Well respected brand for ice cream was served as dessert. A wide variety of overnight snack was provided for passenger's own selection. Breakfast was great with variety of food on the tray. Personal screen was modern and provided a great variety to keep me entertain during the very long flight. Seats are unexpectedly big and very comfortable together with functional well designed pockets beside the screen, where I could put my personal items. New and clean cabin."

Ulemper: "There was a malfunction on the aircraft after the first taxi attempt. I understand that these things happen but there was zero communication from the captain or the crew. Because there was no power, the A/C was not operational and the cabin grew extremely hot. No water was distributed, and no attempt to communicate the situation with the passengers. The pilot power cycled the aircraft numerous times, which is normal to reset the various systems, but this made many passengers nervous. Finally the issue was resolved and we went on our merry way. In short, all crew-passenger issues could have been resolved with more communication and water. Go forth and sin not again."

Then I asked for the correct one and felt an attitude only then confirmed when I rang the attendant button it took them 18 minutes, yes, I counted to come to my seat. Then I asked for another drink. This lady was not as nice as the rest of the crew and I observed. I'm sorry but I'm flying 13 hours I will be asking for things."

Ulemper: "Very loud plane so that I couldn't watch a movie and understand the audio."
Fordeler: "I liked the entertainment- plenty of things to watch and listen to. Food was good. I also enjoyed the service, hot towels and friendliness of staff. Overall, it was a great experience!"
Ulemper: "Sitting next to many kids who were very noisy and messy. They completely trashed the bathrooms which did not make it fun for me to use after them. This is just what I did not like- I understand this is no fault of the airlines or their staff. I am just more aware that several Turkish families may fly back and forth with their children and as a passenger, you may be seated close to them on the plane- just a thought."

Ulemper: "i got lucky and had multiple seats to myself, and it was still tight. i can imagine if i had only one seat i would be in a lot of pain coming off the flight. the bathrooms are very tight too,"
Fordeler: "We had a great flight other than the uncomfortable seats. The food was outstanding and the staff the staff was very accommodating. I was glad I was able to charge phone/tablet on the plane"
Ulemper: "My seat didn't lay back, which made it was difficult to sleep. The seats are too close and generally uncomfortable. I just wish we could have toured Istanbul since we had a long lay-over. Took forever to find out where the tour was only to find out we needed Visas. The airport staff was not helpful. The bus tour is promoted on their website, and it sounded like it was easily accessed as soon as we were off our flight from Johannesburg. Not so."
Fordeler: "First class treatment in economy class: high quality inter-personal contacts, socks and eye cover, great drink choices and good food."
Ulemper: "Late arrival in Boston, probably due to time change confusion in Istanbul."
Fordeler: "Everything was the best! The food, the movies etc on board to choose from, the staff, everything was great. Turkish airlines is the best airline I've ever been on—US companies need to take note! Even on a 2:10 flight we got a full meal and many drinks."

Ulemper: "They no longer serve Turkish Delight which was a wonderful Turkish touch. Very disappointed. Also fresh orange juice. These small differences make it a lot of unique experience. Also the crew this trip were MIA on a 12 hr trip."

Ulemper: "The cabin crew seemed like they were on drugs. They gave us food and collected the trays 2 hours later. First time ive ever experienced this with turkish airlines."
Fordeler: "Had a wonderful experience in Istanbul for my layover. Turkish airlines took care of accommodations and the hotel was high above my expectations. If you have a layover longer than 10 hours in Istanbul and are flying Turkish airlines, they will take care of your accommodations and wil treat you wonderfully."
Ulemper: "The seats and space were TINY for an eleven hour flight, and I am a small girl. Nearly impossible to get comfortable. The exceptional service was my reasoning for the good rating. I would fly again but will probably pay for an upgraded seat"

Ulemper: "It turns out my checked luggage never made it to Budapest and the people at the airport did nothing to help with the fact that I had nothing on me because of that. They took my information to deliver the suitcase but since the luggage would not reach me for at least a week they did nothing to compensate for the fact that all I had on me were some books and my computer. I had to buy all new toiletries and since I am travelling for work basically had nothing to wear for my meetings. This was a really bad experience"

