Fordeler: "The crew were really helpful since I am a short person in putting my luggage away in the overhead compartment and attentive to everyone's needs. I am a fussy eater and don't really like airplane food but the food was actually really nice. We was given plenty of snacks and drinks in between meals as well. There was plenty of programmes to choose from to keep me entertained."

Fordeler: "Planes are newish and comfortable. Decent amount of room in economy. Very good entertainment system with a not of great Nordic content (Swedish, Danish and Norwegian movies) Food was pretty good for an airplane. The service is excellent. I slept through the meal service, but they still made it a point to get me a meal when I woke up. Old fashioned tea and coffee service, with a steward going up and down the aisles with proper tea and coffee pots. Very professional, a high end feel to everything."
Ulemper: "Flight delayed and we sat on tarmac for 2 hours"
Ulemper: "The flight was over 2 hours late leaving Copenhagen, and then we sat at the gate while they unloaded bags to find the luggage of some passengers who decided not to be on that flight. Then it was total chaos at O'Hare. Very few SAS ticket agents who were not prepared to deal with the many passengers who had missed connections. We spent the night on hard chairs in the airport when we could have been re-booked on a flight out that night if they had been at all organized and efficient."

Ulemper: "Hottest I have ever been in a plane (we were in 40G and H) and I “run cold”. We were sweating and drinking water like crazy (they gave us one bottle and did not routinely walk the aisles handing out more). Luckily we brought our own water. Early June and headed to Scandinavia, not someplace hot. Seats were hard and I put my unused blankets under me."

Ulemper: "Boarding chaotic and Newark airport is very inconvenient. No signs to terminal B and the sky train with the compartment system is not very functional. I am tall person and sitting in the middle of the middle row was very inconvenient wilh not enough leg space."

Printed 8 bag tickets (for 2 bags) and after we complained was told there was no line at immigration, so should be okay. Guess having a 3 year old wasn’t enough for us to get any compassion or expedited service. At gate. No early boarding for children."

Ulemper: "Why can't SAS ever be on time? The last 4-5 flights I've been on have connected me either too late or just barely in time for connecting flights. Please be more like Swiss."
Ulemper: "The agent at the gate misled me into thinking there would be no fee associated with a checked bag. When it turned out there was, I was told it was too late."

Fordeler: "The non stop to Copenhagen from San Francisco was excellent. We departed on time, arrived on time.The seats in coach were much more comfortable than other airlines. I will fly SAS again."

I couldn't use self-check-in for my bad because I was flying to America and for some reason, this meant I had to hand my suitcase to someone rather than just putting it on the conveyor belt. There were about 8 people ahead of me, and yet it took a solid hour of standing in line waiting to get to the counter. How it could possibly have been so insanely slow is beyond me. When it was finally my turn to submit my bag it literally took 30 seconds. And yet I had to wait an hour. Grade: F-"
Ulemper: "Finnair are hellbent on trying to sell goods and continuously interrupt the movies with their confounded announcements every 15 minutes very annoying. If i wanted to buy something its in their mag and as a regional flight it should include some form of nourishment other than juice or coffee one off, tight fisted and not a descent selection of food either"

Ulemper: "The jack for the TV was broken! For seat 4H during my flight from Helsinki to Tokyo. I paid a business class ticket but had No audio for the television! This should be fixed immediately and I think I should receive something for the inconvenience and in return for the high price ticket I purchased!"
Fordeler: "Fell asleep and didn’t even realise. Finnair is very friendly and the staff are super nice. I was very thirsty and asked for two cups of water instead of one and the lady was not hesitant to give me two cups in quick succession. Very good air company"
Ulemper: "Nothing really too bad, you get what you expected. May of been nice to have a free sandwich as it’s a non stop flight - this is because Lufthansa has one stopover and offers a free sandwich and drink."

Fordeler: "I have flown to hk with Cathay and American exclusively. I wanted to try Finnair because the price was very good for business. I now know why. The food is mediocre. The staff aren’t friendly or attentive. At $2700 it’s cheap compared to CX and AA but I know why now."

Ulemper: "Disembarked at Helsinki unto a bus. Despite landing roughly on time, this antiquated procedure effectively made the flight 20 mins late, as that’s when the passengers got to the terminal."
Fordeler: "The flight was not crowded and that was a nice surprise for a transatlantic flight. Each passenger was offered a personal bottle of water upon boarding, cabin crew was very nice and professional. The flight was on time and we arrived at the airport of destination even ahead of time!"

Ulemper: "Carcassonne is a tiny airport, be aware there are only vending machines after security, and not much seating. Announcements difficult to hear. Flight was fine, usual Ryanair."

Ulemper: "Every group on plane seemed to have been purposely split up even though there were many empty seats. Difficult to book luggage on the website. They said there were strict size limits on cabin bags, but when we got to the gate they didn’t check any - we had to pay for an extra bag in hold when we could have just used a bigger bag for hand luggage. Everything was difficult. Bag drop didn’t work - we had to queue to to go to the desk 3 times and the lady eventually did it herself. Staff were polite and nice."
Fordeler: "Cabin crew very good, lovely flights out and back but food sparse. Lots in the in flight magazine but seemingly little on board. I was v hungry!! Mr O'Leary, love the cheap flights and booking system fine but you could make more money from better food options. Pity."
Ulemper: "Much waiting in line for most of an hour bofore gate opens and incredibly slow inflight food service"

Ulemper: "Was sat nowhere near my group of friends, know one on the plane was sat with who they travelled with. Plane was running late."

