Ulemper: "Flight delayed 2 hours with very little communication as to why. We were not informed of likely length of delay. Once on board we were not offered any small compensation such as a free drink etc. Customers were moved to accommodate other passengers resulting in my friend moving from isle or middle seat. This wasn’t handled very gently and she wasn’t thanked."
Ulemper: "The man at the back of me was for ever knocking my seat so I was unable to rest / sleep as it was an early morning flight. Even after politely asking him to refrain, he continued."

Fordeler: "Flying EI-DAR, this was Ryanair's sixth-oldest active aircraft at 15.3 years old. Despite this, it featured the new sky interior and was comfortable overall. Flight was quick (albeit at 10 minute late landing) and deboarding was not an issue."

Ulemper: "Check in is a nightmare, questions are crazy even though you have paid extra for priority and 10kg carry on still had to check it in under the plane"

Ulemper: "Flight was delayed four hours, and while that happens sometimes, what really upset me was the compete lack of help and competence from the staff. It seemed to me nobody knew what to do or what was going on. I tried to talk to three different desks and the cabin crew and nobody could help at all."

Fordeler: "Flight delayed, 20 minutes to get through passport control, chaos at the car park due to changes & fees! Welcome back to England ☹️"

Ulemper: "Hot, cramped, slow boarding and ridiculous wait times at the bag drop in. Almost missed our flight despite getting there 2.5 hours before boarding"

Ulemper: "Flight was delayed by 1h40, seats cramped, take off and landing uncomfortable, Ryanair’s policy of enforcing hold baggage, Ryanair’s bully tactics of sitting passengers separately even if tickets are booked and checked in together, basically everything Ryanair did"

Ulemper: "Flight a bit late without much explanation. Constant raucous announcements on board but couldn’t understand any of them. Probably trying to sell us stuff"

Ulemper: "Very unorganized no idea about time scheduling boarding right up until take off and then spent nearly a further hour trying to get off of the run way. No reason given just blamed ground staff at the airport no apology felt very unprofessional. Should of made me effort explaining why we were delayed had to cancel plans as we were nearly an hour later than taking off was planned."
Ulemper: "Delayed flight then held in pens for ages then held on the plane too."
Ulemper: "Last minute rearranging if passengers so that those who had picked their seats ended up somewhere else... Not impressed"
Ulemper: "Poor comfort Poor customer service and high fares Hike price on website if you search same seat second time though plane had 25% empty seats"
Fordeler: "the flight and the flight crew were quite good and professional."
Ulemper: "The way we were gathered up like sheep at the departure lounge. There was one person who acted like a mini hitler, scolding people if they dared to cross the line. An unpleasant experience."

Fordeler: "We landed 10 minutes earlier than expected"
Ulemper: "We paid £80 a person which is over double what it costs us to fly there with vueling on less notice They then moved the boarding location after everyone had lined up causing us to loose out place in the queue They made us check our cabin bags which we were warned could happen but is never appreciated The seats were uncomfortable and very cramped for leg room The touched down while not totally their control was very harsh and a panel over the engine actually slid open on touch down which is a little concerning There was also a 20 minute delay taking off"
Ulemper: "Plane was dirty, boarding didn't have a good organisation, crew wasn't friendly."
Ulemper: "Uncomfortable, no leg or arm room especially when sat next to people who are too big for their seats!"

Ulemper: "It was a total faf in the airport in Marrakech. Things work differently which is fine but the airline should really inform you that in order to progress through to passport control you need to go to the check in desk (even though you checked in online ages ago) to get a stamp. It took ages and ages and the lack of communication was annoying. Ryanair sent out an email warning about longer security waits but didn't specify. The problem is most people who travel Ryanair don't have bags to check in so naturally like every other place you would go straight through. And if that's not the case then tell people!!! Very frustrating."
Ulemper: "When I was check-in at the airport, the staff in the Basel airport, was so rude. Even though I've done online check in, unable to use online boarding pass. Only said, I have to printing the boarding pass, but I was traveling around country side, so there were no place to printing the ticket. When in the airport , the staff require either online or printing boarding pass, but as my online boarding pass is not working, I said I would like to get boarding pass and willing to pay for it. But she was almost shouting to me and her face looking vey annoyed for doing additional work. I was uncomfortable for her service. And she only said "NEXT TIME!, OK?", her tone was like scold to child. I don't expect either excellence service or big friendly smile, but I paid for ticket and printing, I didn't bagging anything. I really did't understand her attitude, I don't have any reason to heard her shouting voice in the airport after holidays. I was consider never use Ryanair next time, seriously."

Ulemper: "Airport is an abomination, can't cope with 2 flights landing close together . Don't use it ."
Fordeler: "Staff friendly on board. Not on the ground."
Ulemper: "Flight was late and no tea served for two hours."
Fordeler: "For any of those who hadn't realized, ryanair has changed: gone are the annoying squeezing of one bag into another at the gate, gone are the battleaxes who used to humiliate you...now it is ine of the most pleasant services...love the fact that you can take an extra small bag on board, & the flight attendants seem to always be super nice now...& all that at prices which enable me to travel frequently. Well done ryanair!"
