Ulemper: "I, again, didn't like walking down 3 flights of stairs, getting a crowded bus to take us to the plane. We are used to using a jetway to the plane. I realize that European airports are busier than American airports though."

Fordeler: "Although the flight to Frankfurt was delayed for more than an hour they made special arrangements to get on time to the next flight."

Ulemper: "I liked everything except the cookie. It reminded me of the low quality supermarket American cookies, way too sweet and flavorless. They used to give little sandwiches, excellent in quality!!! A cookie is good too, but a better one would do a great difference! It was early morning, who would eat a sugary chocolate chip cookie for breakfast? But otherwise, I would fly with Lufthansa again in a heartbeat!!! Thank you!!!!!!"

Ulemper: "Boarding felt like a disorderly free-for-all with people making two competing lines that had to eventually merge. Designating a clear queue would probably not only speed things up, but would improve passenger happiness. You could literally draw a stripe on the floor for each entrance."

Fordeler: "Even though flight was delayed the crew helped us to be comfortable .. Food was great and service is commendable. Special thanks to frankfurt crew member to guide and help us to catch our connecting flight."

Fordeler: "My flight from Dubrovnik to Munich was pleasant. The chairs were comfortable, I had plenty of room, the snacks were fine, the staff was friendly."

I travel with a musical instrument and some airlines want to check it and some even insist on checking it, even though there is always plenty of room. This was a completely full flight and no one even mentioned the possibility of checking it; they put me in an early boarding line and put it in a closet. The way they handle this for myself and the other passenger with an instrument made our day, as well as making boarding smoother forbus and everyone else. Really excellent job on that!"
Ulemper: "Old televisions with somewhat limited entertainment options. Im tall and every seat in coach is too small for me, but thats the case on every flight ive been on."

Fordeler: "The customer service representative was able to get me on a flight that departed earlier due to its 2 hour delay."

Ulemper: "United Economy is very tight and uncomfortable. Flight was delayed and no one said why until I overheard a crew member say it was going to be 15 min for paperwork. Snacks were scant. Boarding was chaotic, but it was a pretty packed flight. Not enough seats in the board in area for a plane that big. Screen for movies was far away or small and not individualized like most planes."

Ulemper: "There was no entertainment service on the flught"

Ulemper: "On the way to Amsterdam from Chicago Seat 27C, the entertainment consul was completely broken. NO VIDEO NO MUSIC."

Fordeler: "Everything worked without drama or misstep."
Ulemper: "The bus from the terminal to the plane was odd, but worked out fine in the end."

Fordeler: "Everything else was fine."
Ulemper: "I had paid for comfort seats ($140) extra. When I checked in at gate I was given another seat assignment (without explanation). It turned out to not be comfort seat, in fact it was the last row in the airplane. Had to get eh gate agent back, which was not fast. She said flight was full and a family had been spread out. I understand, but you can't just bump me from a paid and selected seat to a standard seat, especially on transatlantic flight after paying $140 extra. There was no apology. She went back to gate and little while later came back with a comfort seat. Some people seem not to have shown up as the seat next to me stayed open as well. It was very poorly handled."

Ulemper: "it was NOT a lufthansa flight, which is what i was expecting and wanted. it was a united flight . i wanted to fly lufthansa because it is a higher quality experience than united, but for some reason after i bought the ticket i learned that united was operating the flight for lufthansa"

Fordeler: "The breakfast, one piece of poundcake, that was the only highlight, and one decent size bathroom."
Ulemper: "Boarding was unorganized, nobody knew what was going on, but the biggest disappointment is there were no movies there are no video screens on the entire plane so unless you bring your own device and have pre-downloaded Air Canada app there are no entertainment options at all! Who ever heard of a transatlantic flight that didn't have a movie? Make sure you download the app so you can at least watch the movies on your tiny screen."

Ulemper: "You give no room for passengers to sit comfortably. We are crammed in the airplane like sardines in a can. No legroom, small seats, etc."

Fordeler: "Crew was ok, food and drinks was enough for 1,30 hour flight."

Fordeler: "Crew allowed me to change seats to get two empty seats by the window that were available."

Ulemper: "The economy seats seem to be narrower than they are on other airlines."

