They served delicious meals, snacks, and water. They provided headphones, blankets and pillows. They took very good care of us."

First bag arrived a day late, second after I had left Billund and it was six days before the bag with my clothes reached me. I was told I will have 100 euro credit for clothing, but in the winter and for 6 days, this was not even close to the amount I needed for clothing and necessities, to have my time here."

Ulemper: "Flight way delayed 3 hours. Staff gave no information and wouldn't help rebook us onto other flights. They gave us food vouchers 2 minutes before we finally boarded, so we couldn't use them. The food on the plane had spoiled so we were all starving on the flight, and we all missed our connections. Horrible experience and wouldn't fly with KLM again."

Ulemper: "Old airplane with not really comfy seats. No outlets for charging devices. Very old entertainment screen."

Ulemper: "They didn’t let us board the plane. Allegedly the plane was changed and make us travel by train!! They offered us a compensation but we haven’t heard from them yet. Not good experience at all."

Fordeler: "The flight was delayed due to fog, but the staff was amazingly helpful to make sure everyone got to their destination."

Fordeler: "Everything was good. The crew was very friendly and attentive. The plane was comfortable, with great entertainment on the personal screens. The food was delicious. Flight was on time and actually arrived early, but then we had to wait for a gate (not the airline's fault)."

Ulemper: "The seat I selected was changed. I selected 45C and was assigned 54 E Upon check-in. Why? An aisle seat vs middle seat when I paid full faire is unacceptable. Also it was not made clear that I would have had to pay to check luggage. $120??!!!! I always carry on and this could have been easily avoided by not bringing gifts. Again, $120?!!!!! On top of an $1100 flight? You have to be kidding me."

Fordeler: "I have used Kayak for years without issue. This time I was flying SAS for the first time. The plane broke and so that was the first huge delay SAS had terrible customer service. They reminded me several times that I was not a preferred customer and that I had bought my ticket through kayak. This is the reason they gave for lack of help. It was frustrating to say the least. I’m not sure how they expect to gain repeat customers if they treat first time customers like that."

Ulemper: "I don’t like how the food on premium economy is packed in a cubic box that is really messy to eat from which the small plastic cutlery. Food quality is good, but feels like being an animal being fed from a bucket."

Fordeler: "SAS handles their business very professionally. Entertainment is great, purchasing seats with extra room is affordable. Reliable service."
Ulemper: "Seats are extremely uncomfortable, especially for an 8+ hour flight."

Ulemper: "If you want to have a different meal than what they offer, you have to contact customer service before hand. I never been on a flight so far, where there wasn’t a vegetarian option. So I was pretty surprised when they just offered beef fajitas. I asked for a vegetarian option only to find out there isn’t none. The flight attendant wasn’t super nice about it either, she just said you have to order it online. But at no point I got an email saying, if you want something different than what we offer, tell us! So that was pretty annoying..."

Ulemper: "No food or even water"

Fordeler: "The food and entertainment on board is great. I was very pleased with how they organized the checking of bags and the fact I picked it up at my final destination without any issues and right on time."
Ulemper: "Some of the staff at the check in desks can be very rude. Also, on my initial flight, they closed the check-in early and left many of us stranded without knowing who to talk to and how to manage to get on the plane. When someone from SAS finally came, I was told I would be escorted through security and most into the plane but then the "manager" or whoever was in charge denied it. The plane did not leave for another our and instead of arguing with the costumers they could have just helped us get on the plane. It was unfair of them to close the check in desks early and on top of that to catch a plane the next day they wanted to charge and exorbitant fee. I Wii never fly SAS again."

Ulemper: "Crew not very friendly."

Fordeler: "On schedule,great crew"

Fordeler: "The flight attendants were pleasant. We received pillows and blankets and a bottle of water upon boarding. Dinner and a snack was served. The seats are comfortable."
Ulemper: "The snack was some kind of pickled vegetable strudel. I wish I could have had a choice of something else. I didn't like that for the whole we were only offered one complementary soft drink."

Fordeler: "Seating was great, bumped to business class w/ extra chg."
Ulemper: "Earphones not working properly and when I ask they reset TV. Never came to ck on me afterwards. Not available to to ask.no vanilla icecream, only chocolate."

Ulemper: "I took this flight to have a short layer over, only 40 minutes. This was a connecting flight departed from Newark and was a connecting flight for many people coming from Thailand. I almost missed this flight due to highly backed up passport control. If SAS was running so many international flights, they should have shifted the layer over, since many people were taking connecting flights for Oslo to Manchester. No food, there should have at least been a snack or at a minimum offered water."

