I choose flights based on their amenities and this one had offered full WIFI service which swayed me to choose to fly with Delta. I'm not sure who is to blame about this issue but I'm pretty frustrated that it was completely dysfunctional."

Ulemper: "The plane. it is an unsuitable for more than one hour flight. The value for the money is down in the bottom."

Ulemper: "Despite having 15 open seats on the earlier flight, I needed to pay $75/person to take the earlier flight. I chose not to do this. Would I have loved to get home 2 hours earlier."
Fordeler: "We purchased economy tickets in Delta. With these tickets you don't know where you are sitting until you get to the airport. Well, we lucked out and got the Plus seats! We got free alcoholic drinks, and big plush seats! We left right on time and got there early! Overall a great experience!"
Ulemper: "Arrived "early" only to sit on tarmac for over 45 minutes with no air , I'd rather leave later , get there at the right time and not sit in a plane with no air for extended time"
Fordeler: "I'm very Thankful that I had no delays departing and arriving I liked that the flight was on time"
Ulemper: "I wasn't aware of fees being in place to change for earlier or later flights. But the fees don't apply when the airline needs your seat. I value my time and was unpleasantly surprised that I had to wait 4hrs for my scheduled fligh bc I didn't have the fee to change to an earlier time"
Ulemper: "Not great communication from gate or staff on board. Failed to provide adequate water. No ice on super warm flight. Just bad experience overall."

Ulemper: "Delayed 4 hours, but due to weather. Not the airline's fault. They got us here sooner than I thought we could arrive. Plane was tiny"
Fordeler: "We were traveling with a 4 month old lap infant, and the crew went out of their way to warm bottles and be friendly in general. The plane was clean and comfortable, and on this leg of our trip the entertainment system actually worked!"
Ulemper: "The only bad things were those that were totally out of Delta's control: weather delays and absolutely nasty and rude TSA agents who seemed to understand neither the concept of their Pre-Check system (no dedicated lines and no priority) nor the fun of traveling with an infant."

Fordeler: "Loved the new aircrafts, the flight attendants were friendly and attentive. We landed 40 mins earlier than expected, the captain really sped the whole way and I didn't feel a thing!! The landing didn't even feel as though we were speeding...one of the best flights I've ever had (Jessica England) thank you!"
Ulemper: "Food options, early morning flights I get you're not going to have real food, but can there be an option to purchase a bagel with cream cheese or croissant, something other than a snack box. I understand the flight is under 3 hours so certain foods aren't available but Delta you upgraded everything else. I enjoy the Tapas box for those that are vegan, kosher, gluten free, etc....PS-the bathrooms are smaller"
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed for boarding, then delayed for take-off, then circled LaGuardia for an hour, diverted to JFK. They indicated weather, but JFK is 9.6 miles away... so weather really??!!"
Fordeler: "Everything, confort, pilot's comunication..taking different route to NY to avoid weather, and wind problem."

A member of the crew was in the process of making arrangements to move my husband and myself to put some physical distance between these passengers. I issue is that at no time did he discuss this option with us. He was instituting the move when the male passenger stated he did not want to move"

Ulemper: "I don't understand why there's always a lack of space when the flight is full. Were the aircrafts not designed to accommodate a full flight's worth of luggage? anf then when I went to go to my seat, the air stewardess told me to progress down the aisle so someone that they knew could pass through, causing a delay in me getting to my seat as well as losing my overhead luggage space as someone else passing utilized it instead. Now I am in my seat with both my carry on and personal item stowed below. So was I comfortable ? No. Was I upset and annoyed, on top of being tired? Yes. They need a better system."
Fordeler: "I got home. That's the highlight. We didn't have any incidents."
Ulemper: "Took off late because the bus to transport flight attendants were late. Backed up once into New York. Had to circle several times. Once landed we waited in a queue behind 10 aircraft."
Fordeler: "The flight itself was fairly quick."
Ulemper: "We were late by 4hours and they kept changing the times. I wish they would have set it to one time like the other airlines. The seating is uncomfortable and there was no entertainment."

Fordeler: "The aircraft was much better than the originally plan which was delayed and then cancelled. Comfort seats and cleaner aircraft was a nice surprise after 5.5hrs of stranded time at the CLE airport."

Ulemper: "Ended up stuck at Laguardia for 9 hours, tried to get onto earlier flight and wasn't able to because as I arrived as the jet bridge door was closing. The delta crew was pleasant, but I sat at the terminal watching to see how quickly that plane would back out to depart.... it sat there for another 45 mins, while I sat there wishing I was on it. My later/original flight ended up being delayed multiple times (not due to weather) and given no explanation for why."
Fordeler: "Upgraded to first class so had more room, nicer seats. No lines at TSA, had the first gate past security so a short walk. Nice shopping and food choices."
Ulemper: "No meal served on flight, only drinks and cookies / popcorn. No entertainment at all. You have to provide your own device. There was wifi but not free, it was so slow I couldn't download the entertainment app, so I gave up and slept. No access to Delta lounge with domestic first class WTF?"
Fordeler: "The flight , was delay for 3 hrs..I have to take anoth flight."

Ulemper: "The seat I had with no seats in front of me was very small. Much smaller than the other economy seats because the tray table and video screen were in the armrests. Paid extra for the legroom by ended up losing it side to side. Really had to squeeze into the seat."

Fordeler: "Pretty basic one hour flight so there's not much to complain about or praise about. I got some sleep which was good."
Ulemper: "The crew had their general Dutch aloofness on form. Chatted to one of the stewardesses in Dutch up until she saw I had a British passport then she decided she could only speak English to me."
Fordeler: "787 is a great airplane. The 3-3-3 seat configuration leaves enough seat width to be just comfortable in coach."
Ulemper: "It was announced I can choose between fish and chicken meal but when I requested for fish meal, I was told it’s finished. My seat was 21, and it surprised me. If something can be changed about that then your services would be much appreciated. Thank you."

Ulemper: "Business class was pretty empty but again I was not allowed to change my seat selection online. Pathetic check-in."
Fordeler: "From downloading the KLM app to the final touchdown of my final flight, everything was an ease, checking in, the option to change my seat, the service received was great."
Ulemper: "The ability to state a seat or meal preference within the app would be good but otherwise all was good."
Fordeler: "From pre-boarding, to boarding, to the food, and the attentiveness, everything was top notch! The cleanliness of the plane was only topped by the friendliness of the crew."
Ulemper: "The flight was marked at almost 11hrs but ended up being only 9...not a negative other than it meant not spending as much time on board!"
Ulemper: "OLD OLD plane with hard seats and tiny screens"
Fordeler: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."
Ulemper: "The leg room on the long flight was less than I would have wished and it was particularly bad when the person in front put their seat back. this was a day time flight and it would have been good to have a bit more room to use a laptop."
Ulemper: "Not only was there free food but they tried to sell you a bunch of stuff. Not a moments piece."
Fordeler: "It was so easy to board and I had no inconvenience. It took 4 minutes from when I said goodbye to my family till when I was at the front of the gate."
Ulemper: "Nothing! It was all great!"
Ulemper: "Only one queue for boarding. Flight late on arrival."
Fordeler: "Flight attendants tried their best given what they had to work with."
Ulemper: "They can not retire these old Boeing 747's soon enough. Due to mechanical problems, our flight arrived at LAXfour and a half hours late and further problems with the cargo door caused an additional one hour delay of our take off."

Fordeler: "Short layover connecting from US flight and luggage transferred ok to destination. Food option not great but at least they didn't charge for it unlike some other airlines. No entertainment but to be expected on such a short flight."
