Scanned boarding passes, let everyone down the stairs to the apron, only for to be told to come all the way back up the strairs again because of a change of aircraft. Had to do the whole pre boarding and boarding process all over again. More interested in selling hot Panninis rather than check if we had a belt for our baby. Even after doing safety checks, they passed us and still didn’t have a belt for our baby. Only when we called them back And asked for a belt did we get one, and all this whilst the aircraft was moving. Waited over 25 minutes for our buggy bag to come out the baggage belt in Dublin."

Ulemper: "Checked Bag check in procedure was confusing (had to go find the place to purchase a checked bag and then start the check in procedure over). Could have saved a lot of time standing in lines if we had known."

Ulemper: "I find it incredibly ridiculous that a flight is half full and I’m deliberately seated away from my husband just so Ryan Air can make an extra £4 per seat. I get that they want to make money but that’s pushing it too far. I sat next to someone who was also traveling with someone else. That lady’s companion came back and told her the seat next to her was empty. By then everyone was already settled in. Is it really worth the £8 for two people? I’m sorry but that’s just petty."
Ulemper: "Cramped, uncomfortable seats that do not recline. Inattentive flight attendants. Poor beverage service, like they were trains to offer nothing unless you tackled a flight attendant as she raced by. Packed transit tram to plane: priority peopleeaitedin the idling tram while everyone for the flight came down. Never again! Price or not!"
Ulemper: "Issues getting checked in. Multiple lines which we were ushered from and to only to be told to go back to self check kiosk. By the time we get to self check kiosk for the 2nd time our gate is closed and we’ve missed our flight. Not sure why the person at the check in counter couldn’t check our bags for us and get us moving through security??? No offer of any reimbursement and additionall cost for new flight later in the day at more than twice the cost of the flight we missed. Lack of clear direction or any semblance of customer service. I guess you get what you pay for..."

Ulemper: "Nothing!! No place for the legs, minimum !!!! No option to move the seat back !! All the flight the light was On"
Ulemper: "Delayed flight then held in pens for ages then held on the plane too."
Fordeler: "It’s nice flying into Alicante where often those awful automatic passport machines give way to mails checks so much faster"
Ulemper: "They charge extra for everything. First off you will get charged 50 euros if you don't print out a boarding pass before arriving at the airport. Then you will be charged if you want to pick a seat or carry on a bag. You will be put on a bus to get to the plane then climb stairs to board. It takes forever to claim your bag."

Ulemper: "Lack of regular information regarding delays. Even the occasional "we still have no updates" would have been helpful."
Fordeler: "First time using RyanairI have heard so many negative comments about Ryan air and was genuinely surprised that my experience was so positive. The entire boarding process along with arrival and departure were easy and everything was on time."

Ulemper: "We purchased priority tickets and were last on the plane. There was no organization at all. Everyone rushed the plane because we were hoarded onto a bus and told to walk to the plane. I'm small so all of the rude people rushed the plane and I had to wait in the back or get trampled. Why did I pay extra for priority? Even at the gate. People just moved the barrier and sat in the priority section. No enforcement of rules at all. So everyone got priority treatment - or you could say no one got priority treatment, just some of us paid extra to be treated like cattle."

Ulemper: "The massive delay, the move of gates to the other end of the airport only to get onto a bus and then wait 15-20 minutes to get off the bus and onto the plane. Even an offer of free coffee on board would've been nice but nope, just a few apologies over the PA."

Ulemper: "We had to print the boarding pass. Few rules we couldn't understand. Gave baggage tag separately near the gate. Have to check in in advance get ur own boarding pass printed."

Ulemper: "they cannot charge too hight bags fee for internantional guest! zhis is pitfall to us!"

Ulemper: "CHAOTIC. Found the Ryanair booking site difficult to log into with my booking number constantly not being recognised. Once I'd booked it was pay, pay, pay for luggage and seats making the flight expensive. Biggest insult was they took my money for a transfer, return email saying it was accepted. A later email saying it was cancelled with no refund of money. A 12 month credit note ( not seen yet ) which I can't use in 12 months. Now feeling ripped off Will not be flying with Ryanair again."

Ulemper: "We were required to have a printed boarding pass, and since we were traveling it was difficult to get prior to getting to the airport. Once we got to the airport, we were bandied about from one desk to another, then told we would have to go spend money at a computer/printer station, or else pay 15 pounds."
Fordeler: "Easy boarding (by boarding both ends of the plane at the same time it speeds things up). Cheap!"
Fordeler: "Missed as flight from.larnaca was cancelled"
Fordeler: "I liked the price...boarding from a hangar in the freezing cold in early morning wasn't so delightful but overall...it took off, it landed and that's all you can ask if an airline"

Ulemper: "We were late in boarding the plane, after we had our tickets scanned we had to wait almost 30 minutes in the tunnel to the plane just standing."
Fordeler: "Incredible cheap fare, but watch out, the airline has plenty of hidden tricks to extract you more money."