Ulemper: "My lock on my checked luggage was broken and things were stolen, it is quite unfortunate not to be able to thrust an airline with one's personal items."
Ulemper: "The TVs did not work on my flight from Istanbul to Hamburg. Not only my tv but others on the plane kept saying it was an "error" do to a seat readjustment. Also it is so hot in the Turkish airport especially in the 300 gates. It made boarding miserable because there was so many people."
Fordeler: "Cabin was clean. Food and drink was OK"
Ulemper: "No AC while passengers on board waiting for take off. It lasted about half an hour. people were forced to use airline magazines as fans. No TV news or sport to watch Toilet was not clean. My seat can recline easily without pushing the recline bottom. This was a connection flight. Passengers had to go through 4 check points. Too much redundant. At the last check point, 4 gates shared the same check point. We saw a line but no sign for it. So we went to the front to find out what the line was for and went back to join the line for security check. There were people who did the same thing but tried to cut in the line right at the check point, creating chaos."
Ulemper: "The absolute worst airline we have ever flown with. Will never fly with them again."

Fordeler: "The flight was very long to say the least especially being in coach but I enjoyed the feeling of being treated as if I were a first class passenger. All of the amenities, smiles and clean bathrooms - I'd certainly fly Turkish again and recommend it to my friends."

Ulemper: "The video screen freaked up a lot and I was unable to watch movies listen to music for the better part of the 11 hour flight. I noticed other passengers had the same problem."

Ulemper: "Make a rule that people cannot put their seats back. People in front of us were rude and kept their seats back the entire flight, even after we nicely asked them to not have the seats back so far. Would prefer that seats did not move at all. I would never recline my seat in consideration for the person behind me. On an 11 hour flight, this is a big deal."
Ulemper: "Only reason I chose Lufthansa was that I was informed that 23kg of checked in luggage was included. It was NOT. I don't care whose fault it is. Lufthansa still says that this is included on their website. I demand reimbursement."

Ulemper: "We couldn't check in for the next flight when we departed from Oslo. Disappointed we had to wait until arriving in Frankfurt. Something about not being partner airlines."

Fordeler: "On a flight from Oslo to Germany to Charlotte, we only had 55 minutes to connect in Germany. Lufthansa held our plane due to their error in some runway and docking issues and we, as well as 25 other were escorted to our connection by Lufthansa staff. Excellent customer service even though it was their fault. They just did the right thing and did it well."
Ulemper: "I would have expected that there be much more time for gate connections. If you have ever been in the Munich airport, it is very large and navigation takes time.."
Fordeler: "Our flight from Frankfort to Munich was late. Luftansa sent a representative to our flight to make sure we and others from our flight got on to the flight to Charlotte. How awesome! Plane needs more leg room."
Ulemper: "A strike caused us to have to shorten our vacation and we lost the money on all hotels and tours. The treatment by staff was unpleasant. I hope the other 350,000 affected people were treated with more courtesy."

Fordeler: "After so many domestic flights of being shuffled around and interacting with flight attendants that seem to not like their jobs much and passenger's are just an annoyance, flying abroad on Luftansa was quite a different experience! The flight attendants were polished, professional, and actually wanted to provide a service. Their interactions made me feel like I was cared about and that they wanted my unique needs to be met. This made a 10 hour flight an enjoyable experience which I certainly didn't anticipate."

Ulemper: "The headphone connection method. It is difficult to replace the headphone w/ your own because the connector is located deep in the headphone compartment and you cannot see it in easily. As far as you use the built-in headphones, no problem."
Fordeler: "only negative was whining child whose parents did not seem to care if whole plane was disrupted. Had tv available so watched olympics most of way home. Also, beer or wine with dinner"

Ulemper: "We were delayed several hours and were never told why. Mostly there were no Aeroflot staff at the gate to ask. When there was, they said they couldn't help us because our flight was a codeshare with FinnAir. At the last minute they switched gates, sending us all scurrying."
Fordeler: "The friendly crew, and quiet cabin"

Fordeler: "If you picked the wrong line then check in took 40 minutes, arrive early!"
Ulemper: "Security service in Helsinki is quite unprofessional. It does not understand EU Security Rules for liquids at airports. Where do they find such guys?"

