Ulemper: "I did not enjoy the turbulence, which I suppose is unavoidable. More importantly, I felt quite guilty about the greenhouse gas emissions of my flight. I have decided to cut down on my air travel as much as possible as a way of reducing my carbon footprint."

Ulemper: "Amsterdam customs is the most disorganized I have ever seen. With the number of tourists entering the country you would think they would have done something about it. There were only 2 customs agents!! One for all passports and 1 for all passports. We were in the customs hall longer than we were in flight!"

Fordeler: "It was so easy to board and I had no inconvenience. It took 4 minutes from when I said goodbye to my family till when I was at the front of the gate."

Ulemper: "The first announcement they made to all of us in the economy section was thay they did not have any headphones for anyone but business class. I was told when I booked the seat that the headphones would be complementary. So I did not bother to bring any assuming they were going to keep their word; I figure I'd make it work and watch a movie without sound. If that isn't bad enough midway through my nine hour flight my monitor went out and would not turn back on."

Ulemper: "The fact that there are different airline carriers for one flight is hard. In my second flight they made me check a bag which was considered a carry on during my first flight"

Ulemper: "When I purchased my flight ticket , I purchased with a checked bag (23 kg /50 #) how ever ( who will fly to Ukraine with a 10kg suitcase) I booked for a KLM flight , they used (partener airlines ) when I arrived to LA I flew with Delta , they checked my Suitcase at no cost all the way to my final destinations , that was expected ! When I was going to return , they made me payed 120 dollars ( in Kiev , Ukraine (UIA) , I was very disappointed and I really will love an explanation about all this !"

Fordeler: "Flight attendant Ms. Sophie Picard made every extra effort to try to find a meal when they had run out of Business Class meals. She made up for the uncomfortable seating in Business Class."

Ulemper: "The usual Air France flights to Rome, that I have been flying for years, are now operated by Joon. For a couple months nothing changed, except the way the crew dressed. But now Joon is showing its true nature as a LOW COST airline.Seats cramped. Snacks and apple juice are now available for purchase only."

Ulemper: "Told us to get in line for boarding and review our tickets and then made us stand there for 75 minutes before boarding."

Ulemper: "Entertainment screen did not work; in neighboring seat it could not be switched off when we wanted to sleep; sourly employees everywhere (re-booking counter an exception); food close not being edible and cold; I forgot my watch on when going through security in the Air France terminal; when I started to say "sorry" I was yelled at by the screener who said that she will do the talking; she sent me back through the scanner twice without my watch, then once more with the carry-on and made sure that I went to the end of a very long line to wait for another screening rather than having me just go through the scanner without my watch. Needless to say, there was nothing else suspicious about me once the watch was removed. Eager to exercise her power, the security person did not seem to consider that she slowed down a long line of people waiting to be screened. I should add that I am 73 yrs old grey haired female who has traveled a lot both for pleasure and business during my entire life, often to some difficult places and that I do not argue with or provoke those in power in a situation like this. The yelling and the sending me repeatedly through the scanner, which did not beep once the watch was removed, was beyond anything I had experienced anywhere else. The sending me to the very end of the line seemed outright spiteful. (I did miss the plane connection.)"

Ulemper: "Staff where so unhelpful that I missed my flight and then refused to offer any assistance as to how I could remedy this situation. This cost me over €180 which is a weeks food and stay for me. Don't fly with these guys or with air Croatia."

Ulemper: "The boarding process was horrible and it involved climbing down steep stairs from the air tunnel to the tarmac to board a bus that took us to a far distance where the plane was parked. Had to new walk in the sweltering heat to the plane can climb up steep stairs in the heat! We were now kept in the plane for another hour with no aircondotion. It was boiling hot in there. We had to use the safety manuals to fan ourselves. We eventually left late and got to Lagos one and half hours we were meant to get there. Lastly not all the luggage arrived. Two days into my arrival and I am yet to get all my luggage. It was truly a horrible experience which was echoed by fellow passengers."

Fordeler: "The stewardesses were extremely kind and helpful to me as I was travelling alone with my toddler. I really appreciated their help and kindness."

Ulemper: "Took very long from landing/ arrival until baggage could be collected. Priority luggage came out last!"

Ulemper: "Plane was canceled at the last minute with a transfer desk literally assaulted by 100s of people. Only 3 persons on the desk. No lane for sky priority. Queued for nearly two hours before some airport employee gave us instructions to travel by train without any other information or tickets etc. Had to buy my ticket. Couldn’t recuperate my suitcase. Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."

Fordeler: "Plus seat was good. On board crew was nice."
Ulemper: "Another Air France company, with their motto: We Don't Care. Ground staff was rude, no good food onboard and have to pay for it. Entertainment is your device, but you can't download the app to use it."

Ulemper: "Its been a week. My trip has ended. I still do not have my bags. Terrible customer service."

