Fordeler: Overall, an incredible experience!!!
Ulemper: The food was excellent

Fordeler: Everything!!! Excellent service
Ulemper: I was unable to make it to copenhagen due to missing my connection
Fordeler: entertainment in the back of the front seat with great choice of movies
Ulemper: I would have liked to have had the chance to purchase a better seat. When I asked about it at check-in the plane was full. So I was squeezed in the middle section which made it quite uncomfortable, especially if you have to get up more frequently as an older person, but your neighbor is asleep. A notification about the possibilities for seat purchases would have been great!
Fordeler: Good crew unlike previous experience few months ago.
Ulemper: There were not enough vegetarian options, so I had only bread, butter, and dessert.
Ulemper: My seats were broken on two flights--could not recline. Maintain the equipment better.
Ulemper: It was not the same time because one hour and a half delays
Fordeler: Boarded on time, crew polite and friendly.
Ulemper: Seating cramped and uncomfortable as usual with Ryanair.
Fordeler: Got us from a to b.
Ulemper: No announcements or apology for lateness of slight by 1hr 15 mins No tunnels direct to plane from gate. Long flights of stairs from gate to tarmac. 10 minutes queuing on tarmac to board plane. No priority for those like us with child under 3 yrs we were always in the back of the queue. Coach from plane to terminal twice overfull and nowhere to sit with 2 year old child with slippery and wet floors. Lack of seating room uncomfortable journey. Vastly overpriced food and drinks on plane, not priced in £s so unable to pay.
Ulemper: The seats are uncomfortable and the baggage policy is a rip off and not consistently applied. Those only permitted a small bag in cabin not policed with much larger bags than allowed permitted. Some wheelie bags tagged and charged for as too big. I wanted a hold bag of 20 kgs but was charged for two
Fordeler: Crew were polite and friendly. Aircraft was clean and comfortable and the price was unbeatable.
Fordeler: The flight was quick, customer service was good on the plane
Ulemper: Checking in online was a nightmare as the site kept freezing, there was a mix up with my priority and cabin baggage, I was told by the webchat team that this had gone through but not on my boarding pass, when I got the the airport the Ryanair staff were extremely rude to us, they sent us to the back of the queue I front of everyone and then told us we would have to pay to take our bags with us, they then had to be out on the hold. When we got back to Birmingham we then had to sit on the plane for around 15 minutes as there was not a slot for us. I spent hours of my 2 day break trying to sort check ins etc, I would never fly with Ryanair again.
Fordeler: Comfort of the dreamliner and feeling safe to fly.
Ulemper: Service was, surprisingly, not so good (this is my second time with Norwegian). My son was sleeping and I pressed the call button to get some help form cabin crew. They turned it off. I pressed it again, a girl came and I explained I need help - to get my trolley from the overhead bin so I can take a blanket for my son, cos it was cold and he was sleeping, I couldn’t move. She asked me “Is your bag heavy?”. What kind of help is that?She after all got the bag, but I was a cabin crew, and I would never tell that to a passenger needing help with a small child. Also, no one is checking if passenger with children are ok.
Fordeler: I got a whole row to myself which was awesome.
Ulemper: More options for movies to watch
Fordeler: Movies were good and seats were spacious. Not much service throughout the flight.
Ulemper: Little service for water. Clogged toilet.
Fordeler: As usual in Dubai airport everything was perfect
Ulemper: No WiFi on plane Half menu was not available No blankets, no pillows on the plane. Even paid ones Crew didn’t help me to find a place for my hand luggage ( I had only one ☝️) She said it is my responsibility
Ulemper: SERVICE. ORGANIZATION WAS AWFUL. TWO HOURS TO CHECK IN.
Fordeler: We landed before time
Fordeler: Seat was fine considering the cost.
Ulemper: Ok but i accidentally started queuing in the priority queue and was told that i needed to be in the other queue, even though i was there very early on. I think i should have been allowed to join the other queue at the same spot but went to the back of the other queue. Apart from that it was fine
Ulemper: Everything,flight was delayed an hour and we just had to sit on the plane for the hour with nothing said to us
Ulemper: Weight limit and fees for cabin luggage is excessive. I had to pay twice for priority bording so I could bring my carry on and then they tell me it does not fit the required size. Never again I’m flying RyanAir and ever coming to France.
Fordeler: Perfect timing.
Fordeler: Everything was pleasant as expected except for one thing, mentioned below.
Ulemper: 45 minutes late taking off. Could have been the airport's fault rather than the airline though. I don't know.

Fordeler: Getting off the plane.
Ulemper: SAS like other airlines gives you a chance to bid on a nicer seat. If the offer is accepted, your card is charged the amount you bid and you are upgraded. If your offer is not accepted, you keep your seat and are not charged for bidding. I placed a bid for a nicer seat and was informed the day before the flight that my bid was rejected. But when the plane was boarding, I went to the man at the desk and asked if the plane was full. He informed me that it was not, and that I could pay roughly $300 for economy plus, or $1000 for business class. Online, I was ALLOWED to bid $200 for the economy plus seat. If they are going to reject this offer and then have the seat fly empty, they are a bunch of dicks. They had a chance for me to be a happier customer and to make more money. Now they lost both. What was also terrible is that when I family with an infant was moved up a few seats, I suggested to the lady next to me who wanted the newly vacant aisle seat that she ask the flight attendant for it. The flight attendant said it was fine. As the lady sitting next to me went to her her new seat, and old man from a few rows up took it. Another flight attendant had promised it to him. So, now the two of us are crammed, she's pissed that the seat she said she could have she couldn't, and I'm there like "My god, they wouldn't even take my money to let me have a nicer, EMPTY, seat." Poor communication, poorly run. Try another airline.
Fordeler: Didn't seem to take long. Crew was friendly. Landing was great.
Ulemper: I assumed we got a meal, but perhaps I'm mistaken there.
Ulemper: We were late and my impression is that the crew is not well organized and costed the delay.
