"The plane was hot. my seatbelt was too small; of the 4 planes we were on on this trip, this was the only belt I had a problem with. The in-flight entertainment screen was not responsive so it was stuck on one movie the entire flight. This experience was very much unlike any other Delta experience."
"Airport experience is exhausting. Extremely long lines for check-in and then even longer lines at TSA. Hand sanitizer stations are almost all empty and in the mens room, people are crowding together to get soap from one dispenser that has just a bit left... flight was no better than Southwest Airlines, and it took over an hour for the bags to start coming out. Delta bag claim attendant just said, "I don't know what's going on with them, just wait a bit longer"."
"As with the outbound flight, this return flight was not full - maybe 40-50%. As they started boarding they announced they located a few people the help with 'load a balance' of the aircraft. What they had done was to compress all passengers in the middle of the plane leaving no space between anyone. It is difficult to understand why everyone is required to wear Masks, then relocated to remove all space between passengers, when there was ample room to allow everyone to be seated with space between."

Fordeler: "We flew from Anchorage to Boston via Seattle. If there had not been a delay in Anchorage, the flight would have been excellent. However, there was a mechanical problem earlier in the day with a plane to Cincinnati. Our flight was scheduled to leave Anchorage at 4pm, but Delta decided to take our pane from us and use it as a substitute for the original but nonfunctional Cincinatti plane. A ridiculous decision. The Cincinnati people already had missed all their connections, but now all the Seattle people missed theirs as well. When we finally got to Seattle 3 hours late (just before midnight), the desk agent said that Delta had no hotel rooms for us and also no hotel vouchers. We thus had to find a room and pay for it on our own. The next day, we had been rescheduled to Detroit and then on another flight from there to Boston. The flight to Detroit arrived nearly 30 minutes late, and we just barely made our connection. Had we missed it, we would have had to spend that night in Detroit. Delta did its best to keep the two of us together. On the Seattle-Detroit flight we were on opposite sides of the aisle in the same row, but that was in a row right behind a bulkhead, making it easy for us to walk over to each other. On the Detroit-Boston flight we were next to each other. Both flights were completely full, so Delta must have made some effort to keep us together as well as possible."
Ulemper: "Delta should not have made the dumb decision to take the Seattle-bound plane and use it as a substitute for the malfunctioning Cincinnati plane. Delta should have provided accommodations for the stranded travelers once they arrived in Seattle."
Ulemper: "Had unknown jump grade to much better seats No explanation given Too bad it wasn’t on a 6 hour flight"
Fordeler: "The crew members were nice and didn't bother while sleep when giving out snacks & drinks (I've had this done to me before, annoying). Plane was comfortable because it wasn't packed, so was able to have a seat empty in-between me. The entertainment offered was really good, the connecting to the Go-inflight WiFi was a bit difficult, but no biggie."
Ulemper: "THE DELTA TERMINAL AT HARTSFIELD AIRPORT, ATLANTA, IS DIS-ORGANIZED!!!! THERE WAS NO ONE GIVING PROPER INSTRUCTIONS FOR DROPPING BAGS OFF, PEOPLE WERE EVERYWHERE IN EVERY KIND OF MADE LINE!!! ALMOST 30 - 40 MINUTES OF WASTED TIME, THIS AND THE SLOWEST TSA PROCESS CAUSED MANY TO PROBABLY MISS THEIR FLIGHTS, INCLUDING ME (THANKFULLY MY FLIGHT WOUND UP BEING 3HS DELAYED - THAT'S NEXT). DELTA SHOULD INFORM TRAVELERS ABOUT TIMES WITH THEIR BAG DROP AND TSA!!! 3HRS TO GET A SMALL PART THAT ONLY TAKES 2 MINUTES TO FIX, I'M VERY GRATEFUL IT WAS FOUND WHILE ON THE GROUND, BUT AFTER 1 AND HALS HOURS COULDN'T WE HAVE JUST CHANGED PLANES!?!?! I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HOME AFTER 10A, WASN'T UNTIL ALMOST 2P.."

