Fordeler: "Ryanair works very well if you follow the instructions. Check in day before departure - Don’t bring too big or too many bags onboard. Pretty perfect flight for us."
Ulemper: "Fellow passengers not preparing for check in and bringing too much luggage then complaining for 10 minutes while everyone else has to wait. Ryanair only had one check in / bag drop. Should be automated or more staff. Took forever. (Ok 30min and only 3 ppl ahead of me in queue)"
Fordeler: "Ingenting ....."

Ulemper: "Delayed 20 minutes and then they called us to the gate where we waited for another hour because the flight got delayed again. It sounded like the problem might have been out of Ryanair's hands but they at least could have told us that it would be an hour and that we should return later."
Fordeler: "The staff was very kind"
Ulemper: "Ryanair could do lots of things better."
Ulemper: "The plane being on time, we got to the departure lounge ready to board only to be told there was a technical fault. They knew the plane had a fault, could have notified us sooner. Once on board we were delayed a further half an hour at no time were there any apologies or explanation."
Fordeler: "It was a great flight staff A1 and beautiful flying from knock, hadn't done for years , hot paninis great food better than Emmirates I flew with over the Christmas"

Ulemper: "var tull med koffert på flyplassen,hadde betalt for koffert ,men måtte betale for den,en koffert kostet jo mer en turen.på flyet ,hadde dem ikke noe av noe drikke og servere.ikke nok med deg.da vi sto og ventet på kofferten på Torp.kom den ikke på det rullebandet fra Gdansk,men på det fra Krakow.så på denne turen var det mye feil.vurderer om jeg skal bruke Ryanair noe mer"

Ulemper: "Jeg har ikke fått til å bestille koffert til tilbake turen.? Min datter som også skal reise fikk det heller ikke til? Er det noe man bestiller når mann sjekker inn for hjemreise?"
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed, No info as to how long and why."
Fordeler: "The flight was good"
Ulemper: "A couple of my families bags were considered large and I have to pay 100 Eu to get them checked. Not even coffee and water are complimentary The staff was curt It took over 25 minutes of sitting before we were underway"
Fordeler: "Staff were friendly and helpful"
Ulemper: "Seats were very uncomfortable, not even a space/pocket slot on the rear of the seat in front to place a book, phone, bottle of water etc Boarding was delayed and this appeared to be due to cabin bags being moved to hold luggage but had not been tagged in advance. Seemed a bit disorganised. Fair enough have the rule about potentially putting them in the hold but make sure they are pre tagged. Flight delayed as a result."
Ulemper: "Arrived 1.5 hours late at 1:30am"
Fordeler: "Easy to use web. Good car hire rates."
Ulemper: "Flight a bit late without much explanation. Constant raucous announcements on board but couldn’t understand any of them. Probably trying to sell us stuff"
Ulemper: "Travelling on such a lousy airline."
Fordeler: "The crew didn’t allow a very visibly drunk passenger on board which was good. We were concerned about him coming on the plane so were very pleased they didn’t allow him to board."
Ulemper: "The plane was delayed and when we did board it was very clear that absolutely no cleaning had taken place. Appreciate the effort not to be any later than we were but not nice to get to a seat with crisps and malteasers everywhere."

Fordeler: "The flight was fine. The online check in was not able to be completed on m iPhone 8 making it very difficult to find a way to complete and get our boarding passes printed ..... their baggage policy was also very unclear and upon check in we learned that ... for our 1.25 hour flight, we had to pay an additional 80 Euro to check our 2 bags ( one each)! I learn lessons every time I travel! Today’s lesson is NEVER AGAIN Ryanair!"

Ulemper: "Notification of flight cancellation even though the flight departed on twitter. Flight should have been cancelled as no transport links to Dublin Airport due to adverse weather."
Ulemper: "My hardshell luggage was heavily damaged during the flight and the policy of the company makes it almost impossible to get a refund that is otherwise guaranteed by any air travel company. They have created a loophole that is impossible to exit in what I can assume is the majority of the cases they receive."
Ulemper: "Delayed flight then held in pens for ages then held on the plane too."
Fordeler: "No issues, accept a silly unnecessary incident at the security point-but that issue is disconnected from the airline."
Ulemper: "Everything was fine. I will find flight here again."
Fordeler: "Absolutely nothing"
Ulemper: "3hr delay, zero staff to provide information, no apologies, utterly terrible organization."
Fordeler: "Flight price. Flight on time."
Ulemper: "Standing out in the rain waiting to board. Huge number of people in "Priority" queue. Cabin crew not ensuring that cabin bag space made available for people in (pre-booked) seats, causing delays when boarding and disembarking."

Fordeler: "They did not cancel our flight like they did others."
Ulemper: "Did not pay to choose seats and my wife and I were at separate ends of the plane - i had an empty row. SAME THING BOTH FLIGHTS."
Ulemper: "Ryanair wouldn't let me cancel my flight, which means my money was completely wasted."
Ulemper: "Had to pay 50 extra since did not check in online"

Ulemper: "No entertainment, no food nor beverages, baggages were checked below deck without our approval because the cabin storage was "full"."
Fordeler: "Besides bad weather conditions we landed perfectly"
Ulemper: "Cramped seats. Did not disclose that you would have to pay an extra fee for seats if you wanted to select them (so I could sit with my husband). First time flying Ryanair. Did not know we had to print out our boarding passes ahead of time (until they emailed us a reminder the day before) or pay $15 each for the print out at the counter. The place we were staying didn't have a printer, so I had to waste a good deal of my vacation time dealing with this and finding a way to get it printed. I chatted with someone at Ryanair and they said the thing about printing your boarding passes was in the fine print. Why? This shouldn't be a secret!"
Fordeler: "Cheap fares."
Ulemper: "The airline is dependent on tacking you with extra fees from extra baggage or denying you boarding so that you eventually have to pay more. If you depend on this type of service as an airline they should never be in the business period."
Fordeler: "Good flight, friendly crew."
Ulemper: "Flight taxied from gate more than 40 minutes late. We stood in line to board for well over an hour."
Fordeler: "We had no problems with our flight"

Ulemper: "The flight was overcrowded, cramped, and loud. The passengers were boisterous with no attempt by the crew to control them for the comfort of other passengers."
Ulemper: "I can't believe that I had to pay 45 euros per ticket because I didn't check in 2 hours before. I had no internet access and it sucked having to pay this amount. When I booked the ticket it should have highlighted that I needed to checkin before else it would cost me 45 euros more!!! I am completely turne OFF by Ryanair!! I travel extensively and this is the first airline that I had rip me off"
Fordeler: "Ryanair offers flights to good travel and business locations at the right time of day.The system is designed for efficiency and to meet deadlines. On this flight to London area, flight was half hour late arriving at Dublin but only 7 minutes late by gate time in Dublin."
Fordeler: "Crew was pleasant and food was decent but you had to pay for it"
Ulemper: "They charged me 45 Pounds because I checked in for my flight at the airport. This is highway robbery! Had to queue for about 30 minutes while boarding"
