Amazing flight and amazing crew
Ulemper: "50 min. delay for absolutely nothing. No proper gate available. Only one bus had to serve all passengers from terminal to aircraft. Lufthansa should not operate as a budget airline."
Ulemper: "Entertainment unit was very slow and not even possible to operate properly. I had to ask for resetting it several times."

Ground crew said my bag had made it on board, so i waited and waited but it never showed up in Kraków. Lost luggage team was helpful and told me it didn’t make the flight - it was on the next one. Hopefully it gets delivered soon but it will be difficult bc my air bnb has no buzzer"

Ulemper: "The airline cancelled my ticket because they said I was not on my earlier flight two weeks prior. This was absolutely not true. I had taken the flight and also checked bags. For an airline to cancel someones tickets and not notify them is highly unethical."
Fordeler: "The crew on the jet were fine. The entertainment was good too."
Ulemper: "The crew at checkin we’re pretty awful. They were rude and not very helpful. I witnessed 3 customers have poor service in front of me and then they weren’t helpful with me either. The plane changed and I had paid for a seat and I lost my money and the seat I paid for and was never notified."

Ulemper: "although i booked a reservation with 2 passengers, they didn't seat us together and were not helpful at all when we asked them to switch (they assigned middle seats in different rows, so i wasn't able to just ask another passenger to switch). the agent's attitude at the gate was "too bad""
Fordeler: "flights were comfortable."
Ulemper: "They lost my luggage both ways! I missed my connecting flight from FRA to TXL so I was given a train voucher from FRA to TXL instead of a flight. Luggage came 2 days later. Then they canceled my return flights TXL- FRA-MCO because "I didn't complete my journey". They rebooked me as wait list and then eventually I was confirmed. Luggage lost on return flight, no idea if/when I will receive."
Fordeler: "Friendly cabin crew."
Fordeler: "I'll probably never fly Basic Economy again....it's worth the extra money."
Fordeler: "Flight was good. Boarding was delayed, but the time was made up during flight. Comfortable seats."
Ulemper: "It is always about baggage. Bags with priority tags should atleast be sent on a "priority". With LH this never is the case. Priority tagged bags are sometimes the last ones to come on the belt."
Fordeler: "The staff and food were exceptional!"
Fordeler: "It was NOT Lufthansa. It turns out it was a United flight. Fortunately they now have individual screens with individual options of what to watch like on other airlines. They did have my special meals as I ordered them. I sat next to a wonderful young couple from Finland. That made the journey interesting and pleasant."
Ulemper: "I really thought I booked a flight with Lufthansa,which I far prefer than United. They do better with beverages, (Perrier, Pelegrino instead of club soda, better special meals, better model airplanes). I am going to have to figure out how to get a Vegan eal that is not spicy. When I order Hindu Vegetarian it is always too spicy. United also doesn't get it and still gives people cheese or something like potato salad obviously made with mayonaise, and some spread that is either butter or margarine on a sandwich."
Ulemper: "They cancelled my flight and were extremely difficult when rebooking it. We lost 2 days of our trip."
Fordeler: "Great service as always"
Fordeler: "Schedule was followed."
Ulemper: "At Budapest Airport only one check-in desk, #1 was shown on the big board for this flight and the airline Lufthansa was only shown above the check-in desk #1, which was dedicated for First/Business and M&M Gold status travellers only. Many economy class passengers queued there and at the end they were all redirected to check-in desk #3, as that was designated for Economy class passengers (however not any Lufthansa sign was shown above. When I mentioned to the ground crew (Celebi) that they should improve signs and not mishandle travellers, the person in charge (Nikolett Magyar) said to me arrogantly that they are right, and nothing they would do to improve the signs and passengers' information. This is far what I expect from LH representative, even if subcontracted and not an employee. That behaviour made my journey sour as travelling - especially with not a budget airline - is not just getting from A to B, but an experience which is worth to remember for good reasons, but not certainly for bad ones."
Ulemper: "All flights in Frankfurt boarded via jet bridge. Flight to Greece boarded via a bus. Freezing weather in Frankfurt. Are Germans prejudiced to Greek passengers?"
Fordeler: "Upgraded from premium to Business class. Very good service and a good night slep."
Fordeler: "Nothing, really; the seats—even those in business class–have a no-frills design, with hardly any recline to speak of. Okay for flights as short in duration as this one (about 50 minutes)."
Ulemper: "The delay in boarding, much of which was due to the fact that the plane wasn't ready for boarding in time because the tech service was delayed. It would seem this was at least in part something within the sphere of factors the airline is able to control. Also, there was an irritating, rumbling noise, sounding almost like an old propeller engine, during much of the plane's ascent. You'd think there would be some maintenance necessary."
Fordeler: "At least should have good brands of alcoholic drinks. Ugly mag limit the no of drinks consumed but keep better standard drinks"
Fordeler: "The seating went very efficiently and fast. All the flight attendants were extremely friendly. Food was great and there were plenty of movies for adults and kids. Would chose Lufthansa again"
Ulemper: "I was in economy class and the lady in front of me put the seat back. My knees hit the seat the whole flight and I am not that tall 5.6."
Fordeler: "You can't beat the German's at efficiency. Awesome!"
Ulemper: "Houston isn't their hub and I have to put up with United."
Ulemper: "Food was disappointing...especially 'pizza' at the end. Crew was very helpful to family with baby."

