On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

Fordeler: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Ulemper: "The plane was dirty, all seats did not have pillows and blankets. Seating was not very comfortable, particularly as there was a box attached to one of the legs of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to move my legs to an uncomfortable angle."

Thats not a good service for a long trip fligt: washington-copenhagen and back. All other Airlines i have been with gives you a choice to choose between 2 different meals, buT SAS they decide for you ! And i have never seen any airline serve pork/ ham because of different believes people have, but SAS service you pork on an international 8 hours flight ! This is first time and last time I’m gonna fly with SAS. I always fly with KLM , perfect in everything and anyway. NO MORE SAS FOR ME !"
Fordeler: "We were in an empty Plus cabin at front. Coming from Miami, the hot towel service would have been nice. I blinked and missed the service. They will quickly skip you if they can. Food weird. Salmon in a box with no bread or rice or anything and a strange savory muffin. Ate neither. No entertainment."

Fordeler: "Every one from the check-in counter to the baggage claim was gracious, courteous and very interested in my well-being. It was quite a lovely experience.."

Fordeler: "The crew was nice, the plane was large and had many bathrooms. The seats were comfortable enough and there was a good selection of movies to watch."
Ulemper: "The boarding process was completely disorganized and hectic. The woman making the announcements on the plane was extremely soft spoken and the PA system was static-y so I could neither hear nor understand any of the announcements. The refrigeration system for the food also broke down on the plane so we weren't fed our second meal. Instead, they chose the cheapest and most unappealing snack of plain almonds to give us. Despite confirming our luggage situation with us at the first airport repeatedly (because of our connecting flight) SAS still temporarily lost our baggage when we arrived at our final destination and caused us to stay an additional hour at the airport after already having spent an exhausting day travelling."
Fordeler: "I had read several horrible reviews after I booked my flight but I was pleasantly surprised. The check in and boarding were smooth and had no issues. The seats, though not overly large, we're comfortable and not tight. The food was good and service was fast and efficient. Overall a good experience."

Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."

Ulemper: "When you pay over 500 per ticket and don’t even get a glass of soda water or a bag of pretzels, I find it disgraceful. I will never fly Norwegian again and I will urge my friends and family notnto."
Fordeler: "When I flew premium on the long haul trip back to FLL the service was better. But probably because I was in premium."
Ulemper: "How about making the airport security for Norway and Norwegian airlines be more consistent. My carry on bag was approved on the flight over at both stops and again from Tromso to Oslo. That plane was smaller. But all of a sudden when we go on the 787 Dreamliner my backpack is too tall? Cost me $65."

Fordeler: "Flight was good. Seats were comfy and spacious on this flight. Food wasn’t included on the flight as I didn’t upgrade my tickets but I rather pay for the food then pay more for the ticket. Overall I had a great first experience flying Norwegian."

Fordeler: "The plane was amazing. It had all of the great things you'd expect from a new plane (e.g. entertainment, bigger windows, device to control everything, etc.)."
Ulemper: "You had to pay for water for an 8 hour flight. Complimentary water should be an automatic. It's weird to have the staff go by and not even acknowledge your existence unless you pre-ordered the mediocre meal offered on the flight."
Fordeler: "We arrived in destination airport intact."
Ulemper: "Airplane was in awful state of disrepair. Literally nothing worked. Starting with overhead compartments that got jarred loose to the non-functional entertainment system to the reading lights, which didn't work (and to make matters worse they turned lights off). They didn't even try to hide that they don't care - some of the seats were off color! Clearly recycled from some aircraft junkyard!"

Ulemper: "My biggest concern was the service onboard. We experienced a flight with the systems for orders for snacks and drinks etc. down. We waited almost 2 hours to receive a bottle of water and headphones, as the system made it look like the items were delivered when they were not. The staff was clearly confused and stressed, and we had to call for attention 2 times to talk to someone who looked at our order and told us the system wasn't working. Two hours after the order we got our merchandise, still charged at full price."
Ulemper: "If the crew could have made sure at boarding that passengers uses the right doors to enter the aircraft , that could have avoided passengers walking over each other"
Ulemper: "The flight was quick, wasn't delayed. But for anything one had to pay for. A sip of water, headsets or blankets."

Ulemper: "Everything had to be paid for. A sip of water, a snack, they do not provide meals like every other transatlantic flight. The flight was delayed 3 hours and hopefully my connection wasn't also delayed. Very uncomfortable seats and also had to pay for blankets."

Ulemper: "Be prepared to bring out your credit card for a crappy cup of coffee, and again for water, toilet paper, and anything else you might need. Then it took a full 50 minutes to get checked luggage at destination (Barcelona). Staff was rude and simply did not care. After paying for seat assignment and checked bag, it is not a bargain airline. This was first and last time on Norwegian."

Ulemper: "Middag var kun 1 av tre alternativer igjen når de kom til nest bakerste seteraden. Dette er litt for dårlig med tanke på premium bilettprisen. De løste det ved å hente mat fra lowfare cabinen og det etter at de hadde servert alle på premium."

Fordeler: "Friendly crew, good movie options. Good wine available (for $10). Base price very fair."
Ulemper: "Seat was way too cramped for a 10 hour flight (I'm average 5'11"). Hot snack offerings disappointing and expensive. 5+ hour delay, after poorly organized boarding. I would fly with Norwegian again but only in premium seats."
Ulemper: "Giving out water should be free!"
Fordeler: "Fact that I eventually made it home a day later"
Ulemper: "The airline company and if I can avoid it in the future, I will not take this airline again!"
Fordeler: "That I had space in the overhead compartment for my carry-on despite the fact that the flight was completely full with seats all filled up. That the flight crew did not bother me as I slept."
Ulemper: "That the flight kept getting delayed. My friends and I could not go to our gate until closer to midnight because they had not announced the gate number until around that time. Then, when we boarded, it was packed full of people and we did not leave until after 1:00am, when it was scheduled to leave at 12:30am."
