Ulemper: "Business class seats not very long if you are tall. Western meal option is not really very western. Crew is a little too efficient- got woken up 90 minutes before landing to clear the mattresses. Lots of announcements- a bit too much. On time, and quick to respond to requests. Sake was good as was the ramen."

The airline required documentation from my fathers doc which I provided. He was not going anywhere for at least a year (radiation and chemo) and the denied even credit.I was able to get my parents tickets refunded by a different airline. NEVER Again. my father passed 8/12/2018. Our trip was scheduled for 9/13/2018. Very disappointing.see"

Ulemper: "Everything. Singapore Airlines had a great reputation. Imagine my disappointment. It was a horrible flight. The crew was nice enough, but inattentive. The food, if such a term may be applied here, was inedible. Just vile. In flight entertainment was a complete joke. Boarding was awful, but it always is. Seats were extremely uncomfortable. This racket is the ultimate way to rip somebody off of $1000. Horrible."

Ulemper: "The seats can be laid bag pretty far and the people in front of me decided to recline for a majority of the 10 hour flight. I wish the chairs either didn't do this or the flight attendants would have said something. I didn't feel like I had the authority to do anything about it. Also it was so warm! I have no idea if there was a fan."

Fordeler: "The aircraft was clean, new, spacious and quiet. The bathrooms were regularly maintained. The food quality, selection and quantity was excellent for the economy class. Even the serving utensils were solid metal and had a very high quality feel to it. Having an endless supply of mid flight snacks was also appreciatd I always like the warm wet towels, which were offered at take off and landing. The entertainment choices were endless, but because it had USB and regular power, I was able to work on my laptop and listen to my podcasts on phone without worrying about running out of battery."
Ulemper: "The crew lacked its usual pep and cheer. For some reason they seemed very introverted and tired. First time on Singapore Airline that I noticed. The amenities kit was a bit on the cheap side. Also, only the supplied two prong headphones could be used with the entertainment system, I would have preferred an option to use my high end ones -- this was the main reason I chose to just work and listen to my own music/podcasts instead of watching a movie. We boarded and disembarked through the business sections and the aisles were too narrow. The announcements were hard to hear and the temperature was set too low for half of the flight (to kept fluctuating requiring constant adjustment of blanket/jacket). Having said that will keep flying them."

Fordeler: "Touch screen entertainment system with great variety of programs. Good food, clean cabin, friendly crews. I'd fly again on Singapore Air over other domestic airlines and Japanese airlines."
Ulemper: "Sound quality of ear buds was not good. No issues if you travel with your own."

Fordeler: "The service in coach was very impressive! The flight attendants could not be more attentive! I can only imagine how it would be in business or first class."

Fordeler: "The best long leg flight I've been on. I managed to get a whole row to myself and that made the 12hr flight so much better. The crew was very professional, kind, attentive, and it was grand."

Fordeler: "Singapore airlines was also great and I very much enjoyed that flight even though it was 10 or more hours. The good was great and same for the entertainment . The whole flight was very pleasant . Also I loved the steamed towels that was something i haven't had on a flight before ."

There was no delay in taking off Boarding was orderly & efficient & quick and so was disembarking. The snacks were nice- ice cream, apples, chops, sandwiches. Many other airlines don't even provide snacks on these long flights. The seats in wconomy were roomy & confortable."
Ulemper: "I can't think of anything that was bad but I didn't enjoy the breakfast. I would have preferred an American breakfast. It was a mixture of shrimp, potato & brocolli. Ivwould have pregerred a criossant & yogurt to the tiramisu & roll."

Fordeler: "The flight attendants were super attentive and took great care of me, even bringing me headache medicine."
Ulemper: "I was in a front row seat which meant using my table in the armrest would wake up my neighbor. (Not a big deal but a little awkward) It was also hard to sleep because the seats didn't recline enough."

Fordeler: "It was the best service ive ever had. The flight attendants came right away and were always coming up the aisle making sure we eye well hydrated and fed"

Fordeler: "The flight staff were very friendly and always seemed to be eager to help all the passengers. The menu on the flight was also excellent. Wonderful flight"
Ulemper: "The layover in Japan was not exactly what I hoped for but I managed OK. Short layovers work better for me."