Ulemper: "Flight into Seattle delayed, flight out of Seattle to Minneapolis delayed flights out of Minneapolis to Bismarck delayed. Ran from gate F to gate c24 arrived at 10:23 p.m. Slight to the park at 10:25 p.m. and they closed the door on me as I was running up there. Ran across the entire terminal to get there and they would not let me on. Last Flight of the night to Bismarck. Missed my uncle's 90th birthday party. Would not give me food voucher. Delta gate agent told me she would lose her job if she did not close the doors 8 minutes prior. However the Minneapolis flight waited for 15 minutes for people to board that plane. How does that compute? Why would they not wait 3 minutes for me rather than pay the money to put me up in a hotel?"
Ulemper: "Luggage drop was severely understaffed. We had checked in, had boarding passes but there was a 45 minute wait just to drop off a checked bag."
Ulemper: "Miniature candy bars are not sufficient for an hour and a half flight."
Ulemper: "Food is always bad."
Fordeler: "Good choice of movies but not all have subtitles, which comes in handy since phones are not really good. Food was great!"
Ulemper: "Seating pitch is just not acceptable for 10+ hrs long flight! I am tall (1.92 cm) but there are taller people than me and there is just no way they can sit in economy class seat! That is basically some kind of racism.."

Fordeler: "Every one but the gate agent at Detroit going to Seattle at 7:40 loading time on 4-11-19. She was mean and curt and would not get my seat corrected I had to sprint for at least a mile to even make it. We landed the same time they were boarding"
Ulemper: "The attendants on the Detroit to Seattle flight suggested I go talk to the gate agent to get my seat corrected. They said the flight was not full. So I did. To be greeted again by the mean agent you told me to take my rear and get it on the plane that the attendants didn’t know anything"

Ulemper: "I usually fly delta and have a great experience - unfortunately my flight from Detroit to Seattle was not. To start off, i was flying with two other people and we were not able to get seats together, and the whole seating process with delta is really difficult even when I had called weeks in advance to see if they could try and seat us together. I understand with main cabin tickets you can only choose your seat as you check in, but it would be nice to be able to request seating with a person/group you are flying with. I was placed in the very back row of a busy flight, and noticed that the horrible smell from the bathrooms which made it unpleasant. As said above, I normally have a pleasant experience.. but being a delta sky member I feel as though i do not really receive any differences as to a non-member. I hope this review helps for the next customers! Thank you."

I am flying to Portland for School over 40 round trips and I am saving $4,000 vs Alaska Air. Plus I get miles and discounts with the Delta Amex Card. I am very pleased."
Ulemper: "I don’t like harsh change in schedule fees but it forces me to plan. I wish the Seattle to Portland Eve flight landed in time to catch Portland Rail system at 11:50 PM"
Fordeler: "Tons of free entertainment on the screen in front of your seat! Movies, games, and details on your flight, all available on your touch screen. USB charging is also available."
Ulemper: "No one told us they wanted everyone with a roller carry-on to.check their bags. An attendant told my sister that her bag needed to be checked. We did not receive this notification until we were at the gate, boarding."

Ulemper: "Service was a bit rushed at the end. In the last hour of a 10-hour flight they served another meal, which was similar to the first meal (even though it could have served as breakfast or lunch). Also had to fill out the customs declaration and prepare for landing,"

Ulemper: "The seat - window by request, but it was in front of an emergency exit The seat - is jammed in - very tight - could not put it back to relax, and could not relax my left side by the window. My left shoulder and arm and left hip started hurting - couldn't sleep - took 2 days to get rid of the numbness in my arm. I asked to move, and it became obvious that there were many empty seats in the next section behind. I moved, and my comfort improved. Why was I given such a posture killer - especially on such a very long flight with seats to spare?"
Fordeler: "Service for economy class was what you would expect from other airlines in business class. Lufthansa has the best service of any airline I have ever flown with."
Ulemper: "Seat was too small and really uncomfortable"
Ulemper: "Plane was very late; boarding late; short flight so no food or entertainment, but not really a problem. Overall condition of plane was mediocre at best -- old plane, not particularly clean. It was actually Air Canada. If that is a partner of Lufthansa, very disappointed. Would not fly Air Canada again, but LOVE Lufthansa."