Ulemper: "Passengers should be notified of the process of changing airplanes at Vienna. What a nightmare. We were scheduled for 50 minutes between flights. Not really enough. If we were aware of what was required it may have helped, however the distance we had to walk was rather extreme."

Ulemper: "Austrian airlines did not even notified us about cancellation."

Fordeler: "Both the Lufthansa crew and the well thought out layout of Frankfurt International made it a lot more comfortable to travel."

Fordeler: "Check in at gate easy and boarding on time. Equipment seemed modern and in good condition. No food or entertainment on short flight to rate."

Ulemper: "Boarding process was not easy to hear and it was unclear where the line for our gate ended and the line for the gate right next to ours began"

Ulemper: "The flight had delay more than 45 minutes I lost my bus connection"

Ulemper: "Lufthansa’s/Austrian Airlines’s idea of a ‘snack’ is a pathetic little bag of sugar and chemicals that no one should have to be offered, even if it comes for free. Hugely disappointed. Flight attendants not attentive enough, and it took forever for the flight attendant to come after I’ve pressed the call button. Overall impression: meh! First time flying Austrian, but next time I’ll probably book with their competitors if prices are similar."

Ulemper: "No one available nor willing to help with checking process. Told to just try the checking machines."

Fordeler: "Austrian Airlines does it right— service, food, cleanliness. This was a really terrific experience. They even boarded efficiently, having those with seats in the back board first."
Ulemper: "This was a great flying experience."

Ulemper: "The business class was not really business class, I guess a 3 hour Business Class flight doesn’t have a seating configuration t Like the new A321. With all said Austrian Air is on the top of its field,"

Ulemper: "Changing planes on Vienna was not easy so 1-hour layover was barely enough (required running)"

Ulemper: "Check-in lady rude. Bag of salt crackers on plane. Flight crew not helpful."

Ulemper: "Not enough room for overhead bags. Had to put mine in the front of the plane while I sat at the back of the plane. What I really didn't like is that I called Kayak to include my Global Entry number on my boarding pass. They said it would be there and when I printed it, it wasn't. So coming back into the states and thru customs took waaay longer than it should have with those chaotic and ridiculously long lines. I didn't bring my Global Pass card with me and will from now on!"

Fordeler: "Overall reasonable flight. Nothing to write home about"
Ulemper: "Breakfast was what I imagine prison food must be like. Rest of meals were fine"

Ulemper: "Crew wasn't very helpful and didn't ensure my stroller was delivered at the aircraft exit Had trouble closing my suitcase into the overhead compartment and called for assistance, to which i got reprimanded for opening it in the first place Requested coffee because i couldn't get it myself, being with a sleeping toddler, to which i got a horrible answer: the flight attendant told me i had to get it myself in the kitchenette"

Ulemper: "Although AU blamed late arrival of the plane from Russia, fact is that the plane was at least one hour at the dock before boarding and the AU team was just extremely slow to get boarding done. We were all invited 45 minutes before boarding to board, when apologies were already offered for the slight delay, which turned into 1.5 hour overall. Worst is the lack of communication during the 45 minute wait, for which I have little understanding seeing many older people clearly suffering."

Fordeler: "Was on partner airline Austrian Air. Very good service."
Ulemper: "At Vienna gate G31 it was difficult to hear announcements."

Fordeler: "surprisingly tasty meal, smooth and on time flight"
Ulemper: "boarding in Vienna a bit chaotic , mostly caused by requirement to register passport for transatlantic flights"

Fordeler: "just excellent!!!"

Ulemper: "Flight was delayed an hour after boarding to wait for passengers from another flight. I understand waiting 10-15 mins but one hour was way too long."

Fordeler: "The B-767 is far superior to the B-777 in comfort; it is not so horribly crowded."
Ulemper: "Austrian check-in at VIE was a disaster. None of the machines could read my passport; and when you entered the data by alternative methods it STILL required a machine to read the passport--which it exactly what they were unable to do. Thus, it was a circular Catch 22. I went through six different lady agents working my way through the system, until they finally took my bag and let me go. They themselves said it was new to them and they did not fully grasp how it worked and they did not know why it did not accept me. SOFTWARE PEOPLE BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD."

Ulemper: "Plane rescheduled, left 55 minutes later than anticipated. I was already preparing for having my luggage lost."

Fordeler: "The overall flight wads excellent."
Ulemper: "Boarding on the return flight was poorly handled as there was no organized boarding."

