Ulemper: "was unable to upgrade tickets in advance off of web site. Others in Greece and Italy tried to assist as well and found same and when calling 800 numbers the calls were not going thru or hold time was overly extreme. Was told at Athens check in to upgrade in Instanbul and to go to transfer desk to get upgrade. An upgrade of $1200.00 Euro's is extreme Being packed like sardines for a 10 plus hour flight is not good. It is also unhealthy. Turkish Airlines should consider something other then the 777 for any international flying."

Ulemper: "The boarding process was chaotic, partly due to the airport layout, however it would be great if they were able to sort a less chaotic way to transport business class passengers out to the jets in less cramped busses."

Ulemper: "Ground support (desk, etc.) in Istanbul was not convenient - the communications were crossed often, and on a long layover we were told incorrect directions and missed an opportunity to sleep in the airport in their resting room (seems to always be full)."

Ulemper: "AC is on initially, then it gets really hot and uncomfortable after the first meal service. i asked a CA if she could help, but the temperature didn't change. This was the pattern for all 4 flights I took recently. Everything else was great though!"
Ulemper: "I had a 22 hour layover. On the website, Turkish Airlines advertises they cover hotel rooms for anyone with a layover exceeding 15 hours. However, it's impossible to get a e-visa to allow Americans to leave the airport to take advantage of this. There is one hotel inside the airport, however it's extremely expensive and booked well in advance. While the service was decent on the plane, inside the airport the TA employee's were very rude and not at all helpful. So be prepared to spend the night on the floor or an uncomfortable bench. Won't fly on this airline ever again."

Ulemper: "USB did not work! Front of plane was boiling whereas back of plane was freezing. My friend was so hot she was sick many times because of the hotness of the plane."
Ulemper: "The service on Turkish airlines was not friendly or helpful. The food was not quality, or food tasting. The entertainment didn't include a lot of movies at all. One of the flights did even give headphones. The staff wasn't rude and not helpful, and didn't make the flight comfortable. I had high hopes flying with Turkish Airlines for the first time, but I was thoroughly disappointed with everything."
Fordeler: "Great entertainment, crew, food, and organization. This was my first flight on Turkish Airlines and I would definitely fly this airline again."
Ulemper: "Clearing security was a nightmare. So many layers and lines to stay in, and the area wasn't air conditioned. Unfortunately, a handful of the passengers got "ripe" before the 10 hour flight to Chicago. Ugh."
Fordeler: "Did a very good job of efficiently, securely dealing with US requirement of no laptops, no tablets allowed on flights from Middle East."
Fordeler: "Way too many announcements throughout the flight. We has a crazy amount of security checks which caused a delay then had a bus ride to the other side of the airport to get on the plane!"
Fordeler: "Everyone did a great job handling the new ban of all large electronics. This new rule imposed by the US is completely ridiculous and rather illogical; however, Turkish Airlines did a great job of making it as minimally burdensome as possible."
Ulemper: "Splitting passengers up into male and female lines in order to be processed before boarding the flight seemed to create a lot of anxiety for passengers traveling with their significant others. I would advise figuring out a way to efficiently process groups without having to split them up by gender."
Ulemper: "We were in business. Food and service quality has gone downhill since last year. Cabin temperature is very warm. Staffs are not friendly. They spent a lot of time chatting in the galley talking and eating off food serving trays. Yikes!"
Fordeler: "Our flight from Zanzibar took off 40 minutes late and we made up no time in the air. We arrived at the Istanbul airport 20 minutes before our next flight was supposed to take off. Of course the gates were nowhere near each other so we ran as fast as we possibly could to catch our next flight. When we finally got to the gate, the employees were so kind to rush us through each step of security and get us to the door and there had to be at least 7 or 8 people who were working and doing whatever they could to get us on that flight. It meant so much! We had been up since 2am to catch our previous flight and just wanted to get home to our families and dogs! We were so grateful they worked so hard to get us on the plane!"