Ulemper: "When a very large man is placed next to someone else who is in a middle seat and cannot use the arm rests on either side, I would think the hostesses would make an effort to move one of the three considering there were multiple other open seats. He was also very old and could hardly stand up when needed. It was the most uncomfortable flight, if I had the money, I would definitely fly business class"

Fordeler: "So many carriers have cut back on so many things, our flight on Qatar Airlines felt like a throwback to the days when flying was enjoyable. Everything about our flight was better than we have come to expect from most other airlines. To highlight one surprise - the in-flight meals were high quality."

Fordeler: "This was my first experience with Qatar & it was outstanding. Crew members are extremely courteous & helpful. The aircraft seats in economy class were roomy & comfortable. Bathrooms were kept clean throughout the long flight. Food was very good as was the selection of flight entertainment. Can't thi"

Ulemper: "dont falsely claim that you have wifi if you cannot connect to satellite. The ground staffs needs training on behavior and how to treat infants."

Ulemper: "The aircraft seemed to be really old. The entertainment system on the seat I was allotted did not work, and I had to change seats. In the new seat, the entertainment system worked, but the seat didn't recline, and I had to change seats again - from an initially allotted aisle seat, to a middle seat. Also, the food service time was weird - we got a full lunch about an hour before we landed, which didn't make sense, and had to wait almost 5 - 6 hours between brunch and our next meal - a movie snack. Most passengers were famished by the time the lunch was served. Also, why was there no wifi?"

Ulemper: "The airline demaged both of my completely new suitcases. They both had TSA approved locks. One of the suitcses has a missing wheel, another one ripped zipper and missing lock and it was wraped in plastic. A few items were missing from that bag."

Fordeler: "Nice flight. Good service but it seems women dont get service men do. Ie my wife."
Ulemper: "Screening was arduous. Line for business class check in at counter was chaotic with no sense of order. A real mess. took over a half an hour and agents were processing coach passengers randomly and seemed oblivious to business class passengers who paid a significant price for the tickets."

Ulemper: "I have requested sea food and I was told that no request was made and they do not serve it any more."

Fordeler: "At gate boarding was I inefficient and managed professionally. On board entertainment was glitchy as the movies paused and skipped the entire flight."

Fordeler: "The flight attendants were professional and polite, I requested low-fat meals and they were good, the entertainment was very good, the air temperature was comfortable, most flights I had were on time."
Ulemper: "The legroom was a problem. Seats are kind of narrow, and then, with the lack of legroom it’s somewhat challenging to shift your legs, especially when the seat in front of you goes back! I felt like the person was almost in my lap. My cup even got crunched. I think my biggest issue, though, lay in how I was treated after paying $127.00 to obtain a day pass for the lounge each way. For my inbound flight my purse was branded with an “economy” class luggage type tag, and I was made to feel as though I was trying to sneak in. I had to show my boarding pass a number of times to employees after asking for the location of the lounge in order to be directed there, and then my credentials were examined as though I was trying to get into Fort Knox. Upon arrival at the desk, I was somewhat tersely informed that I had 6 hours. I went out of my way a bit in order to fly Qatar, which is supposed to be so wonderful, and I was underwhelmed. I’ve had better experiences on Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines."

Ulemper: "Reading light wasn't aimed properly, and there was nowhere to put anything because of it being an exit row behind a bulkhead. That meant, that I had to hold anything I wanted during take-off, and landing, and the entertainment system had to be stowed during those times as well, so I couldn't even listen to music as the only controls were the touchscreen."

Fordeler: "Seats are comfortable with sufficient leg space and overall ambience of the cabin."
Ulemper: "I pre ordered Hindu meal. The meal selection by the airline was same from Karachi-Doha and Doha-Chicago. There was no choice of menu in the meal on such a long flight. Moreover taste of offered food was not satisfactory."

Ulemper: "In Bangkok, I've already checked in on line and all I have to do was drop off my bag and get a boarding pass. There was one to two person doing the checked in and it took about 40 minutes to get done, unacceptable. The lines for non on line check in went faster then the on-line and they have four times more people that was in the on-line checked in. In flight, the seat felt liked you're sitting on a rock after a couple of hours. I'm an aircraft mechanic who used to be a flyer with 7,000 flying hours."

Fordeler: "Quick boarding, semi- spacious seats, decent snack food"
Ulemper: "Not much to dislike, but I still will NEVER fly Qatar again."

