Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."

Ulemper: "Flight was delayed 4 hours was unable to catch my connecting flight in London to Barcelona. Had to buy another flight ticket in London, wait another day, pay for a night a hotel to get to my destination in Barcelona. I was supposed to arrive in Barcelona on Saturday April 1st and did not get there until 2 the following day. Will not use this service again."

Fordeler: "Wamos Air was great. The inflight entertainment was limited, but I was served two meals (and didn't have to pay a $45 fee like on Norwegian Air), with wine, a real bonus."
Ulemper: "Norwegian customer service at JFK stinks. I had to wait in a very long line even though I printed out my boarding pass, and on top of that, they made me check my carry on bag for $65 because the total all of my carry on items were slightly over weight, not just my suitcase."
Fordeler: "Crew is really cheesy and too basic and non stop acting like doing me a big favor! No one is answering the phone for days to reschedule cancelled flight which is a theft and a crime and I had to buy a new ticket on another airline."
Fordeler: "When it was over!"
Ulemper: "Very poor customer service as the Norwegian staff at JFK are not employees of the airline. They have very little care or concern for any travel issues that may occur. They are there to process passengers through. If you have any questions or need help you are passed to a very uninterested person that only can tell you to go on the Norwegian website for anything you need to do with your booking. The check-in and gate agents provide no help or even attempt to try serve the customer. They are just there to perform a task. Norwegian sold premium seats and then puts the customer in Economy in the back of the plane. A bit is a bait and switch. They should refund the difference in the fare to be fair."
Fordeler: "aircraft was new and the crew was just as frustrated as the passengers."
Ulemper: "The process was non-existent. Simply terrible and not thought through at all. First there is no on-line check in. So, you arrive without a seat assignment or boarding pass. Stress. Then you go to the small handful of kiosks and find that only a couple are working. So you wait in line. Then you get your boarding pass and walk to the security checkpoint as you do with every...other...airline..ever. You wait on line and watch countless people being turned away from the security person. You wonder why out loud and surmise with the passengers around you - but we’ve all flow. Hundreds of times before, and we all have our boarding passes and no checked bags. So, you think youre ok. Stress. Then when it’s your turn, you get rejected because you have to have a “stamp”. What stamp? I scanned my passport at the kiosk and I have a “known passenger” number. what stamp? Go back to the counter and wait on a loooong slow line. They want to weigh our bags. Why? They are all small carry-ons. We’ve all done this a thousand times. Nope - Norwegein weighs your TOTAL carry on and it all has to be less than 10kg. 10 kilograms! So, one by one, EVERY passenger is instantly angry and gets hit with a $65 fee per bag and all carry ons get checked. Stress and now we will be late upon our arrival as we didn’t anticipate checked luggage. After having your luggage weighed and deemed too heavy, you have to go wait on the “payment line” to pay your $65 fee. This is a joy - everyone is pissed. The staff is smirking and repeating, “don’t stress” over and over. After you pay your fee, you have to get BACK ON LINE to show the bag guy that you paid and then he put your bag on the conveyer. only, your bag is in a pile of all the other bag behind the counter. So he holds up each bag and says, “this one?” Farking nuts. Then you go and get BACK ON LINE to go through security. Then the gate....that’s a whole other debacle. 250 people crowded around the gate person. Literally hell. LOOK AT THE OTHER AIRLINES AROUND YOU. COPY THEM. Oh, no food or drinks on the plane unless you know the secret handshake. We realized this when the food cart and drink cart each passed us by. Mind you, this was t just our group. Every passenger around us has the same stress filled confused experience and we all spoke about it. Never, ever again. Pay the extra $100 and fly a proper airline."

