Ulemper: "No on offered me anything to drink or a snack the entire flight or even a hand towel but others in front and behind me were receiving them. I didnt even feel acknowledged during the flight. Even though the tine was good, the price was way too high but since I was desperate I paid it."

Ulemper: "It would be nice if they could offer some snacks or something to drink. Seems to be higher quality than low costs, so they could afford to offer that."

Ulemper: "This has nothing directly with SAS, but since I experienced it during my flight there, they are responsible of it. I was waiting for the flight at the OSLO airport waiting for the flight to LONDON. I had ample time to work on my computer. In the big room by the gate there was only one spot where I found three electrical sockets hanging from a pillar or post. To my dismay none worked. My plug would fall off from each. To document, I took the pictures of the useless sockets... I complained to the lady at the boarding desk (she left before the SAS staff moved in), she did not even care... This experience frustrated me and turned an otherwise pleasant trip into a bitter one. Please install some working sockets in your waiting room! Ulemper: "All airplanes are 2 Noisy. (Of course this is not the fault of SAS). I use noise canceling headphones that helps a lot. EBut the background noise level always strikes me as too much!"

Fordeler: "The seat are different from any other airplane I've traveled with the way the recline make a tremendous difference in the comfort."

Ulemper: "I was really disappointed at finding out at luggage check-in that I had to pay extra (£60.00) for my one regular-size suitcase. On the return flight I was told that this amount would be - as it turned out in my case - less than half, if I called SAS a day before departure. Why did I have to pay for the checked luggage at all?"

Ulemper: "This is a non frills flight and that was expected but I NEVER expected to pay for bags to be checked on an international flight. 66 Euro per bag. It was the first time I had paid for checked bags on an international flight. I will look elsewhere next time."

Fordeler: "The thoughtfulness and competency of the personnel. I needed wheelchair assistance and found that every was very attentive to my needs and very competent, especially the ones assigned to get me from place to place. Even in Rome, where we had to deplane on the tarmac, I had a young woman and a young man to assist me and they helped me in every way possible."
Ulemper: "I needed a gluten free meal and found it rather dry and unappetizing."

Ulemper: "Unfortunately we had to postpone our trip due to a family crisis. I called in an attempt to receive a voucher or some credit. I was advised that a change was possible, but that with penalties and taxes, it would amount to MORE than the price of the ticket. Hell of a way to run a railroad!....speaking of railroads, that gives me an idea for when we reschedule!!"

Between long delays, rude and unprofessional crew, poor customer service, long wait times on the phone including being hung up or not answered at all and downgraded from premium to a plane without any space, small seats, rude crew that provide wrong information."

Ulemper: "Our flight from VCE to CDG was delayed 30 minutes and the flight from CDG to FLL was early. We missed our check in by TEN MINUTES and were not even allowed to pass the security to speak to someone at a counter. We were told with ZERO empathy that we lost all of our money from the previous flight and we needed to buy another ticket. VERY EXPENSIVE TICKETS. The only VERY EXPENSIVE tickets available had a 6 hour layover IN MOSCOW. This was such a horrible experience. What a way to end our honeymoon. You have utterly destroyed something that was supposed to be a wonderful experience."

Fordeler: "Supert at den sure passasjeren i midten flyttet seg til kjente annet sted i flyet. Hun var sur fordi jeg hadde plass C som hun ville ha, jeg ba henne flytte seg til sin plass på en høflig måte. Det er en grunn til at jeg reserverer på forhånd."
Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."

Ulemper: "Alt for varierende temperatur ombord. Det gikk fra iskaldt til kjempevarmt flere ganger. To runder iskaldt og to med kjempevarme. Det må vel kunne gjøres noe med?"