Fordeler: "I flew in economy. 9+ hours from ORD to HEL. The seat was average size. We were provided with a pillow, blanket and headphones. I did not use the in-flight entertainment, which was on an LCD screen. It was warm, so i didn't use the blanket. I also brought a neck-pillow, which is vital on overnight flights. They served a full dinner shortly after takeoff: I had meat lasagna which wasn't that bad, along with corn, a roll w/ butter, two saltine crackers with decent cheese and a chocolate pudding. Upon waking, I ate the breakfast, which was scrambled eggs and two sausages and a roasted tomato, a roll with butter, fruit cup and orange juice, coffee on the side. All pretty good, it was nice to have a meal before deplaning in Helsinki and waiting to get through passport control. Attendants on this flight were quite friendly. Check-in was run very efficiently. No problems with luggage. All in all, a real bargain price, and I got more than I bargained for."
Ulemper: "As for the downside, I had no significant disappointments on the long leg of my flight on Finnair. I hope my return flights will be just as good."
Ulemper: "good morning aircraft flew late 1 hour. arrived in Finland late. our aircraft departed. now sit 3 hours and waiting for other aircraft. plane crashes in 12.45 the bottom and arrives in Riga in 2.00 days."
Fordeler: "They lost my bag."

Fordeler: "The employee at the checkin counter in Oslo set everything up for us regarding our wheelchair and walker. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She arranged for a pick up in Helsinki with the airport's crew. They helped us unload the plane and then had a personal accessible bus to take us from where we landed (outside of terminal) to the gate of our next departure. The crew were all extremely professional and efficient."
Ulemper: "The leg room is never enough on the long flights. The flight from Chicago to Helsinki at 10:00pm was not nearly as good as the flights from Oslo to Helsinki to Chicago. The crew was not as pleasant, the lights were not turned off until after 1:00 am and then turned on hours before the light "breakfast" was served."
Fordeler: "I liked very much that Finnair was waiting for the delayed plan from Stockholm. The stewardesses were nicely dressed."
Fordeler: "Entertainment options were fine. Crew was courteous. Boarding was fast. Flight was on time."
Ulemper: "Economy seats were more cramped than other international economy flights I have been on. My knees were against the seat in front of me the entire 9-hour flight. There were supposed to be 2 options for meal, but by the time I was served there was only one remaining. The meal itself was passing."
Fordeler: "Great service and hospitality. Smooth flight. Good 1st experience with Finnair :-)"

Ulemper: "Cutting corners and cheap. The personnel isn't helpful, they basically don't care about you, typical nordic behaviour. Flights were delayed. Upgrade to business was not worth. Hidden costs. Overall a bad experience."

Fordeler: "Good movie selection, frequent water refills, boarding was quick and easy with ample overhead stowage"
Ulemper: "Seat recline was broken, non-adjustable headrest, older flight crew less tolerant of passenger disrespect, not quite enough bathrooms, food had my stomach in knots"
Fordeler: "Food was provided when the flight was delayed for 2 1/2 hours. I also really liked the text update from kayak about the delay. The airline did not keep me updated but kayak did."
Ulemper: "The delay when it was already a 6 hour flight. I also was not able to reserve a seat because I had booked through kayak and not with the airline. Finally of the most irritating of all annoyance was that there was no movie. This was an international flight and there was no entertainment. I will never fly American Airlines again."

Ulemper: "Sears always close together"
Fordeler: "Plane was nice, new, every seat had an entertainment system. Crew was very nice and did their best to accommodate my needing a gluten free meal. *This was an Iberia plane, not an American Airlines plane."
Ulemper: "The Iberia web site, and web app were not functioning properly. I want able to save any of my personal information such as phone number or known traveler number. I was unable to select a gluten free meal prior to the flight since the web app and website were not working. I tried calleding Iberia customer support over 10 different times and was never able to speak with a representative. The customer support prior to the flight was non-existent."
Ulemper: "One of the crew members was rude."

Ulemper: "nobody from justfly and kayak even tried to argued that I didn't missed the flight and I was one of hundreds that was in line way before flight time"
Fordeler: "American Airlines flight didn't even have tvs, chairs were old and outdated. Not worth the price. Now days there are some standards that are expected"

Fordeler: "The fact that this is the only daytime flight from Boston to Europe."
Ulemper: "Food was very ordinary, and drink choices may have been theoretically available but the crew did not offer the choices."

Ulemper: "When I booked my ticket a month in advance, British Airways was going to charge me extra for trying to book my seating in advance. They told me it would be free if I called 24hrs before the flight. I called 24hrs before and they told me they could not book my seats because the airport owned the seating. My first flight was with American Airlines, they gave me a boarding pass, however for my leg with British Airways, I had to go get ANOTHER boarding pass to board the flight. This airline was very inconvenient and I felt scammed booking with them. I would not recommend this airline to anyone!"