Fordeler: "1. The crew was very pleasant and responsive. 2. The entertainment selections were plenty, recent and without extra cost. 3. The food was nice (if you weren't having meat options). My travel companion was a bit disgusted by the meat. I enjoyed the pasta!"
Ulemper: "1. The seats were extremely uncomfortable without sufficient cushioning. It felt like sitting on a plank. My back still hurts. We also had to straighten up the seats during meals because it was so bad for the person behind. 2. Boarding is a bit disorganized. Perhaps try splitting the boarding process into zones so it isn't a mad house free for all after the initial boarders. 3. On my flight to Frankfurt, the plane was half empty, yet my seat was changed from row 8 where I would have had almost no one near me back to row 23 where they had cramped all the passesngers into one area of the plane. This was done without request or explanation."
Fordeler: "The flight was comfortable, the crew very nice, the food good and many good movies to choose from."
Ulemper: "Could have used a few more snacks. But didn't bother to ask for any either."
Fordeler: "Was given an upgraded seat due to the confusion on my confirmed seat being given away."
Ulemper: "Confusion on my confirmed seat assignment caused major frustration when in a foreign country. We took off late so missed my shuttle in Seattle so had to wait 2 hours for the next shuttle."
Fordeler: "On a flight from Oslo to Germany to Charlotte, we only had 55 minutes to connect in Germany. Lufthansa held our plane due to their error in some runway and docking issues and we, as well as 25 other were escorted to our connection by Lufthansa staff. Excellent customer service even though it was their fault. They just did the right thing and did it well."
Ulemper: "I would have expected that there be much more time for gate connections. If you have ever been in the Munich airport, it is very large and navigation takes time.."
Fordeler: "Our flight from Frankfort to Munich was late. Luftansa sent a representative to our flight to make sure we and others from our flight got on to the flight to Charlotte. How awesome! Plane needs more leg room."

Fordeler: "It was my first time using the upper deck of a 747. The setup is pretty decent with lay flat beds (I still couldn't sleep though). The attendants were all very nice. The food was much better than on my inbound flight on United..."
Ulemper: "The entire experience was ruined by one hour spent on the tarmac in Seattle, waiting for a gate to become available... This is lame not only for the passengers but also for the people waiting to pick them up. The selection on the entertainment system was limited."
Fordeler: "They didn't charge me for my surfboards which was great. It was my only check-on bag and under two meters and that should be free on every airline. Flight attendants were very nice and professional. I gave the food 5 stars based on other airline food, I'm not expecting restaurant quality at 37,000'. Movie selection was adequate for me, although I've seen some complaints in the reviews here."
Ulemper: "It was a little tricky checking in on my phone. The check email reminder didn't carry the info I needed to check in which required extra searching and copying and pasting. That experience could be streamlined. There was group confusion when being directed to board the plane on two flights."
Ulemper: "I had to scramble on the last day to ensure I have an alternate flight via British Airways"

Ulemper: "The flight was full and the seats were extremely close together with little room. When the person in front of me leaned back I had no room and it was hard to see the movie screen."

Ulemper: "They maintain the economy class nearly at 30 degC...hot."

