Ulemper: "The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

Fordeler: "15 years ago I told myself not to fly Delta anymore. But these 2 flights Detroit to Amsterdam and back changed my mind. I enjoyed the flight very much and I'm looking forward to the next one."

Ulemper: "They check for everything in the counter as if it was a low cost airline. If you go a kilo more over your baggage allowance you have to pay 100 eur. And for your cabin luggage you only have 12 kg that they check you twice and they have security staff at the airport specifically check in this."

Fordeler: "One crew member was very good but all were not very available or checking on people. I had a seat that I purchased and it was very hard to recline I only found out that it did if fact recline it the last hour to hour and a half of the trip! It was a difficult push back to get it to recline"

Ulemper: "Well, for me everything was on point. Those who have never travelled with KLM, I would encourage them to do so and I’m sure they will not regret."

Even if they did not have a vegetarian option, they don't need to be rude!! Boarding was ridiculous. we were supposed to form a line and wait. Would have been a lot better if they boarded by seat numbers. Also they made me check in my fairly small and light carry on bag resulting in its contents arriving broken!"

Ulemper: "There was a Force Majeur delay in Helsinki due to wings freezing that caused 20 minute delay to Amsterdam and made the interchange stressful."

Ulemper: "Flight was delayed 2 hours due to bad weather. Additional baggage payment to Air Baltic did not show up on the KLM system and we had to pay again. Nowhere to address this with Air Baltic even in Tallin. Handlers seem uninterested and refer us to ‘the website to address the issue.....’"

Ulemper: "Check in at Berlin was extremly slow. Staff was very unprofessional and not very friendly."

Ulemper: "Our two hour connection in Paris became 30 minutes because Air France was late in leaving Washington. So our luggage didn't make to to KLM to Amsterdam. My poor rating was because the luggage handling was really poor. Lots of flights from Paris to Amsterdam (almost hourly), but my bag showed up 12 hours later. My wife's bag took 36 hours. And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

Ulemper: "My check in luggage was in very bad condition when I receive it. My clothes were all wet and they got bab by each other’s colour. Many clothes are not in a condition to wear now. Those were expensive and I had a big loss because of that."

Fordeler: "The crew came to get me from the arrival gate to get to the departure gate since our plane was delayed. It helped to know that the airline was checking to make sure we made the flight."

"SAS er i ferd med å bli håpløst utdatert for business reisende, dessverre. Man kaller det Plus og selger det inn som en business class, men det er jo bare tull... Reise fra CPH til Island var med Icelandair, full business og topp service, reise fra Reykjavik til Oslo, med SAS, var et svært gammelt fly, gamle og dårlige seter, fullt av mennesker som sild i tønne og dårlig mat. Mens flyet fra Oslo til Stavanger var nytt, alt var bedre men det burde vært motsatt; lengre distanser, bedre komfort, for fullt betalende passasjerer, men det tenker ikke SAS på. Jeg faser ut SAS fra nå av og vil fly mest mulig med andre selskap ut fra Stavanger, så det blir nok mer KLM fra nå av.."

Ulemper: "The seats are tight and uncomfortable. Emirates and Singapore airlines have much more space in economy class. They also have better food. The worst new development is that you have to pay an additional charge if you want to sit together. That is pretty ridiculous for an international flight AND when you have a small child with you. I can see doing that on Ryan air, but that is pretty low for a Scandinavian airline. Scandinavians have a very strong sense of family."

Fordeler: "Loved the service. Nice small plane. Very easy boarding. This is a quick inter-city flight. The plane is small and agile. It did some pretty nimble turns and sharp banking that might be a little too exciting for some."

Ulemper: "I don’t like how the food on premium economy is packed in a cubic box that is really messy to eat from which the small plastic cutlery. Food quality is good, but feels like being an animal being fed from a bucket."

Ulemper: "Once passengers do final passport check and enter secure gate area on this flight to the US, there’s no bathroom available. On the transatlantic flight, no complimentary glass of wine as on other airlines."

Ulemper: "Tried to call sas , no phone answered after 730 in Copenhagen, forced to buy my own ticket to leave early am as their incompetent sas transfer desk couldn’t find me a flight in am yet I was able on kayak.com. They refused to pay for it."

Fordeler: "It was a normal flight, only a few hours long. The crew was very nice."
Ulemper: "Once again, just some leg, and arm space issues but that's to be expected."

