The staff between IAD and Copenhagen was not friendly
SAS er i ferd med å bli håpløst utdatert for business reisende, dessverre. Man kaller det Plus og selger det inn som en business class, men det er jo bare tull... Reise fra CPH til Island var med Icelandair, full business og topp service, reise fra Reykjavik til Oslo, med SAS, var et svært gammelt fly, gamle og dårlige seter, fullt av mennesker som sild i tønne og dårlig mat. Mens flyet fra Oslo til Stavanger var nytt, alt var bedre men det burde vært motsatt; lengre distanser, bedre komfort, for fullt betalende passasjerer, men det tenker ikke SAS på. Jeg faser ut SAS fra nå av og vil fly mest mulig med andre selskap ut fra Stavanger, så det blir nok mer KLM fra nå av..
Fordeler: "This is outrageous how you ask me to rate a flight I couldn’t take to my destination. And you refuse to refund me or even grant me a voucher. How dare you ask me to rate your fucking service?"
Ulemper: "This is my first time using Fucking Kayak and will be my last time ever because you stole my money and I didn’t get to fly to my destination."

Ulemper: "No entertainment options on plane. Possibly due to 737maxs being taken out of service."

Fordeler: "SAS oversjøisk er nesten alltid veldig bra"
Fordeler: "Crew was good. Flight was delayed by incoming flight from Oslo so I was anxious that I might miss my connection in Oslo. Flight attendants announced connection gates for transit which was very helpful."
Ulemper: "Perhaps a little more communication about delayed flights. Even though passengers were asked to let connecting passengers through at disembarking, it was still very difficult. Perhaps back stairs to the plane as well as front would have helped."
Ulemper: "I was unable to make it to copenhagen due to missing my connection"
Fordeler: "entertainment in the back of the front seat with great choice of movies"
Ulemper: "I would have liked to have had the chance to purchase a better seat. When I asked about it at check-in the plane was full. So I was squeezed in the middle section which made it quite uncomfortable, especially if you have to get up more frequently as an older person, but your neighbor is asleep. A notification about the possibilities for seat purchases would have been great!"
Fordeler: "Plenty of room on this flight. The plane was about half full."
Ulemper: "Everyone's breakfast was supposed to be an "egg and bacon" flavored wrap of some sort, but there was absolutely no egg or bacon flavor associated with it. The flavor of bacon is very distinctive. This thing's flavor and texture suggested some sort of very tasteless doughy material, with certainly nothing tasting like egg or bacon inside of it. Ugh."

Fordeler: "Planes are newish and comfortable. Decent amount of room in economy. Very good entertainment system with a not of great Nordic content (Swedish, Danish and Norwegian movies) Food was pretty good for an airplane. The service is excellent. I slept through the meal service, but they still made it a point to get me a meal when I woke up. Old fashioned tea and coffee service, with a steward going up and down the aisles with proper tea and coffee pots. Very professional, a high end feel to everything."

Ulemper: "All airplanes are 2 Noisy. (Of course this is not the fault of SAS). I use noise canceling headphones that helps a lot. EBut the background noise level always strikes me as too much!"
Fordeler: "Nice planes with all the basics you need"
Ulemper: "Terrible food"
Fordeler: "I loved that there were a lot of different movies, TV shows, games, music, and more to choose from- all for free! Then there was a dinner- not bad at all-, a snack later on, and breakfast too, all included. Headphones if you needed them ( lifesaver there as I had temporary misplaced mine), a blanket, and a pillow. The crew was really polite, and there was never more than one person in line for the bathroom."

Ulemper: "The seating was very uncomfortable and cramped!!"

Ulemper: "Cattle call boarding in a culture where standing in que is unheard of."
Ulemper: "We couldn't check in online because we had an infant in arms. So we tried to check in there. There were 3 different terrible queues. One to use the machines, one to check bags and another for special situations. We tried the machines, didn't work. A rep told us to go to the special situations line. There was a rep there that was trying to prevent people to getting into the line because it was sooo long (1+ hr). So we tied the machines again. Didn't work. So we convinced the guy to let us in the special line. It was nuts. We waited as our flight got closer and closer. Right when it looked like we might make the flight, one of the TWO reps left. When we finally made it, they said we wouldn't make the flight. We rebooked and had to pay extra. WORST travel experience ever."

