My diabetes meal was the same on my earlier flight from Hyderabad to Singapore. The breast of chicken was 3-4 oz piece. It was difficult to cut it on the smaller pieces in the tray. Prefer pre-portioned chicken breast cubes. No need to make it a chore. I could manage to handle, but be considerate to seniors who might have limited mobility etc.

Excellent service, the food was delicious and the inflight entertainment full of options for varied taste.

Because he told me that my 2 bags coming out in a vew hours. And they give my cell phone # 01114488833 and I give them my wife's cell phone # 01225993535. They never call me they never answer me. 8 days. So I went yesterday 10-11-18 to the Cairo airport I met one of your employees. Asking for my 2 bags they told me that they called my my wife but they didn't. I asked my wife she said they never call me. And she talks to them on phone. They said sorry some mistakes happen they should give me $200 for every single day my bags lait but they didn't ButI received my bags broken an I lost my wife shoes and my candy The chocolate rolled over my clothes And the workers open one of my bags and eat some candy and leave the trash inside the bag"

Fordeler: "The entertainment options were great! And, they have free wine with meals."
Ulemper: "There was no leg room at all in economy. My knees were in the seat of the person in front of me. Most of the food was terrible and I only ate the bread. The TV is on the back of the seat in front of you and is a touch screen. You have to touch pretty hard. So, every time the person behind me was scrolling, they had to hit my seat. I couldn't sleep the entire 16 hours more than 30 minutes. I asked for water to take some medicine and was told it was 30 minutes til food service and to wait. It was over 2 hours before they started food service."

Ulemper: "The touch screens were hanging making it difficult to watch movies. Also they served a lot of booze to people and one of my neighbours vomited in arrival. It was a mess"

Fordeler: "Emirates is my carrier of choice, and that's due to their continued service standards, friendliness and rates. This flight was pretty empty so service was even better and I was able to spread myself out. Also, well done to the crew. They continue to maintain high standards."
Ulemper: "This is the first time it's happened to me, but I was scheduled to leave Oslo on Wednesday, but Emirates cancelled my flight and put me on the next one. It would have been alright had they offered some sort of compensation or made it up to me in one way or another, but that was not going to happen. They cancelled and the cost was on me (as per the T's & C's I was told) and that was pretty much that. Here's a hint, it seems like their Scandinavian flights are underperforming and in a cost saving effort, they're randomly cancelling flights. I subsequently found out they did it to someone else in the area causing them to miss two days of a pre-booked vacation. So, if they cancel, it's going to cost you a lot more in a city like Oslo to wait a day - not to mention the costs involved in missing work or vacation, so maybe shop around then. I still like Emirates, but I'm feeling a little burnt after this episode."
Ulemper: "70 minutes waiting on tarmac for no obvious reason before 15 + hours flight is not nice, perfect weather, plane 4 hours before take off ready , but ATC allowed 14 small planes to over take us....Dubai airport big disappointment, not enough clean restrooms, overpriced ,not enough food courts ,only retail and duty free, boarding took double time than usual....for me no more Dubai,"

Fordeler: "Every aspect of my roundtrip flight from Los Angeles to Dubai was great and excellent. I feel very fortunate to experience to have a flight on Airbus 380 with Emirates Airlines."

Ulemper: "Restrictions on carry on (no more than 10k) is a pain. Especially after u find out that business class is allowed 13k."

Ulemper: "Checkin crew were not that friendly. I was transiting from JFK and I was asked to remove a special item from my checked in bag as it was fragile . So I had to put it in my hand luggage. However in Dubai, the Check-in crew refused to allow me to board and I ended up paying $180 to have my hand bag checked in. This was unfair as the device I had to put in my carryon had it'seems weight already added to my allowed luggage."

Fordeler: "Emirates is definitely comfier and more attentive than any American airline I've used."
Ulemper: "Not sure what happened on landing... We were told they couldn't connect the walkway so we would come down the stairs, but neglected to mention the ridiculously long (20-30 minutes) bus ride back to the actual terminal. There were no staff on the bus. I was pregnant and not offered a seat and came very close to passing out from the situation. I love emirates but the Dubai airport makes me reconsider flying with them again."