Ulemper: "Because we were late, we got what I'm guessing were the last two seats on the plane. The window seats in the last two rows. It was EXTREMELY tight back there. I'm just glad we were able to get on the plane but the comfort level was really not great and for a 10 hour flight, that stunk."
Fordeler: "The airline was very hospitable and efficient. All flights were on time, boarding and de-boarding were very quick and painless. Crew was extremely helpful and kind. Food was good, seats were comfortable, and entertainment was good. For the money and time spent on this flight we felt we got an extremely good deal and would take this airline again, and recommend."
Ulemper: "The planes were pretty warm/hot for most of our flights. I'm not sure if air condition was available, but I know some people asked. It did cool down eventually so they must have turned on air or fans, but I know the heat was on at some points which made it a bit uncomfortable for such a long flight."
Fordeler: "I would definitely fly on Turkish Air again. The seats were roomy in comparison to other airlines I have flown on. The inflight entertainment was excellent in comparison as well. I thought the food and beverages were pretty good for an airline as well."
Ulemper: "Just the concern that people were not instructed to stay seated until the airplane came to a complete halt. People were out of their seats and getting luggage out of the overhead bins well before the plane had taxied up to the gate. Please make an announcement to keep passengers safe. Also, the cabin crew could have been a little more helpful to passengers. They kind of stood around and did nothing when a gentleman and his child got on the airplane and other people were clearly sitting in his seats. The man had to straighten out the situation with the people who were in the wrong seats. The flight crew needed to have been assertive, ask politely for people's boarding passes and taken care of the conflict, not the customer. My flight was late and I missed my connection to Seattle. Turkish Air did put us up for the night and provided meals without a hassle."
Fordeler: "The Transfer desk granted our request to switch our flight from Istanbul to Chicago to Istanbul to Los Angeles. A meeting that I had initially scheduled in Chicago was cancelled and would have meant an extra day of travel and hotel stay. By allowing us to go directly to LAX we got home a day earlier and didn't have the hassle of going through customs, checking in & out of a hotel and going through another set of security checks with all our bags. Additionally, we had great service, food and entertainment. Especially liked the wifi that allowed me to read and send emails, texts and do some work."
Ulemper: "Even though they had at least an hour to transfer the bags from the Chicago flight and put it on the LAX flight, the bags didn't make it and they didn't find them for about 24 hours but did deliver them to our home at 1:45 AM (@37 hours after arriving)"
Fordeler: "At least there was a good selection of movies"
Ulemper: "The crew just couldn't get it right, half our section didn't get the hot towels before takeoff, the attendant had run out half way down the aisle then forgot to come back. Distribution of food was handled like it was the first time the crew was attempting it in a moving plane. They couldn't get orders right, handing out vegetarian dishes when non-veg dishes were requested. Running out of ice for the drinks."
Fordeler: "The boarding process seemed to just be to get in a line and go for it, which was kind of nice to avoiding pointless zones. Pretty decent movie and tv selection, but on one flight my touch screen hardly worked to it was hard to watch anything."
Ulemper: "Beware, when you booo through kayak apparently you can't choose your seat so you get all middle seats...regardless of the fact that your preference is set to aisle or window and those seats are available. Food was prettt bad and it's also an hour plus to even get a drink of water. I was constantly dehydrated and thirsty."

