"SAS er i ferd med å bli håpløst utdatert for business reisende, dessverre. Man kaller det Plus og selger det inn som en business class, men det er jo bare tull... Reise fra CPH til Island var med Icelandair, full business og topp service, reise fra Reykjavik til Oslo, med SAS, var et svært gammelt fly, gamle og dårlige seter, fullt av mennesker som sild i tønne og dårlig mat. Mens flyet fra Oslo til Stavanger var nytt, alt var bedre men det burde vært motsatt; lengre distanser, bedre komfort, for fullt betalende passasjerer, men det tenker ikke SAS på. Jeg faser ut SAS fra nå av og vil fly mest mulig med andre selskap ut fra Stavanger, så det blir nok mer KLM fra nå av.."

Ulemper: "Cramped in a tiny seat behind someone well over 6’5 who kept slamming his seat back to get more room. We were later diverted for a person on the flight who had health issues all the way back to Canada when we were practically over Ireland. We flew back I believe an hour and a half back only to not have proper fuel equipment which took fueling forever and caused our crew to go past their duty day which made use get diverted again to Iceland for a new crew and even more gas. We were held on the plane for a total of 8 additional hours! We were never allowed to get off the plane, we were given very minimal food and drink the additional 8 hours, and when my girlfriend asked what was going on your information person in Copenhagen said they had no idea what was going on with my Flight and had no idea where it was."

Fordeler: "The customer service was great & they attended to my son who has a disability & flying on his own. He arrived well & happy so we were pleased with the service."

Ulemper: "Charged 70 Euros for one bag. Expected to pay something but thought that was a bit much. Plane could've been more neat."

Ulemper: "The movies and tv shows could be different for inbound and outbound flies, or at least change them more often"

Fordeler: "Seats are more comfortable than those of many other airlines."
Ulemper: "Normally, I am not picky regarding airline food. In SAS's economy or "Go" class, there is no choice of food. I can think of plenty of dishes that would be appealing to many people. Yet the meal that was served, beef stew, posed a problem as I don't eat red meet. Since many people also do not eat beef due to religious beliefs, I am appalled by SAS's decision to only serve this dish to its economy class passengers. As I ordered my ticket through Kayak, I didn't have the option to request a special diet, nor did I think to do so as airlines generally do not serve serve a beef dish as their one and only."

Ulemper: "My knees hit the sear in front of m before they recloined. No way to sleep."

Dette virker unødvendig tungvint, spesielt med tanke på at det var ekstra lang ventetid hos kundeservice i den aktuelle perioden. Heldigvis var det mulig å få hjelp via Facebook, men det er visst ikke vanlig."

Ulemper: "A landing card us required from each non EU passport holder. No mention of this was ever made, and we stood in front of an open customs desk filling out the forms we could have done at leisure during the flight. A lot of other stuff was poor -- seat pitch, no free food, etc. but this was one simple thing other airlines usually do."

Fordeler: "Entertainment selection was very nice and the actual plane ride was smooth"
Ulemper: "Took over an hour delay for boarding due to air conditioning issues, then when we boarded we were told it was 35 Celsius until they start the engines. Then took an additional hour once boarded to take off due to traffic. Completely missed my connecting flight"

Fordeler: "Great entertainment in modern plane with good service."
Ulemper: "Having to purchase alcohol is annoying on transatlantic. At least offer a wine or two."

Fordeler: "Flight attendant was friendly, tea or coffee offer."
Ulemper: "How much really does it cost to offer a juice when the people are travelling at 7 am?"

Ulemper: "Noisy people in flight around. Attendant did not care to bring water when asked. Secret luggage fees of 70 EUR one way Never SAS again"

Ulemper: "I did not like my flight because ... I could not take it! I needed to change only one date (return) and was quoted $1300 for that one change. Getting a completely new ticket was cheaper, but not cheap. With such cost of even minor changes, next time I will look into booking directly with airlines, instead of Kayak; sorry to say that, as I really liked using your service."

Fordeler: "Traveled business class after winning the upgrade bid. Really felt like there was little room for improvement. The physical set up, the service, the entertainment were all delightful. The privacy, the horizontal sleep option on a 9 hour flight were just special."
Ulemper: "Felt the food choices needed an upgrade. Fresh is not the only important ingredient."

Ulemper: "No one from the flight crew gave us the border card. We waited in the border line only to be told once we reached the front that we needed to leave the line to fill one out. No guest on the Oslo to Edinburgh flight was given one."