Ulemper: "Det er ikke mulig å bestille spesialmåltid samtidig med billettene, man må ringe. Dette virker unødvendig tungvint, spesielt med tanke på at det var ekstra lang ventetid hos kundeservice i den aktuelle perioden. Heldigvis var det mulig å få hjelp via Facebook, men det er visst ikke vanlig."

Ulemper: "very small plane for trans-atlantic flight (17 rows) only one free soda, then they charge you"
Fordeler: "nothing exceptional but the attendant did give us some water for free."
Ulemper: "This is a non frills flight and that was expected but I NEVER expected to pay for bags to be checked on an international flight. 66 Euro per bag. It was the first time I had paid for checked bags on an international flight. I will look elsewhere next time."

Fordeler: "So far best flight I've ever experienced ! I was traveling to Europe and both ways I was pleasantly surprised, planes were on time , super nice crew and great food , Way to go SAS !!!"

Fordeler: "The outstanding overall impression, quality of the brand new 787, the crew the amount of entertainment , the noise level, the friendliness and professionalism of the crew , the washrooms , the gate access ( even though CDG and the personnel there is an absolute nightmare - screaming agents)"
Ulemper: "The food to order did run out fast ( sandwiches) if you could please consider Cary on a few more going forward. Thank you."
Fordeler: "Supert at den sure passasjeren i midten flyttet seg til kjente annet sted i flyet. Hun var sur fordi jeg hadde plass C som hun ville ha, jeg ba henne flytte seg til sin plass på en høflig måte. Det er en grunn til at jeg reserverer på forhånd."
Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."
Fordeler: "Ganske god mat."
Ulemper: "Alt for varierende temperatur ombord. Det gikk fra iskaldt til kjempevarmt flere ganger. To runder iskaldt og to med kjempevarme. Det må vel kunne gjøres noe med?"
Ulemper: "Avgangen var avlåst slik at vi ikke hadde noe sted å sitte ned mens vi ventet på avgang"
Ulemper: "None of the staff could tell me which gate number it the flight was due to an error in number switching, causing me to go through security check 3 TIMES over 3 HOURS which ruined my experience and put me in an aggravated mood! Crew spoke without empathy & redirected their anger of gate errors at me!"
Fordeler: "Plane was great, crew was wonderful and helpful. Navigating the Oslo airport is very quick, easy and clean!"
Ulemper: "Stuck on the JFK runway for 30 mins before we were able to deport. After going through customs, needed to wait 15-20 mins until baggage claim had a carousel with our flight's baggage, but then baggage came quickly off the carousel."
Ulemper: "Internett virket bare tidvis og ikke i begynnelsen"
Ulemper: "Boarding was ridiculous! The gate was significantly too small for a number of passengers that needed to board. There were no clear announcements out how to organize ourselves therefore it was complete chaos with no one knowing where to line up. The crew was the most ridiculous!!! I sat four or five rows from the back and was Peerview to all of their conversations about their hair, about their schedules, about your “valued guest”, about their shifts, about Batman, about anything and everything during the time the plane dark when your “valued customers” were supposed to be able to sleep. It went on and on at a volume that was just absolutely not necessary or professional. This was the least professional crew I have ever experienced and I travel extensively! Comfort the Cabin was freezing cold entire time. I bought a blanket which did basically nothing! Was it Oliver twist blanket before hand? The free blankets I get on other lines with the chill out significantly better! Food and drinks was nonexistent which I suppose is the new trend cutting service for profit. However it should’ve been clearly stated to passengers, that we can prepare for the 11 hour flight!! Entertainment it was nice that each seat had a screen, however the selection of entertainment was poor! For example each TV series only had one episode available."

Ulemper: "My flight was changed to a flight I could not make. I had to cancel flight to Oslo and Spent extra $500 to purchase another flight. Very unhappy."

Ulemper: "Flight delayed without notice and seats given away. Family all seated separately and gate staff were markedly unconcerned even though we booked our flight and chose seats months in advance. This is our second time flying Norwegian and a second disappointing flight. The first time the entire flight was cancelled and the airline failed to get us to our destination (we had to book a separate flight ourselves and seek reimbursement—still waiting for it). The savings just isn’t worth the poor customer service. Returning to Delta and American. It was a mistake to switch to Norwegian. Lesson learned."

