs such as water and luggage. Norwegian is serious bare bones and makes you pay A LOT extra for things like water."
Fordeler: "Service and overall experience was outstanding."