Ulemper: "Flight took after 1.5 hours delay , with 30 min incremental delay notifications. After take-off, food service started 2 or 2.5 hours later , they could have expdited it considering that the flight was delayed. Seats ,as I have come to expect from Lufthansa , were cramped laterally ,although i was pleasantly surprised with how much they reclined, given my low expectations. Main dish in the Food service was served hot but were quite minimal in taste/quantity & variety comapred to other inter-continental providers. I was feeling hungry most of the flight and couldnt sleep as well."
Fordeler: "I witnessed the flight crew defuse a conflict between two male passengers (that had escalated to shouting and throwing each others belongings out of overhead storage) before we left Frankfurt. A male steward showed he could be professionally stern when backing up a female coworker handling the situation and compassionate when he comforted an elderly woman in distress halfway through the intercontinental flight. The entire crew I interacted with in economy class were professional, friendly, welcoming, and helpful."
Ulemper: "Boarding the entire plane at once was inefficient and caused conflicts over the availability of overhead storage. Obviously this is an airline decision and not a flight specific problem."
Fordeler: "Fast and efficient boarding. Cheerful and helpful crew. Clean cabin. Everything was 100%."
Ulemper: "Nothing. I was a happy camper from beginning to end."
Fordeler: "Very friendly and accommodating crew, efficient service, okay food options and good quantity for a lengthy flight. Very happy that a vegetarian option isn't a battle anymore! The entertainment options were very nice, the time passed quickly with the many movie options."
Ulemper: "No real complaints, maybe the cabin air was a little stuffy, but it's too be expected on a flight of 11.5 hrs. Crew offered water and juice throughout the flight which helped."
Fordeler: "After so many domestic flights of being shuffled around and interacting with flight attendants that seem to not like their jobs much and passenger's are just an annoyance, flying abroad on Luftansa was quite a different experience! The flight attendants were polished, professional, and actually wanted to provide a service. Their interactions made me feel like I was cared about and that they wanted my unique needs to be met. This made a 10 hour flight an enjoyable experience which I certainly didn't anticipate."

Ulemper: "The crew had their general Dutch aloofness on form. Chatted to one of the stewardesses in Dutch up until she saw I had a British passport then she decided she could only speak English to me."

Ulemper: "It was announced I can choose between fish and chicken meal but when I requested for fish meal, I was told it’s finished. My seat was 21, and it surprised me. If something can be changed about that then your services would be much appreciated. Thank you."

Ulemper: "KLM's new configuration for this type of plane made the seats even narrower than before. While leg room was reasonable, the 3 abreast seating meant a lot of discomfort, especially in the row right in front of the restroom."

Ulemper: "Had to use a shoe horn to get into and out of my seat and I'm not a large guy. But really my harsh criticism comes from the loss of my girlfriends luggage. It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."

When I was going to return , they made me payed 120 dollars ( in Kiev , Ukraine (UIA) , I was very disappointed and I really will love an explanation about all this !"

Ulemper: "We were transported to the plane which was quite some distance to the plane via bus after climbing down steep stairs from the departure gate area. Then we had to climb steep steps in extremely hot weather. We were then delayed for a hour in the plane in very hot conditions as the plane had its air conditioning off and the ground air conditioning was not put on. We were swearing in the heat for an hour!! We arrived at our destination and hour and half late!!"
Ulemper: "I don’t know why they keep making boarding with stairs and bus."
Fordeler: "The flight had a delayed of 2 hours due a system issue, but the flight was comfortable, and the airplane was clean."
Ulemper: "I didn't like the check in, the personnel there were not so friendly and had discrepancies. We were a group of 6, and 2 of us were able to drop the bag in the check in. But the others were told that needed to wait 30 mins."
Ulemper: "Initially the flight from Lima was delayed for almost 1:30 and then we lost this connection then Airfrance rebooking to SAS they tell us to take all our luggage’s and check in again it’s was awful and really bad from then walk and spend time we suppose to be quite at home ... the worst was in SAS have ano system and for 1.5 kilos extras you might pay 33€ so after long day and wait, running everywhere with all my staff I see to eat a 11€ menu at the airport with not more explanation from Airfrance .. really bad and worst services.."

Best airline food I’ve had in a long time. The chocolate dessert was incredible. And a coffee to go with it. Made a three hour flight very pleasant."