Fordeler: "Alt gikk smertefritt og maten var veldig god! Ble møtt med meget god service."

Fordeler: "The flight attendants were very friendly and spoke English well. Loved the food and the service"

Fordeler: "Fast and short flight between Vienna and Warsaw. Not much good or bad."
Ulemper: "Shuttle bus from the terminal took awhile to leave to the plane. No air conditioning to the shuttle. Very hot. Was uncomfortable."

Fordeler: "The flight was smooth and the staff was great."

Fordeler: "Clean aircraft, very nice crew, nice airport (Vienna). Always enjoy the flights when I'm heading towards home...."

Ulemper: "It was advertised as Austrian Airlines but when the details came through afterwards only then did it state that it was a United Airlines flight. So, I can't rate this flight because it had nothing to do with Austrian Airlines. You need to update your site so that it clearly states "Operated by..." when people are booking."

Fordeler: "Very pleased with KLM - efficiency all round and especially the baggage handling at Schipol swhere I had 20 minutes to transfer and my baggage came back with me to the UK which is no mean feat given the hustle and bustle of such a large airport"

Ulemper: "At the check in they made me pay 50€ for my luggage. This is really upsetting because from Houston to Venice they didn't make me pay. Either the website wasn't transparent or the lady at the desk made a mistake. Very upsetting, one luggage should be included."

Furthermore, the entertainment on board is great! Nice movies, nice food, friendly flight attendants, etc. They even offered me a second sandwich =)! I truly loved my experience with KLM."

Ulemper: "Flight from Amsterdam was 2 hours late. Caused me to miss connection on train from London to Leeds which then cost me 124 pounds to rebook. No information was forthcoming at all at the airport and there were 3 different departure times given. Absolute chaos. The airline is a joke"

Ulemper: "It was really unclear which desk to use at Birmingham airport to check in. It was extremely stressful for a first time flier as I had no idea what to do - the desk location wasn't marked clearly and when no staff were there it wasn't clear that the desk was open."

Fordeler: "The crew were really helpful since I am a short person in putting my luggage away in the overhead compartment and attentive to everyone's needs. I am a fussy eater and don't really like airplane food but the food was actually really nice. We was given plenty of snacks and drinks in between meals as well. There was plenty of programmes to choose from to keep me entertained."

Within a few hours (and thanks to airline assistance) we were able to locate the suitcase. Even then it took them two days to bring it to us, two precious days off our planned vacation (7 days) At the end of the shortened vacation, we got to the chek in, and told that since the ticket I had purchased form them two months earlier was too cheap ... and since the flight was Over booked, they would take me off the plane if all the passengers would arrive. It's unnecessary to describe what I felt until the plane took off. They apologize constantly, but do nothing practical. a bae company. no me nor my freinds/family will go with KLM"

Fordeler: "Seat space was good for a short flight, inclusive of free snack and drink."
Ulemper: "Too much overoverhead luggage."

Fordeler: "Alt gikk greit så totalt sett fornøyd, dro før tiden og landet før så da fikk vi bedre tid i Amsterdam før neste avgang. Hyggelig besetning."
Ulemper: "Helt grei mat men ikke noe mer enn det."

Ulemper: "hadde sete 3C rett bak economy plus der satt det bare 2-3 mennesker men jeg fikk ikke lov å bruke toallette fremme på tross av at der var serveringsvogn som blokkerte midtgangen, helt uforståelig!"

Ulemper: "The plan was old and dirty, old magazines and gum wrappers in my seat, stained carpet.The ride was quite bumpy."

Fordeler: "Jet was a CRJ900 and was very comfortable. Had to check baggage before entering plane but worked out well and helped with the boarding."

Ulemper: "We were economy so no food was provided, as expected so cannot rate. No entertainment was offered either."

Fordeler: "The crew were fine and the boarding was efficient."
Ulemper: "The TVs were really old - my husband’s broke and mine couldn’t actually play movies due to it not registering fingerprints. The pocket in front of me was also ripped open spilling those annoying in flights magazines and the airplane smelled like the lavatory which was 6 rows up... just broken down and not well maintained. It was only a 9.5 hour flight but I expected better from SAS."

