We was seated in 61A and 61C, seems like in the previous flight a dog was sitting there or some kind of animal that left fleas in the sit."

Even the seatback pockets are better with multiple pockets including one that fits most mobile phones. The windows turn tinted blue instead of drawing shades down—what?!"

Ulemper: "I didn't like how Vayasan and Singapore airlines telephone check in both claimed they could not upgrade. It was part of the policy/seating I bought. They were wrong, the airlines at San Francisco airport did it without blinking, after checking my visa status."

Ulemper: "Chairs on the new A380 although more comfortable than the Boeing 777 are still very uncomfortable for sleeping in the economy class. Plane is so big that it takes a while for first and business class to load and unload. Luggage took forever to unload for the same reason."

A real mess. took over a half an hour and agents were processing coach passengers randomly and seemed oblivious to business class passengers who paid a significant price for the tickets."

Ulemper: "More realistic options to upgrade. Example I can board a train in London and upgrade to first class for £20 to Edinburgh. If you have a coach class or business class empty. Have capacity to feed extra or not. Last minute upgrades can be both a revenue stream and another option to further satisfy some customers. Particularly older generations that can afford and would fund such a win win appealing."

Ulemper: "Did not know what Vegetarian Jain meal should taste like! Even goats and sheep woud not have liked the taste of this special meal. Fortunately, cabin crew member was kind enough to give me a regular Hindu veggie meal rather than my pre-selected Vegetarian Jain meal (VJML) - DO NOT CHOOSE VJML on Qatar, unless you wanna faint from the horrible food! The tray was dirty! Co-passengers in the row behind me were also complaining The audio lead of my headphone would not go into the outlet in the seat armrest! So I had to use audio from neighboring (empty) seat and sync it with video from screen for my seat. What a pain!"
Ulemper: "While stay in Doha the did not give any food vochcher for 21 hours what they think no body eat in 21 hours I go to counter they refused next time I will not travel"

After 20-30 minutes of wait, I finally got my ticket but the security and custom lines were very long by that time. Never flying Qatar again."

Ulemper: "I have travelled fro hyderabad to miami,i had a bad experience at hyderabad air port at qatar counter for baggage Please baggage standards should be unique across all airports travelling from miami they accepted the laptop bag plus 7kg small trolley cabin luggage In retun journey qatar pople said laptop and small trolly bag should be of 7kg .my laptop itself 6kgs is there and they charged me 65usd as excess luggage. I said iwas not charged extra at miami why you are charging extra here ,they said rules are different at miami but in hyderabad this is the case I am very much frustrated on this service ,atleast once in a year i will travell on qatar from next time i never prefer to travel on this carrier. Thanks a lot for great qatar servic"

Because he told me that my 2 bags coming out in a vew hours. And they give my cell phone # 01114488833 and I give them my wife's cell phone # 01225993535. They never call me they never answer me. 8 days. So I went yesterday 10-11-18 to the Cairo airport I met one of your employees. Asking for my 2 bags they told me that they called my my wife but they didn't. I asked my wife she said they never call me. And she talks to them on phone. They said sorry some mistakes happen they should give me $200 for every single day my bags lait but they didn't ButI received my bags broken an I lost my wife shoes and my candy The chocolate rolled over my clothes And the workers open one of my bags and eat some candy and leave the trash inside the bag"

Ulemper: "They are racist!!!!! Segregation and all!!!!! For my more than 12 hours layover I had to pay for my own hotel!!! Yet other travelers were given free hotel vouchers. As a matter of fact I was kept waiting for nearly half an hour in the middle of the night even though I had been waiting for service ahead of them."

Fordeler: "Layout of plane is very convenient , bathroom acessable, no crowding in isles. Love the dining cards & choice of meals, and the comfort features ( blankets , pillows , toiletry bag) The entertainment center is also amazing! Perfect for long flights. So many choices & also power usage also great for the passengers on long flights. Also, normally I try not to use the lavatory, they are usually awful, but these make the most of their space, warm water, nice soap,colognes,seat liners."
Ulemper: "Apparently, operational issues in Athens, no information of why we had to go to an additional security at the gate, including a litmus test, go through our bags again & a light pat down! They also wanted us to board separately, which made my travel partner even more anxious than she already was!"