Sane as early

on Oct. 16, 2016, I flew ACC to DOH on QR1424 with my Dad who is 81. Ryan Mostafa and her crew were EXCELLENT, such great accommodating service, such amazing hospitality that from now on I will always fly Qatar when possible!

The airport staff of Qatar airlines was UNFRIENDLY and UNHELPFUL. They all acted like we were bothering them. They gave no help in moving from one station to another. In general they gave an extremely bad first impression of Qatar airlines!!

They did not let my uncle fly at all

How can you have a complimentary lounge for people missing their flight but not allow people in. I guess because we were only economy. When asked could we pay for an upgrade to business class, the attendant responded with "oh, its expensive" I didn't ask how much, I asked if we could. I never felt so insulted. The food was terrible. By the time they got to us, our food was cold and they ran out of the menu item we wanted. I have no intention of flying Qatar again. I will stick with Emirates"

Ulemper: "Qatar in Belgrade didn't tell me about alchocol bottle I bought in the Duty Free and that i could not go with it all the way to melbourne even bag was sealed and receipt was visible. I lost $ buying, because custom in Doha had to take bottle. Its not right. Qatar custom could see in Belgrade and didn't tell me and the same in the Duty Free shop."

Particularly older generations that can afford and would fund such a win win appealing."

Ulemper: "Did not know what Vegetarian Jain meal should taste like! Even goats and sheep woud not have liked the taste of this special meal. Fortunately, cabin crew member was kind enough to give me a regular Hindu veggie meal rather than my pre-selected Vegetarian Jain meal (VJML) - DO NOT CHOOSE VJML on Qatar, unless you wanna faint from the horrible food! The tray was dirty! Co-passengers in the row behind me were also complaining The audio lead of my headphone would not go into the outlet in the seat armrest! So I had to use audio from neighboring (empty) seat and sync it with video from screen for my seat. What a pain!"

Ulemper: "I have travelled fro hyderabad to miami,i had a bad experience at hyderabad air port at qatar counter for baggage Please baggage standards should be unique across all airports travelling from miami they accepted the laptop bag plus 7kg small trolley cabin luggage In retun journey qatar pople said laptop and small trolly bag should be of 7kg .my laptop itself 6kgs is there and they charged me 65usd as excess luggage. I said iwas not charged extra at miami why you are charging extra here ,they said rules are different at miami but in hyderabad this is the case I am very much frustrated on this service ,atleast once in a year i will travell on qatar from next time i never prefer to travel on this carrier. Delta operated. Missed connecting flight due to single late crew member in dfw. 1.5 h late. Missed work and incurred costs of over $800. Delta failed to hold connecting flight(s) at gate and it actually left EARLY. Fail. Never again.

Ulemper: "Information on KLM website and flight status said 50 minutes delay and was never updated with the true status. 3 hours before we took off. KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."
Ulemper: "Old airplane with not really comfy seats. No outlets for charging devices. Very old entertainment screen."

Ulemper: "KLM's new configuration for this type of plane made the seats even narrower than before. While leg room was reasonable, the 3 abreast seating meant a lot of discomfort, especially in the row right in front of the restroom."

Ulemper: "The plane smelt like fresh urine, chemicals, feces, and burning rubber. Simply put, the plane should not be in active rotation. It felt immensely unsafe as the plane rattled and moaned throughout the flight."
Fordeler: "Crew was accommodating, seat space for economy was generous and comfortable for a 2hr flight."
Ulemper: "Luggage allowance for economy is only one check-in bag, as opposed to most airlines these days, which give two check-in bags. For the price paid (almost $300) for a return trip to Yangon from HCMC, this is expensive -- and I booked over a month in advance. Should be offering more leverage."

Ulemper: "Boarding is very unorganized, and takes so much time. They could probably improve by assigning certain rows to use the front/rear door of the aircraft. For example: rows 1-15 use the front door, and 16-30 use the rear door. That way there’re not too much congestion and waiting on the aisle."

Fordeler: "The food was good as there were selections of either Japanese food or Western food. In flight entertainment was good too with enough selections to choose from. Overalll, the service of crew was satisfying."