Fordeler: "I liked that it was available for me to return to Amsterdam in such late notice. Got there quickly and even earlier (10 mins) then expected."
Ulemper: "No on offered me anything to drink or a snack the entire flight or even a hand towel but others in front and behind me were receiving them. I didnt even feel acknowledged during the flight. Even though the tine was good, the price was way too high but since I was desperate I paid it."

Fordeler: "Flight attendants"
Ulemper: "Hottest I have ever been in a plane (we were in 40G and H) and I “run cold”. We were sweating and drinking water like crazy (they gave us one bottle and did not routinely walk the aisles handing out more). Luckily we brought our own water. Early June and headed to Scandinavia, not someplace hot. Seats were hard and I put my unused blankets under me."

Fordeler: "Liked the ticket price, the service, the food and the onboard free movies, free water bottle, free ear plugs."
Ulemper: "Nothing--it was a good flight - on-time and with little turbulence."

Fordeler: "Boarding was smooth, luggage came out quickly."
Ulemper: "No entertainment, only coffee and tea served."

Ulemper: "Check-in was a disaster. Took almost one hour for a trainee to check us in. Printed 8 bag tickets (for 2 bags) and after we complained was told there was no line at immigration, so should be okay. Guess having a 3 year old wasn’t enough for us to get any compassion or expedited service. At gate. No early boarding for children."

Fordeler: "The crew is great. Did everything within their abilities to be comfortable"
Ulemper: "The cabin was too warm for the duration of the flight. The movie content wasn't that great. Also, the headphone jack on my seat was temperamental and I lost sound quite a bit. I wish they had more vegetables in their dish"

Fordeler: "The comfort and technology on the aircraft."
Ulemper: "NA"

Fordeler: "Jal is the best airline"
Ulemper: "The movies and tv shows could be different for inbound and outbound flies, or at least change them more often"

Ulemper: "I had requested an aisle seat and on both flights to and from Stockholm and Chicago had to sit on the very last row in the middle seat between 2 people who seemed to exceed the "weight allowance" that seem so important now when you flight unless you spend a lot a money on the ticket and it then becomes irrelevant !!"

Fordeler: "I liked that boarding and take off went smoothly. The cabin crew was extremely nice and always was there when you need something!"
Ulemper: "There was no snack served."

Fordeler: "Crew were pleasant."
Ulemper: "'Fluctuating' baggage fees, no free snacks on a four hour flight, no in-flight entertainment, no wifi, 30 minutes late without updates on monitor due to previous delay."

Fordeler: "No entertainment. Food not part of basic deal. But was both no problem for me because it was a short flight. On both points I rather would say: N/A"
Ulemper: "Chairs were narrow and not so comfy."

Fordeler: "The flight attendants were pleasant. We received pillows and blankets and a bottle of water upon boarding. Dinner and a snack was served. The seats are comfortable."
Ulemper: "The snack was some kind of pickled vegetable strudel. I wish I could have had a choice of something else. I didn't like that for the whole we were only offered one complementary soft drink."

Ulemper: "gate change at the last minute across whole airport, and I am in a wheelchair so it was very challenging. people at airport not accommodating, kind or friendly"

Fordeler: "I liked that we landed."
Ulemper: "Why can't SAS ever be on time? The last 4-5 flights I've been on have connected me either too late or just barely in time for connecting flights. Please be more like Swiss."

Ulemper: "The agent at the gate misled me into thinking there would be no fee associated with a checked bag. When it turned out there was, I was told it was too late."

Fordeler: "Setene er behagelige, og selv i SAS Go er det mulig å legge setene lenger ned enn jeg er vant til hos en del andre flyselskaper i samme seteklasse."
Ulemper: "Det er ikke mulig å bestille spesialmåltid samtidig med billettene, man må ringe. Dette virker unødvendig tungvint, spesielt med tanke på at det var ekstra lang ventetid hos kundeservice i den aktuelle perioden. Heldigvis var det mulig å få hjelp via Facebook, men det er visst ikke vanlig."

Fordeler: "Ok friendly"

Ulemper: "Multiple maintenance delays and groundcrew forgot to load some bags so there was an even further delay. Flight was cramped too."

Fordeler: "Everything was on time!"

Fordeler: "Friendly crew. First meal was good."
Ulemper: "Small movie selection. Second meal/snack not great. Older plane (still had ashtrays in arm rests)."