Fordeler: "The flight service was great. We had a slight delay on the way back to Doha from Heathrow but they made up for it by getting us through security faster so I didn't miss my flight to Tokyo. Overall the timing was excellent and I got home without having to fork out any extra money."

Fordeler: "Inflight entertainment was good but that doesn’t make up for lack of equal treatment of all passengers"
Ulemper: "They are racist!!!!! Segregation and all!!!!! For my more than 12 hours layover I had to pay for my own hotel!!! Yet other travelers were given free hotel vouchers. As a matter of fact I was kept waiting for nearly half an hour in the middle of the night even though I had been waiting for service ahead of them."

Fordeler: "Obviously Biz Class is a great proposition for a flight of this length and once again the experience was a good one. Staff are always friendly and very attentive."
Ulemper: "We are not big eaters but when you leave at 10am then a lunch and breakfast is a bit of a stretch and even with light snack options we found ourselves hungry. Breakfast was not too flash"

Fordeler: "Everything was good especially the spacious seats and food"

Ulemper: "Peanuts should be replaced with snack crackers as so many people can not eat or come in to contact with peanuts, it’s a health hazard and not healthy. Entertainment on board should have background music"

Ulemper: "It took over 45 minutes for my bag to come onto the collection conveyor, this seems excessive."

Ulemper: "There is no leg room, and the seats are so small that everyone ends up leaning on each other. Better pray that you neighbor doesn't show up. Ever tried to eat while in such close proximity to another human? Totally not recommended, yet it's a requirement on these flights. I was not able to eat at the same time as my neighbors. I let them eat first, then ate my food."

Fordeler: "Overall the flight was good. The crew was very helpful. Food and service was excellent."
Ulemper: "Long flight."

Fordeler: "Emirates is my carrier of choice, and that's due to their continued service standards, friendliness and rates. This flight was pretty empty so service was even better and I was able to spread myself out. Also, well done to the crew. They continue to maintain high standards."
Ulemper: "This is the first time it's happened to me, but I was scheduled to leave Oslo on Wednesday, but Emirates cancelled my flight and put me on the next one. It would have been alright had they offered some sort of compensation or made it up to me in one way or another, but that was not going to happen. They cancelled and the cost was on me (as per the T's & C's I was told) and that was pretty much that. Here's a hint, it seems like their Scandinavian flights are underperforming and in a cost saving effort, they're randomly cancelling flights. I subsequently found out they did it to someone else in the area causing them to miss two days of a pre-booked vacation. So, if they cancel, it's going to cost you a lot more in a city like Oslo to wait a day - not to mention the costs involved in missing work or vacation, so maybe shop around then. I still like Emirates, but I'm feeling a little burnt after this episode."

Ulemper: "When boardiing at Dubai entry used one gate with steps this was a minor inconvenience wth the friendly helpful assistance of the flight attendants."

Fordeler: "First leg to Dubai was spacious and my vegan meal was really good. Second leg i got upgraded to business which was f'ing amaaaaazing, Emirates business is like nothing i could ever have imagined, 5 star service!"
Ulemper: "The hangover after drinkong copious amounts of Moet haha. So really nothing"

Fordeler: "Fantastic!!! Plane had a number of empty seats. Seemed to be a very quick flight."

Fordeler: "Lots of leg room. Excellent entertainment system."
Ulemper: "Not every seat had a power outlet. They took the headphones back a little too soon."

Fordeler: "The vegan meals were very good and tasty. I enjoyed the entertainment provided and the plane was very clean. At times the plane was very cold, however the blanket helped with that. It wasn't this flight but the flight from Tanzania to Dubai, the crew sprayed the plane and I would like to know what was sprayed as it was awful and what if any chemicals were sprayed on us. Perhaps it would be better to spray the plane before the passengers board the plane."
Ulemper: "There was only one flight attendant would didn't assist my friend when we asked her to please take my friend's food tray away. My friend Emily Bayne was having a major discomforting eye allergy attack. Emily eyes were burning, dry, turning red, and very itchy and she wanted to go to the bath room to run warms water over her eyes, however she had the food tray and so we push the attendant help button. But when the flight attendant came to see what we needed and we asked if she could please take Emily's food tray, she just said I will come back later for that. So I told Emily just go to the bathroom I will hold your food tray. Emily Bayne was seated in the middle and I had the aisle seat, 44H. While Emily was in the bathroom I complained to another flight attendant what had happened, she took our food trays and then told her supervisor what happened. The supervisor came shortly and assisted Emily by granting her request and providing her with two warm wet towels, and later 5 more. The supervisor and the other attendant that I complained to continue to check throughout the fljght to see if Emily needed anything else, which was nice and accommodating. The flight after that incident was good, as the supervisor immediately corrected the insensitive act of his flight attendant."