Fordeler: "Turkish airlines had great food, were very accommodating, the seats had plenty of space, and it was an overall great experience. I will definitely fly with them again!"

Ulemper: "I travelled in Business Class from Istanbul to Chicago. The service was not at all impressive and the crew were not very helpful. I asked for water and champagne with my dinner. Champagne never arrived, even after I asked for it again. My half-full glass of water was taken away halfway through dinner with no explanation and never replaced. I asked for water five times before I was finally brought a bottle of water over 30 minutes later when they were being passed around to everyone. Meanwhile, the two flight attendants I asked for water walked by several times picking up trash... not sure what was so difficult about bringing me a glass of water."
Fordeler: "This is a government run airline with very poor customer service. I flew 6 flights in December, 2016 in business class - out of which 5 flights were late. There was no help at the transfer desk in Istanbul to get onto another flight as my connecting flight was missed because the original outbound flight was late. The customer service staff both at the lounge and the transfer desk were inept and rude and did not want to help. I shudder to think how economy passengers are treated."
Ulemper: "1) No organized boarding process - there is a general melee at the boarding gate with a lot of shoving and pushing. 2) Customer service staff are rude, incompetent and unhelpful 3) No recognition that customers are to be served 4) Food selection in business class was mediocre and poor 5) Old aircraft - on flight from Istanbul to London, business class was 3 abreast with the middle seat being used as a tray table. 6) Sleeper class is mediocre - seat width is poor and one cannot even turn on the side"
Ulemper: "I was supposed to be given two boarding passes through my check-in but I was given only one. This caused a lot of confusion on the Istanbul Airport. The staff there we unbelievably rude. They caused two passengers (on separate occasions) to miss their flight right in front of my eyes due to no apparent reason. They plainly refused to cooperate with passengers."
Fordeler: "Turkish Air has some of the best flight attendants in the business. The food is essentially gourmet (hot wrap, in this case), and the pilots are highly skilled."
Ulemper: "I tend to need the climate control to be on the cooler side, and 777's seem to run hot. Since there are no air vents, the warmth can be overwhelming. Also, the comments about leg-room, ... correct. I'm 6' 3" and 'uncomfortable' sums it up pretty well. For 10½ hours, being crammed into that small a space can be quite daunting."
Ulemper: "Very friendly staff if istanbul airport was organized this airline is better than emirates"
Fordeler: "If you are flying Turkish from the US or from Istanbul to the US or other far away destination, for the love of God, do not fly on the B777-300. Did that twice from Chicago to Istanbul and back, and the seats in economy are a real killer....very tight and uncomfortable. On the other hand, if you have a choice of Turkish aircrafts b777 vs AB330-300, you will do yourself a favor by selecting a flight on an AB330-300. Slighter smaller plane then the 777 but a little more comfortable in coach. So you are warned......and by the way, you will select a two seater combination rather than being stuck in the middle.....If you are stuck in the middle, always do your best to get at least an isle seat."
Ulemper: "Turkish Airbus 330-300 Loved a little more leg room in economy. Also the FA very really on their feet and eager to help. Always with a smile on their faces. I would recomand flying Turkish overseas but only on an AB 330-300 coach configuration."
Fordeler: "The food was very good. As a vegetarian, I find I am quite disappointed on flights because of limited or no meatless options. This was not the case on Turkisk."
Ulemper: "Seats are too cramped. Need extra leg room. They should really take out a few rows of seats to provide some more much needed room."
Fordeler: "Nothing, will never use this airline again."
Ulemper: "Worst customer service. Very uncaring and rude. Worst airline I have seen and I have traveled with many. Had doubts about using Turkish and a little less expensive ticket turned out to be the most expensive in many ways. Went to the gate 17 minutes early and the agents and the plane was there but was refused entry and was lied and told to go to gate 215 and missed the flight even though there were empty seats on the plane. Asked for help at the other gate but was given the run around and ignored by everyone and told to go to gate 214. After I went to gate 214 was told to go to customer service lower level. Turkish airline supervisor Mustafa Bogaz at Istanbul customer service held a grudge because I was upset and yelled at one of the supervisors and he told Mustafa and everyone not to help me and wanted to get back at me and said penalty in front of me to the customer service member I was speaking with. Mustafa lied and would not put me on a connecting flight and said I had to pay penalty and wait 24 hours. Told me to go to customer service outside the airport and would not call them after I told him I was ready to pay for a connecting flight and could not wait 24 hours and needed to go to work. Even though an American citizen was told needed a visa after waiting 1 hour in line and had to pay to exit the airport. The machine didn't work and the credit card was refused. Got stuck at the airport for 24 hours and missed work and a family event. Turkey is a hell hole and nothing works. Will never visit again. Mustafa 6 hours later was still holding a grudge and told another customer service member in Turkish in front of me to lie to me and say there was no emergency aisle seat available for the flight the next day. Got an emergency aisle seat the next morning when Mustafa wasn't there. Everyone in the customer service team including other supervisors took Mustafa's side and would not help me and lied. Everyone had no compassion and held a grudge."

Ulemper: "The flight was delayed over 3 hours so I missed my connection in Chicago to Seattle. I’m now stick in Chicago overnight and have to be on a 6 am flight tomorrow. The Delta staff at LaGuaurdia was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Hate Delta......"

Ulemper: "Delta doesn’t offer military spouses free checked bags and I found this out at the airport. It was disheartening, but at least it’s Delta and not the airline that is supposed to represent America."
Ulemper: "Plane journey awful. Speaker had a loud buzzing noise all the time so never heard a word bad landing. Rattling plane Very cold."

Ulemper: "Over an hour delay before boarding due to supposedly bad weather. Because flight was overbooked they were offering $400 gift card to change to standby on another flight. If you didn’t make that flight (evening), you’d be confirmed on a flight the following morning with one stop in Detroit (we booked a nonstop to Chicago). Uh, no thanks. Then to top it off, we’ve landed and been told that it will be at least an hour before we can deplane due to no availability at the gate (it’s 1145 pm right now). All this plus their new policy of not allowing us to select our seats because we bought the cheapest tickets. Really Delta? You go ahead and cater to the rich and I’ll choose to fly with another airline."