Ulemper: "Discovered that I would have to pay 70 euro for my bag check-in. Not fun at all."

Ulemper: "Part of our luggage was disassembled and not delivered to the final destination."

Ulemper: "Not mentioned that in Munich I had to change terminal and pass again on security check. If I would have bought some bottles in Vilnius or Riga duty free, I would have had problems"

Ulemper: "no food or water in economy - for a 5 hour flight."

Fordeler: "everything was good enough"
Ulemper: "I would like a meal and drinks on the board"

Fordeler: "Simple no frills airline"

Fordeler: "Yes"
Ulemper: "Trips"

Fordeler: "Crew were efficient and friendly."
Ulemper: "Coffee creamer sachets are insufficient in quantity for the coffee. Even with two sachets the coffee was still nearly black. The flight was full and the cost of checked in luggage ensured everyone used their carry on allowance. As a consequence, overhead bins were full. I left one bag at the front of the plane and had another at my feet. However, it was a short flight, so not too unbearable."

Ulemper: "Flight was late"

Ulemper: "When I got to the check-in desk, I was told to get out of line and check in online. It wasn't a big deal, but it would have been good to know that it was necessary to do this so I didn't wait in line for a long time."

Fordeler: "My checked in bag did not arrive to HEL... Nedless to say I did check the bag tag was properly labeled RIX to HEL... oh well ... bad score for Baltic Air ... truly hope to see my bag in CGK when I arrived. Qatar airways pls come to the rescue."

Fordeler: "staff were polite, helpful, and efficient"
Ulemper: "super small plane... had to climb a very narrow staircase into the plane... overhead bins couldn't accommodate much of anything... we weren't warned this in advance"

Fordeler: "Nothing."
Ulemper: "Abigail in MLA (Luqa Intl Malta), one of the sassiest and unhelpful agents I have met. Ask for payment for baggage, does something with my credit card- then tells me I need to go to another desk to pay. So inefficient. This on top of her and her gate buddy screwing around at the desk throwing things at each other. Professionalism is not here. To top it off, the plane sat on the tarmac for 40 minutes and we just about missed our connection. Dirty plane too, gum stains on carpet and dirty seats. Will not fly with these clowns again."

Fordeler: "Flight was short and sweet, no problems to report."

Fordeler: "Easy for my friend and I"

Ulemper: "Charging 30 Euros to check in at the airport is lunacy."

Ulemper: "They overbooked the flight and without any apologies on their behalf or without even informing me, they stop me and my fiance at the gate and just told is that we can not go to the flight I book and prepay 4 month at advance! The only solution that they can offer me was to travel from Riga to Moscow and than to Tel Aviv. It become 12 hours traveling across 4 countries ( we arrived form Stockholm) instead of 5 hours flight as it was supposed to! I'm not recommending to travel with that company it can not be trusted!"

Ulemper: "This is an airline that has perfected the art of nickle-and-diming customers. One example: I asked for a glass of water. The smug flight attendant told me, “We only sell bottled water,” with a look that dared me to complain."

Ulemper: "An extra fee is charged if you don't check-in online."

Fordeler: "We arrived safely. Bilingual staff."
Ulemper: "The seats are worn and creek with every movement. There is very limited leg room even for someone who is short. When the person in front of you leans back it is impossible to reach your hand baggage or do anything but lay back in your seat. The landing was safe but not at all comfortable."

Fordeler: "The helpful ground person at check-in."
Ulemper: "This airline company looks a like person who is begging for money. First time in my life I paid for the luggage. 40 Euros!!! what for? Apparently Air Baltic has no clue about how to run a service business. Somebody has to teach them this naked reality: IN SERVICE BUSINESS YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE YOUR MAJOR MARKETING ASSETS! They don't even serve a glass of water, apparently they could not manage to integrate it in the ticket price. But they dare to get thirsty and unhappy customers on the plane. Anyways: This airline company is charging extra for luggage. And I could not see this anywhere when I was buying ticket online. If I knew I'd never buy the ticket from Airbaltic. "Not writing it clearly and visible at the time of ticket purchase" is certainly tricking and misleading us. This is a crime!"

Fordeler: "Boarding went well and crew was nice."
Ulemper: "The air conditioning was not working properly on the 3 hour flight which made it a bit sweaty and unfortable. The purchase of a cold beer was a must."