Ulemper: "It was one problem after another during check in. And it was difficult to find help in English so I couldn't really tell what was going on. In the end I was tucking to get checked in because they were insisting I use a kiosk but I was telling them that the kiosk said to see an attendee. It was not efficient and I felt like a burden asking for help when there was nothing else I could do on my own."
Fordeler: "All crew I interacted with was great, friendly, and helpful."
Ulemper: "Flight was late. Boarding very slow. Entertainment was ok by today's standards. Each seat had a display, but movie selection was not great. For a French airline I was looking forward to breakfast -- maybe some nice pastries or at least a decent croissant with jam. None such. It was disappointing. Meals were not impressive either, but the complimentary wine was good. I did not find the seats comfortable."

Ulemper: "I feel comfortable flying when I can see out the window so don't force me to close my window shade.The flight attendants kept forcing me to close my shade. Also new planes would be nice. Sick of flying on outdated technology."
Fordeler: "Seat room was better on most economy flights. The food was good and the glass of champagne did not hurt at all. The aircraft flew very smoothly from takeoff to landing."

Ulemper: "The food was really poor. The chicken was as dry as it can be. The food taste was poor. I flow 3 weeks ago with KLM and the food was pretty good for flight food. In a French company I expect much more. The entertainment system on the airbus a380 was like an enchant IT system from the past. Very poor reaction time. Very messy and not people oriented at all. Especially after KLM's And Delta experience."

Ulemper: "They give you no food whatsoever, even for transatlantic flights (not even snacks), and they do not make you aware of this prior to being on the airplane. If you want to eat, you have to purchase their overpriced airplane food from the menu."

Ulemper: "Boarding procee in Iceland for Saga class means you get called up first to wait in line for bus to plane. There you wait for others to check in the gate. Then you proceed to board the bus. Saga class was with everyone. By the time we got on board waiting to climb the stairs we were soaked from the rain. Our bags were marked priority yet to our dismay it took 20 minutes for our bags to come on the carosill after others started getting there bags. Glad We had those priority stickers as we were clearly in the last of the bunch. 0"

Ulemper: "Very expensive and limited food options for such a long flight. Impossible to avoid the very third-world Reykjavik airport. The facilities and services were not adequate to serve the volume of passengers passing through on the weekdays we were there. The over- crowded spaces presented both safety and security concerns in my opinion."

Ulemper: "My first flight was canceled due to lack of available aircraft. My connecting flight was then 2 1/2 hours late due to a mechanical issue. That made me miss my flight to Denver. The fact that they had a flight scheduled that didn’t have an aircraft available is very poor planning and caused a great deal of issues"
Fordeler: "Inexpensive ticket. Boarded and left right on time. Small, crappy plane (757=200). It was so old, there were still ashtrays in the back of the cabin!"
Ulemper: "The D gate area for check-in is a zoo, and we saw more than one couple looking for the correct gate. We were charged a bag fee of $77. IF one goes on line 36 hours before you can get if for $55. We were unaware that the bag wasn't included (our bad, of course), but when we pointed out that on Iceland Air check in there was NO place that asked for bags?? They said it was our fault for not "reading the fine print". We can only check in 24 hours in advance, so WHO would think to "manage trip"...36 hours in advance?? Especially in rural Iceland which is where we were 36 hours ahead of time. We would have gladly paid the discounted rate for the bag, but no on was willing to help us with that, so we got soaked for $77 and were told to take our concerns to Iceland air customer service."
Fordeler: "Just enough room to be comfortable and the seats reclined enough so you could sleep. But I watched three good movies instead."

Ulemper: "They waved a 95$ checked bag fee for me so when your booking look to see if its included. No free food on the plane and Iceland can be expensive."

Ulemper: "I think Icelandair maybe the most disorganized flight I’ve ever been on. 3 of our 4 of flights were delayed, one for 3.5 hours. Found it amusing How they provided a 14£ Refreshment Compensation but announced it after almost every restaurant had closed. Information agents were either unavailable or late when an issue was present and weren’t helpful most of the time. I would do my best to never fly IA again or recommend them to anyone, especially those traveling to and from the US/Europe."