Fordeler: "I flew on a basic economy fare (I understand the restrictions) and was seated in Economy Comfort +, so that was appreciated."
Ulemper: "I could see on the Fly Delta app that I had been placed in seat 10B, but neither the app nor my boarding pass gave me a group to board with, so I assumed that I needed to board with group 3, which necessitated gate-checking my rollerboard bag. Only when I approached the gate to board did I notice on the info screen that I had been "upgraded" to Comfort + and granted boarding with the Sky Priority group. I wish this had been clearer so I could have avoided waiting to board and gate-checking my bag. Minor inconvenience but room for improvement on Delta's part."
Fordeler: "This was not my original transfer flight but everyone was much nicer and helpful than serious and being rude. Love Delta, I did not flight United because I wouldn’t have met my United flight once landing in ATL. The Young African American woman who was at the gate was amazing and so reassuring that I would make my flight to Chicago. Would book Delta, just because of how nice she was to me."
Fordeler: "i liked that staff and crew were very communicative and pleasant."
Ulemper: "one crew member didn't show up and caused delayed flight."
Fordeler: "Flight was on time. Boarded quickly with no fuss."
Ulemper: "Too tight and seats not comfortable."
Fordeler: "The Delta people were solicitous, efficient and brilliant the whole way through. We had not a bit of trouble. Our first class seats were comfortable, but with the supplied blanket, pillow and poor air conditioning it was a hot flight. The cabin personnel were wonderful as per usual, and my tasty gin and tonic soothed any discontent. I wish I could fly this way all the time!"
Ulemper: "The private contractor handling wheelchair assistance was terrible. A Delta employee theorized that they do not pay enough to attract and retain personnel. Our pre-arranged chair was not there, multiple calls by our Delta assistant finally got us a ride to the chair holding area, but after about 45 minutes we gave up and shuffled off to the security area on foot. Thank goodness my hubby is mobile enough for that to have been an option. When we abandoned our wait we were still 4th in line for an attendant to push the chair. If Delta has any responsibility in this it would be in the retention and compensation for the private contractor."
Fordeler: "We were traveling with a toddler and infant but put in different row because the tickets were purchased separately. Gate staff promptly put us together and even bumped us up to delta comfort. Was a very pleasant trip. Thanks delta!"
Fordeler: "Plane arrived early"
Ulemper: "They board the front of the plane first, meaning the aisles get clogged up slowing down the process. Also, staff kept insisting pre boarding that more people needed to check their bags because there wasn't enough overhead bin space, but there were plenty of bins not full by take off."
Fordeler: "Accident on way to airport, so I showed up to check bags 45 minutes before flight time. They said they couldn't get the bag to the plane..in 45 minutes? So, they put on the next flight... 6 hours later. Said I could fly without the bag... uh, no thanks. They would not look for alternatives without charging me more. Flight attendants were crabby, otherwise everything was fine. I flew British Airways a few months ago. Night and day. Seriously. Delta does not even approach having good service. There was no comparison to British Air--- Delta is not in the same league."
Fordeler: "Airline stewards were very friendly and pleasant."
Ulemper: "We booked with Delta, but were put on Air France. Even though we had our boarding passes in hand we had to wait in long, slow line for baggage tags because they would not print from kiosk. There was minimal Air France staff on duty serving thousands of passengers during busy season (July). While the lines grew larger, the staff was reduced from 4 to 2. Another long, slow line for customs, another long slow line for security=Charles De Gaulle airport was awful. We arrived at the airport 4 hours before our departure time and got to our boarding gate with no time to spare."
Fordeler: "Entertainment options weren't bad. Most of the crew was polite other than one flight attendant who seemed ambivalent and unhappy to be there."
Ulemper: "Three hour+ flight and just one tiny bag of pretzels? And no lemon or lime wedges on the beverage cart? Plus, I have to pay extra for one checked bag. I will only fly Delta if I have to in the future. Subpar airline."
Fordeler: "What I liked: Sky Priority privilege came with separate luggage check-in queues and early boarding"
Ulemper: "What I disliked: Seats were too small No beverages or snacks offered No USB or power outlets available Three different groups board before Delta Comfort (e.g. those needing more time, travelers with children, first/business class) Didn't see the value compared to a less expensive main cabin ticket"
Fordeler: "I was notified about the delay via text before I left for the airport, which was nice. I would not have checked my email."
Ulemper: "Delayed for over 2 hours. I have never flown Delta before this flight and it wasn't a great representation. The flight attendants were nice but I was in a seat near the engine and it was making really weird noises. I fly almost every two weeks, so I'm used to engine noises but this was one of the loudest/most rickety sounding flights I have ever been on.. and I have flown Spirit a few times. It just didn't feel safe. Landing scared me a little too as I have landed in O'Hare countless times and have never flown so low to the highway upon entry. It felt like we were only a couple hundred feet above the cars."
Ulemper: "No internet available (2020). For the my previous flight, a month ago, was the same problem."

Ulemper: "A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great"

Ulemper: "Seat pitch could've been more. At least let us know via Whatsapp that the plane is delayed, or at which belt the bags would come out. This basic info was lacking."