Ulemper: "If it is extra line to add for select the type of food, then it is useful the passenger. Because may some people are vegetarian then they know what they can have."
Fordeler: "The sear was messy they didn't clean it it was full of pieces of bread."
Ulemper: "boarding the flight on time instead of delaying it two times... and also putting the information at the flight information screen if I haven't gone to ask to the airport information stand I would never know the flight departure gate that was at the complete opposite side of the airport of were the initial flight was going to depart."
Ulemper: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."
Ulemper: "I was almost forced to stow my luggage in the hold despite me telling the check-in people tjat I had my meds and cpap in the carryon. I spoke to multiple people. Not sensitive."
Fordeler: "The crew was terrific."
Fordeler: "Great crew and entertainment. Terrible experience at CDG airport but that’s the airports fault."
Ulemper: "Our request for vegetarian meals got lost after a glight was cancelled."

Ulemper: "Not boarding on tarmac via bus. Sandwich - tartar sauce and “chicken” - with two quarter sized pieces of meat was terrible."

Fordeler: "SFO - CDG (Air France) was a great journey in all respects. But the one major reason for that was, the middle seat was empty. I was so fresh after the journey, would definitely recommend this flight to anyone."

Ulemper: "Told us to get in line for boarding and review our tickets and then made us stand there for 75 minutes before boarding."

Ulemper: "Cabin was very cold. Not enough legroom compared to orher international carriers. Male flight attendant kept bumping into my husband sitting in aisle seat so he unable to get any sleep. We tried upgrading to business but Delta said we had to contact Air France in Detroit. When thrre, the gentleman on ground crew was actually rude when I asked about it. He could have just politely told me there was nothing available. Not looking forward to my return flight"
Fordeler: "Boarding this large plane went relatively quickly and orderly."
Ulemper: "Seats were tight and got a bit uncomfortable. This was a long flight. Could use a much better cushion."
Ulemper: "Staff where so unhelpful that I missed my flight and then refused to offer any assistance as to how I could remedy this situation. This cost me over €180 which is a weeks food and stay for me. Don't fly with these guys or with air Croatia."
Ulemper: "Security services at Manchester airport...too long and not friendly at all"
Ulemper: "The seat seemed smaller and space was very uncomfortable. The boarding process was very painful because we had to wait for a longtime."

Ulemper: "The premium economy seat is not reclined at all. The neighbor's seat is too much flexible. This is a maintenance problem. We report these problems to the crew, though there ignored... I should have chosen an economy class seat."
Fordeler: "Everything was very prefect and would love to fly again."
Fordeler: "Whenever I travel air France I get a reminder of what customer service looks like on a flight. Incredible crew, great experience"

And this is not the first time hearing same story, Air France definitely needs to disinfect the plane more thoroughly. Media center is outdated, touch screen isn’t working well, felt being punched in head every time when ppl behind you tries to touch the screen!"

Ulemper: "Crew was not very responsive. It would take over 45 minutes for them to respond to a customer call. Plane landed and we were kept on runway for 1.15 hours and crew only checked in with us twice during that time. People were panicking regarding missing their connections"

Fordeler: "Seat room was better on most economy flights. The food was good and the glass of champagne did not hurt at all. The aircraft flew very smoothly from takeoff to landing."

Ulemper: "Too many business class seats and the plane is so big it basically feels like flying on coach. You have two seats next to the window so it's exactly the same when trying to get up than in economy class with a passenger stuck next to you"

Ulemper: "Airport handling is catastrophic. A lost bagage created the twins to be locked. Half an hour and we could not enter. Delays and huge mess in front of police checkpoint. No announcement and no care for passengers approaching departure time. And to top it all no announcement of any delays. Had to cheat my way through the priority line and run a sprint through security and beyond. Reached the gate to note that there was a delay of 5 minutes.... Grrrr"
Fordeler: "should let first board passenger in rear rows and not everybody together."
Fordeler: "Due to delay in flight of amost 2 hrs, the in flight staff was kind enough to offer drinks and snacks while the passengers were waiting in the plane."
Ulemper: "Terrible communication by the staff on the cause of delay. Also once we landed in Paris, the ground staff was not aware whether all the luggage has landed or not."
Ulemper: "2h delay for "crew reasons" TV had only 7 of the 22 channels with reception"
