She was rude to people sitting in the exit seats, rudely demanding attention while she rushed through the safety guidelines. She then very rudely told me I had to pay for what I was trying to order, even though I was reading it off the menu? She acted as if I was stupid because I don’t speak swedish, but she did not speak the language of our destination, and it was a connecting flight."

Don't remember the web getting a chance when i ordered the tickets to purchase at a lower rate. SAS said, since i bought the tickets through a travel agent, there was nothing they could do. Next time I'll buy tickets directly from SAS."
Fordeler: "Good programming on the tv. Staff was mostly nice. Cabin was updated, but as usual in the "cheap seats" - too small!"
Ulemper: "They canceled our flight and then were unable to rebook us for the same day flying to Chicago. We were told by the SAS rebooking agent that no flights available on ANY flights from ANY carriers at ANY airport in all of Europe. Unless you were the couple at the other end of the counter - they were rebooked just fine. What do we do? SAS agent says, "Not my problem." So we have to stay an extra day. We ask - will you be putting us up in a hotel? Agent told us every hotel was sold out. "What do we do?" SAS agent: "Not my problem"."
Ulemper: "ended up having to put both of our large carry-on items under the seat in front of us while the flight attendants stuffed people's coats and jackets into the overhead"

Ulemper: "When passengers in front of us kept their seats reclined the entire trip, couldn't move, difficult to get in or out of seats. Had to ask flight attendants to ask them to raise seats, at least during meal service. Food was worst of any international flight we've been on and we fly internationally several times a year. Very poor selection of movies and map was not working this flight."
Fordeler: "Smoothest landing I've ever experienced."
Ulemper: "I missed the refreshments, if any were served at all. Granted I was tired and probably dosed off during that part of the flight."

Ulemper: "No food for those in back seats. Checked bag weight too tight given the flight was to and from a cold place requiring more clothes."

Ulemper: "We wanted to check bags and we needed to have our docs checked before we could get a boarding pass for the last leg of the flight. No one was available around the self service kiosks and the line to drop bags or get any service didn't move for 40 minutes. We finally went to the gate. In Copenhagen we had a delay and no one would even talk to us except to say " you are booked in tourist class so I can't help You". They do an excellent job of avoiding any contact with their customers. I fly almost every week for business and have never had this bad of service."

Fordeler: "That the person with whom I would have shared seats, found one with their party - had all the space...by chance ! The people at the counters are nice."
Ulemper: "1) I had an empty bottle and asked for water for multiple medications (as I had sprained my foot) thinking the stewardess had a jug of water. She opened a bottle and poured a fifth . I said I had to take many pills (antiinflamatory are three) plus iron and probiotics I take. She told me, holding the used bottle mostly full, that if I wanted more , I should buy a bottle !!!! And put it away !!! How insensitive and inhuman !!! I didn't know she was going to open a bottle !!!! Very insulting !! 2) When another stewardess passed by offering food, I asked what did we have a right to and she (only then) offered me tea or coffee (which should have been offered first). They I asked, as in all other flights (short South American flights and USA donestic) if she gave crackers or nuts to which she unnecessarily gloated pointing to the curtain that there , in economic plus , they had everything free ...insulting treatment and unnecessary information ...just like in my trip to Nice !! Same attitude ...it's probably horrible training courses. 3) you'd think the men and women that speak over the loud speaker would have bothered to learn English ...it was broken English and even sounded like babble to me...so I just ignored it ! 3) again no instructions for transfer as you come out of the plane. Had to figure it out asking cleaners ..as my flight was at night again. People below seem to coincide in that they complain of rudeness and lack of re-direction."

Ulemper: "Having to purchase alcohol is annoying on transatlantic. At least offer a wine or two."
Ulemper: "Although it was entirely SAS's fault that I missed my connection in CPH, they refused to reroute me on another carrier. They routed me on another SAS flight to ORD, and from there back to BOS. Hence my arrival was delayed from 3.20 PM to 12.130 AM after midnight."
Ulemper: "Out of all the staff on board they did not give me and a few others those blue customs form, so we made a huge line and when we got to the agent he told us we had to go all the way around fill one out and then come back. The attendants new that those were necessary why so many yet not one made sure we got them lousy service. I wish we got a crew that wasnt so insecure and cared more about providing a good service instead of caring so much over their appearance. I rather have good efficient staff what they look like doesnt matter to me."
Fordeler: "The standout moment for me was how the crew treated my son who realized, as the door was closing, that he had forgotten his bag with all his schoolbooks. They were very kind and responsive and helped him find the bag with no fuss and without making him feel bad."
Fordeler: "The free, in-flight movies, the in-fight dinner, and the friendly, multi-lingual staff were GREAT commodities."
Ulemper: "I was in economy/SAS Go class, so it was nearly impossible to get more than one or two hours of sleep on a long flight, (i.e. about eight hours). Maybe they should reserve the seats with extra leg room for those who actually need it, and have the seats recline even further."
Fordeler: "The flight wasn't late and didn't crash."
Ulemper: "I paid for a business class ticket and was jammed in like a sardine no different than economy, then told "you get a lunch for free". Hundreds of dollars more for a $5.00 lunch is NOT why I booked business class!"

