Ulemper: "CONSTANT ANXIETY!! Our flight to Chicago was delayed. By 2 hours. This normally is not a big deal but it caused us to miss our connecting flight from Munich to Bremen. Then our new flight with a later time to Bremen was cancelled 20 minutes prior to boarding with no more flights to this area. The service center helped us redirect another flight to Hamburg, Germany. We had to fly to Vienna and then to Hamburg. We made it to Vienna after a 40 minute delay however, this delay caused us to miss our connecting flight once again. We were placed on an early flight the next morning to Hamburg which was an easy flight. When we got to luggage in Hamburg we noticed our luggage was missing. Supposably still in Munich. We then missed this flight and missed out on valuable time with friends who live in Germany."
Ulemper: "We flew economy so didn’t expect much, but these seats were VERY narrow. I usually will tuck my legs up on the seat to sleep. No way, this seat was simply hip width. No room to shift from side to side."

Fordeler: "Lufthansa, always competent and pleasant. Everything works well. Very reliable. Business Class seats are competent. No complaints. Not overly plush but everything works. Same with the service. If consistency is what you’re looking for then Lufthansa can’t be beat. It’s the Lexus of the airline industry. Not Mercedes or Rolls Royce though."
Ulemper: "The food is never exceptional on Lufthansa. No low carb or low fat alternatives. Heavy cream is a hallmark. Again, Noor exceptional but good enough. Here, I think American, Delta and United have done a better job recently."

It was actually Air Canada. If that is a partner of Lufthansa, very disappointed. Would not fly Air Canada again, but LOVE Lufthansa."

If it is reclined , this distance is reduced to 6-8 inches. Too, too close. And reclining does not add much to the comfort of the sitting position. When the person in front of me reclines, then I am almost forced to recline so I have enough room."

Ulemper: "They check for everything in the counter as if it was a low cost airline. If you go a kilo more over your baggage allowance you have to pay 100 eur. And for your cabin luggage you only have 12 kg that they check you twice and they have security staff at the airport specifically check in this."
Ulemper: "The website I booked on and the Delta phone line on the printed ticket said that I had baggage when it turns out that I did not according to the check in staff and they made me pay."

Ulemper: "The plane was extremely old and in poor repair. The seats were extremely close together. The inflight entertainment system, wifi and passenger electric outlets were all non-functional. Even the wastebin in the lavatory was full and an extra bag was put on the floor."
Fordeler: "And i got it 2 days later. I had to buy a lot of items which were in my suitcase The returning of the suitcase was awfull. In tge end after many phone calls I received it On the 18/12 evening, 2 days after my landing"
Ulemper: "None of our 4 checked bags arrived with us. This was despite ample connection time (2+ hours) in Amsterdam."

Fordeler: "We were fed a nice pasta meal and offered drinks twice. They also gave a muffin for desert. The flight attendants were very nice and attentive with cheerful smiles. I wish every airline had service this good!"

Ulemper: "The cabin crew was racist! She asked me to move from a seat because she wanted another guy ( obviously from her country ) to take it! Rude and racist."

Ulemper: "he had no choice but to look at the closed door of his flight, and wait an additional 7 hours and they didn't even give him a voucher for food. I'm his mother, I'm currently visiting family in Scotland, so couldn't help him much. I'm pretty disgusting and disappointed by the whole experience."

Ulemper: "I paid almost $400 for upgraded seats. When I got to the airport-- no seats-- both ways!! i didn't even have regular seat assignments. I had to choose from the last few seats available. The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

Ulemper: "KLM's new configuration for this type of plane made the seats even narrower than before. While leg room was reasonable, the 3 abreast seating meant a lot of discomfort, especially in the row right in front of the restroom."

Fordeler: "KLM fed a sandwich even though the flight was only 2 hours. The crew was pleasant. Getting through the Amsterdam airport to catch a connecting flight with only an hour to do so was no big deal. Airport staff was pleasant and helpful."
Fordeler: "Flight crew on flight from Amsterdam to Cape Town were probably the most friendly and enthusiastic I've experienced and no, they were not all young. The plane was spotless throughout the flight. They were always coming around with water and juice and they genuinely seemed to care about all the passengers. The Flight back crew were just the opposite. More like the old lazy farts you get on the American carriers or BA or QF long haul. Whoo have been there for the long haul and should have stopped ages ago."
Ulemper: "The Entertainment images on the screens promoted Beauty and the Beast, Batman Lego movie but neither were on the system! Food quality was rubbish"

Ulemper: "Disorganized boarding. People were jumping the line saying they were in the zone that was called when they couldn’t have been. I was there early (one of the 1st) but because I’m polite and only approached the gate when my zone was called, ended up at the back. More monitoring of this would help because I saw other people bothered by this."
Fordeler: "Smiling crew, clean airplane, tasty healthy food. I had all I needed to be comfortable."
Ulemper: "I can’t think of anything to improve on."
Ulemper: "Terrible airline, they charge for everything, but don’t give the client good service. I was yelled by a worker because I was having difficulties scanning my bag at the self-scanning-and-uploading-your-luggage that you pay $100 dollars extra Per bag. I don’t like this airline."