Ulemper: "Premium economy seats do not recline, only slouch. One of our 2 seats wouldn't slouch more than half way. The entertainment options are extremely sparse and the screens are 4:3 ratio, tiny, and of such poor quality that they look like laptop monitors from 1999."

Ulemper: "The leg-space is very narrow The chair is very tiring No entertainment at all Food was tasteless But most surprising was that we were on stand by for our connecting flight. Though we bought the tickets months ago and we got our luggage checked in all the way to the final destination."

Ulemper: "The delay in the flight without even informing us of the reasons. Changing the boarding gates twice, and no options in the meal."

Ulemper: "Everything. AF changed seats without authorization or notification, separating a mother from her 3 year old daughter. Their entire attitude was "nothing to be done, now board plane and leave" no compensation was offered, nothing done to remedy their mistake or rude behavior and treatment"

Ulemper: "We were rebooked, which understandably happens for any number of reasons. However, we were not informed or asked about our preference until our luggage was checked through! The staff especially in Chicago where we began this awful experience couldn't care less about our situation. Then AIr France lost our luggage and provided no help in locating them. We had to rely on folks who had friends working in Zagreb Airport to locate them. Air France is incompetent, insensitive and unprofessional. If you have an important trip avoid Air France - they treat you like captives not customers."

Ulemper: "I was told the wrong flight time, wrong terminal, wrong gate, and wrong airline. I couldn't check-in online. It was horribly inconvenient and I nearly missed the flight. We got there with 5 minutes until the doors closed."

Ulemper: "changed 2 times the departure time and I lost my train to Rapallo, having to sleep in Genova. Had to buy other ticket to Milan and loose this ticket I had bought.,..."

Ulemper: "All good but crew wasn't very attentive - for example i had had to put my suitcase quite a few rows back because of lack of space at the end of the flight i had to wait for most of the plane to empty out in order to be able to retrieve it - the crew member who had originally indicated i put my suitcase further back and who was standing right by the cabin where the suitcase was stored saw all of this but didn't move to help in the slightest even though he knew i was waiting for a chance to get to my suitcase - in my experience of customer service i would have gotten it for the passenger and brought it to them to reduce the wait time"

Fordeler: "I liked the explanation given by the pilot when we finally got our seats on the plane. Apparently one of the computer racks wouldn't switch on, so they changed some other computer racks, and then the delay was two hours so he decided we could go flying without the broken bit. No doubt they'll be having another attempt to fix it during the next delayed turn around, or he'll phone up tech support and do a factory reset."
Ulemper: "The crew called the gate, allowed the entire flight to pass through the gate and then as we stood in the boarding gang way told us the flight had been delayed by the captain but they did not have any more information. We were then held for 2 hours sitting on the floor because the crew had taken our boarding cards and didn't want us to return to the terminal. At least I didn't pay for any upgrades as that was a just sitting on the floor closer to the plane. Funny how the plane miraculously got better when people started to talk about compensation!"

Fordeler: "I like that even though the flight was delayed they managed to board all passengers and get things going quickly for departure."
Ulemper: "Upon arriving to Rome, the time taken to land, actually getting off the plane and into the airport takes a very long time. Not much time to get to your connecting flight. Make sure you have at least 1.5 or 2 hr minimum layover time when booking connecting flights from Rome."

Fordeler: "Nice opera music available while trying to figure out the antiquated entertainment system."
Ulemper: "Seating was the most cramped I have ever experienced. Service was relatively efficient and competent but not especially friendly. Really old entertainment system not easy to figure out. Lack of individual air control."

Ulemper: "Having arrived at the airport 2 hours ahead of the flight, there was a chaotic 1 hour wait to check in, with no queuing system and then an IT cock-up which closed the flight exactly 1 hour before departure, with passengers still in the queue. This left us rushing through the airport to the very furthest gate. Boarded 20 mins late, then the flight left 1 hour late. Very expensive ticket price too!"

Ulemper: "the food is terrible. he literally dropped my bread and picked it back up to give to me. it was soggy, tasteless and disgusting even more given the rude crew. I never comment a review unless it was a good or extremely terrible experience. One of the crew members was extremely rude to Americans. God forbid we ask him a question he would keep walking. For the price I paid and the duration of my flight (12 hours from LAX-FCO) I wish I chose a different airline. that was the most uncomfortable flight I've had in a long time and I travel often."

Ulemper: "Lost our luggage from Rome to Malta. Now, 13 hours after arrival in Malta, no one can tell us where our luggage is!!"

Ulemper: "See above. This scam is not acceptable. You should be ashamed. I demand my money back for paying twice for baggage, including the airport fee. I will be going to the media re this scam and seeing if I can start a class action."

Ulemper: "We paid for bags. Called to check the bags were included and on a technicality alitila charged for bags again. When we asked why, we were told this happens all the time. It seems alitila relays on this to rip of foreigners. This is despicable. This happened twice from two different booking companies and only with Alitalia. I will follow this up next week."

Ulemper: "Delay! I missed my connection! Had to spend a night in Rome! Had to be late to work Monday morning."