Ulemper: "The food was horrid and the entertainment system was sub mediocre at st best."
Fordeler: "Check in was easy, food was decent, there was a TV in each seat"
Fordeler: "The Premium Economy section is relatively small, and quiet. At check-in, I was attributed a window seat, and the section was fully packed. The company went out of its way to give me an aisle seat. A window seat would have resulted in a badly hurting elbow. The seats in Economy Premium are OK, nice pitch and width : 2+4+2, instead of 3+3+3 in Economy."
Ulemper: "The seats in Economy Premium have a foot-rest, that is badly designed and badly kept. Nothing to do with the kind they have in Business class. Push the button, it will spring up. This is OK for short people with short legs, like average Vietnamese customers. It is a pain for taller people with longer legs. It takes a lot of strength to push the footrest into its former position. In my seat, two attendants came to my help and could not do it. Something apparently was broken. I spent 13 miserable hours without being able to find a comfortable position for my legs. I strongly suggest to Vietnam Airlines get rid of the footrests altogether, or find an easy-to-manage model."

Fordeler: "Was good - everything you would expect except the boarding times etc were odd. It asked you to be there at the gate an hour before departure but it only started boarding maybe 10 mins before and didn't give updates about departure delays."
Ulemper: "No space in the Kayak booking to make meal requests like vegetarian, so ended up starving and without dinner until I got to the city 4 hours after boarding a late flight because VN Airlines didn't have any vegetarian meals on board. I couldn't even eat the salad as they put salmon on it. Cold bread roll and fruit... Kayak need to have at least the most common fields in the booking like vegetarian meal request."

Ulemper: "they moved to changi terminal 4. Terminal 3 is much better because of train connectivity."
Ulemper: "The flight was 3 hours late. My seat was wet when we boarded. I’m not sure it was really the crews fault, but still sucked and not a great experience."
Fordeler: "Transit assitance was good, would have been even better if it was highlight after ticket purchase in electronic form"
Ulemper: "Took too long (more than 1 hour in queue) to check in at Sydney"

Fordeler: "There was a long line for the Hanoi-Ho Chi Minh flights but with multiple counters devoted to this route alone we were checking in not long after having been dropped off at the airport. We were offered seats on an earlier fight which we eagerly accepted. Knowing that this route is often cited as one of the busiest in the world it was no surprise to find ourselves on a wide-body jet, Airbus 330-200 even on this 2-hour flight. A small snack was served. The flight was uneventful."
Ulemper: "Food... only could have the fruit"
Fordeler: "Boarding on the 787 Dreamliner was ok French wine selection was good"
Ulemper: "Food was average Limited entertainment movies etc Seat was uncomfortable and rocked either broken or poorly adjusted - thrilling on landing!! Staff did their minimum job and that's it no drinks during flight etc strange during a day flight they dimmed the windows to watch movie I hate the offset seating configuration I'm 184cm and it was difficult to stretch out."
Fordeler: "Comfortable seats, but that was about it. Just ok."
Ulemper: "This was only a short flight 1.5 hours, but only provided water, unlike Thai airways which provided a meal."
Fordeler: "Unexpected charge of $450 to transfer planes in Vietnam. Worst purchase ever."
Fordeler: "Bottled water and ample leg room pretty much sums up this short flight from Phu Quoc to SGN."
Ulemper: "Crew at check-in counter was not friendly or helpful. Even though our pregnancy was documented a week earlier by Vietnam Airlines, she made us go through the same process, though we showed her we had the same form already in our possession."
Fordeler: "The leg room is one of the best in economy class. At six feet tall, I was able to stretch my legs and not have my knees against the seat in front of us. The personal entertainment console worked perfectly with clear picture and sound, though the free headphones were uncomfortable. Boarding crew allowed us to cut in line since we had a 2 year old. Very appreciative for that, and appreciative for their sternness with those customers who were trying to slip in in front of us."
Ulemper: "Crew on board came across as a little unfriendly, though professional seriousness might have been mistaken as annoyance. The food was passable, but definitely not quality. Sufficient amount of beverage was served."
Fordeler: "Was able to change seat to exit row; not crowded; A350 is a really nice plane. Vietnam Airlines has amazingly friendly and helpful crew, extremely pleasant. Catering from Japan is edible. Delta Platinum gives you lounge access in Osaka and HCMC."
Ulemper: "A/V system was on the fritz for the whole plane; was not activated until 45 minutes into the flight and then kept cutting out for all passengers. I just gave up and slept."
Fordeler: "Food: good recipes, shoved out hot"
Ulemper: "Ticketing desk chaotic with apathetic staff; no sense of first-come-first-serve; you have to be firm about people cutting in front of you and be sharp when they open or close the stations. On the plane, crew performs responsibility checklist, not a smidgeon more; no sense of hospitality or gratiousness; cattle car mentality. Blanket received not in a wrapper and smelled of another person. Plane from Singapore late. Bus transit instead of jetway. Bus late; long time standing on plane waiting to exit."
Fordeler: "Early check in was not a problem and baggage check in weight is great and not paying for it."
Ulemper: "This flight seems more and more every time we take an econo flight which, should be cheaper then what you get for pricing. No fluff flight only I can see the different is the baggage weight you can take is only the extra. Seem we stayed on the tar mac for a while flying out and flying in Ho Chi which, the air movement in the cabin was not that great at all and little stuffy and warm. One thing leaving out of Term 3 at Singapore if you go thru Immegration and want to eat the food is not great all and stay away from Burger King and for the 3rd time got sick again! Worst Burger Jiont in the World ever! From no soda, the chicken nuggets tasting like fish, and the Burgees did not taste like burger very sickening! Thier are a rip-off to still wanted everyone to pay full price for the a meal and without no drink and pay extra for water and wanted people to pay for ice. Burger King Co. really need to take hard look at this Joint for very bad foods serving people and getting them sick and ripping people off with money. Seats are small and compact and the seat belt for the airline is small for a bigger person and not meaning over weight."