Ulemper: "Cabin was baking hot throughout flight. Small selection of movies. No way to get comfortable in seat to sleep at all. Anytime food or beverage served light is on, so it was bright a lot of our red eye."

Fordeler: "It was quick, took 20min off the expected time. Comfortable airplane, great crew."

Fordeler: "I was in the premium cabin and the crew was great, all smiles and excellent service. You could tell they were genuinely good people. It was an overwhelming positive experience and I was extremely satisfied."
Fordeler: "The cheapest option still allowed for movie viewing and for a lax baggage capacity standard. Will fly Norwegian again and again."
Ulemper: "The in-flight USBchargers stopped charging after only 30 minutes"

Fordeler: "The equipment was top-notch. The staff was friendly and efficient. The food was appropriate to flying. The price was right."
Ulemper: "The negatives were so minute that they are not worh mentioning."
Fordeler: "Just all in all, a really decent flight. The airplane was clean and tidy, staff were polite and I was really impressed with the free wifi. The flight was comfortable and I was able to get a little power nap in before we landed!"

Great airline feels a lot more expensive than other budget airlines. No complaints whatsoever

Ulemper: "Girl at the bording desk got in an argument with an passenger and she could have managed it a lot better then that."

Fordeler: "We had an eventless and safe flight and it was not too cold on the plane."
Ulemper: "There was no paper towel in the toilet, the water for the tee was not warm enough to have tee. We have been told to have 10-20 min delay we arrived much later. And the intonation of the speaking stewardess was so annoying that you could not listen to it :( These are minor things but can change the customer experience."

Sat bolt upright with front seat digging into knees for 3 hours. Far from the cheapest ticket, but totally no frills, no food, no entertainment, limited baggage. Wizz Air mobile app barely works when required (for boarding passes, etc) Not enough room in overheads for all the carry on they allowed, had to sit with bag and jacket on my lap for flight, as no room under seat either."
Fordeler: "The flight arrived ten minutes early at our destination."
Ulemper: "Extremely small and uncomfortable seats even for a small person."
Ulemper: "I went up to the check in desk 4 hours prior check since this was a connecting flight.I asked the employee when can I check in,she told me 1 and a half hour prior boarding,when I walked back the same person told me I have to pay 35 euros for not checking in online.I told her that I have been flying for about 20 years but I have never been charged for checking in at the airport and I also told her she should have told me when I asked her hours before.She just ignored me and gave me a shitty attitude at the Frankfurt airport.I was expecting a professional costumer service,like that I'm being used to by other airlines,but it was a total disappointment."
Ulemper: "With WizzAir no more in my life it’s even worse than Easyget or Raynair even if you have a cabin suitcase you still have to check in you can’t take it on a plain anymore. Really disappointing and they are not that cheap as they think. £90 one way from Kiev to Luton it’s a bit too much"
Fordeler: "Easy to book. Comfortable flight."
Ulemper: "Would be good if there was complementary tea/coffee or water. People might then buy a snack to go with it."
Fordeler: "i was able to use their app to download my boarding pass so didn't need to look for somewhere to print my boarding pass while abroad, boarding went well, flight was good and crew was good, seat was comfortable, so overall i was pleased with everything. Thank you for a good experience."
Ulemper: "Everything was good"
Fordeler: "The flight was overbooked so they took my wife of the flight"
Fordeler: "I asked for a cup of water for my child and they gave me a bottled water. Then they charged me 2.50 euros. Their credit card processing machine was not working properly, which was frustrating: the flight attendant got frustrated and had to come back again until she can process my payment."
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed by 45 mins, and on board there was no water in the bathroom basins. This was known by staff, but they didn’t warn me as I went in, so I didn’t find out until I had already put soap in my hands"
Fordeler: "Pilot flew well Cup Noodles available to buy"
Ulemper: "1h+ delayed No information from the staff or crew (only one apology from the pilot) Left waiting in multiple places including outside the aircraft No updates whatsoever on estimated departure and arrival"
Fordeler: "Space. Priority Boarding"
Ulemper: "Strong bad smell. One hour late for departure."
Ulemper: "Man at the checkin did not have a clue that WIZZAIR flight was delayed at 05/04/2018. I missed meeting with my family. Waited for a long time at boarding gate."
Fordeler: "Maybe the food selection and the price of it."
Ulemper: "I paid priority still wasnt able to board early and had to put my only bag under the seat."
Fordeler: "The staff - friendly, polite,, helpful and a nice uniform! No silly uncomfortable and unsuitable as in some airlines. Reasonably clean. Good price for a glass of wine and pac of dry fruit."
Ulemper: "Unable to understand tanoi messages - mumbling & too fast. Could not make out most of what staff said including why there was an hour's delay and safety procedures. If i were to bring an oversized and too heavy handluggage on board no doubt I wouldn't get away with it ! However the number of large and heavy bags passengers brought on board last night was ridiculous . It was a real struggle for people to find lockers for.their bags. Some people had quite a few. Delays take off and creates unnecessary chaos. Couldn't understand why I had to pay to check in online, obviously missed that when bookrd. Although I recall reading that it will cost if you check in the airport- so most likely my error. No facility or button to print boarding pass once checked in. No contact us button - I would like to change seat I booked for return but cannot see how to do this on line."

