Ulemper: "no tv .. I didn't like that we had to use our own electronic device to access the entertainment system."
Fordeler: "The Gogo Inflight wifi and entertainment did not work for even a minute. I choose flights based on their amenities and this one had offered full WIFI service which swayed me to choose to fly with Delta. I'm not sure who is to blame about this issue but I'm pretty frustrated that it was completely dysfunctional."
Fordeler: "We were traveling with a 4 month old lap infant, and the crew went out of their way to warm bottles and be friendly in general. The plane was clean and comfortable, and on this leg of our trip the entertainment system actually worked!"
Ulemper: "The only bad things were those that were totally out of Delta's control: weather delays and absolutely nasty and rude TSA agents who seemed to understand neither the concept of their Pre-Check system (no dedicated lines and no priority) nor the fun of traveling with an infant."

They would not even offer to hold my flight for 24 hours in case they fixed the issue within that time frame. It was very disappointing."

Ulemper: "Boarding was delayed a little due to weather as was takeoff. Cant blame them for weather but the connection was very tight."
Fordeler: "Only thing we liked was the fact that we were able to get onto our flight at all..."
Ulemper: "Was not informed that checking in online is the only way to secure a seat. So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

Ulemper: "Again, no aisle seat for SkyTeam Gold member. Also, my baggage was lost. First bag arrived a day late, second after I had left Billund and it was six days before the bag with my clothes reached me. I was told I will have 100 euro credit for clothing, but in the winter and for 6 days, this was not even close to the amount I needed for clothing and necessities, to have my time here."
Fordeler: "Everything. A truly faultless experience!"

Fordeler: "Flight was delayed for three hours and was a very stressful flight"
Ulemper: "Flight was not on time and got to destination very very late pier management of aircrafts"
Fordeler: "From pre-boarding, to boarding, to the food, and the attentiveness, everything was top notch! The cleanliness of the plane was only topped by the friendliness of the crew."
Ulemper: "The flight was marked at almost 11hrs but ended up being only 9...not a negative other than it meant not spending as much time on board!"
Ulemper: "Per usual, KLM can't seem to figure out the order of boarding the plane. Should be business - priority - everyone else. Instead they do priority first, and that's usually two-thirds of the passengers. Strange choice of in-flight movies; no accounting for taste, I guess."
Fordeler: "That we didn’t crash"
Ulemper: "Everything! The crew was rude, no entertainment whatsoever, late boarding, late departure and bad experience with the check in process both in app and on website."
Ulemper: "The leg room on the long flight was less than I would have wished and it was particularly bad when the person in front put their seat back. this was a day time flight and it would have been good to have a bit more room to use a laptop."

Ulemper: "At Amsterdam we were told that our checkin luggage wouldn't be at Sydney!! Some low fat meals were terrible!"
Fordeler: "I fly delta this was run by KLM they weight all bags delta does not they don't take TSA preach Check. Delta does It was a free for all with check in and getting into plane"

Ulemper: "Horrible. First, we lost a suitcase. It could happen but for two days they did nothing and only told us stories (so as not to use the word lies). Within a few hours (and thanks to airline assistance) we were able to locate the suitcase. Even then it took them two days to bring it to us, two precious days off our planned vacation (7 days) At the end of the shortened vacation, we got to the chek in, and told that since the ticket I had purchased form them two months earlier was too cheap ... and since the flight was Over booked, they would take me off the plane if all the passengers would arrive. It's unnecessary to describe what I felt until the plane took off. They apologize constantly, but do nothing practical. a bae company. no me nor my freinds/family will go with KLM"
Fordeler: "Alt gikk greit så totalt sett fornøyd, dro før tiden og landet før så da fikk vi bedre tid i Amsterdam før neste avgang. Hyggelig besetning."
Ulemper: "Helt grei mat men ikke noe mer enn det."
Ulemper: "hadde sete 3C rett bak economy plus der satt det bare 2-3 mennesker men jeg fikk ikke lov å bruke toallette fremme på tross av at der var serveringsvogn som blokkerte midtgangen, helt uforståelig!"
Fordeler: "Except for my negative comment, a good flight."
Ulemper: "I paid extra for a window seat, but due to the poor alignment of the seats with the actual windows, I actually sat next to a wall! Nol much to see out of a wall. If KLM are going to charge extra for a window seat, then they should make sure there is a window there! If the seat had actually had a window it would have been an excellent flight."
Fordeler: "Great ground and air crew"
Ulemper: "Lack of communication. Crew was unattentitive and seemed to not know protocol or appear to have things under the control."
Fordeler: "I hadn’t been on a plane in almost 10 years. People were very helpful at the airports. The plane ride was comfortable. The crew was nice both ways. I would. The price was excellent!"
Fordeler: "Great cabin crew."
Ulemper: "Huge delay without explanation."
Fordeler: "Where do i start? It’s a short flight to be sure but air canada planes never feel like many Other airlines’ mini planes or puddle jumpers. they seem new, spacious, seat back Entertainemnt, just great. Also, there is no scrimping on Service. How many Delta or united or American flights have i taken on this route only to be told “coffee or water” and sometimes no coffee “the flight is too short”. Nonsense! Granted I was in business, but I had a full hot breakfast served and a full array of beverages offered. It AC can do it, everyone can. The flight attendant was lovely."