Fordeler: "Good service on the plane. They pretty much gave you whatever you asked for. No charge for beverages, etc., even alcohol. The food provided was very good."
Ulemper: "On the outbound flight, the seat bottom was very hard as if the cushion had deteriorated. My behind was killing me very shortly into the 7+ hour flight and I sat on my neck pillow, which wasn't ideal but helped a little. The seat on the return flight was more comfortable."

Ulemper: "Check in an hour early!"

Ulemper: "The complimentary food coupons don't clearly mention what is covered and not and it is a hassle to figure out with airport vendors on what the meal means when there are a lot of options. If the voucher also has a dollar value it will make it easier to know. The Indian restaurants at Gates C should be taken off this list. They were rude and generally left a bad taste in the mouth."

Fordeler: "Flight was on time. Service during flight was outstanding."

Fordeler: "Everything was great. Crews were nice and helpful. Flight was early which was very helpful. Our luggage # was displayed on our screen efficiently."

Fordeler: "Too cramped -there was no order while boarding -seats were less spacious -Film was of poor quality and i had to switch off -the buttons were less user friendly"

Fordeler: "Wifi availability. Comfort."

Fordeler: "I liked the variety of movies and series and I liked the friendly Ness of the cabin crew"
Ulemper: "There was nothing I didn't like."

Ulemper: "Wasnt able to sit next to my wife on my honeymoon"

Ulemper: "We were not able to print the online checking ahead of time, so we had to stand in a lot of very long lines. The person printed the wrong boarding passes because they didn't know many details about domestic and international flights. There was also confusion about checking in the luggage between the domestic and international flights. A boarding pass from Dubai to Ahembadvad was not given at the New York airport."

Fordeler: "Everything from check in to arrival"
Ulemper: "Food , if you serve Indian food it should comes with chapati and not bread bun."

Fordeler: "Starting with boarding, crew's behavior on the plane, general comfort throughout the flight, including food and entertainment all were excellent. I look forward to return traveling with Emirates from Kabul, Afghanistan all the way to Phoenix, Arizona on July 10, 2016. I am planning to continue my future traveling with Emirates and hope to receive incentives for my return on July 10, 2016 and all my future travels with Emirates."
Ulemper: "I do not recall any thing that I did not like on my travel with Emirates."

Fordeler: "Flight from JFK to Dubai was excellent, food, leg space, crew everything"

Ulemper: "Plane is super old and outdated. Comfort seat is not, comfortable, very tight. TV screen is not good quality, with the old controls on a handset. No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good."

Fordeler: "Crew good and seat OK but not exceptional for business class"
Ulemper: "Food was average - main course could have been better. Range of movies ok but not great"

Ulemper: "Ran out of business class meal. Substituted a Econ class."

Ulemper: "Passenger who needed wheelchair assistance it took KLM 50 minutes to get him off plane which delayed our boarding. KLM not prepared to handle passengers with needs"

Ulemper: "We were changed from KLM to Airiltalia without any information sent so only because I tried to check in did I find out the flight on KLM was cancelled and we were changed to Airitalia. The Airitalia flight was very mediocre."

Fordeler: "The flight was smooth, the service was friendly, and the food with plentiful."
Ulemper: "Too much activity in the cabin during the flight."

Ulemper: "Need more leg room!!! Larger meals needed."

Fordeler: "Friendly staff, great service on board. Way better value and service compared to the tacky Irish competition flying the route. Delta all the way"

Fordeler: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."
Ulemper: "This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu."

Fordeler: "Very personable staff. Food acceptable for airline fare. Ticket price was outstanding."
Ulemper: "Paid for extra legroom, but very narrow seats not comfortable. Very difficult to sleep. Old plane--could not hear movies and unclear screen. Music sounded OK and choice was good."