Fordeler: "SAS agent in Oslo was very nice and quickly rebooked our flight to Bergen when we missed our scheduled one due to luggage delays and confusion at Oslo as to Customs procedure."

Ulemper: "Everything, small seats, lack of variety for movies, poorly trained staff, lost baggage, delayed flight and missing connection. SAS has dropped in quality"

Fordeler: "The overall experience was good. The fights in there selves were cool."
Ulemper: "When I got to Oslo to connect to my other flight I had to do security again and the boarding was already starting. So I had to run like hell and got there on the nik of time."

Ulemper: "I didn't not like the fact that I had to wait too long about 9hrs in Copenhagen. The intial transit time was about 3hrs but the flight schedule was changed resulting to about 9hrs wait at the airport. Thanks to the Service representative I was given 100 Denmark money for food. I was very tired and the 9hrs wait didn't help. Overall, the Service was good. Maybe this was a one off but I wish I knew. I was going to get some rest in a holtel."

Fordeler: "The crew was friendly."
Ulemper: "The crew forgot to start serving the final meal until 40 minutes before we landed which resulted in them nearly throwing food at people so that they could quickly get through the plane and sit again before descent. I was not able to choose my seat and was seated in the back of the plane. Consequently this meant that every parent on the plane with two-year-olds decided that the best place to let them stretch their little legs was back by me. I work with small children so I understand that when they reach that age all they want to do is kick and punch, but I didn't want to end my vacation by having half a dozen two-year-olds punch my leg or try to crawl under my chair as they wandered nearby. I still have bruises."

Ulemper: "Superstrict baggage policy!!! Cramped seating. No free food or water!"

Fordeler: "The best flight i have ever been on"

Ulemper: "Nothing was included"

Fordeler: "This was a cut-price flight. Considering what we paid, the flight was amazing value for money. The plane was new. There was plenty of overhead space. The seat pitch was adequate. We took our own food. We slept for most of the flight. We arrived on time. If Norwegian can continue to keep the price low, I'll happily choose to fly with them again."
Ulemper: "A free soft drink and nibbles would have been nice, though hardly necessary."

Fordeler: "The first of a 2-leg trip (Krabi-Oslo) went great. Boarding was orderly and timely, left pretty much on time. Seats were surprisingly comfortable and roomy."
Ulemper: "The second leg (Oslo-JFK) however was a completely different story. The airline dropped the ball in so many ways here. 45 minutes past departure time and they are still boarding people. This was mostly do to the gate agents arbitrarily forcing people to needlessly check bags that would have been fine on board (while simultaneously forcing them to pay for checking thos bags, unbelievable money-grab on the part of the airline). Flight crew made no announcements whatsoever on the delay until 30 minutes past departure time. As an obvious result, bags then took a tremendous amount of time to arrive at claim."

Fordeler: "Rakk ikke flytoget, fordi det gikk FØR det sto at det skulle gå. Ble derfor for sein til flyet.."

Ulemper: "One engine failed while in flight. We almost died!!!! No support or replacement flight by Norwegian. Never again"

Ulemper: "Very poor seating and food. No amenities in “business”. Disembarked by bus. Baggage delays. And, awful everything single use plastic and useless packaging. Such a waste and not all what one would expect from a Nordic company, even on a low cost. Same can be achieved with environmental friendly ways. Shame shame shame."

Ulemper: "We were held on the plane post landing at MCO for an additional hour due to the customs lines being over capacity. Finding a way to mitigate holding passengers on a plane post a 10 hour flight would be optimal."

Fordeler: "Crew was wonderful."
Ulemper: "Freezing cold. Entertainment was limited. Airplane food is what it is."

Ulemper: "We didn't prepay for the flight meals, but that meant that if we wanted literally anything, a water/coffee/etc it was extra and had to be ordered from our touchscreen, even if a crew member was outside our row with the beverage cart serving other passengers, so it's not just paying for a meal."

Fordeler: "Supert at den sure passasjeren i midten flyttet seg til kjente annet sted i flyet. Hun var sur fordi jeg hadde plass C som hun ville ha, jeg ba henne flytte seg til sin plass på en høflig måte. Det er en grunn til at jeg reserverer på forhånd."
Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."

Ulemper: "Meals were not great but the worse problem is that whatever it was I couldn't eat it because your toy knives break, you cannot even cut a piece of chicken"

Ulemper: "Baggage claim was a horror show. I was going back and forth, after over an hour of this my bag finally showed up."