Ulemper: "Avgangen var avlåst slik at vi ikke hadde noe sted å sitte ned mens vi ventet på avgang"

Ulemper: "After having no issues with my carryon on my first Norwegian flight of the day, I was forced to pay 650 NoK to check my carryon as we were boarding my flight from Oslo to New York. This was just ridiculous because my bag fit in the overhead bins just fine and there we’re many empty overhead bins"

We were notified of an airplane change and only upon my further investigation and telephone calls to Norwegian it was apparent that we no longer had seats we had reserved. As a result we were stuck in the last 2 seats in the rear of the plane. Extremely disappointed with Norwegian. Richard and Sharyn Klassen"

Fordeler: "I was in the premium cabin and the crew was great, all smiles and excellent service. You could tell they were genuinely good people. It was an overwhelming positive experience and I was extremely satisfied."

Ulemper: "I wish they had more food variety to order. Especially vegetarian. The pizza got a little boring as the only hot food for vegetarians. Besides that there is no other suggestion. Totally recommend Norwegian."

Fordeler: "Crew is really cheesy and too basic and non stop acting like doing me a big favor! No one is answering the phone for days to reschedule cancelled flight which is a theft and a crime and I had to buy a new ticket on another airline."

Fordeler: "The crew was very friendly and helpful. The boarding process was fast and efficient. The crew was very fast in their response time especially when food was ordered. The entertainment was probably my favorite part of the ride because it helped pass the time."

Fordeler: "Boeing 787 Dreamliner was a dream. Air system, LED lights and adjustable window features made travel less taxing, more relaxing and actually a bit refreshing! Flight attendants, relieved of strain of having to serve EVERY seat were accessible and ready to help."

Ulemper: "Boarding at jfk was a shambles as there were o announcements as to why we were being delayed. Once on board it was ok very cramped seating but at least the crew were pleasant. Having read some reviews early I agree I think that if you have a good flight crew then at least your flight will be ok if not then it will be unpleasant. It wasn’t a cheap flight for a budget airline and will endeavour never to fly with them again."

Fordeler: "I recieved emails informing me of possible disruption to travel to and from airport ie road congestion & weather conditions and recommendations to avoid delays which I thought was a very helpful service."
Ulemper: "We didn't pre order food but understood snacks could be ordered during flight. The sandwiches had all sold soon after we departed New York. We were lucky enough to buy the last fruit salad. We had nothing else to eat for the entire journey. We booked hand luggage only. Obtaining a boarding pass electronically for myself and my partner was impossible. On the fourth attempt I booked myself in individually and was successfully. I then booked in my partner successfully.We tried to go through departures armed with our boarding pass but we're refused entry. We were redirected back to Norwegian main check in to obtain a happy face stamp on our boarding pass which is obtained after the weight of the luggage has been checked. Unfortunately this means that instead of going straight through departures with hand luggage only we had to go to the main Check in anyway. I agree with checking weight of hand luggage but the process could be improved greatly."

Ulemper: "Never announced for non-priority boarding, so many people were late to flight, causing delays. Much less than minimum leg room required for any normal human. Sat bolt upright with front seat digging into knees for 3 hours. Far from the cheapest ticket, but totally no frills, no food, no entertainment, limited baggage. Wizz Air mobile app barely works when required (for boarding passes, etc) Not enough room in overheads for all the carry on they allowed, had to sit with bag and jacket on my lap for flight, as no room under seat either."

Fordeler: "Clean aircraft with good on board staff. Flight departed on time and arrived early. Overall they are good value for a low cost carrier."
Ulemper: "Wizz are a bit disorganised at bag check in, disorganised with overhead storage. Don't like the random seat assignment used if you don't want to pay the high price for assigned seats."

Ulemper: "Did not fly. They wanted $100 to check my bag. I flew another airline."

Fordeler: "Got me to where I was going and the airline stewards were polite and helpful."
Ulemper: "Like all budget airlines, Wizzair has low fares and anything else is a nickel and dime game. When did a cup of coffee cost anything? Is this the norm? I would not know. I travel with a musical instrument (guitar) in a soft case. Easily fits in overhead bin compartments. The airline would not allow me to carry it on (only recourse was to purchase a second seat for it). I was forced to pay a baggage fee (around $70 u.s.dollars). For what? To pray it doesn't come back to me damaged? To their credit, it did not..."