Ulemper: "Why I had to fly from Naples to Munich and then down to Zurich to take an Edelweiss flight (Swiss Air, horrible), is beyond me. Poor routing, plus, the Edelweiss flight took 10 hours to Tampa. My family flew from Naples to Paris and from Paris to St. Louis, Mo. in SIX hours. The four extra hours were excruciatingly long in cramped seats."

Ulemper: "Online check in didn't work. The site kept telling me I needed a visa although I chose the option that stated I had an ESTA. Also mt destination country was not in the list of countries and there was no way to fill it in. The check- in agent in Cairo was cheeky and unhelpful. I was told I couldn't get the aisle seat assignment that I had selected online when attempting to do the online check in. The crew also stated I couldn't switch to an aisle seat because " we are completely booked" although all 3 rows in front of me had empty aisle seats all the way from Cairo to Frankfurt so I was stuck in a middle seat which the person in front completely reclining their seat for 4 hrs. At 5'10" it was not only uncomfortable but a painful flight. Things improved somewhat from Frankfurt to Miami but was still pretty tight due to the reclining seats. Luckily I got an aisle seat on that leg and the middle seat next to me was open. There was no entertainment on the Cairo to Frankfurt leg."

Ulemper: "The things I didn't like are part of a 7 hour flight in coach class, and that's beyond the control of any airline."

Ulemper: "The person behind me kept pushing my seat back.. guy next to me kept elbowing me. Seat space is way to small, need more room to move. I'm only 130 lbs. can hardly wonder how a bigger person can handle those tiny seat spaces. Also, those seats are so uncomfortable with the way they contour one's back. No support and very very uncomfortable, I had mid back tension pains the entire 12 hour flight."
Fordeler: "Pre-bording with children and nice entertainment selection of movies, tv shows and music."
Ulemper: "rhe FA was saying that they have either pasta or chicken and they had beef, when asked what kind of pasta he said how would I know."
I booked through Kayak, trusting them. But they used one of these cheap online travel agents - Chatdeals. When I missed my flight due to a 3 hour train delay that was out of my influence, Chatdeals refused to rebook without a fee. SAS couldn’t rebook either. So I was stuck and lost the flight. Had to buy a complete new one. Never book through kayak or one of the cheap ones. Always airline direct! Expensive lesson learned… 🙂 Jan
The flight was delayed and I wasn't able to make my connection. I never got any emails from the airlines or kayak about where I was reebok. I am currently writing from Stockholm Airport. I will hopefully get to Milan later tonight. I also will ask for a refund when this odyssey is over. Ivan Manfredi
Everyone boarded and then we sat for well over an hour with occasional updates from crew that the airport was slow loading luggage. It's hard to believe the airline or airport are serious about COVID prevention when they deliberately leave customers in crowded conditions. First international flight I've had where passengers were charged for beer, wine, and even water.
Kayak offered terrible service, and was unwilling to come up with better alternatives to fix their mistake. Don't choose KAYAK, if the airline cancels the flight, KAYAK only makes effort to avoid any accountability.
SAS er i ferd med å bli håpløst utdatert for business reisende, dessverre. Man kaller det Plus og selger det inn som en business class, men det er jo bare tull... Reise fra CPH til Island var med Icelandair, full business og topp service, reise fra Reykjavik til Oslo, med SAS, var et svært gammelt fly, gamle og dårlige seter, fullt av mennesker som sild i tønne og dårlig mat. Mens flyet fra Oslo til Stavanger var nytt, alt var bedre men det burde vært motsatt; lengre distanser, bedre komfort, for fullt betalende passasjerer, men det tenker ikke SAS på. Jeg faser ut SAS fra nå av og vil fly mest mulig med andre selskap ut fra Stavanger, så det blir nok mer KLM fra nå av..

