Fordeler: "Our flight was delayed by over 45 minutes because of some technical issues with the plane but the crew serving us was ever smiling and very courteous. They were making jokes and never once did i see them frown at any demand made by any passenger. The food was very good despite being plane food too!"

Fordeler: "Very roomy seats, friendly attendants. Nice sunset. My sister liked the 'tour' of the airport on taxiing to the gate. I found it frustrating. The plane was about 30 minutes late which was nice because it took a while to get off our Munich flight, find our new gate and we ended up nearly running to the gate."
Ulemper: "I, again, didn't like walking down 3 flights of stairs, getting a crowded bus to take us to the plane. We are used to using a jetway to the plane. I realize that European airports are busier than American airports though."
Fordeler: "Although the flight to Frankfurt was delayed for more than an hour they made special arrangements to get on time to the next flight."

I travel with a musical instrument and some airlines want to check it and some even insist on checking it, even though there is always plenty of room. This was a completely full flight and no one even mentioned the possibility of checking it; they put me in an early boarding line and put it in a closet. The way they handle this for myself and the other passenger with an instrument made our day, as well as making boarding smoother forbus and everyone else. Really excellent job on that!"
Ulemper: "Old televisions with somewhat limited entertainment options. Im tall and every seat in coach is too small for me, but thats the case on every flight ive been on."

Ulemper: "Seats have too little legroom. Even pushed to back in seat, my knees pushed seat in front of me. Not on person seemed to watch entertainment, because of the program you have to sign up for. Seems like basic tv or so could be free, even if there is charge for movies."

Ulemper: "I had paid for comfort seats ($140) extra. When I checked in at gate I was given another seat assignment (without explanation). It turned out to not be comfort seat, in fact it was the last row in the airplane. Had to get eh gate agent back, which was not fast. She said flight was full and a family had been spread out. I understand, but you can't just bump me from a paid and selected seat to a standard seat, especially on transatlantic flight after paying $140 extra. There was no apology. She went back to gate and little while later came back with a comfort seat. Some people seem not to have shown up as the seat next to me stayed open as well. It was very poorly handled."

Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

Ulemper: "Flight from Amsterdam was 2 hours late. Caused me to miss connection on train from London to Leeds which then cost me 124 pounds to rebook. No information was forthcoming at all at the airport and there were 3 different departure times given. Absolute chaos. The airline is a joke"

Ulemper: "It was really unclear which desk to use at Birmingham airport to check in. It was extremely stressful for a first time flier as I had no idea what to do - the desk location wasn't marked clearly and when no staff were there it wasn't clear that the desk was open."
Fordeler: "The crew were really helpful since I am a short person in putting my luggage away in the overhead compartment and attentive to everyone's needs. I am a fussy eater and don't really like airplane food but the food was actually really nice. We was given plenty of snacks and drinks in between meals as well. There was plenty of programmes to choose from to keep me entertained."

"SAS er i ferd med å bli håpløst utdatert for business reisende, dessverre. Man kaller det Plus og selger det inn som en business class, men det er jo bare tull... Reise fra CPH til Island var med Icelandair, full business og topp service, reise fra Reykjavik til Oslo, med SAS, var et svært gammelt fly, gamle og dårlige seter, fullt av mennesker som sild i tønne og dårlig mat. Mens flyet fra Oslo til Stavanger var nytt, alt var bedre men det burde vært motsatt; lengre distanser, bedre komfort, for fullt betalende passasjerer, men det tenker ikke SAS på. Jeg faser ut SAS fra nå av og vil fly mest mulig med andre selskap ut fra Stavanger, så det blir nok mer KLM fra nå av.."

Ulemper: "Hottest I have ever been in a plane (we were in 40G and H) and I “run cold”. We were sweating and drinking water like crazy (they gave us one bottle and did not routinely walk the aisles handing out more). Luckily we brought our own water. Early June and headed to Scandinavia, not someplace hot. Seats were hard and I put my unused blankets under me."

Ulemper: "Check-in was a disaster. Took almost one hour for a trainee to check us in. Printed 8 bag tickets (for 2 bags) and after we complained was told there was no line at immigration, so should be okay. Guess having a 3 year old wasn’t enough for us to get any compassion or expedited service. At gate. No early boarding for children."

Ulemper: "All airplanes are 2 Noisy. (Of course this is not the fault of SAS). I use noise canceling headphones that helps a lot. EBut the background noise level always strikes me as too much!"
Fordeler: "I liked that boarding and take off went smoothly. The cabin crew was extremely nice and always was there when you need something!"
Ulemper: "There was no snack served."
Fordeler: "No entertainment. Food not part of basic deal. But was both no problem for me because it was a short flight. On both points I rather would say: N/A"

Ulemper: "They should really let you know ahead of time that certain seats (like the ones in front of the emergency exit--not at the emergency exit) dont recline. The passenger in front of me reclined her chair all the way back and seeing as I couldnt recline my seat I had very little space and found the three hour flight extremely unpleasant."