Ulemper: "There was a problem with their website that was out of our control, that didn’t allow us to print boarding passes and we were charged at the airport even though we had proof we tried and were not able through no fault of our own"

Ulemper: "The airline does not have kiosk check-in. You are checked in automatically, and if you buy through a third party, your boarding pass is emailed to you. Never having flown this 'unique' airline before, we did not know the process. At the check-in desk, the clerk told us that if we couldn't show him our boarding pass, he would charge us 30GBP to print them. He was a complete jerk. After no help from him, I was able to figure out that we did have them as attachments. Never again."

Fordeler: "The staff was fine. We arrived on time."
Ulemper: "These discount flights from Luton are packed with obnoxious, drunken Brits going on holiday in Hungary. In future, I will fly from Heathrow. Besides, by the time one pays all the little incidental fees at WizzAir, the cost is about the same as the legacy carriers."

Fordeler: "Nothing"
Ulemper: "Everything. Worst service I have ever seen on a flight."

Fordeler: "NOTHING! !!! VERY POOR wizz air!!"
Ulemper: "Hi. I don't understand why I have to pay £31.50 for check-in???!! Why nobody send me email with this information? ?!! I fly on the regular basis, first time I have to pay with poor wizz air!! If I know that - I will use Heathrow airport and British Airways for my flight to Riga! "Cheap flights " with wizz air : ticket -£73.00 + check-in £31.50 + coach to Luton £13.00 + coach from Stansted £13.00 + VERY POOR SERVICE! !!! NEVER EVER !!! My last time! !!! I will say to ALL my friends and posted in Facebook, Twitter and Instagramm! !! It's - ROBBERY!!!!!"

Ulemper: ""Wizard of Oz Airlines" I'm surprised the pilots didn't ask for another hidden fee! Please book a full fair on a major carrier instead of hidden fee fiasco at the airport. headaches before a flight. Keep in mind no wizz staff to talk to before flight or in Budapest. Private contractors from airport do all the check in process and departures."

Ulemper: "My bag was 6cm too big, so they charged me at the airport. After checking their website, the airport overcharged me, and the gestapo who was checking had less customer service manners than my old French teacher, she was a...!"

Ulemper: "Crampt seats, mob to board the plane, hour delay with no reason given."

Ulemper: "i would seem that evey Wiss-Air Flight on the route we were on is always late, stuck on the tarmac in a bus in 30degs with NO aircon is not on."

Ulemper: "I didn't eat No entertainment"

Fordeler: "The journey took less than it supposed to. Amazing service"

Ulemper: "The application doesn't allow to add carrier bag check in and we paid high fee in the airport"

Ulemper: "Long wait in line to get on the airplane, No bathroom availability!"

Ulemper: "Because we booked through Kayak/lastminute it was impossible to add luggage - so cost of one suitcase was same as cost of flight!!!!"

Fordeler: "I like the bubbly upbeat attitude of the flight attendants interacting excellently in English and other languages and also how they dealt with an angry passenger."

Fordeler: "On time."
Ulemper: "Nothing much."

Fordeler: "They robbed me saying low cost wizz sucks up airline Took my 30£ for not checking on line I already post on social media about it so the whole world knows about wizz suck airline in the world"
Ulemper: "Rude people on the counters racist cheating in the name of low cost never ever recommended to even my enemies that much cheaters robber other customers said is all lie"

Fordeler: "Luggage restrictions make people be more aware of space, which turns into less fighting for overhead space and faster boarding."
Ulemper: "I still struggle with any airline that doesn't give water for free. I also sat in an exit row and no one from the crew even talked to me at all to see if I understood my duties."

Fordeler: "because Wizzair needs a way to terrorize psdsengers about luggage size. It did not affect me personally, but it is shooting and scary how Wizzair bitches about 1cm oversized bsgs"
Ulemper: "Wizzair has the worse reputstion ehen it comes to checkin and boarding. People still fly because it is cheap and poor people are willing to take a lot of terror to save a few bucks."
