They said after I stow my carry ons to corn to the back and get a drink and use the bathroom to cool down as we were just about to take off to taxi to the runway. The crew was absolutely great and the I. Flight entertainment and food was great. We just wish our luggage had made it back too. We are still waiting to see where our luggage is - if in Europe still or Dallas."
Ulemper: "I would say that other passengers had their kids behind us and they kept screaming and kicking our chairs. We told the woman to tell her kids to stop but all she said was “they are a child” when all they needed to do was just tell their kid to stop. Flight attendants saw and knew but I don’t know what they could do to help when they can’t help with bad parenting. I wish there was a clear way to upgrade to first class on a trip as it was difficult to find out how."

Ulemper: "I couldn't get my tablet to work with the headphones. In order to watch and hear anything, I had to hold my headphones with a certain pressure and frequently spin the headphones in order to hear anything."
Fordeler: "I enjoyed how smooth the whole flying went in the Lufthansa plane, also how quite was inside the plane compare to other airlines airplanes. I love the leg room in the plane. I impressed with the level of commitment to take passenger out the airport on time. It has definitely one of the smoothest and nice plane I have ever been so far."
Ulemper: "The pilot when landing landed too fast and the plane lost its balance for a second but other than that everything was great."

Ulemper: "The only concern I have is regarding the diet. During the shorter flight, from Budapest to Frankfurt, the stewardess informed me that she couldn't get me gluten-free meal/snack. I understand that catering to special diet needs is not easy but following a gluten-free diet is not my choice, it is something I need to deal and live with on a daily basis. I felt disappointed since I had a long trip ahead of me, and I know that I, just like all the other passengers, had paid for the flight that should include the meal as well. Thank you for reading my concern and trying to see it from me, the passenger's point of view."

Ulemper: "Planes are old and cramped. Our plane gave us the "personal entertainment option" which meant you had to use your own device since they are too cheap to upgrade the planes. However, this international flight only had american plugs so anyone without an adapter was SOL. I tried to watch the large screen at the front of my section but they showed the movie Lion that is in Hindi and therefore had subtitles and I couldn't read the words from 12 rows back. The boarded process is like a cattle call. DO NOT FLY UNITED!!! I thought I was flying Lufthansa but it was a bait and switch situation."

Ulemper: "Lufthansa changed our seats, splitting up my wife and I, after confirming they were together. Thank you to the Flight Attendant who reseated us together but "you know what" to the person that screwed up the seats in the first place. Also the on-line check in process was extremely poor, maybe "bad" is a better word."

Ulemper: "I guess i would still consider the flight "international" and therefore should include AT LEAST one free checked bag per person, but not- 44u$d. Now it may be depending upon the fare paid, but on another flight (last week) on SAS AMS-OSL-BOO, It was 80u$d per pax."

Ulemper: "Checking in didn’t open until 2 hours before plane was scheduled to take off. Really? We got to airport early so we could eat dinner. You are depriving the airport of revenue. Not to mention we had to stand there for over an hour. And then just one agent showed up. Terrible service and planning."

Ulemper: "- The plane was older - it had the ash-trays in the armrests full of dust and god knows what else, gross. - No wifi, I was planning to get some work done because it was an international flight so that was a bust - Limited entertainment selection. Some of the newer ones have more movie/TV selections"

Ulemper: "I would have liked to have had the chance to purchase a better seat. When I asked about it at check-in the plane was full. So I was squeezed in the middle section which made it quite uncomfortable, especially if you have to get up more frequently as an older person, but your neighbor is asleep. A notification about the possibilities for seat purchases would have been great!"
Fordeler: "Plenty of room on this flight. The plane was about half full."
Ulemper: "Everyone's breakfast was supposed to be an "egg and bacon" flavored wrap of some sort, but there was absolutely no egg or bacon flavor associated with it. The flavor of bacon is very distinctive. This thing's flavor and texture suggested some sort of very tasteless doughy material, with certainly nothing tasting like egg or bacon inside of it. Ugh."

Fordeler: "Everything was done quite well - not too fussy. Limited free drinks options on a transatlantic flight perhaps being the only possible complaint."

Ulemper: "SAS has introduced hand luggage measurement and weighing at checkin, for a maximum of 17.5 lbs or 8 kg. SAS does not care if you have flown on another transatlantic carrier, which allows more than 8 kg. Then you need to start emptying your hand luggage at checkin. The whole checkin process was a big mess, the contract employees eg. at Heathrow do not help much (they probably do not do this to any other airline). SAS staff does not remind you to take your IDs and passport, medications etc. from your hand luggage, which is then checkedin luggage as opposed to hand luggage. It is obvious that transatlantic passengers have more hand luggage than many local passengers."

Ulemper: "The flight delayed too long...I was waiting total 8hrs in Copenhagen Airport! The first time I took SAS."
Ulemper: "since all tickets and passports are checked in advance and do not need to be scanned again when boarding, they really should start boarding from the back of the aircraft (after all the business, first-class, and priority folks) because it would really speed things up the main meal was good, but the snack was much smaller compared to my flight from Chicago to Stockholm"

Fordeler: "Great takeoff and landing.Care ethics of the stuff was excellent. The quality of the food was very good and it was served with care."
Fordeler: "I loved that there were a lot of different movies, TV shows, games, music, and more to choose from- all for free! Then there was a dinner- not bad at all-, a snack later on, and breakfast too, all included. Headphones if you needed them ( lifesaver there as I had temporary misplaced mine), a blanket, and a pillow. The crew was really polite, and there was never more than one person in line for the bathroom."