Ulemper: "I was disappointed that for the first time since I have been flying, they did not allow my carry-on with me. It was not that bad though because by the time I got through customs and made it to the baggage carousel the bag was waiting for me."
Ulemper: "We sat on the tarmac in Montreal for about an hour."
Fordeler: "This time I didn't have to pick up my luggage in Toronto, it was lucky!"
Ulemper: "Nothing"
Ulemper: "The condescending flight attendant at the gate who wouldn't assign me a seat and gave me guilt for not paying for extra leg room or preferred seating when Air Canadas site wasn't working"
Ulemper: "Flight was cancelled"

Ulemper: "On the flight back, we had to wait on the airplane for a good hour before we could disembark. But that was due to heavy traffic at the airport and not the fault of the airline."

Fordeler: "I've flown air Canada probably 6 times. I've been delays 3 times"

Ulemper: "- Delayed from take off for over two hours. During this time, pilot and flight attendants shared minimal information with passengers. - At one point, I asked a flight attendant for water because I had a migraine and wanted to take some Advil. He told me he couldn't right now because the pilot wanted everyone in their seats, but he would get it for me as soon as possible. When I followed up 45 minutes later, the same flight attendant apologized and said that it was because he didn't want everyone asking for waters. We were stuck on that plane for over two hours, and you can't get people water? - Gate check was not available, meaning that I had to check my carry-on when there was no more space available (my bag met the carry-on size requirements)."
Fordeler: "Air Canada was kind enough to give us a hotel voucher."
Ulemper: "The flight was cancelled and we weren't informed until we arrived at the airport. An email was supposedly sent, but I didn't receive it. We had to fly out the next morning and missed half a day of work. Fortunately, we didn't have anything important scheduled."
Fordeler: "No issues with the plane or service itself but we were stuck waiting for a replacement plan for a late night flight and departed 4 hours after schedule."
Fordeler: "The crew was very pleasant and welcoming. The aircraft was very visibly clean, and my seat was comfortable. Most importantly the flight was on time and the boarding process was properly supervised."
Ulemper: "I'm 65 years of age and have been travelling by air since I was 5. (You know back when airplanes had piston engines and propellers). So the tings I don't like are what you might expect. I don't like that I have to pay extra for a seat with adequate legroom. I don't like being charged for the most basic of Wi-Fi connections. (Delta's and Amtrak's are free). Although this was a very short flight, the passengers could have been offered the option of either cookies or pretzels, instead of everyone being stuck with pretzels."

Ulemper: "Mad dash thru Monteal airport to make connection after 30 minute delay. Rep just before customs had a bad scanner and couldn't scan my boarding pass on my phone. Sent me back to find an Air Canada rep in customer service. That rep's scanner worked, and then they had a five minute discussion about it. Had to go back thru passenger scanning. Flight's gate was changed. Finally got to gate, flight was delayed, no updated information. Another 30 minute wait on the tarmac. Flight attendant in business class didn't do a cabin check before take off, man next to me continued phone convo during taxi-to-take-off whilst two gentlemen in front of me had their seats back for take-off. Bad service."

Ulemper: "Seat space, boarding process every second barding pass is shown"
Ulemper: "Boarding was slow and chaotic because of the number of passengers bringing oversize carry-on bags, presumably to try to avoid the checked-bag fee. The overhead bins filled up early, and passengers squabbled over the available space and objected when flight attendants told them they would have to gate-check their bags. The aisle was congested and blocked for long periods of time as people tried to fit their bags into the bin, and the plane left the gate more than 15 minutes late because of the slow boarding. There were about 100 people on the flight, but only about 20 at baggage claim (including at least two family groups), another indication that the checked-bag fee caused passengers to bring oversize carry-on bags. The overall rating for this flight would be significantly higher if it weren't for the boarding process."
Fordeler: "The crew were effective and efficient. We boarded promptly and departed on time. They were polite and friendly."
Fordeler: "On flight the flight and service was great. They need to work on the onboard section a lot."
Ulemper: "It was delayed for 2 hours not only they were late they didn't know the gate, I had to stop by the customer service they told me a wrong gate twice they didn't even announce. The most lower customer care I ever experience."

Ulemper: "My original flight was cancelled due to mechanical problems and then agent got me in a other flight to Newark which was the last one to NY and then there was a delay of at least 1hr to take off. Most likely, I will not travel with air canada again and I'm not recommending to friends since they are always delay with their flights."