Ulemper: "Landlords gave an unpleasant service! Which continued with late of 50min of the flight, they didn’t do anything to help/ to provide the passengers the answers. The food was cold It was comfort place to sit. Bad experience with KLM"

Fordeler: "Landing"
Ulemper: "I’ve traveled a lot internationally and this was the WORST flight I’ve ever had to endure. I felt like I was being tortured and didn’t sleep at all and so slept when getting into Amsterdam rather than being able to explore the city. I was out $200 for the Airbnb (could’ve stayed in the airport cheaper) and $200 for a dinner cruise I slept through. NEVER AGAIN"

Fordeler: "Employees were very friendly"
Ulemper: "The seats were very small"

Fordeler: "The crew was efficient. Flight left on time. Food and wine served."
Ulemper: "No entertainment."

Fordeler: "I bought the Airport tickets for my Russian friend. However customs would not allow her to board the plane unfortunately. That's not Kayaks fault. I would definitely book with Kayak again. Many thanks."

Fordeler: "Seats were comfortable and there was enough room for hand baggage. I slept during the flight so do not have opinion on entertainment."
Ulemper: "Not able to charge my digital devices. When serving beverages and food, the same flight attendant missed me a few times. That was annoying but other attendants were very nice."

Ulemper: "Food had only vegetarian choices. No charging place and ambiance was noisy"

Fordeler: "The cabin crew was so kind, efficient, and attentive. All meals and snacks were delicious."

Fordeler: "Able to fly direct to ansterdam"
Ulemper: "Have to lay over on the way back. More expensive than other airlines."

Ulemper: "The movie selection did not seem extremely varied."

Fordeler: "Nice to have a wrap for the snack."
Ulemper: "Would have preferred boarding by row - back of the flight first so would have been more organized."

Ulemper: "Flew KLM 27 years ago and the airlines seem to be stuck in the same era. Food is poor quality... Have you recently checked the Gulf carriers."

Ulemper: "Actually the Welcome on board announcement. The part where they special welcome loyalty program members. I do not get that... I am an explorer holder my self, but really?? so other paying customers are not as welcome. This is leftovers from the older days.."

Ulemper: "Bag was lost"

Fordeler: "I personally do not appreciate the food on this leg of the journey Food Ams to Dxb is GOOD!!"
Ulemper: "The snack & “ solid eggs” in breakfast. Fresh fruit was good."

Fordeler: "The flight was great."

Fordeler: "Very little if any."
Ulemper: "Aircraft was not very clean,the staff seamed quite harsh at times when speaking to customers. The food was really quite poor but it was a short flight to be honest. Overall not as pleasant as the China Southern flights. I would not like to choose them again unless i had to."

Fordeler: "That we didn’t crash"
Ulemper: "Everything! The crew was rude, no entertainment whatsoever, late boarding, late departure and bad experience with the check in process both in app and on website."

Fordeler: "The pilot kept us informed periodically during our journey. I liked that we could choose our seating online. The entertainment was good."
Ulemper: "The plane was dirty, all seats did not have pillows and blankets. Seating was not very comfortable, particularly as there was a box attached to one of the legs of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to move my legs to an uncomfortable angle."

Fordeler: "Great crew service. Among the best ever."

Ulemper: "Our flight was canceled from Amsterdam to Bordeaux and did not receive any direction and had to find alternate flights for ourselves with the personal expense of using our own cell phones. Then our luggage lost for 3 days. Not happy!"

Fordeler: "The flight was delayed due to fog, but the staff was amazingly helpful to make sure everyone got to their destination."

Fordeler: "On time."
Ulemper: "No negative"

Fordeler: "Jet airways flight till mumbai"
Ulemper: "Poor legspace in Klm flight till Amsterdam"

Ulemper: "Pet was left behind at vacation destination as pet's reservation (made and confirmed through KLM) was not found at check in. Waiting for Customer Care to help get pet home and take responsibility for situation and getting no response. Very dissapointed, considering law suit."

Fordeler: "Crew was friendly, and the food was better than the usual KLM fare."
Ulemper: "The "new" seats were hard and uncomfortable. Avoid any kinds of seats near the bathroom in a configuration with 3 abreast next to the windows. The "aisle" seat is essentially a "waiting area" for the rest room."