Fordeler: "My first time flying SAS on my trip to Europe from USA and I was highly impressed. Everything was efficient and comfortable. One of the highlights was the check in - this is often a long and frustrating process, however this could not have been easier and so quick. I was very happy and made my entire check in experience simple and efficient. I will be going straight to SAS for my next trip to Europe, no question. Thank you very much!!! Daniel Valewink"

Ulemper: "Hate to sound entitled, but the movie selection was really poor. I flew on a connecting flight by Delta that had 10k+ movies and shows to choose from so that spoiled me."

Ulemper: "They take blankets away too soon so u freeze. Three hour delay and they only give u a voucher to buy a cup of coffee"

Fordeler: "Plane was clean, flight staff was friendly."

Ulemper: "The flight was cancelled causing a domino effect of plans. I spent the evening and morning canceling and trying to reschedule plans. Your airline rebooked me for a flight the next day that ended up having air filter problems. I lost 3 days of vacation from the 10 total I get a year and from the 8 I had taken for my vacation."

Fordeler: "The food was excellent and the flight was smooth."
Ulemper: "No entertainment. They didn't notify us that there was no wifi until 5 minutes before we boarded. Being older than the electronic age, I did not have movies or games on my phone. Had we had earlier notice, I would have had time to hit the book store. Since the flight was delayed an hour, they had plenty of time to notify us earlier than just before boarding. An 8.5 hour flight without entertainment made the experience unpleasant."

Ulemper: "It was a little upsetting to see and hear one of the crew members be a little nasty with my sister when he asked her about the meal. She misunderstood and asked for chicken andvhe was quite nasty when he corrected her and gave her the two options."

Ulemper: "Cost to check bags was dramatically higher than for other airlines. As part of this trip we flew with 6 providers and the cost for bags with SAS was almost double."

Fordeler: "It was a clean plane and entertainment was good."
Ulemper: "Crew wasn't nice unless you were Scandinavian. I asked questions about going into Stockholm for our long layover. How easy it was, etc. they were less than helpful. My daughter and I figured it out ourselves. Won't fly them on next trip. Air France or BA r better"

Fordeler: "I was able to keep window open for the whole trip. Few others kept the window shade up."
Ulemper: "Loud engine sounds. I wore ear plugs but they were not enough. Must invest in noise cancelling headphones if I fly with SAS again, apparently."

Ulemper: "The crew didn't seem to care much. The entertainment systems didn't really work and the response was simply deal with it. The food was terrible. The crew did not handle the passengers at all as they were up consistently and taking stuff out of the overhead containers."

Fordeler: "The crew was knowledgeable, gracious and helpful for the entire flight. I enjoyed the mapping and camera feature of the plane. The selection of options for entertainment was a delight."
Ulemper: "How do you say to close for comfort but then one gets what one pays for and the economics are understandable yet I did not care for the cramped space provided."

Ulemper: "No where in the booking was it made clear that this was a self transfer flight. Causing many headaches and hassles getting off the plane and having to recheck in all baggage and printing new boarding passes. After dealing with it I was searching for flights and checking to see if it was self transfer and even knowing it’s a thing it is difficult to see if a flight is or not."

Fordeler: "Seat was comfortable, crew was attentive, entertainment was sufficient."
Ulemper: "I was not even offered a beverage. On a 10 hour flight, one should at least be given a beverage or snack."

Fordeler: "There was little to like about the entire travel experience. The check-in line was the longest I have ever seen, almost 90 minutes of waiting. The check-in & gate staff were rude and had no care for our check-in situation or information about the delayed and changed flight! Never Norwegian again!"
Ulemper: "Everything. The plane crew, which was subcontracted airline, not Norwegian, did the best they could with the upset and tired passengers."

Ulemper: "Everything. Ridiculously low baggage limit, so they can slam you with extra charges. Then they charge you for food and drink, even in premium economy. Most employees we encountered were unhelpful and indifferent if not outright rude."

Ulemper: "1) We were removed from business class. 2) no blankets and no pillow (extremely cold) 3) no entertainment 4) no vegetarian food We paid for business btw."

Fordeler: "Supert at den sure passasjeren i midten flyttet seg til kjente annet sted i flyet. Hun var sur fordi jeg hadde plass C som hun ville ha, jeg ba henne flytte seg til sin plass på en høflig måte. Det er en grunn til at jeg reserverer på forhånd."
Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."

Ulemper: "WiFi wasn’t working and video monitor was temperamental."

Fordeler: "The lady next to me left her seat so I wasn’t squished next to a woman who was well overweight and snored"
Ulemper: "The crew didn’t offer me anything once, the seats were mildly comfortable and our flight was delayed by over 2 hours, not the airlines fault entirely jfks fault"

Ulemper: "Meals were not great but the worse problem is that whatever it was I couldn't eat it because your toy knives break, you cannot even cut a piece of chicken"

Ulemper: "Alt for varierende temperatur ombord. Det gikk fra iskaldt til kjempevarmt flere ganger. To runder iskaldt og to med kjempevarme. Det må vel kunne gjøres noe med?"