Fordeler: "Crew was amazing, seats were comfortable with enough leg space even without choosing extra space seats. It was my childhood dream come true to fly with KLM. It was really an exciting trip for me, just that it was short."

Ulemper: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Ulemper: "tv screens are dated so movies are not as crisp as you find in newer planes. you need a 2 prong audio adapter to use your own headphones."
Fordeler: "Only thing we liked was the fact that we were able to get onto our flight at all..."
Ulemper: "Was not informed that checking in online is the only way to secure a seat. So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."
Fordeler: "The crew came to get me from the arrival gate to get to the departure gate since our plane was delayed. It helped to know that the airline was checking to make sure we made the flight."
Ulemper: "I did not get my luggage in Nairobi. The delayed flight that was the most likely reason it did not get to the connecting flight to Nairobi."
Ulemper: "Amesterdam airport employee was really rude"
Fordeler: "787 is a great airplane. The 3-3-3 seat configuration leaves enough seat width to be just comfortable in coach."
Ulemper: "It was announced I can choose between fish and chicken meal but when I requested for fish meal, I was told it’s finished. My seat was 21, and it surprised me. If something can be changed about that then your services would be much appreciated. Thank you."
Fordeler: "That we didn’t crash"
Ulemper: "Everything! The crew was rude, no entertainment whatsoever, late boarding, late departure and bad experience with the check in process both in app and on website."

Ulemper: "Nothing one can do, for a 6.2" guy, the metal bar that forms the shape for the pouch for magazines and such digs into knees, ESP if person in front adjusts seat back. Fold out table barely accommodates laptop."
Ulemper: "The leg room on the long flight was less than I would have wished and it was particularly bad when the person in front put their seat back. this was a day time flight and it would have been good to have a bit more room to use a laptop."

"Hyggelige og effektive ansatte. Derimot er flyene til og fra Oslo alltid forsinket og i vår tilfelle var det på 25 minutter. I tillegg, er kabinene på enkelte fly delvis utdaterte, smart å sjekke på forhold hva slags fly du skal fly med. Ellers er det er svært bra selskap som jeg anbefaler å bruke."
Ulemper: "I may be wrong but these days, the staff curtsy and overall well coming approach is lacking! Just a smile and a few cheerful words can transform passengers’ mood greatly!! This becomes particularly important when one is traveling for > 9 hours back to back flights!! One can extra charge for it!!"

Ulemper: "Plane was canceled at the last minute with a transfer desk literally assaulted by 100s of people. Only 3 persons on the desk. No lane for sky priority. Queued for nearly two hours before some airport employee gave us instructions to travel by train without any other information or tickets etc. Had to buy my ticket. Couldn’t recuperate my suitcase. Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."
Ulemper: "The flight was late, real late."
Ulemper: "People may think,that the delay of the flight has set my mood for this review but I can ensure it has most definitely not. With all the bad weather, I was already very happy to connect right on time in Paris. However, a long haul A380 flight with such a tight seat configurstion is almost embarrassing for an airline. The in flight entertainment is at a very poor level, not only with the screen being very small and outdated, many of the movies are only available in French and the international selection very limited. The food was not much of a delight, whereas the presentation was nice. However, in all the 7 h between the services, nobody came around with refreshments in a completely booked flight, neither was announced that a trolly would be set for self service in the galley. Lucky the ones who got up and found out about. In terms of amenities, again, the airline is lacking of originality and saves cost. Bottom line: you get from A to B, but there are so many better competitors in the market, which I shall definitely consider on my next travel."
Fordeler: "The food was pretty good and the staff were friendly. During our transfer in Paris, my mum had a medical emergency and had to go to the medical centre. As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful."

Ulemper: "Even though the plane was far from full, passengers were allowed only 1 carry-on item (no personal item), contrary to policy published online by Air France. This policy applied even to people with Economy Premium for the rest of the trip (which allows 2 carry-on suitcases, not a useful feature if one cannot begin with this number to reach the transoceanic flight)."

Ulemper: "Staff took carryon bags even for skypriority even tho lots of room in overhead, allegedly to speed deplaning. Nowarning to repack. Infuriating and stubborn staff!"

