Fordeler: "The crew was nice but strict, which I guess is a good thing. The seats are decently comfortable."
Ulemper: "The seats are very narrow so it feels tight even for a smaller person like me. There is no meal served on this 7-8 hour flight, unless you pre-purchase one online when you buy your ticket or the weeks leading up to the flight. You can purchase snacks, but they take over an hour to be delivered."
Fordeler: "Not much really. Check-in was helpful"
Ulemper: "Very poor seating and food. No amenities in “business”. Disembarked by bus. Baggage delays. And, awful everything single use plastic and useless packaging. Such a waste and not all what one would expect from a Nordic company, even on a low cost. Same can be achieved with environmental friendly ways. Shame shame shame."

Fordeler: "Supert at den sure passasjeren i midten flyttet seg til kjente annet sted i flyet. Hun var sur fordi jeg hadde plass C som hun ville ha, jeg ba henne flytte seg til sin plass på en høflig måte. Det er en grunn til at jeg reserverer på forhånd."
Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."
Ulemper: "The Norwegian line person who made sure we had advanced security screening, they singled out over 10 passengers for advanced screening causing the plane to wait."
Fordeler: "Ganske god mat."
Ulemper: "Alt for varierende temperatur ombord. Det gikk fra iskaldt til kjempevarmt flere ganger. To runder iskaldt og to med kjempevarme. Det må vel kunne gjøres noe med?"
Ulemper: "Avgangen var avlåst slik at vi ikke hadde noe sted å sitte ned mens vi ventet på avgang"

Ulemper: "Internett virket bare tidvis og ikke i begynnelsen"
Ulemper: "Boarding was ridiculous! The gate was significantly too small for a number of passengers that needed to board. There were no clear announcements out how to organize ourselves therefore it was complete chaos with no one knowing where to line up. The crew was the most ridiculous!!! I sat four or five rows from the back and was Peerview to all of their conversations about their hair, about their schedules, about your “valued guest”, about their shifts, about Batman, about anything and everything during the time the plane dark when your “valued customers” were supposed to be able to sleep. It went on and on at a volume that was just absolutely not necessary or professional. This was the least professional crew I have ever experienced and I travel extensively! Comfort the Cabin was freezing cold entire time. I bought a blanket which did basically nothing! Was it Oliver twist blanket before hand? The free blankets I get on other lines with the chill out significantly better! Food and drinks was nonexistent which I suppose is the new trend cutting service for profit. However it should’ve been clearly stated to passengers, that we can prepare for the 11 hour flight!! Entertainment it was nice that each seat had a screen, however the selection of entertainment was poor! For example each TV series only had one episode available."

Ulemper: "Berlin Schönefeld is not a professional level airport. The appearance is sloppy, temporary. The service there slow, unresponsive and apathetic."
Fordeler: "Alesund airport is very clean and modern"
Ulemper: "Custom st at FLL over two hours Miserable. As well as airport overwhelmed Infrastructure needs upgrade"
Fordeler: "Premium cabin is good value, much more space than economy for not outrageous cost, food is actually really tasty, though still served in a box with plastic utensils in Premium, Dreamliner is nice plane"
Ulemper: "Nearly an hour late departing because of “passenger security screening for flights to US” - as if they don’t do this every day? They needed to start getting people into gate area much earlier. Limited video content - all sorts of programs I’ve never heard of or didn’t want to watch."

Fordeler: "planes are brand new and for the price (under $500.00) from Stockholm to NY it's a steal - but...…."
Ulemper: "same point !We booked a trip from Stockholm to NY. Got to the airport and the baggage fee was quite high, but i was ok paying it since i didn't prepay online- my mistake. BUT then i was told since the plane was stopping at Oslo we had to pay ANOTHER SET OF LUGGAGE FEES !!!! I said, no you must be mistaken, there is no way you can charge me for two trips just because your plane is making a stop! They insisted and rather than fight and get thrown out of the airport i am disputing with my credit card company, but it can't possibly be legal. $690.00 fees !"
Ulemper: "My wife and I made our reservation 4 1/2 months in advance. We were notified of an airplane change and only upon my further investigation and telephone calls to Norwegian it was apparent that we no longer had seats we had reserved. As a result we were stuck in the last 2 seats in the rear of the plane. Extremely disappointed with Norwegian. Richard and Sharyn Klassen"

Fordeler: "The selection of movies in the on-board entertainment was nice, but available wi-fi on a long-haul trip would have been better."
Ulemper: "Condescending check-in clerk in Oslo and subjective application of carry-on rules ruined the trip and assured that I will look to other airlines for future international travel."

Ulemper: "Middag var kun 1 av tre alternativer igjen når de kom til nest bakerste seteraden. Dette er litt for dårlig med tanke på premium bilettprisen. De løste det ved å hente mat fra lowfare cabinen og det etter at de hadde servert alle på premium."

Fordeler: "Worst ever. Never recommend to anyone."
Fordeler: "Modern Boeing, seats are comfortable enough, good selectiom of movies and tv shows and the snacl bar service was on point."
Ulemper: "A little delayed before boarding. We took off 25 minutes late (1sr flight) and 50 minutes (1nd flighr) But it seemed it was because of paperwork."
Fordeler: "There was a medical situation on board. The crew kept us informed as to why we were delayed and updated us on the situation and when we would be leaving. A dispute between two passengers was solved by the steward wisely moving one of the parties involved."
Ulemper: "Water should be available free of charge on all flights longer than two hours."
Fordeler: "Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about this Budget-Buster overpriced airline as it offers no services, and is totally uncompetitive with other airlines from around the world for long-haul flights."
Ulemper: "This is NOT a "no-frills" airline. This is NOT a "budget" airline. It is a gouging, overpriced budget busting airline which offers lousy food. I paid as much for a "snack" of tiny side salad without any dressing & stale roll with one slice of ham & cheese as I paid for a magnificent American Thanksgiving Buffet at Raffles Hotel in Phnom Penh! Having flown 5 round-trips between JFK & Asia in the past year, This airline was the ONLY one to charge for baggage - all others provide 2 checked bags in or out of all their US flights. With baggage, meal & assorted charges, Norwegian one-way cost MORE than round-trip on any other airline. Deceptive advertising. General incompetence. NO service. And way more expensive than other airlines. I'm disgusted with Norwegian Airline beyond spitting."

Ulemper: "DY 7016 was scheduled to leave JFK on January 7th at 10 PM. We took off at 4 AM. This is unacceptable."
