Ulemper: "Singapore Airlines should inform clearly of the mileage policy and the lounge access while using a code-share flight. I thought I booked as a code-shared Singapore Airline flight, but I got rejected from the lounge access."

Fordeler: "The flight attendants are very attractive and attentive. They do make an effort to make one’s trip pleasurable."

Ulemper: "Very old plane, entertainment system therefore very old too. Service was slow, 2 hours after start till they serve dinner, another 1 hour to clear. No special boarding for staralliance gold members"

Fordeler: "EVERYTHING was great...from check in to the entire experience on board. Extremely friendly staff to delicious food and a great choice of beverages! Clean and tidy aircraft with lots of extra amenities. Pleasant flight, pleasant arrival. Always a great way to travel!"
Ulemper: ""Customs" at JFK came to an entire halt. All passengers where stuck in the welcome hall for 1h, without any information, why held there and why nothing was moving forward. All CBP booths were closed, but 8 (eight!) employees, who normally direct arriving passengers to the kiosk-machines where hanging out in two groups sharing private stories and having laughs instead of at least informing passengers, what was going on. Lots of passengers where outraged...a couple in their mid 70s in front of us had to sit down on the floor, since they had circulation problems from standing in line so long. Sadly, JFK isn't what it used to be anymore."

Fordeler: "I'm starting to sound like a fan boy but Singapore airlines masks this look easy. Comfortable seat great entertainment, edible food and wonderful in for service team. What's not to like"
Ulemper: "Had to drive to Huston. Can we get rid of BA and American and just have Singapore handle the flights at DFW?"
Fordeler: "I love traveling on Singapore airlines. They have excellent service and always on time. Their entertainment system is very good. I won't say excellent as I've seem Emirates and they still have along way to go to catch up."
Ulemper: "They did not give us the landing cards and we had to fill them in at the airport. Many were like us and I am surprised. Also for business class passengers they don't get into a priority lane as you see in Emirates and other airlines. while Singapore airline is very good, they still lack in the details."

Fordeler: "The staff are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend travelling with the airline. The A380 is a great way to travel with more space in economy. I booked seats on the upper deck where there is a smaller economy cabin. Makes you feel a bit more civilised up the top!"
Ulemper: "Economy class isn't great for a long haul flight but the staff make it much more bearable."

Ulemper: "Headphone buds weren't great. We were delayed two hours taking off, but thankfully my connecting flight was held so no further delay."

Ulemper: "I didn't like how Vayasan and Singapore airlines telephone check in both claimed they could not upgrade. It was part of the policy/seating I bought. They were wrong, the airlines at San Francisco airport did it without blinking, after checking my visa status."