Ulemper: "Was surprised to learn that the meal and headset are not included in the economy price. Competitors charge less, feed and entertain you! Not planning on travelling on this airline anymore."
Fordeler: "My luggage made it."
Ulemper: "We got to Iceland late, ran to the gate to catch the next flight, got on and found out you don't provide a meal. It's one thing to have time to buy food you actually want before you board, but if it's your fault for a delayed flight, it just seems unfair. We had already been traveling for 6 hours and it was dinner time when we boarded. The flight took off (and unlike most flights I've ever been on) the crew took until close to 9;00 to serve us anything. Needless to say we were hungry, tired, and frustrated to pay for overpriced small portions of junk food. Not even complimentary pretzels?! I was more comfortable on my hour long flight to Boise from Seattle where we got free snacks and the flight crew booked it to get us drinks before turbulence set in and they had to sit down. Also, though the exit row gives extra leg room, not being able to put your seat back on an 8 hour flight is tough. In the past I've had amazing experiences with Iceland Air. I'm sad to say this time wasn't one of them."
Ulemper: "Not only are food prices high in Iceland... they make you pay for food on a 8 hour trams-continental flight!!! Ugh!"

Ulemper: "It was difficult to go seven hours without complimentary snacks - even pretzels would have been helpful! As a traveling student, I couldn't justify spending money to eat on the plane so I just made sure I packed my own food."
Fordeler: "We had a most wonderful flight attendant named Axel Arnason on our flight who was great and made the flight not only bearable but actually very good. We were very unhappy at boarding and he recognized this, took the initiative, and went out of his way to insure that we were happy. One of the other flight attendants also gave us a free meal. I thought the airline should have given everyone a free dinner due to such lousy service at the gate. I would highly recommend that your executives take a plane ride in economy. It may open your eyes!"
Ulemper: "We had a two hour delay before leaving in Oslo. We walked into the most chaotic scene i've ever experienced at a terminal. Despite having a two hour window, nothing had been done to prepare for all the people arriving and needing to connect. There were no lines, no signs, no people to tell us where to go or how to board. It was a big fat mess! There was no time to go to the restroom, get something (less expensive) to eat or take with us. Very poorly handled. Once on board the plane, the very least that should have been done as to give everyone a free dinner. If we hadn't had such a nice flight attendant I would be requesting reimbursement for the meal we had to buy on the plane. I don't know if we will fly with you again. The seats are tiny, no snacks provided, and not a very good food menu."

Fordeler: "The airline was wonderful and managed to get us through the airport with such a small layover. Your employees in rekjiavik are awesome!"
Ulemper: "Food was available but cost $$$$, on such a long flight I would expect a complimentary meal, or at least a snack. NA beverages were free at least."