Ulemper: "Ryanair delays, Manchester airport in general, poor and anti-travelers focused"

Fordeler: "Nothing, even the €5 voucher barely got a cup of coffee at a Starbucks that had us waiting 45 minutes in a line to order"
Ulemper: "The flight was listed as delayed with about an hour before it was due to arrive. It landed 3 hours and 45 minutes late. Up until 2 hours, in other words when it left Stansted for Nice, there was no explanation as to why. The Stansted Express tickets we paid for an hour before the scheduled take off had to be forfeited Upon arrival at Stansted Airport, we were made wait for our plan to taxi to its gate, wait to get off and then wait for our bags to arrive which took well over an hour. Between Stansted Airport, hailed as one of the worst airports and Ryanair, who’s cabin manager was a clown, the whole experience start to finish as a fiasco!"
Fordeler: "The captain (pilot) and the crew were friendly and helpful"
Ulemper: "2 hrs 30 min delay trapped on board without air con. I was with my son (7 weeks old) and didn’t have enough space to breastfeed and fresh air to cope with the heat."
Fordeler: "Easy to use web. Good car hire rates."
Ulemper: "Flight a bit late without much explanation. Constant raucous announcements on board but couldn’t understand any of them. Probably trying to sell us stuff"
Ulemper: "1 hour flight delay 1 hour delay disembarking due to non-availability of ground staff Another appalling travel experience with Ryanair - they should not be allowed to operate an airline"
Ulemper: "No drinks left hot or cold for whole flight"

Ulemper: "As usual with ryan air it's all about the cash. Missed my flight because of lip balm and a baggage check and then when I asked for help. They basically did nothing. I will never fly with you again. Luckily managed to get a B.A flight for £95.00 the same day and Ryan air wanted £413.00"
Fordeler: "With Ryanair, you can only really like the price and the people. To be fair though, m the toilet was clean.."
Ulemper: "Our flight was scheduled to depart at 7.30 am, but was still refueling after an earlier flight at that time. In a way it was lucky that it was late; if it had been in time, we would have been queueing on the Stansted tarmac in the rain. As it was, the rain had just stopped while we waited at the foot of the aircraft stairs. We actually took off 45 mins late. The new, additional-cost priority boarding is a joke: almost everyone was a "priority". Several passengers didn't understand the long "priority" queue, so joined it only to be turned away at check-in."

Ulemper: "Notification of flight cancellation even though the flight departed on twitter. Flight should have been cancelled as no transport links to Dublin Airport due to adverse weather."
Fordeler: "The crew were very friendly and very helpful with my sister struggling with her baggage due to her breaking her arm a few weeks ago. The crew on the ground at Shannon and on-board the flight could not do any more for us."
Ulemper: "The seating arrangements whereby we had to pay extra to sit together despite us booking the three tickets all at the same time. Ryanair are over-charging their customers with these hidden charges which are only declared at the check-in stage"
Ulemper: "Delayed flight then held in pens for ages then held on the plane too."
Fordeler: "Smooth boarding and pleasant staff"

Fordeler: "Took off on time and arrived a few minutes early. I didn’t have to wait too long for luggage on carousel."
Ulemper: "Sitting next to someone who played music too loud even with headphones. Could hear a constant noise"
Fordeler: "Great staff and flight on time"
Ulemper: "No flight announcement at Dublin airport so missed flight"
Ulemper: "Seats don’t recline"
Fordeler: "The make cabin crew had such a strong accent and spoke so fast that no one on the plane could barely understand a word he said during any of the announcements. He made no effort to slow it down and speak clearer"

Fordeler: "The flight departed on time and arrived early. Pleasant staff, no fuss. Just what you want from a flight."
Fordeler: "Boarding was quick and the crew efficient, a shortish 2hr flight comfort was perfectly adequate"
Ulemper: "The breakfast burrito was tasteless, i would have rather have done without."
Fordeler: "Cheap as chips and only took an hour instead of 90 mins; happy out!"
Fordeler: "Prompt take-off, good in-flight service, landed 30 minutes early."

Fordeler: "The flight was speedy and the plane was one of the new ones with a new interior, which was a nice change from the flight out to Germany."
Ulemper: "The boarding process was hectic and disorganised, the plane set off late as Ryanair always do, there were incredibly loud and rude customers onboard which the staff did nothing about. The seats weren't comfortable at all and the headrests were awful. Generally just an uncomfortable plane, the new design looks nicer but the seats are a lot thinner and it shows Just felt very cheap, the flights weren't even particularly cheap either"

Fordeler: "It was much, much better than the flight to Ibiza because the passengers were at least civilized ,were quiet & did not cause the crew any problems maybe because they were knackered after partying."
