Fordeler: The staff were very helpful and professional.
Ulemper: The food was awful and the option I wanted had run out. The entertainment was faulty and had to be reset several times. The comfort was below standard and needs to be improved.

Ulemper: Everything was incredibly poor. Flight was delayed, entertainment was outdated and the airport staff were rude.
Fordeler: Very little
Ulemper: Flight was very crowded. Flight crew kept bumping into my seat and never apologized

Ulemper: Original departure time: 08:50- Estimated departure time 10:20. Actual departure time: 11:00.
Fordeler: Leg room, friendly crew, good choices for entertainment, nice blankets!
Ulemper: The flight was delayed for an hour, but the transfer in Helsinki was easy, I made it to the connect flight just in time for boarding
Fordeler: Kindness of the staff, quick check in, wonderful healthy food, my seat and overall experience.
Ulemper: Limited controls on the entertainment.
Ulemper: Boarding began 25 min after the indicated time. Huge crowd of people (big Airbus 330) was standing in the corridor in some kind of disorganized manner. Priority entrance was open, but then another 20-25 min in the closed waiting area, some kind of hoarder. Only then the mixture of all passengers was let through the sleeve to the plane. Why bother about Priority? Plane arrive in NYC 35 min late. Many transit passengers worried about their connecting flights.
Fordeler: I got there
Ulemper: Endless waiting and lost luggage. Excuse was unpredicted weather conditions. It was snowing in Finland so they had to clear the Ice from the planes.. Snowing in Finland? How uncommon is that during December? I actually think most of this is poor ground handling In Helsinki.
Ulemper: Delayed flight - 2 1/2 hrs. No advance info. Departure gate change after check in. No Info at original gate. Unfriendly staff. No apology. No explanation for delay. Food substandard, even for cheap airlines.
Fordeler: On time
Ulemper: SFO-Copenhagen was cancelled. Only hint for that came from Kayak which I didn't even use for booking (I used Flyus). Sas and Flyus didn't notify us and sas customer service had to actually use 5 min to verify that flight was cancelled after we called them. That left some poor rebooking options. Anyway, I am very disappointed how Sas didn't notify us. It would have been even nastier if we had got to the airport before realizing that flight was cancelled.

Fordeler: All good, especiallly cabin crew who appear to actually enjoy their jobs and interacting with passenger (unlike some supposedly premium carriers).

Fordeler: It was on one of their newer planes which meant that we had decent comfort and entertainment!
Ulemper: The seats were staggered between the middle and sides, so my family was eventually split across two rows. I hadn't expected that.
Fordeler: There was room available.
Ulemper: This was not business class!
