Fordeler: Crew was great and professional.
Ulemper: Entertainment controls were outdated and confusing to operate. There were no charging ports.
Ulemper: Flight on time would have been good when you have a late evening arrival. Long wait for luggage at Birmingham airport.
Fordeler: Cabin facilities
Ulemper: They didn’t bring one of my bags
Ulemper: We had 4 hour delay causing a stop over at 3am. So yeah
Ulemper: We were allowed to choose our seats from SFO to Amsterdam but not for the return flight. I like to be able to choise my seats when I book the flight. Choosing seats 24 hours before is not convenient when traveling for the return trip.
Fordeler: None of the above. I actually liked nothing about this trip. Took off at London in time for Frankfurt, arrived early, but missed the connection to Tel Aviv. So I had to be routed to Munich to catch a 10:30 pm flight, which arrives at 3 am Sunday. So I wasted the entire day, starved, exhausted.
Ulemper: Proper connection time. I lost the entire day, and now have to get a cab for $100 instead of my colleague meeting me. 3 am is impossible. And I am still not in Tel Aviv.
Fordeler: In-flight crew was friendly, the food & beverages were OK and there were plenty of in-flight entertainment options.
Ulemper: They double charged the baggage fees: I prepaid in advance but upon checking in for the return flight the representative wasn't able to locate the appropriate information, although I had a printed copy of the confirmation email they sent. I had to pay for it again which is a lousy experience.
Fordeler: The crew was really nice.
Ulemper: There were some delays, my luggage didn't arrive to final destination I might receive it only tomorrow and also a lot of gates change.
Ulemper: Light was delayed 3 hours. I had to wait 9 hours for a next plane to my final destination

Fordeler: crew was nice
Ulemper: our flight got delayed 3 hours, we lost all our connections and I ended up traveling for 24 hours after having paid almost 2,000 dollars on my ticket. All i got from you was a bottle of water, and 7 euro ticket for a snack, it's outrageous.
Fordeler: crew onboard and food/entertaiment.
Ulemper: could do without the delays. transit time was reduced to less than an hour in Frankfurt because flight to Frankfurt was delayed by 45 mins. it is becoming very stressful to transit in FRA every time.
Fordeler: Super service. From gate in Frankfurt to Rome.
Ulemper: Communication on which luggage carousel our luggage was going to be on. The screen said, carousel 11 when in actuality, it was carousel 10. Very confusing...and caused me a delay. That’s the only frustration in the entire trip so far.