Ulemper: "There was no leg room at all in economy. My knees were in the seat of the person in front of me. Most of the food was terrible and I only ate the bread. The TV is on the back of the seat in front of you and is a touch screen. You have to touch pretty hard. So, every time the person behind me was scrolling, they had to hit my seat. I couldn't sleep the entire 16 hours more than 30 minutes. I asked for water to take some medicine and was told it was 30 minutes til food service and to wait. It was over 2 hours before they started food service."

Ulemper: "I normally choose vegetarian on all my flights, but emirates only has a strictly vegetarian option. Which means vegan - food was not good at all. Sometimes too spicy to even try to eat. I asked to replace my meal on occasion and took the continental breakfast which was great."

Ulemper: "The touch screens were hanging making it difficult to watch movies. Also they served a lot of booze to people and one of my neighbours vomited in arrival. It was a mess"
Fordeler: "Traveling internationally is grueling, but Emirates business made the trip easy. After my Nairobi to Washington DC flight, I was able to have a productive day instead of sleeping the first full day upon arrival like normal."

Ulemper: "Staff wasn't the friendliest. Waiting times on Dubai airport is way too long, the airport staff was rude, and not helpful at all. Unwilling to speak English. Can learn a lot from KLM. This was my first time flying with Emirates, will be the last."

Ulemper: "The planes still seem dated on the interior, but entertainment system is expansive."
Fordeler: "Emirates is my carrier of choice, and that's due to their continued service standards, friendliness and rates. This flight was pretty empty so service was even better and I was able to spread myself out. Also, well done to the crew. They continue to maintain high standards."
Ulemper: "This is the first time it's happened to me, but I was scheduled to leave Oslo on Wednesday, but Emirates cancelled my flight and put me on the next one. It would have been alright had they offered some sort of compensation or made it up to me in one way or another, but that was not going to happen. They cancelled and the cost was on me (as per the T's & C's I was told) and that was pretty much that. Here's a hint, it seems like their Scandinavian flights are underperforming and in a cost saving effort, they're randomly cancelling flights. I subsequently found out they did it to someone else in the area causing them to miss two days of a pre-booked vacation. So, if they cancel, it's going to cost you a lot more in a city like Oslo to wait a day - not to mention the costs involved in missing work or vacation, so maybe shop around then. I still like Emirates, but I'm feeling a little burnt after this episode."
Fordeler: "Consideration of my disability, in-flight attention, kindness"
Ulemper: "for diabled people, no one to properly handle disabled, and wheelchair passengers at the door of the terminal upon arrival. Rather we are told to struggle to the wrong locations for check-in and then re-routed to another desk far across the building just to be brought to the original place silly and cruel, isn't it?"
Fordeler: "Great service, food can be improved. Stop serving pizza it is not healthy and not appropriate for half the passengers"
Ulemper: "No reason to complain."
Fordeler: "Seats are way better than other airlines and the entertainment systems is way better. Finally, someone decided it would be a good idea to provide power outlets in a plane. Why was that so hard?"
Fordeler: "Emirates is an excellent airlines. Excellent service, comfortable seats, great food, etc., etc."
Ulemper: "Too many crying babies."
Ulemper: "Long walk from flight to the immigration Tooo tooo long"
Ulemper: "Not enough food and snacks"
Fordeler: "Flight was smooth with lovely crew. Boarding process went without hitch."
Ulemper: "Checkin crew were not that friendly. I was transiting from JFK and I was asked to remove a special item from my checked in bag as it was fragile . So I had to put it in my hand luggage. However in Dubai, the Check-in crew refused to allow me to board and I ended up paying $180 to have my hand bag checked in. This was unfair as the device I had to put in my carryon had it'seems weight already added to my allowed luggage."
Ulemper: "Business class was beyond amazing"

Fordeler: "The upgraded me to Business Class, an unique experience."
Fordeler: "Everything from check in to arrival"
Ulemper: "Food , if you serve Indian food it should comes with chapati and not bread bun."
Fordeler: "Service, Flight, food"
Ulemper: "Nothing"
Fordeler: "Seats are congested and have less leg room. Otherwise the flight was very good, good service, good and frequent food and good entertainment and free WiFi. In addition the ride was smooth without turbulence."
Ulemper: "The seats are too congested with little leg room."
Ulemper: "Service was poor. Food was not up to standard. Crew had no clue except for standard operating procedures which were not the best."