Ulemper: "Checkpoint at katowice the wirst ever seen, personnel with very bad atittude wanting personal cosmetics to fit on stupid plastic bag, the rest wanted to scrap or document my bag to pay extra even I already pay for bring it inside cabin, same before boarding I have my computer backpack and already pay 10 eur for large cabin bag and before boarding they wanted for me to checkin baggage because rule is only backpack even I did explain I already paid large cabin, at end I paid 63 Eur total for my luggage I found completly dissapointed and abusing from many passengersbin the same sittuation, also fly have us inside the plane for more than 30minutes without leaving,"
Ulemper: "I wasn't to bucharest because on the phone the laidy said to me i can travel with my driving license because my id was lost and at the gate they stop me i lost all money from ticket plus transport to airport and back you should refound my money this company is the most worst company in the world"
Ulemper: "There was a delay 1 hr poor service no apology"

Ulemper: "Boarding was horrendous. Flight was late in."
Ulemper: "Lots of hidden charges."
Fordeler: "We landed in one piece"
Ulemper: "I didn't receive my online check in details so I couldn't check in. I was abroad so chasing up details I should have been provided with / were never told that I should have, were not on the top of my to do list. I only found out that I had to check in online and that I hadn't been provided with these details when I arrived at the airport. I spent 30 minutes on hold before the problem was rectified and I was given my online check in details but it was now top late to check in online (by 5 minutes ). The flight was delayed due to a number of things - a late arrival, people being let onto the plane slowly, people not sitting down and allowing the plane to taxi and leave. This had a knock on effect of making the plane land late and for me to miss my connection (train) so basically through last minute.com not providing me with the correct details regarding the flight and the flight then being delayed it tripled my whole journey back home."

Fordeler: "The weather was nice."
Ulemper: "The boarding was announced 30 minutes before the beginning of the procedure. All the passengers were standing in the queue, without any possibilities to sit down. At Luton there is no connection among the announcements and the actual status of the boarding of a particular plane."
Ulemper: "The application doesn't allow to add carrier bag check in and we paid high fee in the airport"
Ulemper: "Tried to check in online was unavailable the system upon arrival they charged us an extra €105 it's theft"
Fordeler: "Nothing at all... They were unfriendly and I missed my flight because of them. Lot money and time is gone"
Ulemper: "How they organized everything in this day!!!! 4th of July 2017 TERRIBLY Terrible"
Fordeler: "All handled professionally."
Ulemper: "I had a standard carry on bag which in Wizz air world turned out to be a large bag. Not only did I have to pay and additional £40 at the airport for it, I had to take it on board with me too. This bag has been on many other low fares airlines without a problem. The Wizz air carry on limit is unrealistically small and is thus merely a money making racket."
Ulemper: "on the flight back we waited in the bus for a very long time before we were taken to the plane."

Ulemper: "Hideous seats - seat backs don't decline which, combined with minimal legroom (even in "premium" section"), makes for a very uncomfortable flight."