Ulemper: "An in flight breakfast snack would have been appreciated. The drinks served were okay. Nothing special."
Ulemper: "I was really disappointed at finding out at luggage check-in that I had to pay extra (£60.00) for my one regular-size suitcase. On the return flight I was told that this amount would be - as it turned out in my case - less than half, if I called SAS a day before departure. Why did I have to pay for the checked luggage at all?"
Fordeler: "All good with SAS. Not good with me. I forgot to ask for a window seat."
Ulemper: "I makes down for food and entertainment but food could be bought and provided entertainment is not necessary for short flights with such good views of beautiful Norway."

When at check-in desk to drop off baggage, the employee printed new passes and change the seats row for the 4 four us, which made us be in a different row than grandparents. I did not notice until we boarded the plane."

Ulemper: "Providing even simple entertainment for kids e.g. colouring sheets would have helped them cope with the flight."
Ulemper: "Unfortunately, I had no other option than flying low-cost. Bought the most expensive ticket I could to be in first row and have enough overhead bin space, but that still did not help the situation of a very disorganized boarding, very uncouth flight attendants, uncomfortable seats, absolutely no free drinks (not even a bottle of water), constant selling of useless things, people using the toilet in the front, obnoxious travelers, and getting yelled at. Also, contrary to what was suggested on the Ryanair web site regarding fast check-in, priority boarding and access to lounges, none of those Flying 200+ legs per year on Star Alliance flights in business and up, I truly hope I never have to take such a horrendous flight again."
Fordeler: "It was exactly as booked, Got rid of bags quickly, boarded easily(priority) crew were fine I expect. I slept through whole flight. Didn’t have any food and didn’t have any entertainment. Took off and landybsng on time."

Ulemper: "Flight had group of youngsters who should not have been allowed on flight. They displayed rowdy behaviour and swore and gestures throughout flight. Staff did very little to try and stop them until other passengers started to complain."
Ulemper: "var tull med koffert på flyplassen,hadde betalt for koffert ,men måtte betale for den,en koffert kostet jo mer en turen.på flyet ,hadde dem ikke noe av noe drikke og servere.ikke nok med deg.da vi sto og ventet på kofferten på Torp.kom den ikke på det rullebandet fra Gdansk,men på det fra Krakow.så på denne turen var det mye feil.vurderer om jeg skal bruke Ryanair noe mer"

Ulemper: "Paying for hand luggage plus the then obligatory and unnecessary early boarding. having to pay to sit next to my children The warm cold drinks"
Fordeler: "The plane didn't crash"
Ulemper: "Plane left an hour after scheduled time. Amenities were mediocre but that's what you expect with Ryanair. Didn't even get water."

Ulemper: "Jeg har ikke fått til å bestille koffert til tilbake turen.? Min datter som også skal reise fikk det heller ikke til? Er det noe man bestiller når mann sjekker inn for hjemreise?"
Fordeler: "The crew were nice"
Ulemper: "Check in was a complete disaster. I only needed to check my suitcase as we had our boarding passes already. It was anarchy and we nearly missed our flight despite being there hours early purely because the check in procedure was so chaotic. Then to top it off, my bag was lost and I was given a stranger’s baggage tag. I don’t know how they will be able to trace my bag with this. It is currently missing in action. Great start to a long awaited holiday!"
Fordeler: "Arrived on time"
Ulemper: "On arrival we were forced to wait in a hot and humid room with no air conditioning for and hour and a half. Passport control officers did not even turn up for fifteen minutes and then only two stations so it took an hour and a half to get through, and there are about half of the passengers behind us so it must have been much longer for them."
Fordeler: "You get what you pay for, it's a budget airline everything designed tfor you to pay extra"
Ulemper: "As above"

Ulemper: "Because of its wheels, my suitcase wouldn't fit their dimensions for gate check and they charged me 50 euros before boarding. They could have waived the suitcase through or offered to upgrade me to Priority, but they preferred to make an example of a passenger. They make you parade with your suitcase to the front of the line to "prove it." I will not fly on Ryanair again."
Fordeler: "Enjoyed the lasagna that I ordered, surprisingly good!"
Ulemper: "Under the circumstances, the staff coped well with certain difficult passengers. Noisy passengers are my pet hate especially when the safety drill is being read out."
Fordeler: "Friendly crew"
Fordeler: "Bought priority because of their new carry-on policy, so boarding was quick. Cramped seats but average compared to many other airlines. Crew was amicable. Soft landing."
Ulemper: "Cramped seats, I’m 6’3” or 191cm and am now used to that. Very little cushion on them, so for flights >2hrs it’s going to be uncomfortable but tolerable. Hate their new carry-on policy; moneygrabbers. No snacks nor beverages for free, even in a 3:30hr flight. No entertainment system. No magazine pocket in seats. No reclinable seats. You et what you pay for."

Ulemper: "Thę policy to make sure you do not sit with your family and have to buy seats to make sure you are all sitting together. The salaries of the staff are the worst in the industry."
Fordeler: "It’s nice flying into Alicante where often those awful automatic passport machines give way to mails checks so much faster"

Ulemper: "Families have to pay extra to sit together. Children should automatically be seated with their parents. Basic safeguarding standards should be priority, not making more money out of necessity."

Fordeler: "Captain had to take emergency action. We didn't know what was going on. It ended up fine, but it was scary without any knowledge"