Fordeler: "The onboarding process was awesome! The rest was mediocre at best. The cabin was friendly but not helpful. They had weird policies which we have never heard or seen elswhere. The flight had huge screens that won't turn off, it was freezing cold and the crew had no idea how to help."
Ulemper: "More knowledgeable crew and maybe more crew members, as there were too few and the service took more than 2 hours to complete. Never seen that happen on a 7 hour flight."

Ulemper: "Kayak sold me a one way usd 500 ticket and did not give me the option to add the luggage. Had to pay 60 eur in the airport. Is probably better to buy in the airline directly"

Ulemper: "Not helpful with stroller. Wanted us to sign off that they were not responsible for if stroller broke while handling it. Insane. They said it “might “ to big even though they didn’t know what measurements would be too big. We’ve flown for the last 3 years with this stroller but different airlines and never heard of such thing. (Since it’s the smallest city mini double stroller there is and folds flat- super small!) first time we flew SAS all. We didn’t sign anything and gate checked it and all was fine but some incompetent crew at check in. Not very helpful finding seats with all four of us. Put us in different rows. Could work on their customer service for sure."

Ulemper: "My seat could/would not recline, passenger in front of me had his seat in recline for most of flight. it was a long uncomfortable flight."

Ulemper: "Apparently SAS is not part of the TSA network, so I was unable to use my Global Entry membership to get TSA Pre-Check. Non-alcoholic beverage service was meager (one beverage only)."
Ulemper: "The flight from EWR to Oslo was delayed by over 2 hours which meant I would miss my next connection... and I understand that happens sometimes. But, it was after hours on the airline number phone number and the fly.com customer service could not help with finding an alternate connection from Oslo to FRA. It was frustrating to then have to wait at Oslo airport for another 4 hours before the new connecting flight."

Ulemper: "All airplanes are 2 Noisy. (Of course this is not the fault of SAS). I use noise canceling headphones that helps a lot. EBut the background noise level always strikes me as too much!"
Fordeler: "We traveled with our 11 month old and the crew was super helpful. It was an 8.5hr flight, we got a middle seat to give him space to play and the staff had a lot of fun engaging with him. They even gave him a couple of toys to play with. Food was just ok, but better than most airline meals I've had. We flew Premium Economy which was a comfortable experience as well."
Ulemper: "Checking in took too long, but that's more due to the new US-bound flight restrictions and process that's supporting that."
Fordeler: "Excellent from boarding to departing the aircraft, very polite staff and comfortable flight! Thank you"
Fordeler: "Scandinavian hospitality showed through all the way. Kind, sharp, attractive staff, prompt service."
Ulemper: "Space is always going to be something I don't like. Meanwhile most of the plane in 1st class sits wide open. Expand business class."
Fordeler: "I purchased Plus and found it a good value. My seat on the overseas leg was comfortable -- though it could have reclined better. The food & drink service was conducted as at an elegant restaurant."
Fordeler: "My Plus ticket brought me an excellent cold lunch despite the shortness of the flying time (only 1:10). The seats need more recline!"
Fordeler: "The flight attendants were very nice and on the cross continent part of our flight we had dinner and breakfast served. Lots of leg room."
Ulemper: "I took this flight to have a short layer over, only 40 minutes. This was a connecting flight departed from Newark and was a connecting flight for many people coming from Thailand. I almost missed this flight due to highly backed up passport control. If SAS was running so many international flights, they should have shifted the layer over, since many people were taking connecting flights for Oslo to Manchester. No food, there should have at least been a snack or at a minimum offered water."
Fordeler: "Service on the plane was good. The airplane was on time."
Ulemper: "From the time we reached the airport until we got to the gate was 90 minutes. SAS systems for checking baggage by machine sucks. My wife's number on the booking reference didn't work in the machine Thus we waited in line for 20 minutes to get a boarding pass, but didn't get the baggage tags for her luggage. Another line. SAS overall sucks."
Ulemper: "Flight delayed too long, 2 hours. No snacks, only drinks."

Ulemper: "Neither the website nor subsequent communication let me know I could buy dinner or snacks. Nor did I know that blankets and headsets were not provided. It was actually better than having carts blocking the aisles for so long. There was just insufficient information ahead of time"

Ulemper: "Flight was delayed for technical reasons, they didn’t provide food or water during my seven-hour flight unless you preordered, and the snack bar was terrible. Entertainment was not really good."
Fordeler: "Friendly crew. Attentive and polite."
Ulemper: "Seats need to recline more. Food needs drastic overhaul both meals and snack bar items. $7 for a croisant with a half slice of cheese and half slice of turkey is outrageous. Also, meal portion is too small."