Fordeler: "Everything was very smooth and the crew was very attentive."

Fordeler: "It got me from point A to point B."
Ulemper: "Seat was uncomfortable and next to an odorous toilet."

Fordeler: "Great airline with good airplanes and friendly staff. I was able to board the plane using my iPhone (e-ticket) from Copenhagen to Riga to Moscow."

Ulemper: "My flight was delayed, and I missed my connecting flight. Next flight was 8 hours later. They did put me on this flight but didn't give any assistance to help me with another connecting flight because it was a different company. Voucher for a cup of coffee didn't cover all the troubles I had to go through."

Ulemper: "Who charges for coffee, jeez"

Fordeler: "They did provide a 6 euro food voucher once it was clear the flight was going to be over 2 hours late. The flight and land crew did their best to keep everyone calm under bad circumstances."
Ulemper: "Flight was just under 3 hours late (long enough to kill most of the day, but just under what is needed to pay compensation). First they said it was problems in Amsterdam, then problems with the plane, then traffic in Amsterdam. It was hard to tell what was true and what was avoiding penalties (it is possible that equipment issues caused them to lose their spot, and get caught in traffic delays). I hate that they charge 2.5 euros for water on the flight. Their carryon rules only allow us to take the smallest of bags (smaller than other airlines) but when I got on the plane, lots of people had medium sized carryons."

Fordeler: "It's very inexpensive, especially if you fly with only with a carry-on luggage. On-board service has always been excellent."
Ulemper: "The check-in process is horrible, regardless of the airport you are flying from. It's just the trademark of Air Baltic. I learned my lesson and pay extra to use the priority check in line, as well as boarding. Otherwise you end up staying in a VERY long line. This time I was bumped from the seat that I picked when booking my flight, which was still assigned to me when I checked in online. No explanation or heads-up, I was just handed a paper boarding pass when I checked my bag, and only after I was past security line I realized that I was bumped from row 4 to row 10. I was able to get a seat in row 4 again at the gate, but not the same seat. Also, there was no priority boarding, even though I paid for it. Given this experience I will only fly this airline if I can get away with a carry on, thus avoiding the check in desk altogether."

Fordeler: "Flight was on time which was surprising given a late snow storm in Tallinn."
Ulemper: "The flight was fully booked, and the system re-assigned seats for a number of passengers. This created confusion as passengers arrived to their assigned seats to find other passengers in the seats. There also appeared to be a miscommunication between the crew as some crew members said to passengers whose seats were taken they should sit anywhere, whereas other crew members tried to get everyone back in their assigned seats. This was frustrating. Also the overhead bin lockers are very difficult to open"

Fordeler: "Moved up to First class section."
Ulemper: "No refreshments"

Fordeler: "Friendly crew, tons of meal options, good price."
Ulemper: "Checked in luggage is only 20kg, there's no entertainment in flight."

Fordeler: "Things moved along fairly well, especially once I was in Riga. The hour layover stressed me out because I wasn't sure if I'd make it to my connection in time, but the airport was not crowded so I managed to get through passport control fairly quickly and made my flight."
Ulemper: "Flight left a late, which was stressful with an hour layover in Riga where I had to go through passport control. Was very stressed, but made it with ten minutes to spare before my connection boarded because the airport happened to be not crowded."

Fordeler: "The flights were on time, and the Riga airport was efficient."
Ulemper: "The planes seemed very old and rickety. One was an old propeller plane that looked like it had a large patch. The second plane was so old that It was very difficult to open the overhead storage compartments. Both planes rocked side to side during takeoff and landing. I couldn't figure out how to check baggage online through Kayak, and it cost €40 at the airport. It got me where I needs to go, but with the baggage fees, it turned out to be about the same price as other airlines, and I wouldn't recommend the planes for people with any flying anxiety."

Fordeler: "Very efficient, quick"

Ulemper: "After barely making too tight a connection, all food and beverage needed Euros or European credit card. My Visa wouldn't work. Finally after I broke down (blood sugar way too high) the stewardess gave me a glass of water. Never will I use the money grubbing airline again"

Fordeler: "Smooth flight"

Fordeler: "All good"

Fordeler: "Boarding, comfort"
Ulemper: "SAS didn't let me check in my flight to final distinction, so I had a problem."