Ulemper: "The cabin was way over heated and the boarding process was unnecessarily long and arduous. The flight was extremely turbulent after the captain guaranteed good weather."
Fordeler: "The entertainment was great. It made my 8 hour flight bearable as I had something to watch/listen to."
Ulemper: "I must have had some bad luck because I was sitting next to an Icelandic man who was incredibly chatty and intoxicated. I kept wondering when the flight would cut off his consumption because throughout the entire 8 hour flight, he ordered drink after constant drink. Two wine bottles and countless vodkas. The amount of his drinking added to his rude behavior and he spoke very ignorantly and blatantly rude about my home country. I was discouraged when no staff member cut him off or asked him to behave respectfully. It was a very uncomfortable flight."
Fordeler: "The entertainment screen is very good and offers lots of choices, especially important on a long flight."
Ulemper: "The boarding process was something I've never encountered, and I've been flying for many years.. It was a cold rainy afternoon and all passengers were told to get on a bus out on the tarmac. We walked out through gale force winds to get to the bus. There were approximately 100 people on the buses. There were no seats bus and we all stood jammed together for at least half and hour, not knowing why or how long we would be there. An elderly man standing behind me said he thought he was going to have heart attack. The windows were all steamed up but someone finally opened one to let in some air. Even when we finally all got settled in the plane for the flight, there was no explanation, compensation or apology for the crazy bus caper. I will never fly Icelandic Air again."
Ulemper: "The chicken curry was abysmal and very expensive for what was provided. The crew did not come through to collect garbage after the meal so we had to have our tables down for most of the flight which really limits leg room. Lineups were ridiculously slow and there was inadequate sitting room prior to flights."
Fordeler: "Getting to the airport via train was very easy. Airport was large and had a lot of accommodations. Flight was smooth and quick. Entertainment options were plentiful."
Ulemper: "The boarding process was somewhat confusing. We had trouble finding the bag drop and there were not many employees around to ask. Getting on the bus to get to the plane was very crowded. The headphone jack in my husband's seat did not work so we shared earbuds through my jack."
Ulemper: "The boarding process in Reykjavik was very out of control in the sense that people lined up in the hall and had no place to sit for a long. Of time waiting for them to start boarding the plane."
Fordeler: "Liked that it was a direct flight, and thus was convenient. Decent seats and nice to have aisle seat."
Ulemper: "1)In flight food--No included food or alcohol on an 8 hour international flight?? In all of my travels, I have NEVER seen this. Seems cheap. Didn't even include peanuts or pretzels!! Glad we brought our own food onto flight, after having learned the hard way on way over to Europe from Seattle. Over $15 for a sandwich?? Absurd 2)Coming back from Iceland to Seattle, I saw many open seats in the Exit row, and the stewardesses refused to allow anyone to sit there, including a kind elderly couple whose husband was randomly selected to go through an hour-long stressful security check (despite being enrolled in the Global Entry program)."

Ulemper: "No free food on a 7.5 hour flight.... and the food options were so meh. I bought this measly little salad for 13€ both ways and was still starving but kind of opposed to spending more on what was essentially a lean-cuisine with the Iceland logo. For reference, a 10 year old ate 3 of the in-flight meals (so about 40€ worth. That's how small these things were). Overall decent flight but I saw no difference in service or amenities on this transatlantic flight compared to any domestic flight."

Ulemper: "The boarding process was very poor. There were at least 4 US-bound international flights crammed into a tiny corner of the airport, all trying to board simultaneously (Denver, Chicago, Boston, Seattle). There were hundreds (maybe a thousand) of people standing shoulder to shoulder trying to get to their gate. There were few, if any, overhead announcements to inform passengers of the boarding status. There was no organization to the boarding process. We didn't board by group, zone or row, so it was a free-for-all on the plane. This led to very long boarding times. I think the boarding situation was actually dangerous. If there had been a fire or an emergency in that boarding area, there's no way those several-hundred passengers would be able to exit the area safely."

Ulemper: "We had to buy headset and food onboard for an international flight of seven hours. Cheap airline, charging premium prices. We will never fly Icelandair again."

Fordeler: "The crew was amazing! Really went out of their way to make everyone comfortable. It was freezing on the flight and the flight attendant looked all over the plane to find me a blanket. She was extremely attentive. The entertainment selection was great, made the long flight go by very fast."
Ulemper: "You have to pay for food, which I would have been fine with had it not been over priced and tiny portions. It was $13 for the one real meal, and it was like a 3rd of a portion. I could have had 3. I ended up spending almost $40 to fill me up on food for the flight. The flight was extremely cold."

Fordeler: "- We arrived safely. - Crew was cordial, polite and professional. - Company allows delaying flight delay up to a week free of charge, to enable tourism in Iceland (we did not take advantage this time)."
Ulemper: "- Reykjavik airport boarding is a mess (as always). No waiting area with seating near gates. People are standing in hallways like cattle. - Plane was louder than usual, even though we were seated near front, 2 rows behind first class. - insufficient legroom for taller people. - company charges extra for exit row seats. - no complimentary food, except for children under 12, for a transatlantic flight. - some trash (plastic bottles) left under seats from previous flight. - human waste smell from septic tank in cabin toward end of flight."
