Fordeler: Efficient boarding and disembarking.
Ulemper: Shocked that I need to produce my own printed boarding cards (I don't travel with a printer), or I must produce it on a smartphone. Neither available - I showed my confirmation of check-in on my email and the agent printed my boarding cards. Your idea of asking 32 Euro for a boarding card is &^%(*
Ulemper: When I got to the check-in desk, I was told to get out of line and check in online. It wasn't a big deal, but it would have been good to know that it was necessary to do this so I didn't wait in line for a long time.
Fordeler: Food offered on flight even though short trip
Ulemper: Was delayed so being on time
Ulemper: The passage through Riga airport was terrifying. We arrived from St. Petersburg 6.35 and we left 7.20 to Paris (passengers in transit). We explained at the checkpoint that we had a few minutes, but they controlled us several times until we had to throw several liquid items. In St. Petersburg they had already controlled us, without problems. In short: a sad experience in Riga, which does not speak well of this country: Latvia.
Fordeler: As expected for a budget flight.
Ulemper: I feel that water should be offered free of charge to all passengers, particularly for a 12 hour flight.
Fordeler: Plane condition was decent.
Ulemper: Not particularly clean. Completely ignored all boarding procedure. Poor IFE options. Very cramped seats. Rip-off luggage fee structure.
Ulemper: Directions for check-in and bag allowances clear ahead of boarding, clear communication upon boarding & exit. I was repeatedly provided incorrect & conflicting information.
Ulemper: Not worth what you think you might save on air fare. They really seemed interested only in trying collect every possible fee they could. Instead of weighing carry on at check-in, they wait until the boarding process.
Fordeler: The seat was ok, I paid $ 115 per Trip ( total of $ 230) just to sit at the emergency exit to have some leg room and then I am sitting next to the bathroom and people stepping on my feet because they tend to hang out around the bathroom.
Ulemper: The flight attendant not wearing perfume. Food was very poor to say the least.
Fordeler: Seat more comfortable than most economy seats with other airlines. Smiling, attentive cabin attendants. Good food. Easy to get to next flight. Seems a bit more spacious than other airlines.
Ulemper: Free Wifi.
Fordeler: Smooth transfer from Terminal 3 to the International Terminal. Great airport. Easy boarding, friendly crew and very smooth flight.
Ulemper: I was very happy with my flight experience with Swiss.
Ulemper: The seat bottom was very uncomfortable and made my bum sore the rest of the day.
Ulemper: Flight was delayed and missed 2nd flight due to delay
Fordeler: Professional and courteous crew
Ulemper: Nothing, was a pleasant flight
Ulemper: The flight was cancelled without explanation
Fordeler: Food was good and entertainment system was full of plenty of options to help pass the time
Ulemper: Seat got hard and so little leg room.
Fordeler: Crew pleasant, operations efficient.
Ulemper: Main course - chicken and potatoes with tomato sauce- was not very interesting, or very Scandinavian.
Ulemper: Plane was changed to a different plane and caused lots of confusion. Boarding process was chaos, loaded all passengers in a room too small with many standing and getting too hot.
Fordeler: Free wifi was great!
Fordeler: They were organized
Ulemper: Being told you have to pay for every meal prior to the flight and you don’t even get complimentary water, earphones or anything.... for an over 8 hr flight it was very un accommodating.
Ulemper: The boarding process could be better organized. There is just one large line and it’s like a free for all. There are zones on the tickets but they didn’t board by the zones
Fordeler: Pilot was good, Dreamliner comfy and the flight was smooth despite some bad weather. But the flight attendants on this airline are terrible. A flight attendant dropped something in a passenger's lap not once, but twice. Seemed annoyed when I asked the for things. Horrible you charge for water, also
Ulemper: The airline overbooked the premium cabin, but did not alert us until we were at the gate. 15 people were involuntarily shifted to economy, with a promise for future compensation. The service was average. The seats are extremely small and uncomfortable. I will not fly Norwegian Air again.