Ulemper: "The flight to Fort Lauderdale was delayed more than one hour and no information about landing was provided at Fort Lauderdale Airport."
Ulemper: "I paid for a seat and not given a seat assignment. Then because of that I was almost bumped off the flight. If I had not been traveling in a group I would have been bumped off my flight. In addition no food or drink was offered. Everything had to be paid have ahead of time. Not good at all"

Ulemper: "I was not notified when booking that I had to purchase meals in advance. So I sat there for a 12 hour flight and wasn’t offered so much as a cup of water! Then when I went to purchase outrageously priced snacks only half way through the flight, most selections were sold out. I will never book again."
Fordeler: "Great aircraft Boeing 787 Dreamliner! Rome to LAX at 40,000 feet for 12 hours. Smooth flight."
Ulemper: "Bring your own FOOD and WATER/SODA. Also if you are a big person, the bulkhead seats and seats on the exit rows are narrower than other coach seats due to the folding video screen between seats. If you are a small spindly person, no problem but if you are a big person, the seats are uncomfortable."

Ulemper: "Definitely customer service. Staff needs to know the definition of hospitality and customer service and then apply it with joy and passion for their jobs."

Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."

Ulemper: "We had to stay on the plane because “the stairs were broken”. Once the staircase was replaced, we still had to stay on the plane for another half hour because the bus could only pick up so many people to the terminal. ORY is not a good choice of destination."

Fordeler: "Food was pretty good considering it’s airline food. Featured the headrest flaps for more comfort when you doze off. Decent movie and show choices. I like the way you can order snacks, drinks or even duty free items on the display and have them quickly."
Ulemper: "Not very quick in picking up the trash. Tray tables too low."
Ulemper: "The crew was inattentive. No one checked seat belts or chair positions at takeoff or landing. To the crew, the passengers were non existent . I had cold air blowing on me throughout the trip and asked that the direction of the air be changed. After my request, I never saw the crew member again and I spent a five hour flight with my hair blowing in the wind. The crew enjoyed their own company partying in the “kitchen “ without caring that passengers could hear their conversations at 2:00 in the morning. Again, inattentive and unkind!"

Ulemper: "I tried to add an additional bag online, but server kept freezing up. Decided to check bag at airport. I was charged 80 Euros instead of 35 shown online. I then had to take the small additional box to another counter, because it wasn’t a suitcase???? Staff were very rude, and at best the crew was indifferent. I have flown all over the world on many airlines, and this was by far the worst experience. I will never fly Norwegian again."

Fordeler: "New 787. 9 hr. flight. Seating in Economy. Was one of the best 9 hour flights I have experienced in some time. Only issue not having a better seat. A bit tight. But, for cost of fare it was ok. All else fine. Yes, many comforts cost. But, that is standard for many lower cost airlines. We have been using Norwegian Air for several years now. Already looking to book several long-haul flights w NA. Delays in boarding aircraft seemed to be security. Not NA"
Ulemper: "At times, the cabin staff seemed a bit slow. Otherwise, I have no complaints."
Fordeler: "I didn’t like anything about it! I would had given Norwegian airline a big fat zero if I could."
Ulemper: "The service was horrible, disorganized and rude. This airline is the worst!!! I will never book airline ever again. Once was more than enough."
Fordeler: "After reading other reviews of Norwegian Air, we expected indifferent flight crew, strict carry-on restrictions and low cabin temps. So we came “prepared” for our overnight long haul flight, but it turned out the cabin was fairly warm and the young flight crew from Norway, US, France and Spain were even warmer. They were all merry, super responsive, and went out of their way to offer assistance. Although we hadn’t pre-ordered food, they gave a sandwich to my ten-year-old, and then when they had a few left over, they gave them to us (the parents) and others. They are either a new crop or they’ve gotten re-training since previous poor reviews. Also turned out layered clothing was enough and we wasted carry-on space bringing small blankets, not that they cared very much that we brought a regulation size carry-on plus a slightly-too-large personal item each (never measured), PLUS a paper grocery bag half-filled with snacks. So we went over our limit but there were no issues, and the overhead bins in the Dreamliner were NOT full. Maybe on other planes, or if you’re among the last to board, it might be different. Also, on-board blankets were only $5 to purchase (not “expensive” as we’d previously read.). Seats were certainly tight, but all coach seating is these days, and overall... a great flight experience. ALSO... they have a handicap accessible bathroom on board, and provide crew to push the aisle chair as needed. Awesome."

Ulemper: "Zero complimentary services included with ticket as provided on other airlines I have flown with. Not even water. The flight attendants didn’t even acknowledge the passengers who did not pay for meals. Not once was I asked if I needed anything, not even a menu. Something I appreciate with other airlines. Another problem for me was the temperature in the plane. I was freezing and could not get warm. The airline required that I check my bags (the same bags I carry on with other airlines) so I could not access other layers. It was nice to see on my way out of the plane that all the first class passengers had blankets provide while everyoneone else was freezing. Thanks for even offering, Norwegian air."