Fordeler: "The time of the flight was great as well as the arrival time and subsequent connections to Paris. Enjoyed the rather full line of in flight beverages!"
Ulemper: "Leaving late seemingly without reason from Paris - chaotic boarding line in Paris with difficult to hear PA. Seats were ok'ish but than again, it's a 45 minute flight. The sandwich was gross and I'm somewhat known as a person who eats everything!"
Fordeler: "Our flight attendant and fnally making it home!"
Ulemper: "Disorganized uninformed staff. One says I have to have an additional "random" security check after going through the same thing in security. Turns out it wasn't random and I didn't need it. Both times they read my boarding pass wrong thought I was going to Tel Aviv - not random. Airport was hot as hell! Flight kept getting delayed then we had a gate change as well. Finally got on the plane and it took forever to take off so we were basically sitting in a sauna for 30+ minutes."
Fordeler: "I enjoyed the food, the crew's friendliness in First Class and the boarding process."
Ulemper: "The wi-fi did not work on our flight"
Fordeler: "Kind, courteous, attentive crew. Smooth flight."

Ulemper: "One of the engine was smoking just as we took off. This should have been checked beforehand that it was working correctly. The pilot missed the first landing, was going too fast and had to turn around. We circled the London eye 3 times. When we were actually landing it was extremely bumpy and on the way down the plane was tilting back and forth a lot. They were going too fast when we landed as well, I have never been in a plane that has landed so poorly, and I have travelled a lot and used many different airlines. It was worse than any budget airline I've been on. As we were driving back to the terminal, the pilot stopped short for some reason. Things were not explained clearly. I will not be flying with airfrance again and will be sure to spread the word of this awful experience."
Fordeler: "You get everything you would expect in this kind of flight in term of meals, comfort and entertainment."
Ulemper: "The flight left half an hour late because of weather conditions. But it is more an airport issue rather than an airline one."

Ulemper: "Food - two meals, one "hot pocket" item in each. Was not good. Noise level in the back of the plane from engines, very loud. Difficult to hear with headphones, volume very very high. Tray table was difficult to latch, recline feature of seat did not hold in place, bounced."

How could they keep us inside of airplane with temperature outside of 35 degree C one hour to wait for late passengers"
Ulemper: "After purchasing two tickets we had to sit in different places on the plane, one is all the way in the front, other all the way in the back"
Ulemper: "Enough of LOT. For a couple hundred bucks more you get a much better trip. LOT is the no frills discount line."
Fordeler: "The service, food and seating were beyond my expectations."
Fordeler: "Excellent crew, excellent service, great entertainment choices."