Ulemper: "Why can't SAS ever be on time? The last 4-5 flights I've been on have connected me either too late or just barely in time for connecting flights. Please be more like Swiss."

Ulemper: "The agent at the gate misled me into thinking there would be no fee associated with a checked bag. When it turned out there was, I was told it was too late."

Dette virker unødvendig tungvint, spesielt med tanke på at det var ekstra lang ventetid hos kundeservice i den aktuelle perioden. Heldigvis var det mulig å få hjelp via Facebook, men det er visst ikke vanlig."

Ulemper: "This is a non frills flight and that was expected but I NEVER expected to pay for bags to be checked on an international flight. 66 Euro per bag. It was the first time I had paid for checked bags on an international flight. I will look elsewhere next time."

Ulemper: "Horrible and unprofessional check in process, by time of boarding more than half of passengers had not gone through security yet due to their delays. The machine and website weren’t working so everyone had to check in via the desks."

Ulemper: "Long check in time with long lines. No internet check-in Budget carrier, ticket is cheap, so they try to get money from you whenever they can. All hand items are weighed. Max bag weight 20kg instead of 23 Food needs to be paid except water"

Ulemper: "Renhold, søppel og mat i setene. Veldig varmt i flyet før avgang og ble sittende en stund før avgang."
Ulemper: "Our flight from VCE to CDG was delayed 30 minutes and the flight from CDG to FLL was early. We missed our check in by TEN MINUTES and were not even allowed to pass the security to speak to someone at a counter. We were told with ZERO empathy that we lost all of our money from the previous flight and we needed to buy another ticket. VERY EXPENSIVE TICKETS. The only VERY EXPENSIVE tickets available had a 6 hour layover IN MOSCOW. This was such a horrible experience. What a way to end our honeymoon. You have utterly destroyed something that was supposed to be a wonderful experience."

Fordeler: "Supert at den sure passasjeren i midten flyttet seg til kjente annet sted i flyet. Hun var sur fordi jeg hadde plass C som hun ville ha, jeg ba henne flytte seg til sin plass på en høflig måte. Det er en grunn til at jeg reserverer på forhånd."
Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."
Fordeler: "Ganske god mat."
Ulemper: "Alt for varierende temperatur ombord. Det gikk fra iskaldt til kjempevarmt flere ganger. To runder iskaldt og to med kjempevarme. Det må vel kunne gjøres noe med?"
Ulemper: "Avgangen var avlåst slik at vi ikke hadde noe sted å sitte ned mens vi ventet på avgang"
Fordeler: "The price."
Ulemper: "Everything. The service overall is terrible. Experience was nothing to write home about. The attitude of the cabin crew / flight attendants have to be one of the worst in the industry. You get what you pay for."

Fordeler: "It's nice that Norwegian loads from both ends of the plane...it would be better if people could read or listen to those instructions"
Ulemper: "I get that it is a budget airline, but water. Come on. It's water. I'm not asking for food or there to be an entertainment system for the 7hour flight, there's not, or USB chargers, there aren't, but the least you could do is offer people some free water when you come up and down the aisle weaving"

Fordeler: "Comfortable cabin and seats, plenty of restrooms."
Ulemper: "As economy passengers, we paid for a reserved seat, baggage, and leg room. There were no extras offered, not even water, so bring your own. The cabin was noisy with frequent servivice for upgraded passengers so it was difficult to sleep on this overnight flight that left NYC at midnight."
Fordeler: "Plane, fight time, boarding speed, efficiency all excellent"
Ulemper: "Departure was suddenly changed from 4 to 7 without clear announcement. On the Norwegian terminal nor on the departure boards nothing was indicated nor had anybody bothered to leave a note or sign on the Norwegian Terminal 4. I discovered at the last minute as I hearD a “last boarding call” announcement in the Knick of time"

Ulemper: "The Norwegian staff were completely incompetent. It took me 1.5 hours just to check in. Almost missed the flight."

Fordeler: "The flight was scheduled for 10:30pm and left at 1:30am, causing many passengers, including myself, to miss our connections- there was no assistance and no explanation. The seat spacing is very tight and seats are uncomfortable. One of my worst flight experiences."
Fordeler: "Kanon bra flyvert.. veldig underholdene"
Ulemper: "The crew was inattentive. No one checked seat belts or chair positions at takeoff or landing. To the crew, the passengers were non existent . I had cold air blowing on me throughout the trip and asked that the direction of the air be changed. After my request, I never saw the crew member again and I spent a five hour flight with my hair blowing in the wind. The crew enjoyed their own company partying in the “kitchen “ without caring that passengers could hear their conversations at 2:00 in the morning. Again, inattentive and unkind!"

Ulemper: "Middag var kun 1 av tre alternativer igjen når de kom til nest bakerste seteraden. Dette er litt for dårlig med tanke på premium bilettprisen. De løste det ved å hente mat fra lowfare cabinen og det etter at de hadde servert alle på premium."