Ulemper: "No entertainment and the business class seat doesn't lay flat all the way."

Fordeler: "Overall my experience was good. Pros: seat are comfortable. The jet seemed more spacious than ANA airlines. Cons: workers know little English compared to ANA from checking in to the flight attendants. I think this was the most disappointing because the language barrier was frustrating when needing help going the right direction and having questions about checking in. The food was OK. The fruit tasted rotten and the food didn't seem as fresh either. The customer service was also mediocre. When I was on ANA airlines all the staff were very helpful and they seemed statisfied with their jobs. When I travel to ASIA again I will try and avoid Vietnam airlines."

Ulemper: "Oh Food. Again food. I have been being served the same food for more than 10 years. bread and cold meat...!!!"
Fordeler: "Crew on board was responsive and really helpful with regard of needs of passengers. Food tastes really good. Decent amount of leg room, considering it's economy class."
Ulemper: "We had a flight at 11am in korea with vietnam airlines heading back to Singapore. We had to queue an hour and a half for our boarding pass and check in, which makes it unbelievable how is that possible. We were there early since 815am, and only got our boarding around 10am. We nearly missed our flight as there were queue all around for security check. I guess this is the first and the last time i will travel with Vietnam Airlines."
Fordeler: "Small plane and very nice people. Short flight so no food or entertainment to judge. Just hard not to love the Cambodians."
Fordeler: "The flight had many open seats, the crew helped to board passengers efficiently, the food was plentiful and they even offered wine on a 3 hour flight. It was delightful."
Ulemper: "There weren't individual entertainment systems."
Ulemper: "We booked the flight for family of 8 Despite informing them over counter in Narita international airport that to place us at 2 together in the same because we have kid of 8 years and 12 years , we were all allocated separately. We could not do online check in even we log in 24 hours before flight ,all seats shown available is individual. Being in the airport early does not help too. I will definitely not consider taking Vietnam airlines in future n will cautious friends to be aware of such service."
Fordeler: "The Air France business lounge that Vietnam Airlines use in CDG Airport was excellent. Lots of space a good selection of food. The airline staff where all wonderful and food on the plane was delicious. I like the sleeping pods. Very private and comfortable."
Ulemper: "I would like a few more recent English movie choices."
Ulemper: "The lack of support to help us to rearrange flight. No explanation"
Fordeler: "Very attentive to handicapped passengers. Which is me. Yhe flight is short yet they served a light lunch we seemed like a waste to. I had a coke. The plane was clean I love the hostess uniforms. Beautiful and very feminine. Refreshing in today's world"
Ulemper: "For a short hop I have nothing to suggest. Perfect"

Ulemper: "It wasn't possible to check baggage through to Yangon despite it being advertised as a connecting flight. Very annoying to have to collect and re check in at HCMC airport while in transit."