Fordeler: "Seat comfortable, easy and fast boarding"
Ulemper: "Offering at least water to travelers even if they didn’t pay for food would be a minimum to expect!"

Ulemper: "Avgangen var avlåst slik at vi ikke hadde noe sted å sitte ned mens vi ventet på avgang"

Ulemper: "All snacks had to be paid for, there was no complimentary food on an 11 hour trans-atlantic flight."

Ulemper: "Not having to ask for headphones and wider variety of movies"

Fordeler: "Pilot amazing, crew pleasant"

Ulemper: "Internett virket bare tidvis og ikke i begynnelsen"

Ulemper: "Både tur og retur var forsinket med 30 og 60 minutter. Lite info som vanlig. Mistet transport videre som vanlig. Godt nyttår"

Ulemper: "Forsinkelse. Både ved avreise og ved landing"

Ulemper: "Delay"

Fordeler: "Small airport, easy to get into, drop off SIXT rental car, and clear entry. Flight from Split to Stockholm on Boeing 737 was pleasant, and all one class."
Ulemper: "Could not check in for the the 2nd leg, Stockholm to Ft. Lauderdale. Split airport is terribly over crowded and uncomfortable without adequate space to sit, bathrooms to service the amount of people, AC to handle the heat load with the number of people, etc. That being said, the check in, security, and gate people are professional and very pleasant."

Fordeler: "Service onboard was excellent and prompt. When we ordered items they arrived very quickly."
Ulemper: "Checkin needed to be better planned and managed. Line was much too long. Get more staff earlier to prevent the lines from getting too long."

Fordeler: "The fact that we didn’t crash"
Ulemper: "The plane was hot old and the crew needed to step it up. Very inefficient!"

Ulemper: "Alltif forsinkelser og dårlig med beskjeder"

Fordeler: "It was only 45mind"

Fordeler: "Decent in-flight entertainment, the staff was nice enough."
Ulemper: "It was wayyyy too cramped in this plane. Very disorderly boarding and exiting the plan after landing. It took 45 minutes to get off of the plane."

Fordeler: "Kanon bra flyvert.. veldig underholdene"

Fordeler: "Food was ok and staff was friendly."
Ulemper: "I booked an isle seat, however it was switched to a middle seat without my knowledge. I was not informed that movies/entertainment could only be accessed from United app on my phone, so I didn't bring my phone charger with me. Seats were quite uncomfortable."

Fordeler: "Smooth ride. Wide variety of snack options. Convenient charger for my electronics."
Ulemper: "Wish I knew I’m advance the importance of choosing a non-middle seat. The middle seat for 9+ hours was pretty miserable."

Fordeler: "God plass, gode seter og hyggelig service."
Ulemper: "Middag var kun 1 av tre alternativer igjen når de kom til nest bakerste seteraden. Dette er litt for dårlig med tanke på premium bilettprisen. De løste det ved å hente mat fra lowfare cabinen og det etter at de hadde servert alle på premium."

Ulemper: "No food or drink Over $200 for 2 pieces of luggage"

Fordeler: "Meget"

Fordeler: "Planes arrived on time, crew helpful, the comforts not so good. I do have to mention that the low super basic fares if you can fly on a backpack allow folks to fly international who really couldn't before. Plane excellent new Boeing 787 but with least comfort economy section seating configuration.. Best ever technology in Greyhound bus comfort. Pay for food and drinks experience via entertainment screen was good but not perfect."
Ulemper: "it felt like the Southwest airlines but 13 hour flights and you had to pay for baggage and water. Their upper end fares allow slightly wider seat, no-cost luggage, food and drinks but you cannot avoid the cattle experience of being bussed from far west LAX terminal to Bradley terminal with economy folks like me. Much better than WOW but trailing everyone else."

Fordeler: "When it was over!"
Ulemper: "Very poor customer service as the Norwegian staff at JFK are not employees of the airline. They have very little care or concern for any travel issues that may occur. They are there to process passengers through. If you have any questions or need help you are passed to a very uninterested person that only can tell you to go on the Norwegian website for anything you need to do with your booking. The check-in and gate agents provide no help or even attempt to try serve the customer. They are just there to perform a task. Norwegian sold premium seats and then puts the customer in Economy in the back of the plane. A bit is a bait and switch. They should refund the difference in the fare to be fair."