Fordeler: "Ganske god mat."
Ulemper: "Alt for varierende temperatur ombord. Det gikk fra iskaldt til kjempevarmt flere ganger. To runder iskaldt og to med kjempevarme. Det må vel kunne gjøres noe med?"

Ulemper: "Avgangen var avlåst slik at vi ikke hadde noe sted å sitte ned mens vi ventet på avgang"

Fordeler: "I got there, so that was good"
Ulemper: "They don't even serve you water without swiping your credit card"

Fordeler: "One of the crew members offered to help with my bag since he said we had to stow it above us. I was in the seat near the bathrooms so there wasnt a location to store my personal bag under as in other seats (normally I keep my personal bag with me under the seat in front of me.)"
Ulemper: "Was not offered water, tea, or food while those around me & even next to me in my aisle were being offered them! Was not until the end of the 8.5hr flight as the woman was at my aisle that I mustered up frustration to ask for water! Also got ELBOWED in the back of my HEAD by another passenger!"

Ulemper: "Better crew service. Crew forgot to bring ordered food."

Ulemper: "Not having to ask for headphones and wider variety of movies"

Ulemper: "Over three hours late in taking off"

Fordeler: "Disembarking from both front and back is nice and efficient. Wish more airlines did that."
Ulemper: "Both flights were delayed by more than an hour. You'd think a company called Norwegian would be ready for cold weather."

Ulemper: "Både tur og retur var forsinket med 30 og 60 minutter. Lite info som vanlig. Mistet transport videre som vanlig. Godt nyttår"

Ulemper: "Flight was outsourced to some odd named company, old plane, terrible service, unable to watch anything on the screen in front. Crew was very hard to understand. Norwegian is good but if I realized I might get stuck on this knockoff airiline, I would have flown another carrier."

Ulemper: "Cabin crew is not trained and not very nice. You had to pay for water and soft drinks on an international 11 hour (Paris to la) flight which is very strange for a regular traveler like myself. Meal served was budget size too. Entertainment selection was very limited"

Fordeler: "Food, price, and long stay in Oslo to give time to enjoy city"
Ulemper: "We were staying in Oslo for 21 hours, but we thought that the checked baggage would stay at the airport. Instead it came out at baggage claim. We even asked the Norwegian staff multiple times whether we have to pick it up in Oslo; they said, 'No.' They said that it would remain at the airport. When we got back to the airport we had unnecessary stress of finding our luggage in some unclaimed baggage office. We almost missed the flight. Norwegian staff needs to be knowledgeable about how baggage is handled."

Ulemper: "Service, it was a cheap flight and a shitty flight"

Fordeler: "Exclent service"

Fordeler: "Kanon bra flyvert.. veldig underholdene"

Fordeler: "The jet had free WiFi. Call it a win. Everything was smooth. Even the landing."

Fordeler: "God plass, gode seter og hyggelig service."
Ulemper: "Middag var kun 1 av tre alternativer igjen når de kom til nest bakerste seteraden. Dette er litt for dårlig med tanke på premium bilettprisen. De løste det ved å hente mat fra lowfare cabinen og det etter at de hadde servert alle på premium."

Fordeler: "I liked the ladies, i like that the ticket was affordable and that the crew was responsive on the flight very helpful."
Ulemper: "They charged me for my bag when i left france but said i wouldnt have to be charged to change my ticket datethen when i changed the ticket date they charged me. I wasnt charged when i left new york for my bags why now? They asked me detailed personal question about who i was visiting and why which i felt i didnt have to explain and two its none of there business whom i visit or why. Then they told me i could not bring my container onto the flight that day and made remove its liquid but didnt provided a container to put the remaining liquid into. They said it had to be no more than 100ml mine was 115ml very small. The first guy whom checked my bag said it was ok then the second guy made a big deal about the bottle. I had another bottle with olives they made me pour out the water and keep the food and the bottle but that bottle was17.6 bigger than the 100 ml bottle. I told them it was stealing i paid 50 dollars us for the product back home and that it they took it it was stealing. The told me if i wanted a container for the oil i had in the 100ml bottle i would have to go downstairs to purchase the empty container, then told me i dont know if you will have enough time to board your flight if i went to purchase it they said it would be too far. Again customs never provided a container nor remburse ment for the stuff that they steal from people. I told them i needed my water cause of health reason and they forced me to drink all of my water and not allow me to bring it on to the flight.. crazy! Horrible experience!"