Had to figure everything out myself and couldn't get another flight till the next day and was stuck in the airport for 8 plus hours trying to find answers. I will never book an SAS flight again."

Ulemper: "My husband uses a wheel chair and a delightful attendant wheeled him and about 20 other passengers to a very well equipped handicap area. There we all stayed until finally we demanded that we be taken to our flight which was supposed to leave in about 10 minutes. When we boarded the plane all the other passengers were already there and I was the last one on. All the overhead bins were taken and I had to put my carry-on under the seat which left me with almost no leg room. By the time we arrived in SFO my thighs and back hurt so much that I was worried maybe I would require medical attention. Which fortunately was not the case. It was luck that I had a bag that would actually fit under the seat."

But initial flight was booked under alaska--but boarding pass unable to be printed from any of the kiosks and we were told to talk to American. American didn't know anything about it. THen stood in Assistance line for 45 minutes to be told that we needed to talk to VIrgin American. They rebooked us on to American, which then promptly was also delayed for several hours, and we thereby missed our connection. Throughout the process there were no customer service representatives either in person or on the phone who were remotely helpful. Overall, worst travel experience of my life."
Fordeler: "Because of bad weather at the Faroe Islands, the aircraft made a missed approach (go-around) on the first attempt to land. The weather had improved sufficiently to make it in on the second attempt. The pilot and the cabin crew were excellent in keeping everyone informed, and telling us the status of the weather and the likelihood of getting in. The pilot was outstanding in his communication with the passengers and the cabin crew were great in re-assuring passengers after the missed approach. The flight crew handled the difficult weather conditions very well."
Ulemper: "Flight delayed too long, 2 hours. No snacks, only drinks."

Ulemper: "Norwegian used an extremely old Wamos A320 aircraft instead of one of their own 787s. The seats were not only uncomfortable, but also so tightly arranged that my knees touched the back of the front seat, and I am an average 6 feet tall. Inflight entertainment options were available only through the Wamos app, which could not be downloaded on the plane (and Norwegian had not mentioned during check in). Unless for people with pre-ordered food, it was not possible to buy even water until about 3 1/2 hours into the flight. The flight to BCN on a Norwegian plane was okay, but the prospect of another such return experience makes it very questionable to book this airline again."

Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."

Given there was nothing else we could do, we would have appreciated a little more leniency or at least more clarity on the hour rule."
Ulemper: "2 hour delay. Incredibly disorganized, enhanced security checks at the gate. Stuck on the runway for an hour. Over 3 hours late. Low-cost airfare, not worth the money I saved."

Fordeler: "Disability access at Gatwick was excellent. Quick, polite and efficient service from arriving at the airport to boarding the flight Can’t comment on food as did not have any."
Ulemper: "The flight was almost full with only a few empty seats at the back of the plane. I was on crutches with a broken ankle and had asked politely if I could be sat next to an empty seat so I could elevate my foot (doctors orders) and because my boot would not fit under the chair in front. The crew made no effort to seat or switch me to a seat at the back next to one of the few empty seats. It was a very uncomfortable flight and I had to keep my foot in the aisle and stay awake to avoid being run into by the food or drinks cart. Poor selection of movies. Mainly older movies. While I actually appreciate the cheaper flight and being able to avoid paying for the food I think that they should offer water. There is only so much you can carry into the flight and having to buy water is ridiculous."
Fordeler: "The crew was nice and good movies to watch on the flight,"
Ulemper: "Flight was late upon arrival, then they boarded the plane and we where stuck on the tramac for almost 3hrs with no a/c. Then the plane was un-boarded due to technical difficulty. We where told to wonder the airport till further notice. But there was no notice, I had to look online to see that the flight had then been cancelled after a 5hr delay. The 5hr delay then turned into being stuck in Bangkok for the night to catch the next flight out at 1am. they fixed the plane. But then while on the plane it was time for food service, except the flight attendant skipped me and my passenger and we where told we didn't order food so there was none for us, when on a 11hr flight do you have to pre book food? When I booked my ticket online I was never given an option to "book food" not to mention she didn't even want to give us juice or a drink, she went straight by us. Was not happy. It was honestly a terrible experience flying Norwegian Air."
Fordeler: "The flight was delayed by 2 hours but it was quite well handled by the crew"