Ulemper: "Apparently they had no idea what they were doing with food. You were supposed to pre order food at time of booking and pay extra if you want a meal. I didn't even realize this was legal on a 10 hour international flight. Thank God our food was apparently booked since we booked through kayak. The flight attendants were walking around with a piece of paper with the seats that had preordered food handwritten on them. It took forever to get our food. We didn't get it until about 3 hours after take off (which was 10:30pm at the origin). It was completely disorganized and made no sense. Based on this alone, I have no plans on flying Norweigan again except for my return flight back home."
Fordeler: "The Dreamliner is a great plane if you get a premium seat."
Ulemper: "I wanted to book a premium seat but they had sold out. I bought extra leg room thankfully and a very narrow middle row seat. I would never book that again. Very uncomfortable. Despite paying an elevated Flex fare I did not even get a free blanket on take off and had to pay $5 for one. What a rip off."
Fordeler: "Nice, new airplane, modern bathroom, movie selection pretty good, was expecting a low budget look, but it was all high-tech and attractive."
Ulemper: "the usual complaint \i have with all the airplanes, not enough legroom, and no, \i will not pay extra on principle. I also had a problem with the TSA agent, but \i guess that is not your problem. Had to wait a long time for "opt-out.""
Fordeler: "B787 is a great aircraft. It's true the pressurization and the lighting reduce fatigue.Great crew!"
Ulemper: "Seats do not recline enough."
Ulemper: "My flight was cancelled, and I understand Easyjet couldn't control that, but the way they handled the situation was absolutely terrible. I waited in line for 3 hours trying to talk to a representative about rebooking my flight and getting a hotel, but after a while they said they couldn't book hotels anymore and we would have to do it ourselves. After three hours of waiting in a line that barely moved I decided to give up and went to my hotel which I had to book myself and booked a flight for the next morning with a different airline."
Fordeler: "Efficient and cheap"
Ulemper: "No free drinks or food, not even water. Very cramped"
Fordeler: "Free Wifi on a budget airline is great!"
Ulemper: "Flight was about 20-30 minutes late in departing and there were absolutely no announcements and no-one at the boarding counter to keep customers informed. People were left standing in a a crowded room which was too small for all the passengers while no announcement was made. Even when they finally boarded, there was no recognition of the flight being late and no apology. One we were on board, the cabin crew then made a rather abrupt and rude announcement telling the passengers to board quickly otherwise we would lose our slot time and be delayed by a further one hour. Fortunately that additional delay did not happen. However, I did not appreciate the passengers being berated for "slow" boarding when the flight was boarded 20-30 minutes late."
Fordeler: "The price was prime and the quality of service was top notch. Best, in-flight meal I have ever had and the plane had some cool tech too. So for a nerd like me, it was awesome."
Fordeler: "It was on time and the seats were comfortable."
Ulemper: "The policies around hand luggage, checked luggage, and meals were all very unclear and we did not know what was included with our flight. In addition, they opened all of the windows electeonically, long before landing, waking us up."
Fordeler: "Very efficient and and on-time."
Ulemper: "The seats were quite narrow. It may be worth alerting future passengers of the seats in coach when suggesting they might want to upgrade."
Fordeler: "Seats were comfortable cushion wise, (but not on leg room)"
Ulemper: "On an 11 hour flight, 1 water was made available. Everything else including food and any snacks was for pay. With a $1400 ticket that is ridiculous! Every other airline will give you at least drinks and snacks on a commuter flight and meals on international. No online checkin, no seat selection until ticketing, incredibly expensive flight change fees, flight service was bad. I will not fly Norwegian airlines again."
Fordeler: "The plane seems new from Oakland to London segment. Seats are reasonably comfortable and entertainment is good. A good flight."
Ulemper: "The crew didn't seem too happy to serve. They were working but the enthusiasm lagged. Maybe i am used to service levels in singapore or cathay airlines."
Fordeler: "The crew was very nice, there were movies to watch, boarding was easy and the flight didn't have any problems in general"
Ulemper: "Seats are on the smaller side and it was a long trip, I asked about food and the flight attendant told me there wasn't any service so I bought a sandwich, after that we got dinner."
Ulemper: "Couldn't get boarding passes in advance and no online check in. Luckily I was able to reserve a seat in advance."
Ulemper: "It was delayed and delayed and delayed then canceled and they didn't have a new flight for 2 days. They canceled it too late so all other flights left so i had to purchase a new 1200$ ticket on a new airline the next day"
Fordeler: "I make long distance overnight flights about 8 times a year, and this flight on Norwegian was the best flight I've had in years. Plenty of legroom, the seats don't feel crowded together, and my backpack was the only bag in the overhead storage. The chicken and rice was piping hot and had more chicken than I could eat. There are lots of flight attendants so you never feel neglected and they are all friendly."
Ulemper: "I liked the whole experience. I am flying Norwegian again"
Fordeler: "Smooth plane ride"
Ulemper: "lack of communication between customer service/gate workers and actual crew members.this resulted in not having bassinet for daughters in plane. -Can't fly together with multiples. Seats for parents flying with infants are window seats, which is an obstacle, especially when changing tables in bathrooms are only on the other side of the plane -food overpriced. Snacks on plane cheaper and better quality than meal provided"
Fordeler: "For not a lot more money than Economy, Norwegian offers a Premium seat class that has ample width and legroom for an overseas flight. Friendly staff served us two meals with complimentary wine. The food is so-so but it's so rare to get actual food these days that I was ecstatic! Real, warm blankets too. Definitely will fly again."
Ulemper: "Boarding very chaotic. No clear instructions about groups or times to board. No one knew which line they were supposed to be in."