Ulemper: "1- Tight seats for three big adults in a row of three seats especially for an 8 hour flight! 2- I don't eat pork. Most of the food was pork or mixed with pork even the salad! My options were very limited thus I wasn't well fed."
Ulemper: "Lines for checking in and for boarding were very disorganized and people were butting in front of people who were there longer. The plane seating was too close to each other. More room is needed."
Fordeler: "The fact that the Dreamliner plane is kind of new, maybe just a few years old. How it is tinting the window The support which you have under the feet The fact that is offering more entertainment on the flight"
Ulemper: "It will be nice to have inside of the seats a button which can start a massager"
Fordeler: "They had a good selection of movies."
Ulemper: "Food was terrible. If you’re flying to America, serve American style meals. I missed my connecting flight because we were delayed by 45 minutes but Polish Airlines didn’t provide a hotel voucher so I had to pay for a hotel out of pocket. Rude flight attendants and overall, very uncomfortable experience. I will pay the difference and fly SWISS next time."
Fordeler: "Overall everything was good - I have travelled frequently with LOT in the past few months and this was perhaps the best experience so far. Boarding was easy enough - the flight was not fully booked so there wasn't the usual Central European pushing and anxiety during boarding. Flight crew are informative, cabin crew attentive and kind. Service and food were good."
Ulemper: "Comfort on these long haul flights is not expected in economy - the seat next to me was free which came in very useful as the person in front of me reclined almost immediately and kept throwing himself about in his seat in vain attempts to get comfortable - I was able to move over so I wasn't disturbed by his person. Why they have reclining seats is a mystery - it doesn't make it appreciably more comfortable for the person reclining and it reduces leg room for the person behind, makes it more difficult to watch the screen (despite the tilting feature) and means that the tray table is resting on your knees during meal times."
Ulemper: "The 787 is a very good plane, but I could do without the footrest underneath the seat; it just got in the way."
Fordeler: "Good selection of in-flight entertainment, relatively clean plane."
Ulemper: "Boarding at WAW was a joke - very disorganized and cramped gate area. Simple remedy is to give passengers guidance on where to line up for their assigned zone prior to boarding. No individual air ventilation - got hot and uncomfortable at times. Cramped economy seats - and if passenger in front of you fully reclines - your TV screen is almost in your lap. Hot meal included very rubbery chicken - obviously either overcooked or nuked too much. Attendants seemed indifferent or annoyed if you asked for individual attention outside of their normal rounds of serving drinks/etc (all I wanted was a Coke). I was essentially told to go to the back of the cabin and get my own drink... Upon arrival - de-planing took an eternity. We had a large group of teen band members traveling - who had scattered their instruments in overheads all around the plane. So anyone that was behind them had to wait until they figured out where all their stuff was stowed. OK - not necessarily LOT's fault - but again - a little thought and some hand's on guidance by the crew would have made it easier for the other passengers to get off the plane quicker after a 9 1/2 hour flight..."
Fordeler: "Flight was good. Warsaw is a well organized airport and easy for transit passengers to negotiate. Flight crew, staff were all helpful and approachable. The captain gave passengers relevant information and cabin crew did the same. Flight was problem free no turbulence no delays no just well run and well organized."
Ulemper: "Leg room - I know in economy you can't expect much but passengers are really cramped on the 787. 9 hours of sitting in a very restricted space with little opportunity to get up and about if you are hemmed in between two fellow passengers - and once the idiot in front of me had reclined his seat it became very uncomfortable. I don't frankly see why seats need to recline at all - it does not make it much more comfortable for those "reclining" and certainly makes it considerably worse for the person sitting behind. I also don't understand LOT's boarding process - it didn't make much difference but if you are assigned a ZONE 3 boarding number and it is never displayed and never called, what"s the point."
Fordeler: "The in-flight food service was perfectly fine. I also thought the entertainment options were of good quality. Perhaps a bit limited but there were movie options for a variety of tastes, including mine!"
Ulemper: "The seating was rather cramped. I'm 6'4 so I'm used to the lack of space however my neighbors on this flight were highly inconsiderate of all neighboring passengers. Rather than help with the situation the cabin crew seemed to take special delight in crashing into my knees. Combine that with a steady barrage of hip checks to my left shoulder and this was a bruising flight."
Fordeler: "Overall very good - no complaints. LOT is comparable with Lufthansa and KLM (the airlines I have most experience with) in terms of service and space. Boarding in Warsaw was chaotic - no announcements it just sort of started, I was in Zone 3 but there were only lines for Zones 1 and 2. The usual Central European pushing into the line. Flight was nice, smooth and good service. Leg room is limited but that is to be expected on any airline and flight. Would fly LOT again happily. On time, Captain made regular announcements. I arrived safely, as did my luggage. Can't wait for the direct service between Chicago and Budapest."
Fordeler: "Both flights I was on were somewhat empty, so I had an open seat next to me. Despite some delays taking off, the arrival was early. Good entertainment selection; personal TV screens and free headphones."
Ulemper: "Food options were limited and kind of gross, but no one expects fantastic food on airplanes."
Fordeler: "The flight was fantastic! LOT is ROCK! Thanks much!"
Ulemper: "When I handed over my boarding pass, I was told I had to walk seven gates away for an "extra security check." I am 71 years old and don't run well. I only object to the fact that they did not have the security check available at the boarding gate - or they might have called my name and sent me over there well before beginning boarding. They did assure me they would wait for me but I was the antepenultimate person to board the plane and quite upset by the whole thing."
Fordeler: "Kind crew, clean and comfortable plane"
Ulemper: "ANA's dreamliners have better designed seats; they do not recline by slide"
Ulemper: "My seat did not recline and due to the number of passangers, no attempt to change my seating was made."
Fordeler: "I liked the food."