Ulemper: "Baggage allowance should be better. They only authorize 44 lbs which is less than other airlines. I was really not happy with the baggage allowance."
Fordeler: "I think the pilots did an amazing job with getting us home safely. Both take-off and landing were perfect."
Ulemper: "The food was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Please improve the food."
Ulemper: "The plane was stuck on the tarmac for several hours , resulting in a late arrival. No free drinks were served. The seats were uncomfortable. As a result, I only got a couple or hours of sleep on the plane"

Ulemper: "Norwegian does not have beverage service. I heard other passengers were able to get water but I didn’t know there was water on board and we did need it."

Ulemper: "Seats were very tight. Crew was not at all friendly. There were no free food or drinks. Even water and coffee were not free. I tried to order a muffin and were told they ran out. It was a very long 12 hours!! I am sorry I will be taking Norwegian airline home."

Fordeler: "Supert at den sure passasjeren i midten flyttet seg til kjente annet sted i flyet. Hun var sur fordi jeg hadde plass C som hun ville ha, jeg ba henne flytte seg til sin plass på en høflig måte. Det er en grunn til at jeg reserverer på forhånd."
Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."
Fordeler: "Ganske god mat."
Ulemper: "Alt for varierende temperatur ombord. Det gikk fra iskaldt til kjempevarmt flere ganger. To runder iskaldt og to med kjempevarme. Det må vel kunne gjøres noe med?"
Ulemper: "Avgangen var avlåst slik at vi ikke hadde noe sted å sitte ned mens vi ventet på avgang"
Ulemper: "More movies"
Fordeler: "It’s ok"

Ulemper: "Internett virket bare tidvis og ikke i begynnelsen"
Ulemper: "Både tur og retur var forsinket med 30 og 60 minutter. Lite info som vanlig. Mistet transport videre som vanlig. Godt nyttår"
Ulemper: "The Norwegian staff were completely incompetent. It took me 1.5 hours just to check in. Almost missed the flight."
Ulemper: "No food .any drink seat assigned"
Ulemper: "Forsinkelse. Både ved avreise og ved landing"
Fordeler: "Movies were free and food. Food was fine."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed, but no information came from Norwegian. They changed the gate 3 times with a marching of hundreds of people including the flight attendants. Still no information. Three hours after the flight was to take off, we heard that we would be "next", whatever that means. Finally, a plane came to the original gate and we boarded. Then we were told that there was a technical problem with the aircraft. We waited 45 minutes on the plane at the gate. Then we were told to exit the aircraft so that they could "change a flat tire on the aircraft." I kid you not, a flat tire. So as we were exiting, they told us to STAY on the aircraft as they fix the flat tire. We waited another TWO HOURS (three hours in total on the aircraft, seven hours in total late). We arrived nearly EIGHT HOURS LATE in Copenhagen. I understand that things go wrong, but the LACK OF COMMUNICATION by Norwegian Airlines to the hundreds of confused customers is UNACCEPTABLE."
Fordeler: "Nice plane, good entertainment system"
Ulemper: "Bought a low fare ticket so I expected no food, but the stewards completely ignored us, were offered no drinks whatsoever, told I had to pay for a cup of water. My lowfare ticket wasn’t much cheaper then other tickets on the market and I got literally nothing but a seat(that I had to pay for). Flights was delayed 3 hours, missed my connection and lost a whole day of vacation."

Fordeler: "Premium Flex is well worth the money. Think of it as above economy but below business class. Food was above average on our return flight. Staff were very responsive bringing ordered food and drink items."

Ulemper: "Middag var kun 1 av tre alternativer igjen når de kom til nest bakerste seteraden. Dette er litt for dårlig med tanke på premium bilettprisen. De løste det ved å hente mat fra lowfare cabinen og det etter at de hadde servert alle på premium."
Fordeler: "Fact that I eventually made it home a day later"
Ulemper: "The airline company and if I can avoid it in the future, I will not take this airline again!"

Fordeler: "The price is low, but not worth the horrendous seating."
Ulemper: "Very tight seating. There is almost no legroom and the seats are very narrow. They nickel and dime you for everything. Its hard to even get water. Entertainment choices are pretty weak."
Fordeler: "Quick flight. Good entertainment Quite spacious Quick boarding."
Ulemper: "Plane was cold. Not including food Staff aren’t as friendly as other airlines experienced."
Fordeler: "Economy Seats were comfortable"
Ulemper: "Information about system for ordering food was very problematic. I was not informed that I needed to order food 3 online days in advance. I tried to order it while checking in online because I realised only at that point that it was likely I would have to order in advance...I was charged but did not receive what I ordered. One crew member was nice, the others were not. When checking in at the airport the staff desk attendant was very rude. Too many hidden costs. Paying for extras like food and luggage does not make the price economical."
Fordeler: "Barcelona didn't tell us our flight was delayed until an hour after we were supposed to take off. At least have the decency to let us know in case we have to make other plans."