Fordeler: "My first time flying SAS on my trip to Europe from USA and I was highly impressed. Everything was efficient and comfortable. One of the highlights was the check in - this is often a long and frustrating process, however this could not have been easier and so quick. I was very happy and made my entire check in experience simple and efficient. I will be going straight to SAS for my next trip to Europe, no question. Thank you very much!!! Daniel Valewink"

Ulemper: "WiFi didn't work and movie selection could be a bit better. That's all."

Fordeler: "Delayed flight arrived nearly on time."
Ulemper: "- Boarding process chaotic. Boarding began 20minutes after the scheduled delayed-boarding time without any notice. Gate seating area at CPH was far too small - very stuffy and standing room only. - Aircraft on its last leg. Most of the A340's seats had broken cupholders. Restrooms were out of paper/soap with no attention from crew. Overhead personal lights were either burnt or malfunctioning. - Lunch meal was decent. pre-landing meal is the same as the snack... some sort of dry and non-appealing wrap. - Crew did not perform passenger safety-check before takeoff and landing (seat backs raised up and seat belts fastened)."

Fordeler: "I am vegetarian with no egg fish or meat. I didn't get any choices"

Fordeler: "First time using SAS and very pleasant trip"

Ulemper: "Cattle call boarding in a culture where standing in que is unheard of."

Fordeler: "Setene er behagelige, og selv i SAS Go er det mulig å legge setene lenger ned enn jeg er vant til hos en del andre flyselskaper i samme seteklasse."
Ulemper: "Det er ikke mulig å bestille spesialmåltid samtidig med billettene, man må ringe. Dette virker unødvendig tungvint, spesielt med tanke på at det var ekstra lang ventetid hos kundeservice i den aktuelle perioden. Heldigvis var det mulig å få hjelp via Facebook, men det er visst ikke vanlig."

Ulemper: "Cost to check bags was dramatically higher than for other airlines. As part of this trip we flew with 6 providers and the cost for bags with SAS was almost double."

Fordeler: "Entertainment selection was very nice and the actual plane ride was smooth"
Ulemper: "Took over an hour delay for boarding due to air conditioning issues, then when we boarded we were told it was 35 Celsius until they start the engines. Then took an additional hour once boarded to take off due to traffic. Completely missed my connecting flight"

Fordeler: "The plane was full and coming out of a very busy airport but the crew managed to make a good and stress-free atmosphere"

Ulemper: "Delays on boarding (on departing as well as returning home) Damaged luggage"

Fordeler: "Crew was very helpful and attentive. Seemed to care about the comfort of the passengers. Very inviting and gracious."
Ulemper: "Seats and pillows could be more comfortable. All airline food is not good so okay indicated above is above expectations."

Ulemper: "to realise at the airport that they will charge me 70 EUR for one luggage for one way only is outrageous! it wasnt clear at all that there wasnt luggage included in the price of the ticket... all of my previous tickets bought via kayak and priceline were also with luggage included and we have understood the given price as including luggage! i find it very negative and very bad experience and feel robbed, this is not acceptable business approach. my suggestion is that you will refund me the extra cost for the luggage. thank you."

Fordeler: "It was a shorter ride with few frills but we arrived safely. The two young employees who rendered wheelchair assistance were very gracious and attentive to every detail."
Ulemper: "The noise factor was very high."

Fordeler: "SAS agent in Oslo was very nice and quickly rebooked our flight to Bergen when we missed our scheduled one due to luggage delays and confusion at Oslo as to Customs procedure."

Ulemper: "Flight was 4 hours delayed, we could not leave the airplane every passanger just could have one water during the waiting time When finally arrived in Copenhagen i missed my last connections for the night and the airline wasnt helpful at all!"

Ulemper: "Not very many current movies, very cramped."

Ulemper: "I didn't not like the fact that I had to wait too long about 9hrs in Copenhagen. The intial transit time was about 3hrs but the flight schedule was changed resulting to about 9hrs wait at the airport. Thanks to the Service representative I was given 100 Denmark money for food. I was very tired and the 9hrs wait didn't help. Overall, the Service was good. Maybe this was a one off but I wish I knew. I was going to get some rest in a holtel."

Fordeler: "Rakk ikke flytoget, fordi det gikk FØR det sto at det skulle gå. Ble derfor for sein til flyet.."

Fordeler: "Seat was comfortable, crew was attentive, entertainment was sufficient."
Ulemper: "I was not even offered a beverage. On a 10 hour flight, one should at least be given a beverage or snack."

Ulemper: "It takes a long time to get your luggage. Traveling with a child is really a challenge"

Ulemper: "I came in from a connecting flight that was slightly delayed and got to check in 55 minutes before take off but the checkin counter had just closed and they wouldn’t let us get on the flight, and I was traveling with my toddler. Norwegian wouldn’t offer any help because we were too late they said."

Ulemper: "The food was not enough even for me; 96 pounds woman. I had vegetarian option and had small salad and 2 pieces of tofu with plum for desert. Not even a piece of bread."