Ulemper: "There was a lot of passengers crowding the aisles making is very difficult to get around and the crew did not seem to do anything about it. The person in front of people up standing around a lot and even had her hand on my entertainment screen. She also did not seem to care if the seatbelt sign was on our not. The boarding was just chaos with little direction and of course everyone pushing to be first on the plane."
Ulemper: "The flight was late 1.5 hours missed connecting flight, spent all night at airport waiting for next plane,"
Fordeler: "Most of the crew was very pleasant and helpful. Food was decent, but much better on the return trip out of Poland. Thank YOU."
Ulemper: "The toilet lids need to be fixed so that they don't keep hitting you in the back. They do not stay up. Other passengers were talking about the same thing."
Fordeler: "I liked the new modern Dreamliner, the in-flight food, the entertainment, and the comfort."
Ulemper: "I was I could have stayed on vacation longer."
Fordeler: "The crew was nice and courteous. Many amenities to pass the time. Getting off the plane was quick and painless. Food was reasonable."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed an hour, which is fine, but no information was given to why and we started boarding at the updated takeoff time. The process of getting zones lined up and on the plane was a mess. They didn't communicate clearly about zones so every passenger got up and in line, lines weren't directed well, and people kept getting chastized for not knowing what was going on. Once we boarded the plane, we sat for an hour with no reasoning why we waited. When you already have a 9 hour flight, less time stuck in your seat is best. It was hard to understand the pilot when he spoke in English to know why we had delays and any updates while on the plane."
Fordeler: "New aircraft was nice, clean, up to date"
Ulemper: "Initially the entertainment system was not working. The crew was notified that screens are not working, so they rebooted it once. After some time, my and my daughters screens were still not working. We used call button to get crews attention. However, no one was paying attention to the lights. At some point there were 8 blue lights on throughout our cabin calling for assistance. I got attention by waving my hand and asking for help. I told 3 different times re my screen. They stated that they just rebooted the system and it will be working soon. My next seat neighbors were hour into their movies. No one did come back and check if I'm Ok if problem got resolved. Then they were even ignoring us and not offering drinks at this point. I felt like I got punished for asking for help. That's when I asked for crew person in charge. She was kind and offered to move to economy plus. We did move for majority of the flight. Enjoyed entertainment. However, when there was 1.5 h left of our trip, they woke us up and asked to move back to our seats since the meal plans are upgraded in this section. I was shocked, somewhat embarrassed to move back. I felt like a person that likes to cause trouble/ complainer being punished. Since we purchased full price ticket like everyone, we should be able to enjoy it like everyone. Airline should compensate clients, if there's issue with airplane. Flight to LT was good, however going home was extremely unnecessarily stressful. I'll try my best NOT to fly LOT in the future."
Ulemper: "Our return flight was with LOT Airlines, that is why we had to fly with them one more time! Never again! We boarded on time but then we waited for 30 minutes over the departure time, at the gate, inside the plane with no explanation. When finally the captain says 'boarding completed' aaand we wait another 30 minutes without explanation. Finally after one hour from our initial departure time we departed. In total 2 hours waiting in the plane, no water because it took the crew another hour to prepare to serve drinks! Flight was supposed to leave at 16:50, we got water around 19:00. Shame! Food is horrible, service is bad! We landed 2 hours later then we were supposed to. It seems that being late and not give explanations it's something that it's characteristic for polish airlines!"
Fordeler: "Staff were pleasant and attentive. Water was offered several additional times through the 9-hour flight, as well as the usual beverage cart. Good selection of movies"
Ulemper: "Very, very cramped seating. Extraordinary measures needed to even try to maneuver arms to try to eat. Food provided sustenance but no pleasure. Seriously, you should just serve pierogies and everyone would be happy. Desserts were actually quite tasty."
Fordeler: "Flowers in the bathrooms."
Ulemper: "Unhelpful crew, bad food, no complimentary wine."
Ulemper: "I fly 35 years at least 2 times a year to different companies. For the first time in the life of the company flew Lot (and the last) and was unpleasantly surprised: 1. The stewardesses did not hide their antipathy towards the native speakers of English and Russian (they were scornful and rude), although they were friendly and attentive to the passengers speaking Polish, 2. The food is tasteless and small (I have ordinary needs)."
Fordeler: "I traveled on this airline few years ago, and there was always room for improvement. This trip was a very pleasant surprise. Departures and arrivals were on time, excellent service, good entertainment aboard, and what a great, comfortable airplane (Dreamliner B 787)."
Fordeler: "A very nice experience"
Ulemper: "Again, the flight from Warsaw to Chicago in Jan 6 was much better than the other one from Chicago to Warsaw in Dec 27. That flight (Dec 27) I would rate as okey. Food was poor. Instead of meat there was a piece of conjunctive tissue which was impossible to cut or chew at all. Who made a decision to feed people in limited space with beans? I wish this person would seat among them for 8 hours to enjoy it fully."
Ulemper: "I needed to make an international call to Poland to order a special meal.There was no option to do it online. The special meal was served in a timely manner, however, the food seemed not natural."
Ulemper: "the economy class seats are torture for anyone of normal size. 10 hours with three 6-foot tall people crammed into a row was excruciating."
Fordeler: "Food was hot and tasty for dinner. Breakfast was not too bad either - but Polish food is always good. Crew were fine enough."
Ulemper: "The boarding process was a shambles. Many passengers stood in the ailses or were turned around talking to folks they knew - this clearly irked others - it was a bit too social and the staff did nothing."
Fordeler: "The food was good, the flight crew was curteous altho not English speakers."
Ulemper: "The flight was one hour delayed and during boarding most of the time only one person checked us all in for a full dreamliner. There were at least four other LOT employees standing around who could have pitched in. I had a window seat with a large man next to me who overflowed into my space making it uncomfortable to just sit. I couldn't even cut my meat without bumping him. Because LOT upgraded random people before the flight, I would suggest they wait until they board and see who doesn't fit in the tight space and move those people."