Ulemper: "There should at least be allowance for one luggage and if you don't have to use it, it's ok. An international flight of over 7 hours should provide food on the flght. Luggages should automatically transferred t the next flight."

Fordeler: "The outstanding overall impression, quality of the brand new 787, the crew the amount of entertainment , the noise level, the friendliness and professionalism of the crew , the washrooms , the gate access ( even though CDG and the personnel there is an absolute nightmare - screaming agents)"
Ulemper: "The food to order did run out fast ( sandwiches) if you could please consider Cary on a few more going forward. Thank you."

Fordeler: "Supert at den sure passasjeren i midten flyttet seg til kjente annet sted i flyet. Hun var sur fordi jeg hadde plass C som hun ville ha, jeg ba henne flytte seg til sin plass på en høflig måte. Det er en grunn til at jeg reserverer på forhånd."
Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."

Ulemper: "Alt for varierende temperatur ombord. Det gikk fra iskaldt til kjempevarmt flere ganger. To runder iskaldt og to med kjempevarme. Det må vel kunne gjøres noe med?"

Ulemper: "Avgangen var avlåst slik at vi ikke hadde noe sted å sitte ned mens vi ventet på avgang"

Fordeler: "Nothing was specially great..."
Ulemper: "Service attitude, boarding, landing, and food."

Ulemper: "This is miss leading selling economy comfort as business class"

Ulemper: "We waited 4 hours on the plane, before the 7 hour flight. They couldn’t de- ice us. This was after the first flight was cancelled."

Ulemper: "Internett virket bare tidvis og ikke i begynnelsen"

Fordeler: "Unconfortable seats,poor food,no cans of soda or bottles of water.No even close to business class.Clean ,new plane,nice attendants"

Ulemper: "Både tur og retur var forsinket med 30 og 60 minutter. Lite info som vanlig. Mistet transport videre som vanlig. Godt nyttår"

Fordeler: "Comfortable cabin and seats, plenty of restrooms."
Ulemper: "As economy passengers, we paid for a reserved seat, baggage, and leg room. There were no extras offered, not even water, so bring your own. The cabin was noisy with frequent servivice for upgraded passengers so it was difficult to sleep on this overnight flight that left NYC at midnight."

Fordeler: "No delay leaving Madrid and the check in very organized."
Ulemper: "Getting to NY we have to taxi for one hour"

Fordeler: "It was better than our flight over- which was awful"
Ulemper: "Flight attendant seemed annoyed. Sat on the runway for 45 minutes upon arrival. Entertainment selection is dismal. “Premium” cabin layout a challenge when seats reclined."

Ulemper: "Service, it was a cheap flight and a shitty flight"

Fordeler: "Kanon bra flyvert.. veldig underholdene"

Fordeler: "God plass, gode seter og hyggelig service."
Ulemper: "Middag var kun 1 av tre alternativer igjen når de kom til nest bakerste seteraden. Dette er litt for dårlig med tanke på premium bilettprisen. De løste det ved å hente mat fra lowfare cabinen og det etter at de hadde servert alle på premium."

Fordeler: "Plane wasn’t packed full. Kind attendants."
Ulemper: "People who want to stay up all night talking with lights on and poking the back of seats to select screen choices should be sitting together at the back of the plane. Red eye flights are painful enough, and providing a dark and uninterrupted flight for most people should be your priority. Please switch screen selection to arm rather than tapping on someone’s back !"

Fordeler: "Meget"

Fordeler: "Loved the transition windows, TVs in the seats, and the food/drinks."
Ulemper: "Could always use more seat room."

Fordeler: "Crew is really cheesy and too basic and non stop acting like doing me a big favor! No one is answering the phone for days to reschedule cancelled flight which is a theft and a crime and I had to buy a new ticket on another airline."

Fordeler: "I rute begge veier."

Fordeler: "Very efficient, pleasant staff, new comfortable plane."
Ulemper: "I ordered food because it wasn't included in the cost. Food was TERRIBLE. Not worth the money. I'll bring my own food next time."

Fordeler: "wifi"

Ulemper: "The flight going to Paris was fine, but the return flight from London was the issue. In over 40+ years of flying back and forth to Europe I have never had an airline weigh my pocketbook to be added to the weight my carry-on baggage for a total weight. I feel this is extreme and cheap and just an excuse to get more money from the passengers. The weight of my pocketbook is not going to cost the airline more fuel to fly the plane."

Fordeler: "Tasty meals. Excellent flight crew."
Ulemper: "Late to board with very little updates as we waited. Crammed into a tight gate with poor system to line people up to board. An obtrusive secondary screening in which no seating was provided as they request you remove shoes."

Fordeler: "Lots of empty seats, fancy new computer thing in the chair, good movie choice"
